The Italian food was awesome. Merrill was our server. She was awesome! They also serve smaller trays with three pieces on it. You can go with two people there and it would be a perfect size. I am definitely coming back. 😁

The food was really good but the service was really slow especially since they weren’t busy. Our drinks never got refilled either. The man who sat us and brought us our food was great but the waitress wasn’t really around. Also I think you should have the salad before the meal not with the meal.

Alright, here's the frank review: This Italian joint is all about getting a lot of food and drink without emptying your wallet. The taste is ok, especially when you factor in the cheap wine that's part of the deal. They've got beer on tap, which is a plus, but don't be surprised if they're running low on some options if you show up later in the evening.

We really enjoyed the food. The portions are huge so making it a family affair is probably better than going solo. The salads were huge and so good (ceasers and caprese salads). The lasagna was good but needed more meat and sauce for my taste. The tiramisu was excellent. You need about 4 people to eat the piece they give you LOL. Definitely worth checking it out.

The food is decent. Expensive though. Family style and tough to navigate if you are not with a group of people and just going in single. I ended up buying family style and taking leftovers home to eat later. Service was not great staff disappeared for the majority of my meal when I went in to eat and getting refills was a bit of a task. I think they have lunch hour deals more suitable for individuals' wanting food on a lunch break. The place really needs a makeover it feels... dark and old and kind of gloomy. Like it should be on a restaurant rescue episode. But the food is good overall. It should be a 3.5 / 5 But I'll round it to a 4 overall.

The only reason this review is getting above 1 star is because of the manager Bri. We booked a birthday reservation and I do understand new servers might be slower but the quality of service tonight was honestly astonishing. We had to bus our own tables, send members of our party to hunt down our waitress Alissa for to-go boxes and refills which I feel like going to a "nice" restaurant we should never have to do that. One entree came out before the other ones which were about 15/20 mins later. 9 people eating 1 small bowl of pasta doesnt last very long... every other birthday reservation had sometime of birthday celebration with their waiter singing and our waitress just said "oh its your birthday" and that was it, our table felt shunned. We've come here multiple times for separate special occasions and service and food were always top notch. Some people just aren't able or equipped to handle more than a 4-top. The manager who we asked for was a server we've previously had and she was very understanding of our frustrations and our not so great experience. Overall PLEASE don't let a server out onto the floor unless they are prepared, the place wasn't even busy ):

They changed the menu. The individual lunch menu is very limited. There are no appetizer options. Everything is family style with family pricing. It makes ordering for 2 very difficult. (They had zero hot sauce, slightly understandable, but still disappointing) We both ordered Shrimp Alfredo. One had watery sauce the other had very thick sauce. Will need at least 4-5 people to come eat here. Also, I will not eat this type of parmesan cheese.

This place used to be such a beautiful restaurant. It's still beautiful but it seems like it's not as busy anymore like it used to be. The food used to be out of this world fresh from scratch we used to come here all the time. I came the other day for my birthday. The place was completely empty. Our waitress wasn't that friendly to begin with. We had ordered the bruschetta that was amazing. You definitely get your money's worth on that. We ordered a large salad and a large lasagna. Both of those were absolutely unedible. The lasagna that used to be fabulous feels like it's been sitting there for days and they just stuck it in a microwave it did not taste good at all. The salad everything had big chunks nothing was nicely cut it was a very hard to eat. This used to be such a beautiful place to eat that was always so busy. I know due to the economy a lot of places have slowed down. But what I noticed here is the love that they used to put into the food is non-existent. You can tell that they don't put any effort into what they've been doing. I hate to give this review a bad review because I used to love this place so much. They used to have the best meatballs and unfortunately they smelled like cat food and tasted very bland. Please bring this place back up to what it used to be. This is such a beautiful place I would love to see it back to where it used to be. I love the family style eating I love what this place used to be I'm so sad to see how it is now. I went for my birthday and since I signed up with an old email I couldn't even get my birthday reward.

On Nov 17, 2025 I ordered a large lasagna for Thanksgiving for a pick-up at 1pm on Nov 26. When my husband brought it home it was a half a loaf pan of lasagna. No where near enough to feed 5-6 people. I called and spoke with the store manager , Robert, promised to deliver a large lasagna before the end of the day today. UPDATE : 5:20 pm I decided to call and make sure we weren’t forgotten with our drop off from Robert. I spoke with Chris the chef and he said Robert had left for the day. He put me on hold and called Robert and sure enough he had forgotten us. 😫 He offered to drop off the missing lasagna on Thanksgiving day 😟. Although that was a generous offer it would be too late. We had plans for the day. I requested Chris give me a refund but an amount was not given to me at the time so I get what I get I suppose. I am highly disappointed that we will not be getting our planned dinner for Thanksgiving and not only that, the mistakes were not corrected when they were promised. UPDATE #2: So here we are, Tuesday, Dec 2nd. I sent this email to Corporate Buca di Beppo and not one single person has reached out to me to make this right. I’ve not heard anything about any refund…nothing. Over the years my husband and I have been to Buca di Beppo several times and I’m sure there are even 5star reviews here for their service but this time they dropped the ball big time. My Thanksgiving dinner was ruined then they forgot to bring what was promised and now not even a partial refund. I am so very disappointed Buca di Beppo.

Meryl Ju was our server and it was horrible. Someone should really sit down and talk to her. We had to get up and get our own plates and napkins after asking 4 times. We even moved the dirty plates to another table. She never brought what we asked for or we had to keep asking. It was crazy I have never had this bad of service ever
