BK food is good as far as fast food goes. It's the service that gets 5🌟s. I had a BOGO Whopper coupon but the lady said, "It's $5.39 on the coupon, but we have a special 2/$5.00, would you like that instead?" I will return when the craving returns. 😁

The customer service is amazing. The workers are kind and friendly. The store is always clean. Smells clean and the food was cooked just right. I hope Burger King never gets rid of their french fries.

Always the freshest Impossible Burger a guy could dream of. I'd drive to Petaluma again just for the smiling faces of Burger King. One thought, please play music in the dining room. Nobody wants to hear the orders coming from cars in the driveway while they're eating their BK Big chicken.

The order was taken and the food was served promptly by very pleasant, courteous workers. We thought the burgers were OK, but the buns seemed tired. The fries were perfect.

Best place ever, the service so fast

Stayed across the street at Quality Inn ... only breakfast bar there. Walk over for a Burger King Whopper Meal for dinner .... you can loiter at the unlimited soda refill bar till you puke.

Not once this is the food that I want to have. Always liked their chicken.

The Temperature inside the restaurant is always way hot And on a cold day they keep it really cold inside it's as if they do not want people being inside the lobby.

Restroom doors are locked when they are vacant. They are opened remotely by one of the employees, but there are no signs to let you know that. Unfortunately, employees are way to overloaded to pay much attention to the patrons. During my 20 minute visit, I saw at least five people struggling with the restroom doors.

Unfortunately, I end up at a fast food place more than I should it's not ideal never my first choice but still end up there! Many reasons for this but we won't get into all that right now. If choosing fast food I don't really have a preference they're all pretty much the same (menu wise) but when choosing fast food I consider my budget & course based on that. Burger King has GREAT coupons that are for sure BUDGET FRIENDLY! I know it's hard to remember then which is why I just keep them in my car. However, even without a coupon Burger King usually has some pretty good promotions going on that are budget friendly as well! Problem is there's only one all the way across the far side of town so I end up going to the next town over which has 2 that are 1-2 miles apart... Makes no sense to me just hurry up & finish "remodeling" Stony Point location it's been almost if not already a year that you've been "remodeling"!!

Dining room is clean but bathrooms are not...they let vagrants use them as I could see.

Employee at drive thru was very rude. Was scoffing when I had to change a couple of things on my order. They left out my 3 Hershey's pies and gave me an extra drink. I didnt notice my pies were missing until I got home (it was a large order and there was a line behind me). Had to drive back to get the pies and he asks how many I paid for twice, I had the receipt with me and showed it was the 3 that I was claiming. He did however give me a free one but giving a free dessert doesnt make you forget the service they give you.

Went online via laptop to get deal, and the code was supposed to be good for 15min. Got to BK 5min later and gave code, but manager would not honor it. Snapped a photo of laptop code before I left house and still would not honor it upon seeing photo. Eventually got the discount, but I guess this BK requires the physical newspaper code to give them (physical touch - during pandemic - not best idea, oh well) rather than honor the ones you get digitally. Be warned.

There was a young woman working the front counter who was dismissive and treated me like I was slowing her down or irritated. Didn't give me my drinks and treated the next two customers the same way. Won't be back to this location. If your going to increase your prices, increase your level customer service.

This is easily one of the worst Burger King's I've been to. I work right by so it's quick and easy, or at least it should be. 75% of the time the food is cold when received, or they scrap up all the broken pieces to make a full order. It's pathetic how they have no consistency with food. Burger buns no warmed or toasted, mozz sticks are essentially string cheese sticks, cause they aren't warm. I hate this place

I'm leaving a review here because, once again, they didn't give me my receipt. Didn't even ask if I wanted it. Of course, when I went through the drive-thru and got to the window, he was too busy taking the next persons order to even look at me. Didn't even get a chance to ask for sauce before he shut the window. Was the food good? Yes, though I'm rather irritated that, even though I asked for extra pickles and was charged accordingly, apparently "extra" means 2 more slices. If I'm getting charged .20 for an extra topping, I would expect a decent amount to be on there. Overall, a bit of an underwhelming experience.

This particular location is ran like doo doo. The lady who was supposed to be ringing people in was helping the drive thru make orders. So she came by the counter several times, said nothing and never helped anyone at the counter. We were 3rd in line and 3 more people behind us and more coming. As more and more time passed without her doing anything for anyone inside, the lady in front of us left due to frustration. Then the guy behind us. Finally after she looked at us a couple more times and still did nothing we decided to go to Subway across the lot. Whoever trained this Latina woman did the worst job and the woman who didnt do her job should be fired. BURGER KING CORPORATE PAY ATTENTION YOU ARE LOSING CUSTOMERS IN LINE DUE TO THE INEPT EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE.

Staff is good!. Burger King just doesn't taste the same as it used to 10 years ago. I don't crave this place like before. It's just another sloppy fast food joint.

Not coming back! 5 out of 5 times my order was wrong. Rude staff! Don’t even think about asking for a drink holder. What happened to costumer service? Do your self a favor and go across the street to Jack in the box.

Their night customer service is horrible. Specially the drive through girl. Angry and rude. Too bad that I have to go to this Burger king location because it is the only one around. They Can never get the orders right.

Will not let you use the bathroom! We ordered our food and Needed to use it but they closed it just before you can get in. She has not even started to clean it. My friend was a senior citizen and was not allowed to use the restroom. She said they have to clean it and it stayed closed even half an hour later saying the floor is wet. For half an hour?! SERIOUSLY! They just don’t won’t anyone even paying customers to use it!

Cashier was rude told my son and I that bbq sauce was not an option on his burger. When he clarified with her that he could not add bbq sauce. I told him when we got home I would show him in the burger King app for this location he could add bbq sauce just an additional 25 cent charge to the burger. The casjmhier quickly doubled back on what she was telling him asked him if he wanted bbq sauce added and finished processing our order. Passing me dirty looks the entire time and only addressing my son to the point she handed him my change while in the one who passed payment to her.

if I could give this less than 1 * I would. We just waited over a half hour in the drive-through because the dining room is closed, mind you it is 4pm on a Tuesday. So we finally get our food. The order is wrong and all the food is cold. I can't even go back in to get the right food because the dining room is closed and there is a line again in the Drive-Thru. Never. Again. This place went through a renovation? Why even bother reopening.

Submitted a mobile order for this promotion, but the free item didn’t show up on the order. Manager Maria refused to honor the promotion (false advertising), claiming that it wasn’t valid on mobile orders. App clearly says redeem in restaurant or mobile order. I then asked for a refund and she refused multiple times. I asked for the number of the owner and she gave me a phone for District Manager “Daisy” but the number rang through to a full cellphone mailbox that I’m guessing wasn’t legit. She eventually came to my car and gave me the refund after speaking with her boss. You’ve lost a customer for life. This was a ridiculous lack of customer service.

The employees are rude and never listen to the customers , and when they handle the food to the gest , they do in a rude way. Honestly, I'm not sure how they hired people like that

Waited at the counter for ten minutes. I then called out to the only woman near the counter. Asked if I could have the restroom key. She told me both restrooms were being used. Waited five more minutes and a woman walked out of the restroom. Still locked. Asked for the key again. "Its being cleaned". I told her another woman just walked out. "Wet floors." Blatantly lying to me. I left. No service for walk-ins.

OK everything is fine! we are in a pandemic, I understand, I work with deliveries and many times we don't have a fixed place to use the bathroom, I came to get an order and asked them to let me use the bathroom, I'm 8 months pregnant, and MARIA's response ( person who answered me) was no! the bathroom is closed! the bathroom is also closed to all customers!? or just for me? I was sad, not that I have priority! but I swear, it was very tight, and I just wanted to pee, today I came to BK as a worker, tomorrow I could come as a customer, but I won't!

Ordered two crispy chicken sandwiches under the 2 for $6 promotion. The size is small but worst was the thin slice of chicken, dry, grease and over cooked. I should had returned it after the first bite. Little bit of lettuce and one slice of tomato. Will never order them again.

We've been eating here a lot,. and one day, we just did drive thru and ordered a meal with two 10piece chicken nuggets. While driving away, I suddenly felt the need to count the nuggets. Guess What? Each bag just have 6pieces nuggets.. WOW! not that I like chicken nuggets, it's the FACT THAT THEY WERE CHEATING!

Worst burger king in the area! The food is always good (when you get what you order) BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE. No matter how many times we go there or what we order they ALWAYS get our order wrong. The drive thru is the worst, you can hardly understand what they are saying. They really need to put the more experienced English speakers at the window. Sometimes we get the completely wrong order. And when you try and tell them they gave you the wrong offer or mixed it up they get mad at you. And if you ask for management he won't talk to you or his favorite thing to say is "I don't have time" and he walks away. The ONLY reason I still go to this location is because it is the only one in town.

The crispy chicken sandwich is a total mediocre. five dollars and the thing is tiny the chicken was super thin a chicken nugget is thicker. And I ask for a sauce and they charge you for it twenty-five cents. Chic Fila is 100 times better and not cheap...

I asked for a burger with NO mayo and there was a ton of mayo on it so when I took it back the cashier said she did type in "no mayo". So I showed her the burger and she had them make another one. Well, the manager came up to me after I received the replacement and with an extended arm asked rudely, "We'll, where's the other burger?? Give the other burger back to me!" I was in shock at the way he assumed I still had the other burger and was trying to get a freebie out of the whole ordeal?? I told him I gave his cashier the burger! How else would they know it had mayo?? I will NEVER step foot in that establishment again. My friends and coworkers all agreed that is the rudest BK they've ever been to also.

False ads in drive thru. ordered some whopper jr deal and when I got it the cost wasn't as it was advertised. when I ordered the item, I read it off the menu as 2 whopper jr for 5$ deal and the dude said ok read it back to me and i ordered a soda. When I got to window to pay the receipt said it was 6. I asked and he said they changed the price. I said in the 10 seconds from me ordering to paying the price went up 20%? What a terrible way to operate. I think if there was less scammy stuff going on the world would be a better place. The worker could have said when I ordered it that Price had changed instead of repeating back to me that I ordered 2 for 5 .. $1 this is a 1 dollar review. Honesty goes a long way
