Enjoy the face to face service in lieu of using the annoying kiosk. Extrs value meal for breakfast is nice.. about $5.

It's a McDonalds. It is one of the better ones. Competent & friendly staff that care to make your order correctly. Additionally, they don't charge extra for additions to your sandwich like other McDs.

Staff is friendly & helpful, food is okay although the quarter pounder & fries & drink I got today was almost $12! That's crazy! Especially if you saw the size of the burger & fries. Disappointing to spend this much. I could've had a huge burger & unlimited fries at Red Robin for only $5 more! Also the trash is always overflowing & the exterior just looks old, depressing & dirty at this location.

Well, not being a frequent McDonald's patron, it was alarming to find an Egg McMuffin was $8.49 on the display menu. When I opened it, it fit into the palm of my hand and I was about able to close my hand completely. It was robbery for sure. Plus, wasn't really that good. Sorry, McDonald's. Not going back.

I normally get 6 to 8 double cheeseburgers to take to a care facility. Evidently McDonald's has a shortage on the onion they put on cheeseburgers. So I have been making my own with dehydrated onion. I didn't have time today so I asked them to please add extra onion. Happily they said yes, the wrapping said extra onion but of courses again a couple of flakes. I am totally disappointed. I am now waiting at home for the dehydrated onion to get hydrated so these sweet elderly people have what they want. Customer's use to be important.

The first time, I had a breakfast sandwich, and it was horrible. It was 48 hours before I could get that awful sour taste out of my mouth. It was like a chemical taste from the egg or sausage. Night time manager literally has something against me. She purposefully withholds ranch from me and it’s quite petty XD. First time I asked for ranch because she gave me bbq. She complained about not having a lot of ranch when she handed me 1 when I asked for two and refused to give me two. Second time she straight up lied. She gave me bbq again and I went inside this time. The nice cashier was going to hand me SOMETHING and the night manager sees me and immediately says they’re out of ranch. The cashier slowly puts her hand back up and looks awkwardly between us. I should have learned by now and that is why I haven’t been back in three months. Tonight I asked for ranch and buffalo and she said okay put it down and then as soon as she sees me she had another rep come service me and told the rep that I wanted bbq. I looked in the bag to make sure I had ranch and the new rep who didn’t take my order was like “I’m sorry you wanted ranch, she told me bbq”. The older Spanish lady who is probably the night manager is petty and would rather save 20 cents in ranch for a company who doesn’t care about her than treat a customer good.

I went thru the drive-thru on Bell Rd and Boswell in Sun City. Worst food from a McDonald's ever. I ordered a big Mac which was greasy & cold as well as the limp and cold fries. I will not be going there ever again. Sorry McDonald's but you've lost a customer & have gone downhill. 😢

This is one of they're worst McDonald's I've every been to. If it wasnt the only fast food close to my job I would've go to a different one. It's always slow food is always cold how do you have nobody in drive-thru but make mere wait 20 min for cold food or only half my order. Call need some new management Aug this location.

Food was stale and cold. Service was very poor. Had clod fires asked for new and manager took our food back and never brought replacement. Had to chase down our replacement order. Would not recommend this McDonalds.

I tried to order a breakfast combo using a mobile order discount, which the drive thru employee said I couldn't use, so I instead opted to use my points for a free coffee. The points get used, and the employee still attempts to charge me. I had to walk in and talk to the manager, who didn't seem to understand that McDonald's has a rewards app. It took me 20 minutes to get that small coffee, and they didn't even put creamer in it.

This McDonald's is probably one of the worst. They are always out of something or make you wait a long time for something. And the service is just terrible. And it's even worse if you go inside they just look at you. Like what do you want? Not friendly at all

How hard is it to put all food that was ordered in bag? The last 4 orders that have been placed the hash browns have not been put in order. Then apple juice was not put in bag and when I order 3 large coffees I expect 3 large coffees, not 2 small ones. Terrible service. Will never order from this McDonald's ever again!
