They have really nice and refreshing sandwiches made really well. Don’t come as often as I’d like but when I do I get the best quality sandwiches, service and efficiency. I would like to particularly point out one specific worker who’s always there when I arrive never seems to stop be a hard worker, his name’s Joseph and he’s just the funniest most enjoyable person to lighten the workplace. I really admire that people like this do the best effort with any task they have whether it be big or small very patient and understanding when I messed up my order. Never seems to complain with what comes his way with other rude customers I saw in the atmosphere. Definitely small things like nice service and food from Joseph make a bigger impact as a local for me my day and experience better! HE NEEDS A RAISE! I hope there are still people like him that are seen in the work industry.

Service: The team at Jersey Mikes in Paso Robles are phenomenal. During a busy lunch rush with 10 people in line when I got there they were able to get people their food exceptionally fast without compromising customer service. They were friendly, got every order right (that I saw), and handled the stress that comes with a fast paced service setting very well. 10/10. Food: I have to admit I did not expect much it’s been a while since I ate here or at any “fast food” however the food was great. Now it’s not meant to be a 5 star Michelin filet mignon diner but they do what they do very well. They are much better than their local competitors Mr Pickles and Subway. I thoroughly enjoyed my sand which and reccomend it for others. (Giant club mikes way on wheat). I paid $20 for a giant sandwich that was delicious and completely filled me up with left overs for later. (I am a 205 pound 6 foot male I eat a lot) 10/10 (for a sand which store) Atmosphere: It’s probably the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in and has a light happy atmosphere. 10/10.

Mine and my kids favorite place to get a sandwich. The sandwich's are always great, I've never been disappointed. Today I ordered online. My kids have been sick and I didn't want to take them anywhere so I was trying to hurry and order for pickup. I messed up the order because I was rushing. That was all on me. When I went in there I offered to pay to fix MY mistake yet they were still very understanding and fixed my mistake. So thank you. Excellent customer service. It made me love our favorite sandwich shop even more!

Today I decided to come in for a salad after ordering I was clumsy and dropped the whole bowl. Cindy and Gloria were so kind to me and understanding. They both showed me wonderful customer service and kindness. This kindness is missing in the world. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond.

Joseph and Ella made our quick dinner stop one of the best customer service experiences ever. We came in about 25 minutes before closing and they were happy to help us and super friendly. I wish there were more workers like them. Ella was cleaning the lobby and restrooms up while Joseph made the sandwiches and cleaned up behind the counter. Jersey Mike's keep these 2 kids around, great attitude, and super efficient.

I used to be a HUGE subway fan and always refused to eat Jersey Mikes because I felt like I was betraying them. I finally caved in February at this store and ever since I tried it, I have continuously came in and will continue to come in because the meat is sliced freshly and the food is so amazing. The customer service is top notch. The employees are always very quick which is impressive considering the big rushes they can get. I am amazed at how well they can memorize what you order no matter how many altercations you make. My family and I love you very much Jersey Mikes and all of your employees!!

My husband and I came in yesterday for lunch and the Italian was delicious! The blonde lady who I was told is the manager was very friendly and accommodating. You could tell she cared and kept checking on everyone. The other 2 gals were very sweet as well and they all made the experience enjoyable. We noticed how everyone smiled and worked together. Very refreshing to see these days. The store was very clean and tidy. Very well managed. It’s nice to come into a place of business and see they care. Very rare nowadays. We most assuredly will be back soon!

Best experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mikes. Hayden and Shannon were excellent with customer service and support, very friendly as well. Maria was incredible. I listened to her interactions before I was served, and an upset customer was more than taken care of by her professionalism. She is also the fastest I’ve ever seen. I had a large order of more than half a dozen sandwiches.. she made them all faster, combined, than I’ve seen employees make one sandwich. Very friendly as well. Overall great experience.

Very tasty sandwiches! It's always a great meal, and I've never had an issue with the staff. I usually go with one of their cheese steaks but their cold subs are also delicious. The desert options are a must as well. The manager on duty tonight was having to deal with a rude and unreasonable customer ahead of me and I though she handled the situation very well. This is a very good option for a quick meal.

Great sandwiches, friendly staff. But very busy during lunch hour, and long wait periods. Even calling in or making mobile orders take time. Because of social distancing, some people had to wait outside in 100* weather!

I agree with the warning that they will not make mini size sandwiches! This policy is really a misrepresentation of their menu. They should advertise that they do not have a mini size. My wife and I are seniors and cannot eat the larger sizes that they have so it is a hardship if we come there and they do not allow us to have a mini size. We've never experienced this with any other Jersey Mike's so I don't know if it's a corporate or local decision. It is disappointing because the food is so good.

Wow this used to be our favorite sandwich shop. No more! Management has obviously changed and not for the good! When the blonde manager was there everything was smooth and employees were happy. Complete opposite now! The new dark haired short manager treats the staff terribly. Rude to customers as well. No wonder we've noticed a huge turnaround in the staffing. Words of advice to this Jersey Mike's- change is not always a good thing! Don't fix things that are not broken! We will not be returning. Just to add we've heard around our small town the same opinions. Very sad!

There is a policy that when they run out of the mini size in the bread of your choice that they bake earlier in the day, it may be game over. When I was informed that my only choice for a mini was the rosemary parm, I asked the staff if they could cut down a white or wheat- "No" and "No" was the reply. I left. On my way home, about 4 miles away, I thought "this is wrong", I have had many minis :-) with no issues in the past. I'm in the sub club for crying out loud! I called and talked to the lead person on duty and told her my story. She confirmed that when they run out of the pre-baked mini bread of your liking, that's it. She said cutting down a regular size bread was just too wasteful. I guess losing a customer is worth an inch of bread? To be fair, I was offered a free mini if I came back in and asked for her, but I declined on principle. To the manager of the store in Paso. Did you make this policy? Or is this from Corporate? I think a better policy is 'the customer is always right'! Fast food is so expensive these days, right?! If you are training your staff to let a customer walk after a simple request then I will take my business elsewhere. The end. (I do feel slightly better, but I am still hungry)

This is a bad location. I’ve been there a number of times and it is always disappointing. Bread was stale, no lettuce, tasted off, almost no meat. The location in Atascadero 10x better. I get a sandwich at least once a week.
