I love Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. They make delicious drinks and are welcoming. They're food is yummy, just like their coffee. Boo starbucks, yay Coffee Bean.

The espresso is so much better than Starbucks and the bagle was nice and fresh. The employees are efficient and very friendly.

Good stuff, my favorite coffee place and coffee beans. Great service w a smile and smells incredible

I love Coffee Bean, but the service provided at the South Lake location is always superb. My go to spot for coffee in the area.

Got the cookies and cream blended drink with espresso. They have a team that really works to understand the customer, I was pretty indecisive that day and they were really patient about it. 5 stars for there drinks but 10 for their service.

The staff was very friendly and timely.I like going.There's just that every time you go.You have to pay for parking or you will get a ticket

I'm hooked on cold brewed MANGO TEA! ( W/extra mango, please ;) So sweet, so refreshing, so good on a HOT summer afternoon. Every place I go, I ask Google to locate the nearest Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf. Deelish!

this coffee bean is great. it's nice to sit on the patio and enjoy my triple espresso. the baristas here pull the shots well, and the foam for my wife's cappuccino is always velvety.

The cashier was very nice and had time to chat but still keep things moving. The Peach Jasmine Iced Tea was tasty but super sweet.

I just had a salted caramel cake pop, and omg it was so good!! Way better that Starbucks.

I've been a patron for years! They use a sustainable coffee production process (no chemicals). My favorite is the Vanilla Latte (hot) and Black Forest (cold)✨

Staff went above and beyond to make something my wife loved. Coffee and service were fantastic. Bathrooms and dining space were very clean!

My wife and I stopped by this Coffee Bean today because she wanted her ice blended mocha from here. We came during the afternoon time so they weren't busy at all. The person working the cashier was very helpful on telling my wife to use the app so she'll get points. Once my wife signed in on the Coffee Bean apps she has some rewards to use so she was able to upgrade her drink to a large for free. They did not take long to make her drink and she was very satisfied with it.

I got a latte with almond milk and it was good. Solid flavor and great temperature. I also had their chorizo burrito and I thought it was pretty good. I’d definitely come back for a cup again and try their other breakfast items. Huge thanks to the staff and also J for making the best White chocolate mocha for my supervisor.

This is a really nice store. Nice location with (limited) outdoor seating available. We all ordered iced teas. Excellent! Fast service. Very clean store.

The drinks are consistently excellent. If you're not satisfied, they will make it over. Light muffins, pastries do the job. Nothing special. Coffee Bean could really improve in this area as well as seasonal special drinks. Imo, corporate decides what to serve. A "classic cheese Danish " is definitely not worth a premium price. In the end, they are still worth 5☆ because of the service, otherwise, I'd give it 4☆.

I endorse this chain over sbux anyday. They have better choices for tea and always friendly staff. They have WiFi and power outlets so that I can stay a while and don't keep it freezing like the competition.

Good place to get beans. Purchasing beans in bulk nets you a free drink at that visit (not sure of the exact amount that must be bought at a time to qualify).

I like this location because it is not ever super crowded, parking is pretty easy, especially if you know about the parking structure behind it, and there is ample patio seating with shade if needed. The staff is always friendly too.

Its a good location, the store is really small and parking sucks but that's a given in pasedena. Everyone there was super nice though and my drinks were made correctly!

I went there on the way back from my amazing hike. The service was really poor. The cashier had no energy in the voice and acted like he didn’t care. Personally, I didn’t feel comfortable with my order. The person that was making my coffee confused the sizes and the amount of shots. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but she poured the coffee she made before to a bigger one (the one I ordered) in front of me! This chain is great, they serve a decent coffee, but not with a service like that… I wouldn’t recommend this locations.

you guys gotta do better with your delivery service and packaging. I've ordered twice from here, and each time I ask for my food not to be warmed up, because I know it'll be cold by the time it reaches me. also, if it's a togo order, maybe don't use the "sippy" cup top. major spillage in the bag .

" Oh, it's right there at the end of the bar". No one called her name, the cashier who took the order never once motioned at us. There wasn't anyone else before us or after us. Never again.

Used to be my favorite location, but lately the service got very poor. Chairs outside are always dirty , cushions on arm chairs are horribly filthy. better to sit on the floor than those arm chairs. Music inside is very loud. What else can i say , where is the manger !!!!!!

This CBTL is (still all in) smh I love CBTL ...but I think I can speak for a great deal of Americans when I say we've had enough the past couple years + of being told how we should navigate our healthcare choices for ourselves & children...we don't need it from our local Coffee House as well ! 🙆🤦and that's why the 1 star

I went there to pick up my order. As soon I entered the place two ladies that work there saw me come inside and ignored me. I was waiting there for one of them to come and give me my order. But they were just standing there chit chatting to each other and looking at me while they continued their silly conversation. When one of them came to help me, she had a nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. She was just standing there waiting for me to talk. After she finally gave me my order I told her thank you but she just kept that nasty look on her face and didn't say a word. Really bad customer service!

The cashier talking about offering the vaccine at this location if you sit inside by the window. Its a coffee ☕ shop. Don't offer me a vaccine that is unsafe and untested in the long run. I just get my coffee up the street at the corner bakery now Have a blessed day yall.

They use the same rags to clean the bathroom door and handles that they use to wipe every kitchen service. Avoid at all costs before this health hazard gets shut down. If this is what’s visible to customers, imagine the health issues they have behind the counter hidden away.

A gentleman next to me spoke up about it as well only for same lady to shut him down. I placed an order regardless. There were 4 people ahead of me waiting for their orders, this same big mouth lady made my drink first slammed it in front of everyone and asked me to take my order.
