Red Lobster - Peoria - West Bell Rd.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner as he has never been. Our waitress Denisse was very courteous, friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We'll be back soon.

We had a wonderful birthday dinner, Denise was our server at the location on Bell Road in PEORIA. She was absolutely lovely, very accommodating with a somewhat demanding table.

Our waitress Denise was very attentive with what we needed. She was quick at bringing our drinks and food. She answered all of our questions about the menu. At the end of our food she surprised my dad with a ice cream and a candle to sing him happy birthday for his 81st birthday. Thank you Denise for the best experience.

Denisse is so amazing. Today my daughter took me to lunch for my 50th birthday and Denise was absolutely amazing! Best customer service so friendly. The food was amazing and even a birthday ice cream with the candle. I really love my experience and this will keep me loyal to the brand. Thank you Denise for making my birthday lunch so special.

Took my son during happy hour & we had a best experience EVER!!!!! Jimmy was an excellent server! Great with recommendations ☺️. The queso crab dip is amazing, like fr. We enjoyed the boil, kinda make a mistake, introducing my son the lobster lol which came in the bag…. He really liked it. Can beat a 5$ Tito’s strawberry lemonade 🍓🍋 & ice cream at the end…… Wednesday bonding time with the kid well spent ☺️

Our waiter Joseph was friendly, efficient and prompt! Thank you Joseph and thank you Red Lobster.. you've been our go to place for birthday celebrations for years! I highly recommend the grilled Salmon and the Carribean margarita!

My partner & I just had an ABSOLUTE wonderful lunch, including dessert 🍨 😋 at the Arrowhead Red Lobster. Denisse, our waitress was AWESOME & on top of everything as usual. We can't wait for our next visit. Emily, the District Mgr is absolutely wonderful ❤️, friendly, and great with her customers. Such a wonderful place to be!!

I went on my birthday this year 2025, it wasn't busy at all. Which I liked, our server was very attentive and the best! He was perfect, he was there enough for our needs but not there too much. Our plates were 46.99 ea and that's not including my kid's meals. I did get upcharges for the asparagus. We tipped $40 dollars because he was superior. Everything was kept clean and the food was amazing, thank you!

I love their biscuits. We had the three-option shrimp platter with Dragon Shrimp, Shrimp Scampi, and Coconut Shrimp—Dragon Shrimp was my favorite. They even accommodated our request for Crabby Cheese Fries, which we love. The Brussels sprouts and mac and cheese with bacon were delicious premium sides. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy dining at Red Lobster. We have never been disappointed with our meals and our favorite server, Brittny, is awesome. Brittny always takes excellent care of us and even remembers our orders. She has an infectious smile, is very attentive, and is just a joy to come in and visit with while we dine. Besides the delicious food, Brittny is one of the reasons we just keep coming back.

We came in to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday because she LOVES the biscuits. The food was great I had the sailor boil which was AMAZING by the way. Our server Denise was very mad very and took GREAT care of us.

Denisse was our waiter and she was amazing. She was on top of our table and always attentive of not just us but others around us as well. She is fast, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for us. She made us feel welcome from the start to finish.

I can't do dairy and Denisse went above and beyond to put the lobster sauce on the side. She brought me a side if olive oil and parmesan cheese . The lobster and shrimp pasta was the best and I ate the entire dish!! I really appreciate her taking the time and effort for me

Went to dinner with my Husband and kids. And I am actually amazed on the customer service that Denise Provided, by far the best service I’ve had in a very long time. She was very attentive very nice, always smiling and we have not experienced that in other restaurants until now.. She was very attentive as soon as she saw that we were low on drinks. She would bring us a refill and always asked us if we were OK or if we needed anything. We never had to look for our waitress because she would always be attentive to us. Such an amazing waitress, definitely made our experience there way better than I expected.

We were a party of 8 adults for a family birthday. 6 members have never been to Red Lobster. Our waitress was Olivia who was exceptional! She was so upbeat, kind and personable. She patiently explained the menu and dishes to all our first-timers. A team of staff came out with all our meals at once. Very efficient and awesome on service. Quality of food was delicious!

Although there was very minor issues that were result of the kitchen staff, we greatly appreciate that Denise immediately took care of it. She’s a very upbeat and positive person and we enjoyed her positive energy. Thank you for making our evening. Great Denise. Additionally, we loved being able to have a reservation to where we got seated immediately.

Had a wonderful dinner with my wife and we had Denise as a server and she did an amazing job. Vary attentive, was always making sure we had what we needed. It's definitely nice to have a great waitress/waiter with great attitude and service.

I had an amazing experience at the Red Lobster at Arrowhead Mall thanks to our server, Denisse. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She checked on us at the perfect times, made great menu suggestions, and made sure everything came out just the way we wanted. Denisse has a genuine, friendly personality that made our meal feel special. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Excellent service like hers is rare these days! If you’re dining at the Arrowhead Mall Red Lobster, definitely ask for Denisse — she’ll make your visit exceptional.

Joseph S. Was our server. He was Great at his job. He knew about keto. As my wife and I are on keto so we didn't have to worry about biscuits or taking off the croutons off the home salad. We didn't have to ask to get our drinks refilled once. He was very knowledgeable on the menu. He did a great job. The food was excellent. We enjoyed our time at Red lobster. Thank you, Joseph.

Had dinner here last night and it was absolutely amazing! Huge fan of RL since I was a kid but this experience was even better because of our server, Dustin, being so freaking awesome! He's extremely efficient, friendly, and knows how to check back with us in a timely manner. That can sometimes be easy to forget when you're busy running around but he knows what he's doing! Highly recommend RL all day as the food was perfect (it usually is with this restaurant chain) but I also highly recommend this location and ask for Dustin if he's available, we know we will the next time we're there! Thanks again!

Hey all! Came in for dinner and weren't diappointed. The fam shared the Mariner seafood boil bag (lobster tail, 1 cluster of crab legs, dozen shrimp, corn, and potatoes), with a grilled shrimp add-on and some of the bacon mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. The bag was flavorful with just a hint of spice. The grilled shrimp were tasty and not overcooked. We also had a couple glasses of wine. Their happy hour special was only $5 a glass. Our server, Denisse, did an excellent job taking care of us. We never had to wait for anything and she is very friendly and professional. The atmosphere of the restaurant is excrement for a dinner with the fam, out with friends, or on a date nite. We hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a while, but we will be back soon. Come check the out!!!

I haven’t been to Reb Lobster since I was a kid and honestly it blew me out of the water!! The food was delicious and hot and our server Denisse was quick and attentive! Very sweet and explained all options on the menu and helped me choose what to order. She even brought out a suprise sundae for my cousins birthday which made a big difference ! Overall service from here was spectacular, will be visiting again!

We had a wonderful experience here! All our food was delicious and hot and exactly what we wanted! We ordered the shrimp trio and it was delicious! The salmon with crab was perfect! The Parmesan crusted chicken was an all time favorite of ours, as well! Amazing every time I have it!! Denisse was an amazing server! So kind and attentive and answered all our questions about the menu! Her smile and positive attitude really made our experience truly the very best!!! Thank you, Denisse!!! You are awesome!!!

The atmosphere is overall very nice and clean! We were blessed to have Denisse as our server! She greeted us with amazing service and personality. It was a treat to have been meet with such hospitality here!

Service was great. Like always. Not overwhelming but asked for my needs at the proper time. Lobster and shrimp were overcooked. Maybe because it was grilled. I do love this location though, for it's great and prompt service and for never having to wait to long. Paul was an excellent server.

Low key daytime lunch for a Wednesday. Food was great. Way too much for just me and I had plenty to take home for under $20. My server seemed disconnected and all over the place. But she did ok. Just don't think she was quite ready to manage that many tables. Ended up paying with cash because she was too busy to come collect my card in a timely manner.

Denisse was very attentive and friendly. She was prompt and smiling! Very upbeat. She's a great server. Now, for the food. It was mostly good but found the pasta sauce was a bit curdled and not the best. Garlic shrimp and popcorn shrimp were very good and cooked properly. It was overall a decent special for the price

Denise our server displayed such Joy and professionalism! Constantly attending to her assigned tables without a glitch, and returning to make sure everything was perfect! My sirloin was prepared to perfection with lovely broccoli and mashed potatoes. The lobster unfortunately had no flavor and was like chewing rubber bands.

I haven't been here in forever, but of course I had to try the seafood boil. Then I remembered why I don't come often, between the minimum meat and the options offered, I feel like I'd get more for the amount I pay at a different seafood place. The service always tries their best and I can't fault the new marketing ideas that they're bringing. The sauce for the seafood boil was okay, I feel like if they brought heavy hitter sauces with bigger crabs, then we have a competitor.

I asked for a spoon. I got a dirty spoon. Waitress was kind of edgy with a little of an attitude. It was Father's Day. I think she was overworked. My brother had the Alfredo pasta with chicken. He loved it. His girlfriend had the coconut shrimp and mashed potatoes. She couldn't finish her shrimp. I had shrimp scampi. It was delicious. I also had a house salad with blue cheese dressing and it was delicious. I had crispy brussel sprouts. There's a sweet sauce on it and I didn't care for. The all you can eat offerings sadly are all gone.

Red Lobster has gone downhill. The food was a lot better 10 to 20 years ago. The menu choices & food taste is definitely NOT as good as they were 2 years ago. The happy hour only applies to a very select few items. The biscuits are still free but they need to serve & or offer butter. The service or waitstaff is good, & you'd like to leave a tip, but when the food isn't good, & drinks aren't cheap, it's hard to leave a big tip.

A Disappointing Visit to a Former Favorite My recent visit to Red Lobster was a regrettable departure from the celebratory destination I once knew. The experience fell short in service, menu flexibility, and food quality, making it difficult to recommend. We arrived at 3:00 PM on a Saturday to an unstaffed host stand. The dining room was noticeably understaffed, with a single server also managing the bar. While we sympathized with the clear operational strain, the resulting service was inevitably slow and limited. The menu structure was inflexible. My desired order of crab legs was only available as part of a pre-set combination, served atop a bed of fried potatoes—a puzzling and unappetizing presentation. When I politely inquired about substituting the potatoes for another side, I was informed that substitutions were not permitted, only paid additions. This rigid policy felt customer-unfriendly. I ended up ordering the Wild Caught Flounder. The meal itself was unsatisfactory. The baked potato had the unmistakable texture and darkened appearance of having been held for far too long, with a leathery skin. The broccoli side was over-seasoned to the point of being inedible. It is clear this location is struggling with significant operational challenges. The severe understaffing on a weekend afternoon and the decline in food quality suggest a management problem. Based on this experience, I cannot in good faith plan a return visit.
