Our go to place for breakfast while traveling. The quality and service are about the same from store to store. Drive through moves pretty quickly which allows to get back on the road.

My wife and I came in about 540 in the morning on a Saturday. We used the kiosk to place our order and proceeded to wait 10 minutes before our order of 3 breakfast sandwiches and 2 hash browns was ready. We hardly saw employees walking around or attending the counters. The hash browns we received were room temperature as they had been in the warmer for longer than we had been in the store. The English muffins were slightly burnt. We got no apology or anything for how long it took to get us our order, there was no other customers in front of us in "line". We will not be coming back to this McDonalds ever. Best thing about the visit was the speed of placing our order and the cleanliness of the dining room.

The staff was efficient enough at the windows but the food was HORRIBLE, undercooked fries, severely under toked, and over cooked/dried burger patties. Usually they do a lot better, today’s crew needs some work if they want $18 a hour.

On my last 3 orders, the fries were double dipped and not fit to eat. They are constantly giving customers the wrong orders in the drive thru. Managers need to retrain their help or fire them. People get tired of not getting their money's worth.

Terrible drive thru wait over 25 min to get to the menu speaker. Then had a rude cashier that was clearly mad they were there. Had to tell her my order 3 times as she read it back wrong 2 times and then when we got the order 2 out of 3 drinks were wrong. The only reason they get 2 * is because they had the McRib that my wife likes.

BUYER BEWARE: I was charged double on my debit card - check your records and receipts after purchase (was charged 24.22 for a 12.00 purchase (quarter pounder meal, med size)

I order a simple quarter pounder with cheese meal. I get pulled to slot #4, somebody else pulled into the slot before me, so I pull into the next available slot, I go inside to let them know what happened and what slot I was in. I was assured it would be written on the receipt and it would be brought out to me. 20 minutes later some kid comes out and starts trying to give my food away to multiple other people.

Bought two sandwiches tonight after work and the buns tasted like they were left out for a week not in anything. Very dry/hard and the patties tasted like they were salted over and over and over. Very gross and not worth the money at all.

Everything was just awful here. The old woman at the counter was awful and was so rude to evreyone in my family. All the managers went on break at the same time and still that old lady had also no idea how to work anything and could serve NO ONE. This is the second time this has happened with this old lady and I’m sick of it. If you go here and see her you mind as well leave cause you won’t get your food. Oh and also the food arrived 20 minutes after we ordered it and it was freezing cold. This was all and all just an awful experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

I was given the wrong order in the drive though, then came inside and asked for it to be fixed. After 20 minutes nothing happened so I gave up and left. Not the brightest people working here, I'd recommend not going.

Food is good but every single time I order there is something messed up either strawberry banana shake that arrives as a strawberry mango or a Coca-Cola that arrives as a diet Coke today I specifically ordered Monopoly items and everything arrived in regular boxes and my drink was in a mcCafe cup no monopoly pieces

Would give manager of this place a zero if could - self-order station doesn’t work properly (doesn’t print paper with number) and, when we reported it, the manager just brushed it off with “it doesn’t work”… huh? And just the way the front line manager looked - very sloppy - didn’t project a lot of professionalism in general, so it’s not surprising that the place is kinda of a mess. Won’t be stopping here again for sure.

All I order is an ice coffee nothing fancy. But not only is it wrong every time but they argue with me saying it’s made right. I try to explain light cream means only a little and I can’t have the mega amount they put in…but they argue. Then I’m asked to pull ahead and 15 min later it’s still wrong. This happens everyday!! I keep putting up with the hassle for the cost, but Starbucks is looking much better. So darn rude in every way.

What happened to this McDonald's location??? It used to be good. Whenever we visit we stop in almost daily. Today (first time in a few months), we ordered a cheeseburger, hamburger and 2 ice teas. The burgers were awful! The meat was hard, like a cookie. My cheeseburger's bun looked like a bite was taken out. Our teas were completely cloudy. I ask again, "What happened???!"

The staff is a collection of the most incompetent people I've ever interacted with. The entire lobby was full of people that received partial or completely wrong orders. After arguing over whether or not my order ever existed, we eventually just left without any drinks.

I had to order at a kiosk because no registers were open. Took some time finding a clean table, some were sticky and smaller like syrup, which is alarming because it was midday. After food was brought to the table, I had to go to the counter and ask for condiments. If an employee looked at me they quickly averted their eyes and not one spoke to me. Finally a manager walked up to a register to fiddle with it and I asked her. Without looking up, she ordered one of the employees ignoring me to get what I needed. I asked for what I ordered then she started laying into me questioning why I needed so much. I told her I wouldn’t be at the counter if I had what I ordered. She huffed off without another word. This manager was dark haired with glasses and very rude
