We come here for happy hour and to see Wyatt, he’s the best. Literally has the best service and bust his butt behind the bar! I usually order a jack and coke with grenadine he goes above and beyond and brings me cherry jack and coke with the cherry! It’s the little things, we come back multiple days out of the week. Don’t get me started on Bronco Mike behind the bar also kids cool as can be.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Went to **Willie’s Ice House & Grill in Pflugerville** and it was great. Food was bomb — came out quick and tasted fresh. The vibe was super chill, good spot to kick back and eat. Our server **Scarlet** was awesome, super nice and on top of everything. She made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back — ask for Scarlet if you go!

First impressions were very clean and organized establishment. Order style is a bit different at this restaurant as you order upfront and they give you a number which you are then greeted by your server. Great set of staff, very friendly, informative and helpful. Our food arranged from corn dogs (for the kiddos) , chicken wings, and catfish. All the food was absolutely fresh and made to order and very surprised at the variety of food they offer AND quality being five stars. Our first time was a grand slam and we will definitely be returning.

I have been here a couple of times since they opened. The first time, the concept was new to us, and a little awkward ordering from the marquee and front counter and refilling our own drinks. Now that we are familiar with the place and service style, my son and I decided to get lunch while my wife met a friend for lunch. I just want to say something about the food we ordered. My son got the loaded baked potato with the brisket, the potato was filled with brisket, and fixing and was what I expected. The baby back ribs were the star of this meal and got the fifth star, absolutely delicious. They had a perfect amount of crust on the outside and at the same time just fall off the bone tender. I like the bbq sauce they are using as well. I hope it's made in-house.

I have been to Willie's twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times I have found the restaurant to be clean and neat. The restrooms were always clean for me to comfortably use. Both times the staff have been very kind and friendly, and have always kept a good eye on us and made sure we didn't need anything! I really enjoy the seating and layout. You can eat inside or outside, at the bar, at tables, booths, just about every seating situation is available! The food is always pretty good, I love the onion rings and fried pickles. I also enjoy the amount of parking and seating, even on a Saturday night we had no problem with either! If you're in the area and looking for a nice family style restaurant, definitely give Willie's a try!

Just go, you will enjoy it. Front entrance to order before you can be seated can be a bit intimidating but just order basic stuff up front and the waiter can take your order for additional stuff. Serving size on the appetizers were quite large. Frozen drinks very delicious. Staff was very friendly. Floor under tables were not as clean as they could be. The tables were wiped off but all a small portion of it is dumped on the ground and never cleaned up which you end up stepping on when searing yourself at the table.

Had the seafood platter, It was all good, but the shrimp was some of the best that i've had in a long time....she had a burger with bacon. Onion rings were really good. They had the little black pepper in the crust. Which I love, she said it was great coleslaw. She doesn't like a vinegary taste and that was perfect because it didn't have one. The street corn was really good. It was all good. Jessica was super, sweet, and attentive, and they have a great rewards program. All about rewards and points...enjoy

Tried to order online from app. Wouldn't let me pick immediate order. So ended up walking in to make a to go order. Other than that, no complaints on the food. Love the pup area. Gonna have bring our fur babies out with us next time just to dine in.

Ordered pickup from Willie’s Grill & Icehouse, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. The service was quick, and my order was ready when I arrived. The exterior is very, very nice, and I could see there’s a great space for kids to play, which is a plus for families. As for the food—everything was just good. No single item outshined the others, and honestly, that’s not a bad thing. The chicken fried chicken smothered in cream gravy was well seasoned and comforting. The mashed potatoes and mixed veggies were solid sides that complemented the meal nicely. The mac and cheese brisket balls were flavorful and indulgent, adding a fun twist without stealing the show. Overall, this was a satisfying, well-rounded meal with plenty of flavor across the board. Even though this was a pickup order, it left a good impression. Next time, I plan to dine in and enjoy the atmosphere as well.

Had lunch at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse for the first time today! We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak, Chipotle Shrimp, and Chipotle Ribeye Tacos. The Chicken Fried Steak was just okay—the breading didn’t stick well, and the meat was a bit tough. But the Chipotle Ribeye Tacos were delicious! Definitely the best part of the meal. I also liked that there was a small outdoor space where the kids could move around. It’s not a playground, but it was enough for them to burn off some energy. The weather was nice and warm, so sitting outside made the meal even better. I noticed they also have boiling seafood on the menu—looks interesting! Might have to give that a try next time.

This was our first time to Willie's grill in ice House. I've had family who've been eaten here. Was not rave reviews but I decided to give it a try over going to p Terry's across the street. We walked inside and noticed the very beautiful aesthetic. The very tall building with The long visual lines was decorated tastefully. We get to the counter. I let the person know that I needed a second to continue looking as there was nobody behind us at that moment. We went ahead and placed our order which was the chicken fried steak with a loaded baked potato as well as the street corn. And then we got the Chipotle ribeye tacos with a Caesar salad and loaded fries. I pull out my wallet and was informed that I could not pay at the time of ordering. I would be able to find a seat of my choosing and a staff member would help me with my order. We went ahead and walked to our tables. On the way we noticed there was a self-service drink station. So as we wait at the table, we've noticed that the sceneing is very well thought out. You're able to sit at your booth and not see any other people to north side of the building. You are able to see the TVs at the bar from your seaning from anywhere on either side. Our staff member came out and took our ticket and flag and let us know that they're going to bring out our beverage. About 5 minutes goes by. We get our beverage. Another 5 minutes and they have a drop of food but it's not our food and we explain to the staff member that it was for another table and they apologize. We proceeded to watch them walk around the restaurant for a good 4 minutes, then back to the kitchen and then back out when then... our food comes out minus one side, the salad. The staff member came to check out on our food and I inform them our salad was missing. Normally a salad comes out before the meal. We started off by trying the chicken fried steak which we would say that though the sauce was creamy it was enjoyable for my wife for myself a little too creamy. The meat ratio to breading was fairly good with at least a half inch of meat found within. It was not as tender as I wish or as I would have liked but it was seats in the well. The street corn was a cup of corn with a very thick mayonnaise dressing, some cheese and very little if any Valentina. Not necessarily bad but definitely not the pallet that people expecting it would want. The star of the meal was the Chipotle ribeye tacos. This Taco had a white crust of cheese on the outside. Well toasted tortilla. The meat was very juicy but not greasy. The onions and additional veggies were not overpowering. I would order these tacos again for sure. Now let's get to the stuff that we didn't like. The loaded French fries. It was definitely a lackluster amount of toppings to the portion of fries. For $2.29 of charge, you're better off getting other item off the premium menu. The loaded baked potato I would have to say the same thing as the loaded french fries. You're definitely just better off finding something else or spending that money towards an upgrading your entree. Now here's the worst part. We never really saw our staff member assigned to us at the beginning, but once within a 30-minute period and once within another 30 minute.. over a course of an hour and 10 minutes we saw him a total four times. We had numerous staff members helping other people assigned to them and unfortunately it took a very long time to order our dessert. It took 26 minutes from the time of food drop to anybody asking us if we needed something. It took another 10 minutes before we got asked if that thing had been brought out to us. It took another 4 minutes after that but we got the dessert for free. So cool! We asked the person who brought us our shake if they could apply a military discount which we found out the due offer at the time of ordering. We still tipped our 20%. We packed up our items and we left. I am not sure if I am really confident in the scene that I saw this evening. We saw other issues with other tables. I would be cautious.

Food was decent but took 40 minutes and multiple check-in’s with staff to get served. Prob would’ve been longer if we didn’t bug the kitchen. 40 minutes to main course is unheard of. I ordered shrimp tacos and watched like 4-5 orders get served to other people before ours came. Waitress was doing her best, looked like it was a kitchen issue. Even other servers noticed us and asked what was up. Wasn’t even super busy or anything. We watched other people come waaaay later than us but get served before us. They did comp the kid’s meals and our appetizer but it was only after we asked them the 3rd time. If you have to wait for people to ask multiple times and wait for 40 mins to then respond with that, I feel like something is wrong. Super cool vibe and menu, just unfortunate the service is on par with other slow Austin service. Kitchen management needs to get in shape.

The bar was dirty and gross. Sat with my husband, sticky bar top. Not offered a menu, grabbed one laying on the bar, also sticky. Asked the bartender what was good on the cocktail menu, he says " everything sucks", um ok. Ordered the nachos to share, given no plates, no silverware. Finally caught the bartender's attention to ask for plates. Found some paper towels we could reach, and one fork which we shared - whatever. The people next to us left, no attempt to wipe the bar top was given, I feel bad I didn't tell the couple who sat there next, blech. Restaurant was half empty, not super busy....I can guess why.

This is related to Pflugerville location. I took my son here for his bday dinner, his choice. We've been here a few times and he likes the burgers, but it's been probably over a year since our last time here. So I order the tender bites (chicken bites) and had them sauced with Buttery Garlic Parmesan, normally it's delicious. Rest of the family got burgers. Food arrived and I tried the chicken bites and the sauce was horrible, didn't even taste like garlic parm. I had my fam try and they agreed. Asked the server to check if they were garlic parm, if they had changed recipe, etc... He came back to say they were and that the recipe had changed. Well I'm here to tell Willie's that it taste disgusting. So I ordered a Bacon Willie's burger, just plain. In the mean time I looked over at my son's burger and it looked like it had been thrown on the grill for a couple seconds per side. Majority pink in center... not good. Had them remake that as well. Got my burger, and it wasn't plain... Gave it to my son. Got the next burger and finally it was plain, cooked properly except bacon was almost raw. I just ate it.. When the check came they had added to the check an extra burger... which I asked them to fix and they did. No offer to refund anything for the inconvenience of being there for probably an extra 30 to 45 minutes past the normal time I would have stayed. Which is fine. I paid and tipped server as normal but I'm not sure the next time I will go there.

After seeing lots of good reviews, we decided to hop on this place with great hope!! :) But somehow we got disappointed! My food was chicken steak, which was totally totally dry and hard to eat. The rice was somehow looking like sticky one and very small in portion ( though quantity doesn't matter if quality is great). And then my partner took the in-house special burgers which was okayish but the mashed potato was so average..we had better mashed potatoes as side and at cheaper rate! Staff are nice. No complaints about it, and so is the ambiance. But they need to improve food quality for sure.

Oh no, what has happened to this location. Literally drunks hanging at the bar that obviously shouldn’t have been served much less for multiple drinks. Food took an hour to come out and then it was cold and the grilled shrimp I my tacos could literally be broken in half like fried shrimp. The bartender was great and the manager did apologize and takeoff the charge for the shrimp tacos. Said it had been a bad day with multiple issues with food from the kitchen. I love this place, hopefully this was a one off experience.

We’ve been here a few times and honestly it’s the fried mac and cheese balls that made us wanna go there. Service and food has never been anything to write home about. This unfortunately was our last time visiting this place. They were completely out of crab and said they wouldn’t be getting more until Tuesday. Which is okay I understand I settled for the shrimp. Our food took forever to come out even though they weren’t that busy and after about 20-30 minutes of waiting they came by and asked for our receipt but one of the servers took it. Food finally came out. No utensils at the table. Had to ask for gloves twice and butter 3 times. Shrimp boil had no corn on the cob in it, it was just shrimp and potatoes and it was super dry and rubbery. No one came by to pay us out and went up front to pay and it took four people to figure out who our server was. I don’t understand the format of ordering at front but having a server at the table but not having the same server coming by? I obviously creates a lot of confusion of who is serving us and who we ask stuff for. Either have us order up front, pay up front, and pick up our food or lets us have a traditional sit down service. Anyways won’t be back.

Mr. Man Bun in the blue manager's shirt needs to stop distracting his younger female waitstaff cause me and my fam just ate there and every time Kayla went into the back to do something she got distracted by Man Bun and forgot everything we asked for. Probably spent 30 mins more in the store than we should have just waiting on her to stop flirting with him. We even had to stop another waiter and ask him to bring us some things we were missing. The food is great and we've never had this problem before but as a food service worker myself, that was crazy.

Worst experience for our first visit. Not as good as the Kyle location. This has to be the most incompetent manager I’ve ever dealt with. Y’all need to hire a better one because he’s not it. Waiting over an hour for our food to finally be told they misplaced our order. Then backtracked to blame on our server which he was amazing. At that point I knew the manager was not going to be of any help. The table behind us waited the same. It was irritating watching people come in 20min after us order and leave before anything. Save yourselves the trip.

I used to have a good impression of Willie’s, but my recent visit completely changed that. I regret choosing this place for a family dinner. When we arrived, instead of seating us and taking our order at the table, we were told to stand at the counter and place the full order up front. This felt more like a fast-food “to-go” setup than a dine-in restaurant, and there was no exception made for us even though we were eating in. To make things worse, they messed up our order. Fixing it took another 30 minutes. By the time the food finally came out, I had lost all interest in eating. The entire family was upset, and I got the blame for suggesting this place. This was a big mistake on my part, and I’ve decided I won’t be coming back and I certainly won’t be recommending Willie’s to anyone. Poor service, poor system, and a total disappointment. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet they still managed to take forever.
