Popular date night place just looking around the dining room on that Saturday night after Christmas. This was a double Christmas birthday date, and I loved everything about the experience. (I know, I'm quite behind on my reviews!) The staff seated us in a front corner (as you enter past hostess booth, hang a right). Frankly, that was the only thing that I wish was different. There is a lot of traffic around our table. Melissa the server was exceptional. Steak (ribeye) was cooked to perfection. All our sides were delicious and the cocktails... beyond my expectation. That smokey one was my favorite! I need to look up the menu to label these photos, so if you want to know what we had, please post a reply. As soon as we were seated, they came to our table to take a photo and returned minutes later with the photo inserted into a personalized Mortons birthday card. What a lovely touch! Double birthday celebration, so two scrumptious desserts. We were stuffed but not over stuffed. I would like to experience the bar so hopefully another visit soon! Date night is in order at Morton's! 😉

First time out on New Year’s Eve in quite sometime. This was our second time at this Morton’s steakhouse. We arrived to our reservation a few minutes early and were seated relatively quickly. The atmosphere was fantastic and staff very friendly. We had the pleasure of being served by Melissa for the second time. She is very gracious and enthusiastic. Her professionalism and positive attitude sets her apart from the rest. Food was amazing once again. I enjoy having a steak house of this caliber only 15 minutes away. Had the pleasure of meeting Kayleigh the floor manager. She had a professional and pleasant way about her. Kayleigh genuinely appeared to want our dining experience to be memorable. Respectfully. We booked a table for 4 on Saturday to celebrate a friend’s birthday. It was an amazing birthday experience! After our cocktails were delivered they came by to take a photo, printed it out and framed it in a nice card alongside a special birthday menu. They also decorated the table with confetti! Really great touch. Check in was easy with the gals at the maitre’d desk. Friendly, iPad enabled, greeted us and immediately ushered us to our table. Our server, Haley, did a fabulous job. We started with crab cakes (lots of crab, not too starchy) and the wagyu meatballs. (A bit dry, tomato sauce was good though) I ordered a medium rare dry-aged ribeye with black truffle butter. They just nailed the steak (and everyone else’s). Sides were the Brussels sprouts (good), mushrooms and spinach (great match), and king crab mash potatoes (a decent amount of crab). Because it was a birthday, we got our two desserts comped: Signature Hot Chocolate cake (more like a bowl of ice cream with a dash of molten chocolate cake, ratios off) and crème brûlée (good custard). Overall, a fantastic visit to the new Morton’s at the Desert Diamond casino. We were very impressed by the addition of this top-ranked steakhouse in the west valley and plan to come again. Highly recommend!

First came here for our anniversary and this time it was for my birthday 🥳 Simone was amazing. She knew her stuff when it came to the meat cuts. The food was beyond delicious the service was too notch and the overall experience is unforgettable. Thank you Simone for a fabulous birthday experience 🎈❤️

First time experience at Morton's and it was an amazing experience for our family! From the hosts at the front to our server Sam, and everyone who stopped by our table, they were all just amazing! But wait, the food was just as amazing! Our specialty drinks, onion bread and butter and oyster appetizers were delicious and a great start to our meal. All four of us selected a different main course including the rack of lamb, sea bass, lobster ravioli, porterhouse steak and the tomahawk steak. The tomahawk steak was my absolute favorite and we all ranked each dish but the tomahawk was hands down the best! Oh wait, there's more ... our experience would not be complete without dessert so we enjoyed the coffee and hot chocolate cake with ice cream, it was to die for! We did share the dessert which was a mistake because we devoured it in like two minutes! Next time I want my own! Sam was a bit shocked when she checked on us after it was delivered only to find out it was gone! It was the fastest she had ever seen a table finish the dessert! I have to say it again, everything was just amazing! Thank you for making our family night out so enjoyable, we will be back again soon!!

Below is our review from 2 months ago. We went last night and had more of the bacon-wrapped scallops which are always fabulous and tried the smashburger sliders. They were perfect. We will have them again and again. The service was gracious and fast and hats off to our bartender Joey for his help. We have been to Morton's three times since the restaurant/casino opened three weeks ago. We've eaten in the restaurant once and twice at the bar. We've been very happy each time we visited. First, the servers and bartenders have all been delightful. Special call out of thanks to Janet and Gerrit behind the bar. The Miso Sea Bass was so good the first time, we had it again (oh, we'll have it often). The onion bread is warm and wonderful. The onion rings were some of the best we've ever tasted. The filet sliders were very good with a nice horseradish spread. The spinach with mushrooms and asparagus sides were fine. We loved the mixed drinks. The pour and quality were always great. Some folks on Google Reviews have had complaints, but the restaurant and staff are brand new and learning. I think the environment is amazing, the food fantastic and the staff are interested and interesting. We'll be back!

Everything was wonderful! We went for my husband’s birthday, and it was so nice that they had a “Happy Birthday” card on the table along with some confetti! We ordered apps, soup, and our meal and everything was timed perfectly! Our waitress, Simone, was just outstanding! So personal, friendly, and just stayed on top of everything! She was one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had! Absolutely wonderful end to a great day with my husband!

I brought my husband to Morton’s Steakhouse for his Birthday dinner. Great over all experience starting with our server, Haley. She was very attentive & accommodating with any of our needs. Table was dressed with gold circular sprinkles to make it look festive and personalized menu with happy birthday to my husband, what a nice touch! Kayleigh, the manager brought our bottle of wine and was very warm, friendly & personable. We enjoyed our steak & lobster dinner cooked to perfection! The food was paced just right from the salad to dinner & dessert! Must try the Morton’s lava cake, definitely worth the 20 min wait! We would highly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a special occasion or to treat yourself to a wonderful dining experience!

We had our work Christmas party at Morton’s The Steakhouse, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the evening seamless, welcoming, and memorable. The service was attentive, professional, and perfectly timed, allowing our group to relax and enjoy the celebration. A special shoutout to Kayleigh, who organized everything down to the T. From the beautifully arranged place settings to the outstanding food selections, every detail was thoughtfully planned and executed. Kayleigh kept us consistently updated on where we stood with our bill and the spending goal we needed to meet, which made planning stress-free and transparent. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was perfect for a holiday celebration, and the level of care we received made our event feel truly special. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team to host our Christmas party. Highly recommend Morton’s for any corporate or special event—you’ll be in excellent hands.

Great place to host a retirement party. We had a private room for 28 people and were seated at 3:30p and wrapped up by 6:30p. Loved the service and all the courses from appetizers to dessert. The filet mignon with green beans and whipped potatoes was yummy 😋 Definitely would recommend this place for special occasions.

Amazing experience! We celebrated our anniversary and were welcomed with rose petals and a personal message at our table, such a thoughtful touch. The atmosphere was exquisite, and both the filet mignon and lobster were absolutely delicious. The lobster mac and cheese and Brussels sprouts were good, though not my top favorites. The wine selection was fantastic, and the service was phenomenal! We were even surprised with a personal printed photo to remember the night. Our waitress was excellent, knowledgeable, warm, and provided wonderful menu recommendations. A perfect 10/10 experience!

My wife and I went there on our 6 month wedding anniversary and the person who took my reservation asked if we were celebrating anything. I told her it's our 6 months anniversary not thinking much about. When we got there our table had a card congratulating us and rose pearls and awesome candle set up for us. My wife was so surprised by this and it made for an amazing experience to remember. The food was so amazing she had the ribeye that's was marbled excellently and cooked to perfection! I got the pork chop because I saw it on another table and so glad I did! I was leary of ordering pork chop at a steakhouse but it was amazing! We both shared each other's proteins and both so impressed! The waitress was so personable and another server took a picture for us and printed it off and wrote message about our celebration in the card it came in. It was our first time at Mortons and I will definitely be going back for sure it!

We came here to celebrate my birthday. Our table was beautifully adorned with birthday confetti and a nice card. They also took a photo of us. Such a nice touch! And a delicious complimentary dessert. Sam M. was our server and she is an amazing server. She was so attentive and continually at our table taking care of us. And the dinner was delicious! My wife and I had a wonderful dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse in the Desert Diamond Casino in Waddell, AZ! It all began with a friendly greeting from the two hosts and since we had a reservation we were seated in a beautiful booth surrounded by a luxurious and sophisticated dining area. Our server was Brandi and was outstanding, professional, friendly, had a great sense of humor, and took great care of us. We enjoyed the French onion soup and the lobster bisque. Both were top notch, simply delicious. We both ordered the 16 oz Cajun ribeye steak and it melted in your mouth and it was cooked to our doneness. We ordered the sour cream mash potatoes and the Brussel sprouts for sides and they too were excellent. My wife and I do not drink alcohol so I enjoyed a diet Coke with 3 amazing cherries added and Brandi suggested she can make any flavor of lemonade for my wife and it was so good with dinner. For dessert, we had their seasonal Carrot Cake. OMG, it was a religious experience. I am hoping they decide to keep this on the menu year round. We do recommend it. We will be back and you can see the pictures we took to show the delicious food and amazing dining experience. Ask for Brandi when you make a reservation! Thank you Morton’s for a wonderful meal!

Delicious!! One of the best meals I've had in the last few months. It's a small nice little restaurant. My only complain would be over the seating. The chairs are slightly uncomfortable and there's not enough private seating. Other than that everything was great. Service was top notch. The food was delicious and worth every penny. I tried a watermelon mojito and it was the best drink I've had in months. Great experience

It has been awhile since my foodie needs were met on all levels. Atmosphere, Dining Experience , Taste, & Timing. Amaris was our server. She was very knowledgeable, professional and attentive. Everything was made to perfection. I was indecisive of my side because they all seemed amazing. She even came back to confirm because I made it difficult being indecisive. Both managers stopped by to check on our dining experience. Kayleigh a wonderful manager checked on us as well and even stopped the chefs just in time to add melted Bleu Chz crumbles. Kuddos to Dominic the G.M. who also checked on us and complimented my bottle selection. (Im a Professional Foodie/Wine-O). I've worked in the industry for 25yrs. Hands down 1st time in a long time, it was PERFECTION! Host held our food for us in the frigerator while we went to the casino. On our return we stopped in at the bar. Joey and James were AMAZING! Next time you want a handcraft of cocktail made with love watch the flicker of the wrist of Mr. Joey absolute professional. Tell him Shay sent you for a Tito's Espresso Martini, hint of carmel. Visited here on a Saturday night, had reservations and was promptly seated. I love when a place honors reservation time. Leading up to our reservation received a call from Morton’s to confirm the time and ask if we were celebrating anything, we informed me of the occasion and they had a nice card at the table and the waitress Sydney congratulated us multiple times which I thought was a great attention to detail. We ordered the beef dumplings, sangria, lobster tails, filet mignon, truffle fries, and lobster mac and cheese and everything was AMAZING! They even took a photo of us and put it in a paper frame with a message which was a nice touch! Definitely will return

My husband and I went last night for dinner and had the most amazing meal! They had only been open for three days and we were so impressed. The service was excellent from everyone. Had a wonderful experience on Father’s Day. The food was amazing and the service by Melissa was awesome. The manager Greg was very friendly and checked on us during our meal. Will definitely be returning for my birthday, anniversary and any special occasion. I wasn’t sure what to expect since it’s inside the casino but once you are seated inside, it has a nice ambiance and we forgot that we were at the casino. It’s great to have a high quality restaurant in the west valley.

I came here Wednesday the 12th with my girlfriend to celebrate Valentine's Day and our anniversary. The second we walked in we were greeted by the hostesses who wished us a happy anniversary and took us to our table that was decorated with rose petals and custom menus that said happy anniversary - a really special touch. Simone was our server and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. They came up and took our picture which they then delivered to us as a keepsake for our anniversary as well. We started with the Ahi Tuna and Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella which was absolutely delectable. For our entrees I had the Filet & Lobster tail medium and she had the 8oz filet mignon with blue cheese butter medium rare. Both were cooked to our liking. For dessert we got the chocolate layer cake which we had to take home because we were pleasantly full already. Management was attentive and friendly. There was a live music performance in the bar area and good ambiance when the performer took breaks. The restaurant was nice and clean to top it all off. Considering we don't go out too often, it was such a treat and we look forward to dining at Morton's again!

Fantastic steakhouse and dining experience … the food , service and atmosphere as great.. We went on a Thursday night and was quiet if you had a full table … lots of tables at the bar were reserved or you need to come in early … we had a group of fifteen (15) and tried almost every option on the steak and appetizer selections … highly recommended if you look for a steak on an island when you need something other than the fresh seafood

Brought the wife here for her birthday. They made up the table with a special note just for her and gave her a free lava cake which was excellent. We ordered the porterhouse steak for the table. Great move. Also she had the lobster bisque. It was 5 for 5 stars. The wedge salad 5/5. The steak 5/5. We spent nearly 300$ but it was worth the price. Wife had an excellent birthday.

WOW! Awesome steaks! The best I've had in a long time. Staff and especially Greg were the very best you could ask for. Steak was amazing and the sides were excellent. Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis. Extremely happy with food and service. Very nice place.

Had a wonderful time at an event they threw and it was truly so fun. Staff was particularly impressive and like old friends by the end of the event. Very thorough care and fabulous food and drinks. Decor was great and atmosphere was lively. Couldn’t have had a better time!!! Even the Valet was a top notch compliment and had a lot and very appreciated check ins and interactions with the manager.

The ambiance at Morton’s is classic and sophisticated, perfect for a special night out. The steaks? Cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and expertly seasoned. We were told to have the garlic butter topped on our steaks And let me tell you, we were in heaven. Every dish, from the lobster mac & cheese to the key lime pie, was exceptional. But what truly set the night apart was the world-class service. Marlem was phenomenal—attentive without being intrusive, and so warm and personable that we felt like VIPs the entire evening. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made thoughtful recommendations that enhanced every part of our meal. Her passion for hospitality was clear in every interaction. Dining at Morton’s is always a treat, but having Marlem as our server made it a truly five-star experience. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for her by name. Highly, highly recommend!

People. Let me tell you…I just threw a 60th Birthday party for my fella and 17 other people. Had the private patio and Kaylee helped guide me for the perfect menu (including two people with “food sensitivities”). It was an incredible evening, perfect food, perfect drinks, flowers and candles and all the most gorgeous set up that I could want. The food was over the top delicious and our entire party of 18 enjoyed the food and all gave a 5 star rating. Just to be clear, it’s not inexpensive, and it was worth EVERY PENNY!! Let Morton’s be your go to for any event.

We’ve been here many times before but never experienced service like we have tonight. Samantha was an amazing server, she went above and beyond to make sure our glasses never ran empty and kept us updated as to when to expect our courses. She’s a terrific asset to have. Dominic is also a terrific asset. He was always moving making sure everything was handled. Whether it be running drinks from the bar or changing table clothes. Both of them have personalities you can gravitate towards. Will 100% be back and hope to have their service again.

I saw several reviews suggesting this place isn’t kid-friendly, and that was not our experience at all. Holly and the entire team were incredibly accommodating with our 5- and 3-year-olds—patient, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced, the timing was perfect, and the food looked and tasted amazing. They made our 10-year anniversary dinner feel special without making us feel out of place as a family. Five out of five. Highly recommend.

Dined with my family and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment our waitress Natasha greeted us to the moment she said goodbye we truly felt so taken care of. She took so much time to explain in detail every menu item we had questions about and her knowledge was very helpful. She made wonderful recommendations and was so attentive to refilling our waters even when they were only half way empty! This is exceptional service. My husband is hard of hearing and she was so polite she leaned down closer to him while explaining the Shrimp Calabria dish he was curious about! It was so yummy! Management being present with tables and checking in is also such a nice thing to see! Feels like everyone in the restaurant sees it as more than just their place of work. This is the best dining experience I’ve had in a long time and we will definitely be back. Definitely try the Cajun ribeye if you like a little zing to your steaks! The portions are generous and the flavor of everything we had was just top notch. So happy to have this establishment on the west side! Was delightfully pleased when I returned home and saw that our waitress had even taken the time to label all of our to go boxes. Little things like this go a long way and truly make you feel cared for and not just another table. Shout out to Morton’s! Natasha and the general manager who was stopping by every table! We have just moved out to Surprise a few months ago and are visiting the various venues and restuarants in the area. My wife threw me a surprise birthday party for about 20 people there. Morton's did not disappoint. We were on the patio with beautiful weather. Working with Kaylee, my wife picked about 15 items from the menu for apps and mains. Let me tell you, it was phenomenal! I could not try all of the apps, nor all of the mains but the guests were floored. We went back with just a party of three a few weeks later because it was so good. The staff remembered us and it was another wonderful experience. From the Filet to the Lobster Bisque to the Lobster Ravioli...I can't rave enough. I'm a cook and I can usually be on par with most restaurants. Not Morton's. They blew me away. One issue for me. Being in Surprise, I was glad to see this was more than a T-shirt and shorts place. They have a defined dress code on their website. They had a wedding proposal on the table next to us. Yet, there were people coming in with swim trunks, flip-flops and T-shirts. In Arizona, that's all OK. When looking for something a little more than that, you want Morton's. However, it was not enforced. I know it's hard to say "No", especially when you are in a Casino, but it was a bit disappointing. We'll never stop going back, and we now have some relatives from Colorado that are looking to Morton's as their next venue. Bravo, Morton's!

We had an amazing experience at Morton’s Steakhouse! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, friendly, and on point without ever feeling too much. We’ve been here multiple times now and I can safely say this is 10/10 each time! Steak is probably the best steak you can find on this side of town, service is unlike anywhere else. They think of all the tiny details plus drinks and food were amazing. Oysters Rockefeller are my favorite and the filet was cooked perfectly.

Enjoyed a wonderful anniversary dinner at the Morton's located inside Desert Diamond Casino. Everyone from the hostess to the server (Melissa) made our night feel so special. We made a reservation ahead of time and the table was decorated with a welcome card and flower petals, it was so nice! The steak was cooked to perfection, I prefer medium rare and many places typically over do it. They have a great wine list to pair with dinner, it took me an extra minute to decide on which red to pick but the server was so patient. My fiancé couldn't stop raving about the dessert, Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake (Sundae style). They also gifted us a photo to remember the night by. This might have to be our new anniversary celebration spot from now on!

I just wanted to take a moment to let everyone know on the west side that Morton's inside the white tanks casino is amazing. Not only does their staff make you feel at home and make you feel special but the food is delicious. They offer foods for every occasion and for every holiday but the best part about Morton's is that they do offer a power hour happy hour and the food here is beyond delicious. During the power hour you can actually eat and be full and have left overs for the same amount that it would be to good with fast food restaurant except you are in an atmosphere all of its own. I have been coming here since they opened last year and it has always been a delightful experience from the food to the drinks to the staff to the management to the bartenders everyone has been exceptional. Just to give some thanks to the individuals we see, i wNted to give a high five or kudos to the hostess's Cecilia, Dasha and Ali! They are amazing in getting u seats and placement as soon as available. Front of the house Kayleigh and Dom. They make u feelbat home and special every time u come in Bartenders/servers Kristin Paulina Jarred Justin and Noella are always there for anything and everything. The ztaff that i have interacted with truley make u feel like family. I would reccommend coming here for festive occasions and just to get out and relax with good company and an armosphere that is worth ur wild. Even the live vocalist. Enjoy

I am a Retired United States Air Force (USAF) Veteran and I know the meaning of “Great” customer service. Mr. Greg Harton (General Manager), Ms. Kristin (Dining room waitress), and staff at Morton’s Steakhouse gave my Son and I just that; “Exceptional” and “Outstanding” customer service. They were “Top notch” and made our Father and Son dinner outing delightful. From step 1 to step 10 Mr. Greg and Ms. Kristin took their time going over all the menu items, answered all of our questions, and gave my Son and I an impeccable dining experience; the service we received was “Exemplary”. Thank you very much to Mr. Greg and Ms. Kristin; “Much Gratitude”. Morton’s Steakhouse food is very good and very tasty. The quality of the food is fantastic. "Everything" my Son and I ate was "Amazing". The restaurant is very clean and welcoming; no need to eat anywhere else for steak and a great dining experience. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of food and service we received while at your restaurant. As a Retired USAF Veteran I know great teamwork all comes from a great leader. This upscale dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The warm ambiance made us feel right at home, and every dish was flavorful and beautifully presented. Our server [SAMM] was so attentive and professional, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave us an excellent recommendation for a dessert we would have otherwise missed. Steaks where perfectly cooked and the cheesecake was the best I have ever tasted. The lively yet relaxing atmosphere was perfect for our evening out. It was a perfect place for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday and reminisce about all the fine restaurants we have had great experiences at and to add this one also to our list. We will definitely be back and will also highly recommend this place.

I think there is a lot of good to say about Morton’s. The food was pretty good, very typical steakhouse vibes. We attended Thanksgiving Day this year and while it was busy there were plenty of open seats. We waited 10 minutes to be greeted by our waitress Natasha, who was a pleasure by the way. She was very attentive and got everything correct the first time. Drinks were very good. Over all the Starters were a little underwhelming. The scallop dish only came with 3 small scallops, and the meatballs were rather average for being wagyu. Main course and the sides were the highlight of the dinner, all the main courses were spot on and the sides were also very tasty. Do yourself a favor and get the matchstick fries they are very good. My wife got the Thanksgiving meal and she was very happy with it. I think a better selection of starters, maybe a beef carpaccio or tartar and a calamari option? Just a little more attention to detail and I would give this a 5 star. Keep in mind there are restrooms in the restaurant itself you will have to use the casino’s.

While out and about we decided to make a stop at the casino for possible dinner and dessert after a less than stellar stop at another restaurant earlier in the day where we’d had appetizers. We had been talking about trying Morton’s for a while and decided on a whim we’d see about possibly getting in to the bar or possible table since we didn’t have a reservation. Our 21st wedding anniversary is soon so we decided to treat ourselves. Pleasant surprised we lucked out and were able to walk right up to the bar. We were greeted instantly and drink/food menus were given to us. We ordered a few drinks and were offered bread while we looked everything over. The bread was so good! With the accompanied whipped butter even better. The location is quite nice and you’d never guess you were in a casino. There’s an outside patio as well with misters if it’s like to dine outside. For me it didn’t look appealing because cars were constantly driving by and not the romantic vibe you’d like, but that’s my opinion of course. Inside seating is nice and good space between other tables. There was also live music where a woman was playing the piano and singing beautifully. We decided to both order the 8oz filets mine Oscar (with crab/asparagus) and his lobster tail. We shared the sour cream mashed potatoes. Things came out fairly quickly. Presentation was ok, but I think I expected more for the price. It was all very delicious however and my steak cooked exactly how I’d asked. The mashed potatoes were a bit cold, but still good. Our bartender was hot and miss. For the most part was great, but when we asked for another beer he just left the bottle. First time it came in a nice glass. Not a huge deal, but presentation matters when you’re spending more money. Another server came over and chatted with and checked on us. She was wonderful. All in all it was a good dinner and was nice to have some alone time and relax. Price can be steep depending on what you’re ordering, but if you’re coming here most are prepared for that. Besides the mashed potatoes being a bit cold the only other semi negative was there’s no bathroom onion the location. You have to walk out into the casino and use it there. Maybe that’s normal for casino dining, but I thought it was odd.

It’s extremely rare when the chef cook meat properly and never serves expired food. No complains about food at all. However the dining room has some shadows and I had to use flashlight in order to see the menus. The food to go, napkins and silverware among were missing. The staff communicates well with the customer but very little communication between themselves.

This was our first stop at Morton's inside the casino. If you aren't a casino person don't let the fact this is in a casino deter you. Parking was easy and the access to restaurant is a short walk. We sat at the bar and the service was prompt and attentive. From a food perspective the bread was excellent, our steak was well prepared and worth the money. That's a big thing for me! We didn't care for our loaded mashed potato side or the banana bread pudding but that's a matter of preference. Overall I have a favorable impression of our experience and will return in the future. Update 12/28 We have now been here four times. Each time we are left feeling like it’s not worth it. Last night we stopped in looking forward to a solid steak. We ordered the filet, cream corn and mashed potatoes. Honestly nothing left us feeling coming back is worth it. Their martinis are very good and the staff is friendly and attentive. For the price point I’ll go elsewhere.

My husband and I dined here last night, unfortunately, the experience was anything but the “upscale steakhouse” they advertise themselves to be. From the start, the service missed the mark. As one example.The servers appeared inexperienced and lacked any understanding of fine-dining standards. Our tablecloth was left covered in crumbs between courses- something you simply don’t expect at a restaurant of this price point. No one seemed genuinely welcoming or happy to be there; the overall vibe felt flat and unprofessional. As for the food, it was equally disappointing. We both ordered the sirloin steaks. My husband ordered a 12 oz and I had the 8 oz. We both requested medium-well, but they both came out medium at best. We did not complain and ate them anyway, but they weren’t particularly flavorful or enjoyable. The sides didn’t redeem the meal. The asparagus was poorly prepared and not very tasty. The au gratin potatoes were the best part of the meal, but one decent side doesn’t justify the experience or the price. The atmosphere tried to appear upscale, but fell short-it felt more like a restaurant pretending to be fine dining rather than actually delivering it. At the end of the night, we spent about $250 for two people and walked away feeling like it was money completely wasted. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

Had a reservation at 3:30pm. Table of 3 and celebrating a birthday. Table next to us also celebrating a birthday. Our server was nice. Food, not so much. Ribeye tasted like a subpar grade . Onion rings were overcooked and hard to eat. Baked potato was uncooked in the middle. My mashed potatoes had chunks of uncooked potato in them. Just as I found the chunks, a male manager walked up to us and asked how things were. I explained what we were experiencing and he looked at us and said, hmmmm. Interesting, then walked away. I ordered truffle butter but garlic butter was provided instead. I will say the onion bead at the beginning of service was delicious. Best part was that the table next to us was told since it was their birthday they got a free dessert off the menu. I was not offered anything. lol . Overall it was a step up from Texas Roadhouse and maybe not even that. The manager had an opportunity to fix the issues presented to him at time of visit. But looking at past reviews it’s please email us because we want to make this right. You had your chance, will never visit again.

I had high hopes for a high end steakhouse for the west valley and I really tried to like the place but, it fell short by a long shot. The Sea Bass was supposed to be broiled but tasted like it was boiled and fell short in flavor and texture. The asparagus was a plate of unflavored garbage meant for people with sensitive pallets and had no redeemable qualities. The French Onion soup was decent but, because of the overwhelming sweetness it didn't reach the balance I have come to expect out of the dish. The Cajun Ribeye left me severely disappointed in the lack of sear and lack of Cajun seasoning. It was a soggy poor flavored cut of beef with lots of chew portions left on. I do not expect that poor of a cut to make it from the refer to the kitchen, let alone make it from the kitchen to the plate when paying the premium they ask. The truffle fries were good if you get over the weird aftertaste but they came out hot, so that was nice. The bread loaf resembled a giant onion bun for a 3/4lb burger and tasted about the same. While it was warm and airy and full of onion flavor it wasn't what I would serve as a standalone item. It belongs on a burger with other flavors to compliment it but, it should never be a standalone item. Even though I really wanted to like Morton's I was left with a large bill and lots of disappointment. I guess I can at least say I tried. I hope Morton's read this and takes it to heart.

HAIR!!!! On my 70 dollar streak. Which led to a new steak to be cooked. While our party of 7 was eating I was watching and waiting for my steak to be made without the hairs. Manger and staff were very apologetic and the manager asked is I needed anything while I waited I said another beer. I'm still waiting for it ... Eventually our waitress who was very nice brought me another. Not the best experience to celebrate my wife birthday and if you are wondering I would not eat here again. Not just because of the hairy food but it's extremely expensive and not really worth it. Oh and if your wondering if they comp or discounted the bill, Nope they sure didn't even when all the servers were present when I found and pulled the 12inch hair. They all literally stop in there tracks like OMG and said themselves that's disgusting. You would be better off with something less expensive and probably taste the same or better.
