Went for the first time and it won’t be the last! We started off with drinks. I had an espresso martini which was great! We also had an order of the lemon pepper wings. They were hot, fresh and flavorful! I had the shrimp pasta, I devoured it and will definitely be ordering again. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. It was a great atmosphere inside and out. Thank you for the great experience!

I love that this place is close and is finally something that we will frequent! Great service, great food, great ambiance! I love the thoughtful design elements like 7 TVs but they are not taking up the entire space. The bar is great and will certainly be a main hang! Love that the speak easy is reservation only so it won't be over crowded! The food is pricier but you can always just order a couple apps and drinks and call it a day. We had deviled eggs, queso and a smash burger with fries. They were all delicious. The drinks are thoughtfully crafted and you can tell. Their espresso martini comes creamy or not creamy and their other drinks have an amazing flare Highly recommend! I think the staff have great personalities and I love that they enclosed the patio so you don't feel like you are at all in a parking lot. They really did think not just about the menu but the ambiance. I rate this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because we deserve a a great place here that sticks around and should be supported. Sure could you get a burger cheaper, but I know they take pride in their menu and they will evolve over time. I respect that they want to keep their target customers happy and they did it VERY well!! 🎉🎉🎉❤️❤️❤️

We stopped in for appetizers and mocktails at the bar and absolutely loved the experience. The bartender was friendly, engaging, and made the whole evening feel fun and relaxed. The food and drinks were excellent, thoughtfully made and full of flavor. The vibes are completely on point, and you can tell they didn’t skip a single detail. I even wish I had taken a picture of the bathroom because it was hands down the cutest bathroom I’ve ever been in! We also wished we had gotten there in time for trivia! To top it all off, the owner stopped by our table and genuinely made us feel so welcomed. You can really feel the care and heart behind this place. We will definitely be back!

We had a spontaneous night and decided to see if we could walk in for some cocktails and check out the food. First time here. There was a line outside, but we lucked out and got a table inside for our small group of four. The hostess let us know it was trivia night and honestly, it ended up being really fun. I was totally in on it. It was a mix of trivia and good conversation, and I was glad the app had the questions because I could barely hear the speaker 😅 but it didn’t take away from the experience at all. The four of us decided to do family-style, sharing all the dishes and it was perfect. We started with the cornbread & butter, and wow. It was so moist, slightly sweet, and just salty enough. Simple, comforting, and done right. We were super surprised (and excited) to see Aww Shucks on the menu. Fresh oysters in the desert can be hit or miss, but these were definitely a hit. The champagne mignonette was so good… aww shucks 😄 we ended up ordering two dozen. The Lead in Queso was also soooo yummy. Not your typical nachos at all. I loved that the cheese sauce came on the side, and the queso itself was really flavorful we all enjoyed it. The crispy broccoli was perfect and light, and the short rib & burrata with pappardelle was delicious. The wine tomato sauce tasted really fresh, the short ribs were tender, and the noodles tied everything together nicely. With great company, we had an awesome time. The food and wine were delicious and the big bonus? It’s close to home 😂 No need to drive all the way to downtown Phoenix for good food and drinks. Our waitress was kind and accommodating, which always makes the experience better. We’ll definitely be back and we’re really excited to check out their speakeasy next time. ✨ So glad we stopped in.

We just had dinner there this evening. Incredible atmosphere and decor. So fun! The food was delicious! We had the pretzel appetizer, short rib pasta, the salmon, and creme brûlée. The drinks were well crafted too. The service was 10/10. Hannah was our server and was great at her job. We will be back again for a nice date night or celebration! Thankful to have this locally owned in our community!

One Story is setting the standard for the West Valley! My wife and I came here during their soft open and were so excited to have this high-end quality restaurant in the neighborhood. Drinks were great, food was delicious and the ambiance was top-notch. We’re so excited to be able to walk here for brunch and sit on their patio! They invested so much time and care into making this space something to be proud of. We will be bringing guests and visitors to our new favorite restaurant. They even have a speakeasy with amazing cocktails. 10/10 will be coming back, you definitely should come here to eat, drink and be merry!

This place is amazing! The vibe or ambience was chill and relaxing. Our dinner was delicious. The French press coffee and dessert completed the whole experience. But what stole the show was our server Ashli (or Patricia 🤭😉🤫). She was awesome! Loved her energy. We'll definitely be back!

Great vibes! We went for our anniversary and when we got to our table they had a hand written card on the table it was thoughtful. We loved the outside atmosphere. The drinks and food were delicious. The bartender and waiter were very knowledgeable and polite.

Awesome environment! Loved the live music. Filet Mignon was on special. Delicious! And the lemon pepper wings were something else.. I need more. Our server Edgar was quick and polite. Glad this spot is around the corner too!

The ambiance is amazing! I love the vibe & story behind the name “One Story”. Owners are humble & friendly! Our drinks were on point & dinner was delicious! The Speak Easy bar was our favorite!

I really hope this restaurant and bar finds success. We had dinner with friends right before they were “officially open”. I could tell the staff was nervous but we did not mind it. Our cocktails were amazing! The appetizers and desserts were also amazing. I thought the entrees were so so. But I believe that’s a personal thing because everyone at our table and based on reviews have an opposite opinion. As for pricing, it matches the experience. We will definitely be back for cocktails, etc. I pray people continue to support and stay patient as they continue to grow.

Great atmosphere and food/drinks. A little spendy but what isn't these days. Much rather spend a little more on a great experience. Its nice to have a good spot like this in the neighborhood finally. I dont normally like cornbread... BUT the cornbread was so good I ordered a side of it to go.

Amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Bartenders where helpful and on top of making sure we had what we needed. The food was great, had the Calamari and short ribs buarata, highly recommend. Excited to try the brunch and shhh (speak easy)

Met Matt, and owner who gave me a tour if the restaurant and 'speak easy' out back. The entire restaurant and lounge were redone beautifully. They took time to make sure the dining room was very classy and elegant. I had an omelet that was delicious and the ingredients were delicious. I must say the value was good and the service was awesome!! I plan to return with my wife for dinner soon. Thank you for your hospitality Matt!! Welcome to Verrado!!

Such a cute atmosphere, delightful drinks and delicious food. Fun upscale place to celebrate or have a date night. The speakeasy is a must see. 🍸✨️

A Scottsdale experience without leaving Verrado! Excellent atmosphere, very vibey. We sat outside, and it felt like being inside, even in late November. Amazing service and delicious food and drinks with a full craft mocktail menu, which was spectacular. Oysters were bomb, and the shrimp sacchette was tantalizing. HIGHLY recommend!

For this being my first time it was honestly phenomenal. The outside dining was a great atmosphere. The food specifically the filet mignon and the burger was perfectly seasoned, and moment it touched your mouth the meat just melted. The only “downside” I would say is that our server had a really big portion of the restaurant to take care of so we didn’t see him often, but each time he came over he took his time to address our needs and the hosts definitely helped out when we needed some small extra things. I’m definitely heading back soon!

Absolutely loved everything about One Story Social. The food, the atmosphere, and the overall vibes were fantastic. Yes, it is a bit on the pricier side, but what do people expect? This is an elevated dining experience in the West Valley, not a chain restaurant. It is locally owned, beautifully designed, and the service was truly exceptional. Far above anything else I have experienced in the West Valley. A wonderful addition to the local dining scene. I cannot wait to go back!

I originally left this as lower rating some time ago based on an earlier experience, but I’m thrilled to edit as the restaurant has truly transformed! It’s clear the owners and team genuinely listen to customer feedback—they’ve made thoughtful changes to the menu, pricing, and ambience that show they care deeply about improving and adapting. The result? They now deliver an absolutely amazing dining experience that’s worth every penny. The service was outstanding—attentive, warm, and professional from start to finish. One person at our table raved that the shrimp pasta was the best they’ve ever had in their life (and trust me, they’ve had a lot!). Yes, prices are on the higher side, but they’re completely justified by the exceptional quality, beautiful ambience, and top-notch service. Honestly, it’s a relief not having to drive an hour to the city for a restaurant of this caliber right here in our area. We all left with full stomachs and even fuller hearts—this place is part of what makes a life in Verrado a perfect story. Highly recommend!

We’ve been so excited for this place to open! Beautiful atmosphere, great and attentive service that is attuned to the details like providing a stool for your handbag, opening the door for guests, etc. We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and on top of it the staff was Especially for their grand opening night! We had Justine as our server and she was great and knew the menu well. The gin, grapefruit and cucumber drink (can’t remember the name) was so refreshing. I don’t even like gin generally and it was so good! The cornbread with jalapeño butter was to die for! We also had delicious oysters, the Buffalo chicken dip, and the bacon slabs that were smoked to perfection! Ambiance, lighting and decor were spot on. Yes, it costs more than other places in town but was absolutely worth it! We’re very excited to go back!

We came to One Story Social Dining for brunch and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious — we ordered the chilaquiles, which were perfectly made and so flavorful. We also tried a couple of their beverages, the Prologue, the Limoncello, and Here’s the Tea and they were amazing! Our server was wonderful — super attentive, friendly, and patient while answering all of our questions about the menu. They also made sure to bring the extra sides and substitutions we requested without any issue. We came in for the grand opening, and the DJ really brought the energy! The music was fun, the vibe was lively, and the whole atmosphere made the experience even better. For a party of seven, our total was very reasonable, especially considering that each guest enjoyed a full entrée and a tasty cocktail. Highly recommend this spot — we’ll definitely be back!

We just went to One Story for the first time and we absolutely loved it. The service was terrific, food was delicious and prices were reasonable. The outside dining area was perfect for our group and provided a great environment for socializing. This is a great alternative to the typical chain restaurants that are overtaking the west valley. I have to highly recommend the pretzel and especially the bacon slab appetizers. On top of all this, it is a locally owned business!

A Refreshing New Gem in the West Valley! My husband and I were genuinely excited to hear about something fresh and unique opening in the West Valley - and this spot did not disappoint! The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting - absolutely perfect for a cozy date night or a laid-back brunch with friends. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We kicked things off with the Lead In Queso - a flavorful queso dip served with chips. It had just the right balance of creamy cheese and a subtle kick of heat. A fantastic start. Then came the Plot Twist Pretzel, and wow - it was love at first bite. It felt like they spent all day perfecting this just for us. Freshly baked, perfectly executed, and paired with a rich, gooey cheese dip that took it to the next level. Honestly, dangerously delicious! For cocktails, we tried The Prologue - a delightful blend of prosecco, elderflower, and pomegranate. It wasn't overly sweet, and the flavors were beautifully balanced. If you're a prosecco fan, this one's a home run. A little detail I appreciated: they serve San Pellegrino as their sparkling water. As someone who loves a good Tito's and soda, the quality of the soda water makes a difference - and this one did not disappoint. My husband ordered the steak, which had great flavor. However, it was a thinner cut than expected - just something to note if you prefer a thicker steak. I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken, and it was spot-on. The greens were fresh, and the chicken was well-seasoned and perfectly cooked - juicy, not dry. We're already planning our next visit and can't wait to come back for brunch. A fantastic addition to the area - creative, well-executed, and genuinely enjoyable!

We had dinner at One Story on Wednesday night. We loved it! I mean we LOVED IT! Welcome to the neighborhood, and we’ve been waiting for you! We had the best drinks. Shoutout to the bartender Senyon, your drinks were the best we’ve had in a long time. Our server, Clayton could not have been more friendly (so upbeat!) and so knowledgeable about the menu. Food was amazing! Loved the cornbread! Bridget was definitely a bright smile as we walked in and when we left. So welcoming. We talked with the owners Naomi and Guillermo ‘Memo’, and they are on fire to make this our neighborhood hotspot. A bar, a restaurant, and a beautiful speakeasy. They are so lovely. Everyone, go show them some support and love!

The menu is just as impressive. Every dish we tried was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully sourced. Whether you're a fan of seafood, steaks, or vegetarian options, there's something here to satisfy every craving. The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel welcome from start to finish. It's clear they take pride in both the food and the guest experience. Perfect for a romantic evening, special celebration, or just treating yourself to something memorable. Highly recommend!

Last night we went to One Story Social for my wife’s birthday and I’d give the experience 10/10. The ambiance blows away any restaurant in the West Valley, channeling the energy of Scottsdale’s highest dining place. The food was delicious, reasonably priced and fresh. The service was top notch, waited on by a seasoned server. Couldn’t have been more impressed!

We had an incredible experience at One Story! The vibe, decor and friendly staff kicked off the night, and then the food, drinks and continued service was fantastic. The short-rib burata was amazing and so many fun drinks. I had a delicious drink served in a cone cup with a bubble on top! There were so many things I wanted to try on the menu, we’ve already planned our next visit.

We stopped in for brunch during the grand opening and were so impressed! The atmosphere was lively with great music that kept the energy high, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Our drinks came out quickly and were all delicious — we sampled a few cocktails, but the Front Page Press was the standout favorite. For food, I ordered the Front Page feature, steak was cooked perfectly to my liking. The flavors were spot on, and the salsa on the side was the perfect finishing touch. Service was attentive and upbeat, and you could tell everyone genuinely cared about making sure guests had a great time. Can’t wait to come back to try the dinner menu soon — and I’m definitely looking forward to grabbing drinks at the speakeasy next time

I love that we have this amazing place in our neighborhood. We have been going for "Tuesday Trivia" and so far have only ordered bites and snacks. Some of the food is great and some a hit and miss, but hey they are new, not a chain and overall are really working hard smoothing out the wrinkles. In the meantime go and have a fun night in a beautiful atmosphere and try something new for a change. Hubby and I are going to try some plates for Valentines Day. 💝

Food was amazing, atmosphere is what was expected of a chic restaurant open until late. Service was the only issue we had, not sure if server was having a bad day or was just over booked. Could have gotten more drinks and more food out of us. But rarely showed up. Unfortunately my 1 year old broke a butter glass dish, but other staff stepped in quick and handled it so professionally. We met the manager, lovely person and even complimented my child (even though he broke the dish) food was top notch, bar was pouring drinks so fast, they were ready well before the server had time to stop by. I'm so glad this bad part of town has a good restaurant to eat at. Will definitely be coming back but will be requesting a different server. Can't wait to try the speak easy and just drinks on the patio.

Our first visit to Once Story was good. Out of the 3 dishes that we tried the bacon was the best. The chicken and hamburger were ok. The staff was friendly but service was slow.

We were very excited to try this new addition to the West Valley. The ambience and decor both inside and out are fantastic. Kudos to the designer! There were three people in our party. One person had a side of macaroni and teas for dinner, the others split the sprouts appetizer and short rib and burrata pasta dish as an entree. The live music was very good. It was quite loud and we asked that it be turned down or reseated outside. They tuned it down which solved the problem. The food was excellent. It came about 5 minutes after ordering it which caused us a bit of pause as it was obviously all made ahead and just waiting to be served - we guess? The taste was excellent but the short ribs dish probably needs some instructions with it. The meat and cheese is cold (the description says just the cheese). It is critical that you break up the meat and mix it into the hot pasta. Once we did that it was excellent. The burrata melted in nicely. The sprouts and Mac and cheese were both quite good. The service was a bit of a team effort it seemed. We spoke to lots of people during our visit about a variety of things follow up may or may not have happened. Nothing was a deal breaker, but at the price point for the meals and drinks you’d expect some consistency and focused follow through. Overall we are excited to have them in the neighborhood. I wish the entrees and drinks weren’t so expensive as at this price point I would expect to be able to give 5 stars for the entire experience.

Upscale atmosphere with solid food and drinks—exactly the kind of restaurant the West Valley needs more of. Unfortunately, the service fell short. It was a Tuesday night and not very busy. Service started strong, but after our order was taken, our server only checked on us once. My beer sat empty for about 15 minutes before I was able to order another, and it didn’t arrive for another 15 minutes and after we had finished our meals. By that point I would’ve canceled it had our server come back, but another staff member eventually brought it. Then we got our check. Again, not from our server. That said, I’d definitely return and hope the service is more attentive next time, because the overall concept and food are worth another visit.

We were really excited to try this new spot during the early reservation period before the grand opening. It’s great to see something new and local come to the community, and the restaurant itself is beautiful with a lot of potential. That said, our visit didn’t quite match the price point. For our small family, the total was well over $100 for kids’ meals, a soup and sandwich, wings, and a cookie. While I understand prices have increased everywhere, the portions, service, and overall experience felt a bit underwhelming for the cost. The décor and design give an upscale impression, but the rest of the experience didn’t quite align — from presentation to the lack of small touches like a starter or bread service. The food was good, but the value and service need a little fine-tuning to make it feel worth returning to regularly. This place truly has promise, and I’m hopeful that with some adjustments once the opening phase settles, it can become a great addition to the neighborhood.

Lornie Odom

My wife and I eat out every weekend and thought we would try this because it just opened and is close to our home. The ambience, staff and presentation of the food is fantastic. In my opinion, you need to work on portion size for the amount you are wanting people to pay. $24 for my omelette because I added sausage and bacon into it seems unreasonable. The pancakes that my wife had were great, but maybe you should put some lemon flavoring into the pancake batter to enhance it. We will try a dinner service before we make an ultimate decision if we will be back in the future.

M

The place is gorgeous. Our drinks were delicious, I don’t remember the exact names but mine was the prosecco with pomegranate and my boyfriend got something with bourbon and lemon. We enjoyed both. We got the cornbread as the appetizer, it was tasty but I wish it was warm. It came out cold? Our entrees also were too cold for our liking. Not sure why nothing was warmer than room temperature as it would have made the food more appetizing. I got the bowl with eggs and potatoes, it was good but quite underwhelming. My boyfriend got the chicken and waffle. Chicken was delicious, waffle would have been better if it was warm. I feel like the prices are pretty high for what is being served. We will have to return and try dinner next time.

I was excited to try this new restaurant so close to our home, especially after The Craftsman struggled and ultimately failed in the same location. The remodel is gorgeous—the decor and the atmosphere are definitely the highlight and easily deserve five stars. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t measure up. While the staff was friendly, service was slow and a bit disorganized. The food was mediocre at best in all categories—quality, taste, and presentation—and a couple of dishes arrived lukewarm and had to be sent back. For a restaurant positioned at a higher price point, the food simply didn’t meet expectations. It’s a beautiful space with a lot of potential, but the overall experience fell short. There is a lot of room for improvement.

L
Lynda DiLorenzo

Loved the atmosphere. Great friendly server BUT she knew NOTHING about the menu when asked a question. I would think at the price point all servers should know about menu items. She replied I’ve never tasted that, but had no returns, so that’s a good sign. NO ! the owner should have their staff either taste their food or know about how the dishes are prepared. I had the buttermilk chicken comfort food dish which was highly recommended by our waitress and it was over cooked and almost burnt crust. Only ate half after removing the way to overcooked crunchy crust. I was originally going for the bone in rib-eye and then was told they changed it out from bone in to regular cut. Fine for most people but prefer a bone in cut for the $62 price point and yes I would have received more meat for no bone just my personal preference. I will certainly give them another try since it’s so close to the house and very lovely looking place. Needs a bump up servers knowing more about the pricey menu items. Disappointed not having knowledgeable servers and wondering what I would have ordered vs settling for a dish that I heard was very good. I was celebrating a very big birthday and specifically chose a new palce for the New Year and a new dish from my usuals. P food chicken

We went for dinner and were impressed by the staff, the ambience, and the food presentation—truly a gem for this area. The food itself was good, but nothing really stood out. One downside was that our empty dishes were left on the table for quite a while, which I personally find distracting. That said, we’ll give it another try.

K

Atmosphere is nice. Cool spot. Prices overly expensive for both portion size, and quality. I tried a $19 stew which was a bit too salty to be edible. Portion size too small, and the cornbread was similar to birthday cake. Girlfriend had a $25 salad which was bland. Reminded me exactly of Vegas room service prices, at Applebees quality entrees. Food took 45 mins. Asked the server about the wait time, and within 45 seconds, she arrived with the entrees. If you’re into European style dining, where you hail your server with every request, including reminding them to grab your food, then you’ll love One Story. Would go for a cocktail, maybe, but no food.

M
Marisa Liepman

They need a rewrite or One Story will be one chapter. I would have hoped they learned from the Craftsman! Start with the noise. Could barely hold a conversation and was not excited they would have the DJ on weekend dinners. Cocktails are Scottsdale pricing next to an Ace Hardware. Would be maybe ok but the First Draft was in a tiny glass and maybe 3 ounces? $18. Can go to Tempo Bistro or the Vic and get larger pours for less of a price. Chips and dips were thin chips with run of the mill queso. This is Arizona, could get better chips at the Fry’s next door. Asked to add mayo to a toasted cheese sandwich and was told no. Really? On opening weekend? Pricing way too high for that community. Corn bread was luke warm, dry and had to ask for some honey. $9. $ 32 for chicken and waffle?? On the plus side the ambience (sans music) was great, well appointed space. Staff was fine, attentive but dressed like they were working a brewpub, hard to determine the vibe and identity. It’s a conflicting story! And yes, agree with other comment. Owners managing the house with super focus. Maybe stop and chat with your customers. Didn’t feel “at home” except for our server. Let’s hope the editors work this out, review market demographics, realize why the craftsman failed (pricing too high!). Really hopeful they can turn things around. I don’t foresee coming back at this point when I can get drinks and food close to home at a fraction of the price, and higher quality and portion sizes.

J
Jim Cummins

I really wanted to like this place. Other than Tempo there are not any non fast casual restaurants in the Verrado area that I have found that I liked. I was curious to see what the menu and wine list were so we decided to go sit in the bar, have a drink and an appetizer to check it out. We were immediately greeted and led to the outdoor bar. The dining room looked very nice and was tastefully done. We sat down and were immediately welcomed and offered a glass of water while looking over the menu. They had a few signature cocktails so my wife tried one of those while I always judge a bar by their Negroni. I don’t mind paying a premium for a premium cocktail but $18.00 for an Aviation gin and no name vermouth is just not acceptable. My wife's cocktail was tasty and well made. Additionally we ordered the charcuterie board and calamari . The board was plentiful although rather basic with ordinary meats and cheeses. The Calamari was very good although I would have preferred it a little crispier, I did appreciate the charred lemon that accompanied the plate. The menu is rather limited and from what I saw portions were small for the price. The wine list was very limited, not very well thought out and uninspiring. Overall I feel the prices are about 20% more than they should have been. They may be shooting for the “Scottsdale” vibe but go all in and provide the quality that you get in Scottsdale. I can only hope that in time they will understand their market and adjust accordingly

Incredible to watch a restaurant make the same mistakes as the restaurant before them in the space. Spoiler: the previous didn’t make it. Crazy expensive food for Buckeye (this isn’t Scottsdale, sorry.) I waited 35+ minutes for a smash burger when the restaurant was 3/4 empty. Finally cancelled the order. So unfortunate. Great vibes and cool patio, but long wait times and expensive prices with small quantities are not going to help your case. I strongly hope ownership reads this and makes changes. I like having a restaurant there, but you have to fix basic things.

Came to one story for brunch during the initial launch. The place looked spectacular in place of what the craftsman could never. We were seated quickly with an upbeat staff. Things changed dramatically when we had to wait 20-30 mins just to order drinks. We order the deviled eggs and a handful of other appetizers to start. It took about 20 mins to place our actual meals in which I had to get up to bring over our server. It wasn’t until our food came out that the server let us know that they weren’t serving the deviled eggs that day. Food was presented well, but not great tasting. 20 mins passed before I had to get up again to get the server to receive our check. At this point the women owner/ manager noticed, knew we had an issue with wait time and still never came over to apologize for the inconvenience. She seemed more focused on talkin to the dj and staff rather then making the moment right for the guests. We may take some time before returning. Definitely would not recommend unless they are able to turn service around.

I really did want to like it here - the atmosphere, wallpaper, and overall vibe was fantastic. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the female bartender with the colored hair - our apps and drinks to start were fantastic. But dinner at our table was bad for spending over $200. From appetizers to our main courses - it all came out cold (also after waiting over an hour), our Mac and cheese never made it to the table (they offered to remake it because it had been sitting for so long apparently and it still never made it to our table), and unfortunately our server was no where to be found during the entire meal.

Party of 4 for brunch took of 40 minutes to get mediocre brunch food shows me that this place is on its way to the history books. Had heard from several victory club members that this place was better than the buildings last occupant but my experience shows that owner has not selected the best managers, chef, servers but seems to have a plethora of hosts. Ended up talking to the General Manager who confessed that she doesn’t know how to run a restaurant. She informed us that our very hard working server was still in training but when asked why he wasn’t getting the support he needed she told me about problems that ALL restaurants are having including hers. BTW we were one of two tables in the dining room and one of six in the entire restaurant. We will be choosing other restaurants for brunch and not bothering to darken this door again even for dinner.

We went here with a group of 8 on 12/30. Music was so loud we couldn’t hear the server. Asked 3 times to turn it down without success. We couldn’t talk with one another with the music so loud. Service sub par. Need a better wine list. Tried again tonight valentines at 5pm. Was told bar seating was reservation only. Since when ?!

To say we were disappointed with our experience would be an understatement. We had been eagerly anticipating this restaurant’s opening ever since the downfall of The Craftsman. My husband and I decided to go for breakfast last weekend, and at first, things looked promising. The ambiance was beautiful—stylish and inviting—which made us excited to try the food. Unfortunately, that excitement faded quickly once our meals arrived. The presentation was completely lacking; it looked more like something you’d get at Denny’s than the elevated dishes the menu suggested. The food itself was bland and flavorless, with no garnishes, fruits, or vegetables—just what seemed like frozen items hastily plated. To make matters worse, my husband found a hair in both his eggs and his potatoes, and my bacon was undercooked. We’re not the type to complain at restaurants, but neither of us could eat much before asking for the bill. $70 for what was, frankly, an awful breakfast. Unless this place seriously improves the quality of its food to match its pricing and atmosphere, it’ll end up the same way The Craftsman did. Sadly, we won’t be returning. I wish I had taken photos of our plates, but I didn’t even think to.

To start off with this was a Valentine's dinner so they had a special menu which was very limited. 4 or 5 apps and 4-5 entrees. One entree had to be sent back because it came out cold. The second entree the temperature was not the best but we ate it anyway. When it came back it was very hot which was perfect. All of the food was heavily salted making it difficult to eat. They also had no dessert options this evening per our Waiter. The service was horrible. Besides taking our order and bringing our bill, we did not see him at all. Had to flag down other wait staff to refill our water, take our dishes and bring our check. I would have expected the female manager who was pacing by our table all night to actually have come over and apologized for the cold food we sent back but nothing. That was another odd experience. Felt like I was being watched all night. First and last time we will visit this restaurant. Dessert turned to be the best part of the night.....walking next door to Frys and picking up a slice of cheesecake.
