It's been awhile for my family and I here at PF Changs. And without a doubt I have to say it was the best choice we could have made for our lunch choice. The moment we walked in everything was great! We were welcomed with a pleasant smile. We ordered a refreshing pear sake, egg drop and wonton soup, salt pepper prawns, and the Thai pop corn chicken. Every dish was cooked to perfection. Every bite was so tasty, our server Dillyn was exceptionally good. Even the manager Tony came a few times to make sure we're good. We felt so special, we can't wait to come back!
P. F. Chang’s offers a wonderfully memorable dining experience from the moment you walk through the door. The atmosphere is genuinely beautiful—warm lighting, elegant décor, and a calm, welcoming vibe that makes the space feel both upscale and comfortable. The food is consistently delicious, with bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and dishes that arrive perfectly prepared every time. What truly elevates the experience, though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel taken care of. Whether you’re stopping in for a casual meal or celebrating something special, P. F. Chang’s delivers a delightful experience across the board.
Everything about it was amazing! The food, service and our waitress was amazing. Forgot her name but she was on top of our refills, and she bagged our leftovers. Would recommend 👌🏼
PF Chang’s never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a great selection of Asian-inspired dishes. Their drinks are just as impressive, making it the perfect spot for a night out. It’s always my go-to place when I’m craving amazing Asian cuisine! This location is great with wonderful staff
Had a great time! Enjoyed tasty Gluten Free food. Javier was such an amazing hostess
Celebrated a bday here with friends. We had a great time. The food was great. It was a quiet night and not too many people. Our server, Angelo, was amazing. He did such a great job. He was attentive and very friendly. I will recommend this place to anyone if all the servers agre this great.
This is my first time at PF Chang, I have to say I should’ve came here a long time ago the food is amazing, atmosphere as well. The staff also had the Chinese dragon going around the restaurant greeting us and doing the dragon dance. Very kid friendly. Definitely recommend 👍 🐉
I haven't been to a P.F Changs in over 20 years. We decided to go here for my birthday lunch with my family and our server JAVIER was AMAZING!! Great customer service from everyone, food delicious I had the sesame chicken huge portions shareable for sure. Thank you Javier and staff for making my day special 🫶 we will be back!!
Great place for some Asian cuisine. My first time here and I would say I was impressed. Great food!
This was an absolute great find. From the second I walked thru the front door and was greeted by a friendly hostess who convinced me that I mattered. Sorry I didn't get any names. I sat at the bar to wait for my friends. The bartender actually had personality and made me feel welcomed. The manager came to greet me and was a wonderful host. I am no stranger to PF Changs but it's been a while. The food was incredible. The menu changed, but being in AZ, it was welcomed. The amount of food did not disappoint. The flavors were off the chart. My new place to go for awesome food.
We started with a couple of orders of dumplings, both pork and the shrimp, pan-fried. They were very good. Then, the pepper steak and orange chicken, we opted for the fried rice for both. They were cooked perfectly, as was the fried rice. The portion size was very generous. With big chunks of meat and veggies. The waitress came by several times with drink refills and making sure everything was okay. And ice tea in to go cups as we left. It's kept very clean. Nice cozy place to dine out. Update 05/27/2024 P.F. Chang's ran a free delivery for Memorial Day, so I decided to try their Pepper Steak dish again. It arrived quickly and was about the same size and quality as dining in. Maybe a little less rice, but pretty close. It's never as good as being there from any restaurant, but they did a great job of packaging, even arriving in a sealed bag. I put it into a glass bowl and a couple of minutes in the microwave, and it was hot and delicious. Almost as good as being there.
First time at this location and truly felt it was the best class of restaurants in the p83 area. Garrett was my bartender and server and was very attentive and spot on with his Mixology of the cocktails. Garrett worked his tail off without any backup or brakes until relief came many hours later. Great face for PF Chang's as you walk through the door! The patrons at the bar were outgoing, friendly, with mature, inviting personalities. Truly had a blast there and will definitely be going back. Thank you Garrett for hosting a wonderful brunch! Management, Garrett deserves a raise.
This was one of my best experiences at a Chinese restaurant. The waiters were so attentive, patient, helpful, friendly, and just overall amazing. The pricing of the food is honestly doing us a favor. It was so delicious I would be willing to pay you a little more. This is a great venue for any special occasion or even if you just want to go out. From the lighting to the seating arrangements and there traditional decorations, this is a great spot. Personally I highly recommend this place to anybody that wants a nice new experience at a bistro.
We had the best Fathers Day lunch celebration at the bar with Sam on Saturday ! She was terrific. The food is amazing and you must try the new flaming filet wontons! The sparkling sake is the best sake I’ve ever had! The manager Joe made sure our day was very special! We will definitely be back. The food was amazing, the meat is so tender,, no knife needed. We had wagyu beef dish and sweet and sour chicken! So amazing! Thank you for a great experience PF Chang and staff!
Chase our server did a good job, good communication, fast service and very helpful and courteous. Made us feel good and welcomed, will come here again
Great dining experience at PF Chang on 83rd Avenue on a Friday evening around 5:30 pm for three people. Wait time was about 15 minutes which was acceptable. Once seated the server came and took our order quickly. The menu is online only accessible on your phone. We started with the lettuce wraps which came pretty quick. The rest of the food came right as we finished the wraps and our server was very attentive and friendly. No complaints about the food at all, good place to eat on a Friday evening.
This is a great place to have a great night with your family and loved ones. The atmosphere is very nice and soothing. Great music and very nice setting in every corner of the restaurant. They follow all safety covid protocols. Extremely clean. Tons of parking and well lit. Very easy menu to read. Higher priced menu, however shouldnt be a surprise. Great looking bar. Lots of choices. The team is fantastic at this location. The food comes in big servings and every bite is amazing. Indoor and outdoor heated seating. Take out and curbside pick up available. Highly recommend this location.
Went on a Saturday afternoon at 5. A 10 minutes wait, the place was less than half full. Maybe a shift change? Patrick our server greeted us right away. We had questions, and he answered them all. Drinks came and he took our order. Within 15 minutes our food arrived. An appetizer started our meal with deep fried green beans. Awesome! Light batter on perfectly cooked green beans. Wife had the chicken lettuce wraps. Tender chicken with crisp lettuce leaves. She loved it. I had Mongolian beef with noodles. Thin shaved marinated pieces of beef. Very nice choice.
Javier was the best server we’ve had!! What a breath of fresh air. He’s so upbeat and we enjoyed his dinner recommendations! He even treated us to the new dumplings on the menu! He’s a keeper! Thank you so much for the great service Javier!! We will be back! 👏
Had dinner for my birthday here. Our waitress, Arielle, was amazing. She gave the perfect service to celebrate the birthday without going over the top.
It was such a great experience. The food, my server and the atmosphere was top notch. We just happened to go there for dinner and will definitely eat there often. The price point wasn’t to high as well. Would recommend my server Javier. He delivered a 5 Star experience.
My husband & I stopped in for dinner. We ordered a mai tai which was a different version of a typical 1, but it was quite good. Everything was excellent, from our server Casey who was attentive & very kind, to the delicious food. We ordered from the 3 course meal special they have, found it to be a good value. We started with the hot n sour soup and the appetizers of crab wontons. For dinner my husband had the changs spicy chicken & I had the Mongolian beef. For desert we had the individual peanut butter chocolate desert & key lime, both delicious. The best part was when the manager, Tony , stopped by with a couple of appitizer gift cards & was so kind & generous with an invitation to come back. Many great changes with the menu & tastes since we were here last. Definitely will be back.
Christina was absolutely wonderful and made our annual banquet catering was a seamless experience. From start to finish, our catering order was extremely well organized, and the food was delicious. Christina and her team truly went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and pick up was a smooth process. I highly recommend the Glendale, AZ P.F. Chang’s location for anything from a family night out to a date night or even a company event. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
If I could give it a hundred stars I would. Always get a reservation and once we get there they are always ready for us. The food is amazing!!Food is ready fast and is always top notch. Service is amazing and a friendly and helpful. Always have leftovers and eat all of it. Atmosphere is amazing with the statues and the horses up front. As to know this one of the best restaurants on my opinion. Highly recommended. Keep up the great work P.F. Really good restaurant in P83 area. Awesome job!!! Portions are the perfect size. I recommend the Sesame Chicken
I visited on a week day and there were only a few people there. We chose to eat outside because the weather was nice. The server was quick to the table to take out order. He had suggestions to help us decide. We ordered an appetizer that arrived shortly and was delicious. My wife chose a vegetarian option that wasn't completely vegan, but was close enough. Great dining experience.
Great food, as always. Nice atmosphere, Try the rising dragon margarita and lychee martini. Tina was our server--she was perfection! Go, eat, drink, enjoy!
If you're coming as a group, it would be good to make reservations, they do a good job with that. Rather, it's anniversaries or whatever. Nice set up and surprises in the end. They actually aim to please.. Tips are also welcome..
Sam, Christina, & Jared were AMAZING to me and my family. Not only did they all engage with my family during our meal(start to end) but the hospitality was PHENOMENAL. I highly recommend new people to come to this location!
We had an amazing experience at P.F. Changs! The staff were absolutely incredible, and I believe the manager Tony was hands down awesome and gave us a fabulous experience while we there, tjank you staff and Tony! We will definitely be coming back! :) -Miranda
First time eating here. Was impressed with the clean and well decorated interior. The staff seemed to be very friendly and welcoming. Service was fairly fast and the food was good. We had the Singapore Noodles (they were a bit too salty) and the Peppered Shrimp (excellent!). Also, the music was low enough that one could carry on a conversation without shouting ,which was nice for a change from other restaurants. Overall, the experience was a good and I would definitely come back!
The portion sizes are perfect for lunch. There were quite a few options to choose from on the lunch menu. The only negatives would be is that the Mongolian Beef was not as tender as previous visits, and the wonton soup only had a few wontons. Overall, the service was very good.
My first time ever eating at a PF Changs and our server, Garrett was GREAT! He made this entire experience just wonderful! He gave us a pointers on what to try and they didn’t disappoint! We tried the special they were running 3 courses for $19 something and it was a good deal and gave us a way to try a little of something since we had never been there. Garrett also pointed also a couple great nonalcoholic drink options since we don’t drink and a fantastic dessert too! I think me and my husband would both go back again. The honey chicken is very sweet…..if you like that. The Mongolian beef was a little on the sweeter side as well, but both very good. (Both pictured)
The atmosphere is always lovely there. Service wasn't that great. No one really asked unless we asked first. That included having to ask for a menu and chop sticks. We ordered California rolls which were great! Fried wontons, egg drop soup, street noodles and spare rib fried rice ... Noodles were a bit dry but they were still tasty. Had a rising dragon cocktail. It was served in covered glass that let out smoke when lifted. So that was exciting!! Overall I gave it 4/5
We ate at Chang’s last Thursday. They have a couples special for $40 bucks, U get a choice of salad or soup and one appetizer and several different main courses. We tried lo mein with shrimp and a rice with chicken. The main courses are really big, I couldn’t even eat all of mine. I really like the chicken lettuce wraps, which were not part of the special, but I ordered a half order for like $8.50 which was plenty enough to share. Place was clean and service was fast and very friendly.
The restaurant is fresh , vibrant and clean and the employees are wonderful , attentive and professional 😍😎 and the food is fresh and fast with big portions BUT Do Not order any lo mein because it tastes just like spaghetti noodles 👎 we were both disappointed in the lo mein noodles, they are not the traditional fat noodles that absorb the sauce 🫤 . they tasted just like spaghetti noodles that didn't absorb any of the sauce even though all of the meat tasted delicious and was moist and flavorful 😎 The specialty drinks were really good and inventive on their part 😎❤️ and the new cheesecake dessert was soooo good 😍. Another problem was we got there at 2:30 and we asked the waitress if we were able to get lunch prices because it only lasted until 3:00 and she said yes it was okay , but when we got the bill we were charged dinner prices 😮🫤
I want to first point out what I liked about this restaurant. The portions where a good size. The restaurant was a bit empty for a Friday. We got the dinner special and we first received a soup each. Which the server put her finger in my soup. When we got our entree we noticed it was wrong to which the server went back to the kitchen to yell at the cooks. We could hear because we were right next to the kitchen. At the end we paid with cash and our server didn't give us our change and so decided to hide. We still tipped.
Good restaurant nice atmosphere. Chinese food is dumbed down for American taste. Spicy labeled food needed Sriracha to make it spicy. A little oily on all dishes served to us with good portion sizes. We ordered Pad Thai, Singapore noodles, and Korean glass noodles. We asked for extra peanuts on one dish, I think they went a little over the top, you be the judge in the attached pictures. We also ordered lettuce wraps. Total Bill $80 without tip. Very busy 90 minute wait.
The things I enjoyed at this location was my beverage, the chicken fried rice, and the service. However the rest of the meal left much to be desired. The egg rolls and lava cake were extremely dry, had to return them. The sushi and ramen was bland, no flavor. Overall for the quality of food definitely overpriced.
I'm sorry, $20+ entrees?? Prices are ridiculous. Glad we came at lunch to try it out... I was disappointed with 70% of our food. Had the wonton and shrimp soup. It was ok, kind of like "not bad like other restaurants", but not super good either. Also had the fried rice which was ok, not great. The honey glazed chicken was really good! Loved how light and crispy it was, and the glaze was just right. Spent $45 before tip, for two lunch bowls and one large wonton soup.
The food was just...okay. It wasn't great, it wasn't bad...just okay. Orange chicken was good. We had our company Christmas party this afternoon. I gave the atmosphere a 3 because even though it was well decorated, it was a small space for 60+ people and very loud. But the staff did a great job!
This has been my go to Chinese restaurant for quite awhile, normally 2-3 times a week (yes, it was that good.) Wonderful staff, that keep you coming back. The food is good (better than most Chinese restaurants in Arizona) but not phenomenal. You go for the experience and good food. Now, a new operating manager Tony took over, and now it's like walking into a Denny's!! The atmosphere is cheap and all of the elegance the restaurant had is long gone!! Instead of walking into a beautiful relaxing atmosphere that made you want to stay. It's a Denny's of Chinese food! All of the windows are wide open showing the years of filth and dirt and filthy windows!!! Sitting at the bar, my favorite place to eat, now I have I view of a big bug zapper!!! It's a joke now. Complete filth right down to the bathrooms to the rotten bar top! Perhaps, the new operating manager should have kept the windows closed. It will be awhile before I return to this location and I hope the new operating manager returns the atmosphere of fine dining back (that you're paying for) and not a cheap, overpriced dinner, with disgusting restrooms, and dining area.
I was given the option to choose my birthday meal and chose here. We were a party of 3 with a reserved table. Our server presented with a flat affect; didn't introduce herself, my husband had to ask her name. I think for an establishment such as this we expected a little more in terms of service, but maybe we'll chalk it up to being green in terms of the time she's been in the position possibly. A little more instruction on demeanor, self presentation would be beneficial perhaps to a diners overall experience. The food and drinks were "ok" but we left with an overall feeling of having a mediocre experience.
I'm sad to write this review because this PF Chang's used to be one of my family's favorite restaurants for birthdays and special occasions, but after three terrible visits in a row, we won't be returning. The food used to be so good here and worth the cost. We should have sent it back the 3rd and last time we were there but we already had a waitress who seemed so uncomfortable being a waitress, that we decided to just leave and not come back. They didn't even have their signature hot ginger tea! We were told the machine was broken? You need a machine for hot tea?? The crab wontons or puffs used to be delicious but they tasted so fishy that it went from my mouth into a napkin....just nasty. The wonton soup was awful and the chicken in my entrée tasted old and tough. I could taste the cornstarch in the sauce. No one in my party of 5 thought their food was good. We hope they return to the quality dishes they once had and then maybe we will return.
I encountered absolutely horrible customer service by the hostess at this location on the evening of 7/24/25. I had a curbside order to pick up at 8:15 pm and per their instructions, texted HERE when I arrived several minutes early . At 8:30 pm, I walked in to the store to inquire about my 8:15 order. The hostess remarked ‘ Did you call us to bring it out to you?’’ I checked the instructions on my phone and somewhat apologetically said “no, per the instructions that were sent to me, I just needed to send you the word ‘here’. “. Before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me and said I was supposed to call, and that they do not have access to anything that alerts them to my being outside waiting. . Bear in mind, I have used their curbside service many times in the past and have never had to call; My food has always been brought out to me after I have texted the word. “here” to their instructions. There were no other orders waiting to be picked up except mine, and the restaurant was almost completely empty. In my mind, somebody with a little bit of customer service, would have called me and asked if I was there yet, Especially since no one there instructions, does it say I need to call inside to let them know I have arrived. Also, I ordered $80 worth of food and paid for it with my debit card. In the future, if I come to this location, I will be in paying with cash as I would venture to guess they’ll be a little more interested on if I’m there or not if they aren’t paid prior to my arrival. I also had placed a second order for a couple of drinks, and those were sitting there as well, ice melted. I had opted to pay cash for those and two extremely small iced teas were almost $10. I handed her a $10 bill and She was unable to get the cash door opened. After we waited a few minutes and nobody came to help her open it. I finally told her to just keep the $.67 change.. Very snottily and sarcastically, she told me ‘thank you’ and to ‘have a GREAT night. At this point, I had had enough of her sarcasm and said “you have already managed to ruin that for me’ …. To which she asked me if I would like to have a drink carrier. The tone of her voice was less customer service and more. “I’d like to shove your drink carrier where the sun doesn’t shine.” . I’m in customer service and sometimes I know it’s hard to be nice, but where I work, I will lose my job if I don’t keep my own opinion and attitude to myself. This young lady needs a lesson in how to handle herself as a hostess. Finally, since my food sat for so long waiting for me to come inside and get it; it was cold and sticky. The drinks were watered down. Below is a picture of what my spicy orange chicken look like the moment that I opened the cover off of it…. It literally looks like somebody ate a third of my meal already. There is absolutely no moisture and no sauce along with that chicken. It was tough and it was cold. I’m fully aware that P.F. Chang’s makes a delicious meal and their customer service is usually off the charts. But next time, which won’t be anytime soon, I will definitely be choosing another location. And paying cash AFTER I’m sure of the quality of the order.
Our waitress took the order from another table after we had already been sitting here. When we received our soup it was not very warm. The waitress did not ask how our meal was until the end. We had to ask a table cleaner for a plate and a refill of water. And then when we received our dessert one of us got it first and then the second dessert came out way later. Everything was just off. Such a sad experience and not very happy. Not sure we'll be back.
Awful. Reservation for 3 people at 615pm...didn't get sat at our table until after 630pm..over 25 minutes before a server came to our table..ordered 2 beers,a sprite and 2 appetizers..waited and waited..no beers,no apps..left at 715pm. The 1 star was for the bartender who got our initial 2 beers while we waited for our table.
I was specific that I could not have spicy food. I asked if the plate had anything spicy. (I’m allergic to chili and some peppers) the waitress said no. They bring me the plate and sure enough it’s spicy. They tell me it has chili sauce and they apologize. They bring a new plate over but it does not taste good at all. The soy sauce had a bug in it as well. At the end of it all, they made us pay for the plate. Good thing my allergy didn’t flare up. It was a disappointing experience.
Super sad experience. Decided to bring my daughter for a date lunch. Was the first of 3 groups in the restaurant and were seated promptly. The 2nd and 3rd group had their drink and appetizers order in and were served their drinks and nobody had come to us yet. After about 12 minutes. Nobody had yet to wait on us. So taught my daughter a valuable moment. Nobody wants to bother to serve you. You leave. Terrible experience for a daddy daughter date.
What has happened to PF Chang's? They used to be known for decent Chinese food but our meal last night was horrible. We did take out (New Years Eve) as we have done in the past but NEVER AGAIN! While the restaurant was extremely packed and I believe many were doing pickup, this is no excuse for sub-par food. We ordered fried rice, sesame chicken (lacking sesame seeds), lettuce cups, hot and sour soup and spring rolls. The best item was the soup but everything else was horrible. To me, it was all slightly spicy which I have to assume came from the griddle (lack of cleaning between meals). The flavors were like their frozen meals. We will NEVER come here again. While my husband will eat the leftovers, I just can't. Nice work PF Chang's...you may have ruined Chibese food for me. So sad.
PF Chang’s – 16170 N. 83rd Avenue I hadn’t been to a PF Chang’s in about six years, and when my boyfriend asked where I wanted to go for my birthday, I thought it would be nice to revisit since it used to be such a great place to eat. Unfortunately, this location was a big disappointment. I ordered the Orange Chicken with fried rice, and he ordered the Sesame Chicken with fried rice. There were very few people in the restaurant, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. It took quite a while to get our food, so I assumed it would at least be freshly made — but it wasn’t. As soon as we started eating, we both looked at each other and said, “This doesn’t taste right.” The food tasted stale, like it had been sitting around for a while, and even the rice was unpleasant. We didn’t complain, but honestly, we should have. The only positive part of the experience was the staff — our waitress and the rest of the team were very nice. Sadly, the food was so bad that we won’t be going back again.
