Love this place, been coming here since it opened! The food is amazing and kids eat free on weekends which is a gamechanger. The service is also great, had some amazing help from Magali recently where I had to modify my order over the phone and she was super helpful! Highly recommend this place if you love Mediterranean food! Also try their amazing Jalepeno cilantro sauce, it goes on everything magically!

1st time here, and the food was AMAZING. The Pita Chips are to die for. So happy with our decision to drop in for something new.

Karla made my visit to the kebab shop such a great experience. She greeted me with a genuine smile, was super friendly, and made sure everything was just right with my order. I have eaten at this restaurant several times, I really like this franchise. The food is always fantastic, the service is perfect, and they answer all my questions right away. I ate a bowl now because I wasn't that hungry. Our food was made by Pedro and he did a perfect job the food was perfect the grilled chicken was divine. While I was eating, German cleaned the work surfaces and kept the kitchen perfectly clean, and Adrian willingly helped him. I appreciate this because I also work in a kitchen and I know how important cleanliness is. Luisa just came here and asked how the food was and if everything was okay. Although my empty plate is a telltale sign. I was completely satisfied with the entire staff and the food as well. Thank you for the opportunity to eat here.

Got recommended to eat here by one of my friends a couple months back. First time I came was with my girlfriend, we were greeted by Karla who was amazing, helped us out with the menu, explained everything perfectly and was so sweet. Since we met Karla, we have been coming here at least once if not twice a week, not only for the great food, but to also say hi to Karla who has become like a friend to us. Karla has amazing customer service everytime all the time. If you want a delicious meal with amazing customer service, Karla will never let you down, take it from me, i’m here at least once a week. Karla is by far one of the best, if not the best here, from the customer service to everything else !

My first time eating here. I used chatGPT for suggestions and Kebab Shop was recommended. Man was it good. I got a bowl with saffron rice, grilled sirloin and grilled veggies (an extra dollar to add these). The flavors were perfect. I loved the gentle flavor of the rice combined with the lettuce, veggies and sirloin. And the sauce y’all. YUM! When I arrived I was promptly greeted by German. He was patient while I figured out my order. When the food was ready I sat and ate while enjoying the music playing. There’s a self service for extra sauces if you want them. If you’re even on the fence about trying this place I’d say just go. So yummy y’all.

We tried ordering online for pickup but their app didn’t work. We chose to go there and order online the kiosk. Food took a while to come out . Everything was as ordered. Food was very good. I would definitely recommend.

I grew up in England with a deep love for authentic Turkish kebabs, but here in Austin they can be hard to find. Most places lean toward the Greek style—and while I do enjoy a good gyro, it’s just not the same. The Kebab Shop is the closest I’ve come to the true Turkish-style experience. Their sauces are bursting with flavor, and the fries are always perfectly golden and crisp. For anyone craving a taste of Turkey, this place hits the spot.

We were really hungry and looking for something quick and delicious, so we decided to try The Kebab Shop in Pflugerville. The place had a nice, clean, and vibrant atmosphere that felt very welcoming. We ordered the wrap, and it was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and mouthwatering! Ernesto took our order, and he was incredibly polite and helpful. He suggested the chicken kebab, which turned out to be an excellent choice. He even gave a coloring book to my kid, which was such a kind and thoughtful gesture. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a lovely ambiance made for an excellent experience. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommended!

We have been here 2 days in the row yesterday and today we really enjoyed, it’s delicious and all the employees are welcoming and very friendly and happy working here, specially Karla the cashier! We recommend this restaurant and we will return again soon!

Kebab heaven! If I could I would come here everyday! I’ve been dining in after my workouts since it’s in the same area as the gym nearby. I’ve been coming here a few times- love getting the plate with saffron rice and kale salad with either chicken or steak! After a few times of dining in I notice that I’m leftover with a lot of the salad and some rice so I doubled up on the protein with some chicken and steak! Great idea after a workout and if you love your protein like me! They have a sauce station as well so you can get as much sauce as you would like- makes the food extra yummy! Yonny is usually at the register and is really friendly/attentive! After I came here a few times, he noticed I was slowing down on my meal and got me a Togo box just in case I wanted to take the rest of my food home! Great food, always clean, and great music! Will be favorite spot for healthy yummy food!

I have been a regular patron of the Kebab shop and I must say it has consistently exceeded my expectations. I can’t get enough of their amazing food! Seriously, everytime I swing by I’m blown away by how fresh everything is. Whether I’m digging into their grilled saffron chicken (which is my absolute favorite), saffron rice that’s bursting with flavor or their crispy French fries - it’s all to notch. If you decide to try, don’t forget to also get some of their pita bread and hummus - they are delicious and taste so darn fresh! The restaurant is always clean and their staff is very friendly & welcoming, making it a comfy place to chow down. Listen… I walked into this kebab shop hungry, confused, and was spiritually unprepared for that menu. That’s when Karla showed up like a kebab angel 😭 Patient. Kind. Answered every question like I wasn’t asking nonsense. Never rushed me. Never judged me. And trust me I was asking real questions about the menu okay. The food? Dangerously good, it’s the kind of good that makes you rethink your life choices and come back the next day “just to confirm.” Karla held it down, made it easy, and made me feel welcome. That’s not customer service that’s community.

I did not eat it. Taking out 1 star only because of the saffron rice. Rest everything was good.

First time at the new Kebab Shop in Pflugerville. First, this is a nice addition to the area. A good change up from many of the other options. I enjoyed my lunch there. I got a plate with mixed, carved meat (chicken & lamb/beef) with sides of hummus & pita and greek salad. The portions were large. There was enough hummus for multiple people. Both meats had good flavor and good quality. I would definitely recommend this place for a good, Mediterranean and healthy meal. I will return.

Clean and bright location with easy parking. It’s pretty much a chipotle for Mediterranean food, where you can choose the sides and proteins and maKe your own combo. The humus was delicious and creamy. The rest of the food was ok. Staff is friendly and fast.

It’s finally open! We tried the box with carved chicken, rice and all the toppings. It’s really good and I can’t wait to try other things on the menu. Ordering through the app was very easy and efficient. Pick up time was right on time as well. Pro tip: get all of the extra sauces! Came back after 2 years and the bowl was fantastic! The grilled chicken is the way to go!

6/10 not bad but not so great either. Wraps are pretty big, enough for one person to feel satiated. Quantity of meat was less in a wrap and rice kinda feels chemically

The food was ok, it was not enough meat in the wrap , almost all salad (photo attached). Meat was also dry. Service was quick and polite though.

Typically a good experience here overall, sadly not this time around.. I have a very short lunch break so I always order ahead for pick up.. this time not only my order wasn't ready, but it was wrong.. so I had to wait longer (lost lunch time) for it to be made and corrected.. Nonetheless, I always enjoy their food.

Salad was super small for 10 dollars. Less than 3oz of greens for sure. Also no dressing was provided. No sauce with the falafel side on the plate. Overall disappointed with the portion size for the price. Happy to see some Turkish food in the area but I think people would probably be better served by a smaller privately owned Turkish option.

We had ordered a truffle maker and a grains bowl, taste was good, portion was very less in both, not enough for an adult. Not the value for money we spent per person.

Food was extremely bland.... Surprised me for Mediterranean food, which is usually flavorful. Tried every sauce they had,to added a lil flavor. Also added salt & advacodo when I got home. Most likely well not be back.....

There are whole chickpeas in the falafels which seems lazy/weird: like finding whole strands of wheat in your bread! Also the gyro seems like the pre-sliced frozen kind, not truly carved (like common that's their logo! And they skimped on it!) And they smothered my daughter's bowl in white creams instead of keeping in cups or at least in a way you can still see the food. To top it off, I didn't see signs anywhere that the meat is halal/zabiha so I am a bit worried this wasn't even meat I should give my children, we only eat halal. It would be a 2 star but they were fast and it tastes ok.

Doesn't hit the mark in terms of quality vs price. I purchased the Chicken Tenderloin Kabab with Saffron Rice, Greek Salad, and Falafel with a soft drink. For the $28 spend and mostly favorable reviews the expectations were high. The Falafel were good and stood on their own, but a dip in the white and Red sauce made them pretty tasty. The grilled chicken was pretty standard grilled chicken, not bad, but not memorable. Same is true for the greek Salad. Someone had previously mentioned the rice having an off putting flavor (i beloeve they referenced a mop bucket), and I have to say, they werent wrong. The rice tastes as though its cooked in heavily...HEAVILY chlorinated water and does lend itself to having an essence of mop bucket. At this price point, I likely will not return.

Food was overpriced, and the portion of meat was not enough, my husband shawarma had just mostly vegetables and French fry, so it was a salad basically with little bit of meat. Falafel just felt frozen and not fresh. Expensive for 3 people it should be about $40 but instead it was $70 just a disappointment.

Such a disappointment. We stopped for whataburger & i wanted to try The Kabob shop. Great customer service & very helpful But food was bland. 5.30 $ for 1 scoop of dry hummus, some olive oil please. 90% of my classic chicken shawarma was vegetables & Chicken was ok at best. Hot sauce was mostly tomato flavor. Chickpeas flafles had a good crisp but fell short on flavor also. Not a place I want to visit again. Plenty of options around.

The saffron rice taste like Flint Michigan tap water, this is not an exaggeration, never eating it again. Falafels are a good texture, moist and aromatic. Lamb steak is trash, bland,good portion though. Fire humus has a good kick for a white boy, pita bread served fluffy and hot. The rice is the reason for such a low score, big letdown.

This food was horrible. The meat had a funny fushy taste to it. The rice was very dry and bland. The fries taste like nothing. My whole order cost about $50 and it was very cold. Meaning the food is not cook to order or heated on the right temperature. Disgusting! This is not a good way to start off. I end up trashing the food and WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN....

Worst service. It’s a SCAM! The menu is so confusing. They tell something in the menu for the price and they charge you double. There is no clarity on what it costs. There were 3 people in front of me and the person MALINa taking order spent like 10 mins with each guys (and 10 folks in the queue), and the same 10 mins with me explaining why a menu order of 30 bucks costs 50 bucks. Pathetic! menu selection items and clarity. You fix this crap or you are doomed!
