My mom and I had such a great experience at Just Salad this evening, all thanks to Abdou. We came in unsure of what we wanted—especially with some new spring items on the menu—but Abdou was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He answered all of our questions, made thoughtful suggestions, and even changed his gloves right away when I mentioned I had a food allergy. That small gesture meant a lot. I wasn’t crazy about one of the ingredients in a wrap I was eyeing, and Abdou recommended a simple change that completely elevated it. Both the salad and wrap we ordered were absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. More than anything, Abdou brought such joy and positivity to the interaction. He was professional, welcoming, and genuinely pleasant to talk to. It made our quick dinner feel special, and we really appreciated it.

Every time I visit this store I have a great experience! Especially because Cristina is always there providing the best customer service. She makes sure that I get what I need and does it with a smile even if its 80 degrees inside the store. I feel bad for the workers on hot days because there is no AC and they have to work in this extreme weather condition. They should really invest in a new AC to accommodate their hard working staff!

Super Friendly Staff, and the star of the show on my visit today was Anise. She listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly what I wanted how I liked it. When you have such excellence service you dont mind the price. My go to for lunch. I highly highly recommend. Love this place.

I pick up salad from here several times a week, and the staff are just so incredibly pleasant. My order is pretty consistently accurate, and the ingredients are always fresh. My only complaint is the garbage cans lined up against the small entryway. There are DSNY compliant solutions that wouldn't require dodging trash while picking up lunch.

Big shout out to Anise (hope I'm spelling that right) for always putting together a dope salad. The more good salads I have, the less garbage food I crave instead. Excellent, attentive service!

This is by far my favorite spot ever! I've been going here since they first opened and been a on/off customer. They have a solid team here and hope they keep the team happy and not change them out. Liz and the manager Manuel are currently holding it down during the outbreak and have to say thank you so much for being their when we as essential worker's put our life on the line. If you're in a hurry but seeking a healthy, satisfying meal, Just Salads is an excellent choice. While they offer a variety of flavorful salads, they also serve wraps and delicious soups. Today, we tried the chicken noodle soup, which was excellent, and found the broth to be particularly rich and flavorful. The cookies are also quite enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, and despite the high volume of customers, service was efficient. There is ample seating available, though most customers tend to order and take their meals to go.

I was so excited and happily walking back to the office with my Just Salad bowl until the wind blew my bowl out of my hand. Half my salad in the middle of a cross section and the lid in the middle of traffic. A part of me did wonder if I would be fast enough to grab the lid. I chickened out. I went back to the store, with a half bowl of salad and my head down. The lady taking our order noticed the situation - connected me to someone behind the salad bar and as a team they executed perfect, compassionate and seamless customer service - all on a Tuesday lunch rush. Refilling my bowl and replacing my green Sesame Street lid. Truly well done. If someone in Corporate is reading this, please give this team some extra love from this very happy and hungry customer. I have never witnessed such fast paced service. This was my first time going to Just Salad and I was surprised that you (the customer) stuck with one server as they complete your order. After seeing it in action, it makes so much sense. This way beats the passing the customer to a new server by far. There was a line when we entered the store but that got cut down quickly. I genuinely think I ordered, watched her make the wrap, and checked out in under three minutes! The wrap was delicious, too! I got a standard Chicken Caesar Salad wrap. You get to pick how heavy they go on the dressing (light, medium, heavy) before they mix it up and put it in the wrap. Just Salad hit the spot, and I would go again!

Monique was quick to let me know if fine to order the online wraps, she was very patient and kind so I appreciated that since it was my first time. I told her that the staff all look very hard working and glad to be working there and she responded with “It’s because of our manager, he’s great to us!”

First time eating Just Salad, and I am terribly disappointed at the amount of chicken that's in my Thai Chicken Crunch salad. I'm not expecting generosity or special treatment, but this is an outrageously small amount of chicken... no other complaints really, but because of this, I won't be returning to a Just Salad anytime soon.

this location of Just Salad used to be amazing. Not sure what has happened. They’re consistency is no longer. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. Pretty simple, pretty straightforward. Much more simple than I usually order here. There was almost no chicken and very little Parmesan cheese.. basically a bowl of Romaine, which is supposed to include kale and dressing. I mentioned it to the person at the cashier stand. She couldn’t have been bothered told her I wanted to speak to a manager waited. Nobody came so I left what a pathetic experience. You have a lot more competition now so I will be going elsewhere.

My wild guess that the 2 reasons why this place always looks empty are (1) high prices for 5-ingredients salads / bowls, and (2) the poorest customer service. I can get the logic behind the prices: you want to position yourself as a high-quality & healthy lunch place. What’s the problem with the staff? They have problems hearing your order and end up messing up the ingredients any ways. They can’t handle more than 1 customer in a line. They should definitely improve their mixing skills. Maybe some training would help?

This is the second time I have walked ALL the way back to my office to a completely wrong order. I speak up VERY LOUD AND CLEARLY on what I want and the workers are just not listening. These salad bowls are not cheap. PAY ATTENTION to what the customer is ordering. Service workers want a guaranteed 15-20% tip but can't follow simple order sub instructions.

I been coming to this location since last year, never had anything bad to say, until today. Today, the attention and attitude of the person who took my order wasn’t nice and it was rushed. She was rushing me, and I didn’t like that, even though there were not customers. Tried to DoorDash from this location. For some reason their hours aren’t correct on DoorDash, so I waited 45 min for a driver to put me on the phone with someone at this location just to tell me that the store was closed

Normally Just Sald provides great food at reasonable prices. Yesterday 2/7 the store was closed. I placed an order and they refused to return the money used to place the order but didn't serve. Regional manager refused to discuss the issue.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Twice they've completely forgot to put chicken in the crispy chicken poblano salad....

**Double standard and Fake eco-friendliness** I brought my own clean, reusable container today to try to avoid single-use plastic and do the right thing for the environment, but the staff refused to let me use it, claiming it's 'health reasons' and 'germs.' Here’s the part that really gets me: the just salad is promoting to 'buy our reusable bowl and bring it back next time.' So... if I purchase for their plastic bowl, it’s magically germ-free when I bring it back? But my own clean container is a health hazard? It’s such a blatant double standard. If a customer-owned bowl is a health hazard, then their branded 'bring-back' bowls are too. It’s unfair to the customers and a lie to the environment. To make it even more ridiculous, while they were lecturing me about the 'germs' on my clean bowl, the staff making the salads were NOT wearing face or mouth masks—just talking directly over the open food. If we’re actually talking about hygiene and 'health hazards,' this is a much bigger deal than a customer’s reusable container. I’m all for reducing waste, but don’t preach about fighting plastic while punishing customers who actually try to do it. It’s not about health; it’s about selling bowls. Super disappointing and honestly just feels like a greedy loophole. - visited at 8pm Friday
