The people here are very respectful, kind, and polite. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant is kept clean. The fountain drinks are good. We really enjoy coming here when we're passing through Pasadena between medical appointments for my mother. Good experience indeed. 🫂🫶💝👬🏳️‍🌈

Great crew. Ordered online, my mistake. They remade order quickly at no charge. Food is always fresh. Its a 35 min drive for me. Always worth it. For Dashers, they are always quick and respectful. Be nice they may offer you a drink.

I can honestly say this is by far the best long John silvers I have visited. I have visited a few the 1 in Humble, Tx, also the one that closed on Wallisville road in channel view and the northeast location as well as a few other that have closed like Harrisburg dr in Houston. The chicken is freshly made and they have the best customer service, thank you.

Not a bad place last week we got food there and it was great, this week not so good, fish didn't look like full pieces like the week before and food was twice as greasy. I get it this is a fast food place it going to be greasy but the week before food was on point, this week my family didn't enjoy it. Please do better im driving from Pearland I like long John's silvers dont make the same mistake the Pearland location did cause they ain't around anymore.

They were rude and off putting. The food itself was not bad. Customer service was shockingly cold and just like I said borderline rude. They may have just had a busy, bad day. I would return to see. Like I said food was not bad and there appeared to be a few regulars. So that usually means good service. If you are taking out go through the drive thru. Maybe service is better.

Ms. T was very rude. When we expressed that their Tea was expired and our order was all fish she yelled at us. She didn’t give us our coleslaw and the waffle fries were cold and hard. But was already yelled at so I didn’t want to get screamed at again. We drive 2 hours to enjoy ljs and I’m very disappointed! This is the first time at this location that it wasn’t wonderful.

Been eating at this location for over 5 yrs $18 for less than advertised, called to complain instant attitude. Mobile order shrimp bowl, 6 shrimp, Baja sauce, individual cheese bites and a mt dew. Shrimp bowl 1/4 cup of rice at most, no Baja sauce. Cheese bites 6 pcs 1/2” diameter, mt dew tastes as it’s watered down. They should have fixed it but instead I got attacked by the manager an aggressive tone demeaning me as if it was my fault for your employees making food bowls as if it coming out of their paychecks. They did not just loose 1 customer they lost an entire company from eating there. And to top it all off not sure how she did it but managed to block me from my mobile account.

3/29/24 - 45 minute wait for food in the dining room. People complaining and flat out just leaving. Biggest complaint is the door dashers are getting their orders while people inside are waiting 45 minutes to an hour. Totally ridiculous!!!! Management and owner should be fired. *****************************************Update 3/29/24 same day after we left after a 1 hour long wait. Here are some pictures. Regardless of the owner's reply that they are taking care of customers. While mom and I were there we witnessed over a dozen people just leave. Also I personally witnessed an order for the dining room sit on the counter for 20 minutes open in the box while everyone was gone before anyone came and finished putting that order together. Here are pix of one of the drive through ladies sitting down on the phone for 20 - 40 minutes at a time, talking on the phone. You can see her sitting down in the blue hat at the left side of the shelf.
