Asked for soft shell taco DRAINED so it would not be dripping in bag. Tacos were so wet the paper was liquid and shell was stuck to paper and impossible to eat. Scraped food off paper and gave to dogs. What a MESS. NOT WORTH WASTING MONEY ON.

I recently ordered the $7 box meal and during my time eating the food, when I got halfway bitten I to my burrito I had a sharp piercing pain in the roof of my mouth, followed by blood coming out, to find there was a sliver of glass in my burrito that had punctured the roof of my mouth, leading to severe pain and lots of bleeding. I have reached out to their customer service to still be waiting for a response nearly a week later. I think the fact I nearly swallowed glass which could have killed me, they would be urgent to respond. This issue I encountered will reassure me to never return to this location, loosing my forever trust and business. I do not recommend anyone going here, due to this issue and many others they have here. I do apologize for the graphic photo of my mouth but it's to show the hole punctured into the roof of my mouth after I cleaned it up and spent over an hour bleeding. I feel this glass shard seems to be a lot like a phone screen or glass screen protector piece that must of broken off of an employees phone, and seems likely as they have many employees always using their phones around the food, likely leading to this piece finding its way into my food. I urge corporate to respond to my email ASAP as this is not something anyone should have experienced ever eating at Taco Bell. Update: Got a auto reply email from corporate the day of this post and still have not received any followup from them, so guess my health and well-being is not important.

Nothing like being completely ignored while teenagers flirt with each other, the worst service and worst atmosphere. The young employees just flirt with each other instead of actually trying to work for a living. Kinda sad since the location is in an elderly populated city.

Literally disgusting! And AWFUL customer service. I ordered a burrito and every bite had HARD rice in it, every bite, like really how do you mess up rice!?! And I got a side of nacho cheese sauce and it had CHUNKS of gross idk what in it. It was DISGUSTING. So I call to ask for a refund, and they said I have to come back that day with the food! I said I’m not going back out to waste more of my gas and time because of a mistake you guys made. I said can I stop by another day to get my refund? “No it has to be today, with the food” like are you serious?? There no reason I shouldn’t be able to stop by another day while I’m out again, mind you my total was only $5! Literally insane how unreasonable and rude they were. I will never return. They lost future sales from me over $5, way to go, so smart of them👍🏼

Couldn't eat our food, burritos cost $5 just to be rubbery. Chicken in tacos had a sour old taste. Had to throw away the order

I was really disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. The drive-thru staff rushed me through my order and didn’t take the time to explain any options. I ordered a single chalupa, which I later realized costs only about 10 cents less than the deluxe box that comes with more food. It would have been excellent customer service if the employee had suggested that instead of trying to rush me along. I left feeling like they cared more about speed than the customer’s experience.

Sloppy food prep. Food all over the outside of the pintos and cheese and water inside the crunchy taco. Lettuce was all wet and taco shell was soggy. Not the first time food has been given like this. Was already home when I noticed this

Purchased a chili cheese burrito, haven't had one since high school over 25 years ago and I was very disappointed! There was hardly any filling in the chili cheese burrito!! It was just tortilla! So waste of money for 2.99. Got a seven layer burrito as well and the lettuce inside was literally rotten! I have no idea how these franchises even stay in business. I guess there's a lot of people that like to eat garbage, and pay ridiculously high prices for that garbage as well. The young girl Hailee at the drive-thru window was very nice so I gave the service five stars because of her excellent customer service!!! It's not her fault the food sucks

What is up with Taco Bell. How can they sell you a Burrito Supreme and only give you a dot of sour cream on one end of the Burrito. I could see if their food was free but your paying around $7.00 for a Burrito Supreme. When the menu says it comes with sour cream I expect sour cream from one end to the other. Taco Bell stop ripping the public off.

If this place could make an order right on the first time. I'd give them a award. Idk what's so hard about making blackbean burritos. IF YOU CAN'T READ THE SCREEN RIGHT AND MAKE A BLACK BRAN BURRITO. DON'T HAVE IT ON YOUR FREAKING MENU. I literally have up go back every time and have them fix it. Either get people that can read, or are not on drugs. I don't know what's so hard about this.
