Fun place to take the kids or if you are looking to enjoy some games. They have a nice selection of arcade classics as well as some modern-day titles. The giant space invaders game was really fun. They have an adult bar area as well as pool tables. The food is pretty good and the prices are reasonable. Overall it's a pretty nice family spot and we would stop in again if we were in the westgate area.

I recommend this place for families and adults who just want to have fun. The environment is great. A lot of arcades to choose from. You have to buy tokens, and they will load it into a card to swipe to play. They also have pool tables you can reserve for $12 an hour. The pool sticks and tables are a little beat up but still functional. The food is good. We ordered wings, frys, cheese sticks, and soda pop. They came out fast with the food, and the service was great.

Had a little work gathering here. The place was bigger than i had thought, and very clean. Not that loud either, which was nice. Just ate appetizers, the boneless wings were delicious, also had a blue drink that was yummy. Played triva that night, first time there won first place, how awesome is that!

Dave & Busters is a great place to have fun and be active. Our family went to celebrate a birthday, and our server Miles was absolutely amazing! He took great care of us, ensuring all of our needs were met. We had a large party, but he kept checking in and taking care of us. The games were fun. We liked the activity ones like the Connect 4 basketball and hungry hippos. They also have a vr headset game with lightsabers, which was fun once you figure it out.

They were super busy after the Cardinals and Seahawk game but our service was great. Delicious food. Awesome football atmosphere. Different team being represented by peeps. It was great 👍🏼 🏈

Great vibe!!! Quick to be served our drinks. There's a nice variety to choose from. There was a slight error on our food order but was quickly remedied. There were plenty of seating areas to choose from such as outside, inside at table or booth, or simply sitting at the bar. There's a large selection of games for both adults or kids. Love the late night happy hour, for drinks, between 10pm to closing time.

Me and my son love Dave & Buster’s we try to make it a point even though it is a little pricey to go and play at least once every month or at least every two months. I definitely was disappointed they no longer carry the chicken Alfredo which is the reason that we drove down there today.. staff was great and wonderful they just probably should add a little more staff or some thing that indicates went to customer sits down that they’re new to the table and that their server in that section is aware because waiting was definitely part of the experience and I don’t want to play games right away eat then my kid wants to play more games so it cost me a lot more money rather than having it more convenient for the customer and the server. Other than that I love the place they’re always great they take care of you anybody I asked for help with more than willing to assist me so I would just say when you go to Dave & Buster’s I think your head it is a all day experience.

The Nachos were bigger than we expected. But, they were good. The pretzel were different but, they were soft and delicious.

Dave and his busters were pretty fun, I had a weird new drink and some desert. I had a blast celebrating my friends 22nd Bay. The food was hot and fresh out the kitchen, the games were bright and entertaining, and the music was bumping sweet jams the entire time! Thank you to the staff for being more than accommodating and SUPER AWESOME as well as quick to cater. Thank you Dave & Busters!!

One of the best hangouts in Glendale Az. Lots of parking easy access and well lit. Huge place and very clean. Great food and very affordable. Lots of seating. Great bar, and the team there is amazing. Extremely kid friendly. Huge arcade and awards program. Pool tables and plenty of TV. Huge hall for events and restaurant seating. Outside seating as well. Highly recommended.

I mean its Dave & Busters. Its fun but if your coming for an incredible food experience then I guess you dont know Dave and Busters. You're gonna have a great time hopefully you're not taking some "boujie" girl here on a first date because she just looking for a free good meal and is way too overdressed for this even though you told her multiple times where yall were going. That just means she has a backup date, is gonna uber outta there and go to the next one because you know she got at least 2 back up dudes. If youre a looking for a good time just come here! Just dont bring that girl that you question her endgame. Dave & Busters is for wives! Not flings! Peace!

This was our first time at Dave & Buster's. The food was good and priced well. I like how they have eating areas in gaming area and away from from it. It can get a bit loud near all the games. We went for lunch. There were plenty of kiddos there while we went and there were also plenty of adults too. All minors need to be accompanied by adults at all times and for good reasons. I would come back but definitely only for lunch with my kids.

Jason the restaurant manager was amazing!!! We were celebrating a birthday and he surprised us with a scoop of ice cream with a candle and the crew sang happy birthday!!!

Madison help us so much on my birthday. My wife and I were playing the Wizard of OZ coin pusher and she helped us probably 5 times getting stuck items. We really appreciate everything she did and made our experience great. That Madison

Came for 4th of July . Its always great. Affordable! The spot where we go as adults with littles that want to enjoy a little relaxation , have good food and keep the kiddos entertained for hours ! thank you for always coming through!

Went here for a work event, there were about 150 of us. We fit nicely in the meeting room, thoughit was a tad warm. Lunch was served, Mexican delight. Quite tasty, dishes were refilled quickly & everything was hot. Wait staff was lovely. Bathrooms were clean. I don't play the games, but those who did enjoyed themselves.

The new manager is amazing.. came up and asked if everything was okay. And tbh my wings were cold… wasn’t gonna complain because I didn’t wanna wait for more food but he came up and asked and made it right… kudos my bro

Fun day outing with the kids today . While looking to beat the heat and boredom. When we opened the doors it was a bit overwhelming and with only one cashier at the counter the line was pretty slow. We’d never been before so we were a little confused how the process went. There is a sign explaining how many points/coins whatever you can purchase. Prices are pretty crazy to me especially if you have a larger family. For two kids we spent $60 for 300. They were done after a little more than an hour. So keep that to mind. We found some seats near the bar and enjoyed the nachos appetizer and drinks while they played. The nachos were some of the best I’ve ever had. They were plated well and tasted phenomenal. Service was good and pricing refilled multiple times. Great place for some fun and food, but again a bit pricey.

When we walked in, I didn’t think it was gonna be that good of a eating experience but our supper Britney definitely made it worthwhile we came in for the all you can eat wings which were truly all-you-can-eat ended up, knocking out five orders and they were still willing to give it up Britney A+ make this whole thing much better than I thought it was going to be. I will be back just for her.

It was good, it just that most of the games machine was not working properly, and was stealing the points, and one of my cards was not getting any token points on it, .Hopefully the get that fixed, plus they need to be checking the games to make sure that the machine are working properly, .

Dave and Busters in the Westgate area is nice. Obviously the arcade and other things. However the food is AMAZING. If anything just go to Dave and Busters for the food and envoirment. Lively and busy at night

It's an alright place. The games are incredibly overpriced. We came here after getting a gift card. The kids really enjoyed the experience and the games. The prizes are the typical cheaper items. The food was overpriced, so we decided to pass. We bought the biggest package for tickets and finished it in less than 1 hour with 2 kids. We only had minimal interaction with staff, which wasn't a big concern and was positive. We will just stick with Peter Piper it's cheaper and more for the money.

I wanted to give this D&B five stars but there weren’t enough games. Some of the games we wanted to try were broken. I would look for a different place for arcade games. It’s a great place if you just want to eat and drink. We were there for games. The food was surprisingly good. The wait wasn’t bad. The drinks were reasonably priced.

We recently went back and they have new items in the menu that are good like shrimp tacos, carne asada tacos, etc. The service was outstanding, the flavor on the food was great. The only downside was i got sick from eating the shrimp tacos. The games we didnt stay and play because it was packed they should create a better flow system so everyone gets to play and also only allow a certain number of people at a time its gets so full here its hard to walk in the crowds.

The games were fun but the food wasn't worth the money. I'd return for the game play but I wouldn't eat there again. We had the ribs and Beastmode Bacon burger. Neither of us liked the food. The service was good so that wasn't an issue.

I think we all know going to Dave & Buster's is going to be expensive and crowded, that's just part of it. What really bothers me are some of the rules they have. For example, I bought a $60 play package for my two kids. When I asked if the credits could be split between two cards, they flat-out refused and said I'd have to buy two separate packages instead. This is clearly a method on their part to get me to spend more money on multiple packages. On top of that, the staff was short and pretty rude about it, almost like they're annoyed every time someone asks to split credits. You'd think they'd be more family-friendly since families are clearly their main customers, but apparently not.

Was very disappointed with the hospitality! We had a big party to be seated for a child’s birthday party and was given 4 tables. The waitress we had was great. But the waitress behind us with the piercing on her cheeks was very rude and made us all feel uncomfortable. She said, ” This is my side, this is your side, you need to stay on that side and out the way” . Yes we have children everywhere but there could have been a better way to say it. She then walked past our group of people sighing and rolling her eyes. When it came to sing happy birthday she was speaking to the manager and told him right in front of us “ these people keep sitting here and I can’t seat other people”. By far from the truth but it was very uncomfortable so we wrapped up. Was my first time going and unfortunately was not a great experience. Things could have been said differently or given us a bigger table seating.

Everything is overpriced, quality of food for the cost, not worth it at all. Don’t order stacked steak bowl. Fried cauliflower smelled really bad. 100% fried with old leftover old cooking oil. Even the server didn’t want to smell them. Gave me a headache and vomiting feeling. Disgusting old food. Don’t eat in there unless you’re starving to death.

Disappointed by their Billiards service. We reserved a spot for pool and were told we were next. 3 other parties played before the place closed (we arrived at 8pm, they closed at 12). Unfortunately once they give a party their table they cannot take it back from them and they can play as long as desired so we never received our table. Worst service by far. They need to get their list in order before guaranteeing someone being next. The 3 parties before us got there after us, they completely skipped us.

I feel so violated and never felt like this after eating at a restaurant and let itvalone with my little girl! I came with my soon to be 6 year old to celebrate her 6th birthday day a day early on Sunday, since Monday she has school and won't have her after, because of work. As a single father, I try like any other parent, to make their child's birthday special, even with recently losing my job during the holidays and trying to the best I can for my daughter. The waitress, seemed nice at first which she was, but I soon realized it wasn't genuine, she basically up charged me on items I didnt ask for and for what I did ask for was what were there on going promotions! I expected it around 45-59 but 100 dollars plus later! I felt taking advantage of! One manager Heather, tried to make this right, bless her, but in the end I felt just horrible inside and my daughter disappointed to see how they made her dad feel, it broke my heart Dave and Busters made me feel like a big disappointment to my daughter. Never will I come her again nor recommend for a child's birthday!

If you are gonna host a Super Bowl party and it’s not even that busy then yall need to do better. Brought wrong order 90 percent of the time. Couldn’t bring me the correct beer. Food was cold. Waiter was nowhere to be found.

We have been here before two times with FCCLA Networking after conference. The service was rude. We were early food not ready. Tables all dirty. Then only food left old pizza. Would not recommend. Will go to another establishment.

Yesterday was the absolute worst service we have ever recieved at any establishment. Yea I understand it was fight night but this should have been prepared for. Our plates came one at a time over about a 40-50 minute time span. Our drinks came AFTER our food again at different times! We were never asked for any refills at all! Never checked on. 2 of our guests arrived a little late and weren't able to order food until an hour after they arrived. And only because I requested a manager! But that wasn't the worst of it all. There was a total of 12 people at our table. Gratuity was already included and I realize we can still leave more if we chose. But Cici our waitress only showed us the tablet. No printed reciept! She said you all dont provide printed receipts until we pay. We paid on 4 separate bills. She showed us the tablet, told us she wasn't sure if gratuity was included. Went extremely fast with showing us bill then asked us if we would like to add 20% gratuity putting us on the spot and not allowing us to put the percentage amount ourselves! 2 parties paid. But it wasn't until I got my bill, again she went extremely fast to get to the tip part. I made her go back to the itemized portion and low and behold gratuity was already included. You cant tell me she didnt know that and you cant tell me she didn't know what she was doing getting a double tip then not allowing us to change it to a lower percentage! That is shady as heck! Who knows how many other families have experienced this her and not realizing it! Something needs to be done about this!
