You can never go wrong with Wendy's I got the honey spicy chicken meal, only thing I didn't care for far as the sandwich is they squirted honey on both sides of the bread which made the honey too over powering for me and the sandwich too sweet, the first time the drizzled honey on the meat so the honey just melted into the hot chicken then the fried pickles on top of that. It's still a good pick.

They always make my food fresh at this location, unlike the others ones they just give me attitude but this location, they make sure my food is fresh and hot. I don’t not like cold food. So if you want your food fresh and hot, go to this location during the day time though.

I love Wendy's and don't often give bad reviews....that being said the burgers were chili meat, the fries were cold and stale, and giving my order was like talking to someone in another language. I'd go to this location again, cause I'm sure it was a one off.

I've been going to the BK across the street, but my last couple of trips there have been... less than. So today I tried Wendy's. This Wendy's meets expectations for quick serve restaurants. Clean, fast, friendly! I'll be back!

Picked up some food last night in the drive thru. There was a line before me and it was a quite busy but the staff was super friendly, apologized for the wait time and verified I had everything I needed before I pulled away. A lot of the ladies on the staff kept ooh-ing and aww-ing about my dog and how well he was behaving. He's such a ladies man lol. Most importantly, my food was hot and fresh! Best part of the whole deal!! Thanks y'all!

For the first time in a long time there was no wait, and the guy that took the order and payment was very quick and efficient. Its as if there was a staffing change. I've stopped coming to this location because of the young unprofessional staff, but this visit is what I love about Wendy's and the service I've received since a little boy going to Wendy's with my parents.

Was fairly late in the evening when I stopped in (guessing around 930pm) and I went thru the drive thru as I usually do. No wait, 1 other car pulled in behind me as I finished giving my order. Food was very good and obviously just made, drive thru fella was cheerful and happy to be there it seemed, great attitude and quick. I'll be happy to stop at this location next time I'm passing by.

Been going here for a few years and it has improved in service in the last few. Less mistakes on orders, and pretty fast, Yes there will be a line but it moves just fine. Food is pretty standard for a Wendy's which is a good thing, This does seem better than a lot of other "straight off the highway" Wendy's I've been to, consistency in quality is what we want in a fast food place.

The food was great! It was prepared slightly sloppily, but the food, toppings, and ingredients were cooked properly and effectively. I got a $5 Biggie Bag with a Double Stack and Regular Chicken Nuggets this trip, as a quick snack, and had no issues with the quality of the food. They were quickly able to get my order out to me within under 5 minutes. The atmosphere was great nothing was disturbingly loud or dirty. It was calm, quiet, and peaceful while I sat down and ate my lunch.

I went in the afternoon and saw the place packed from a nearby school. I saw one or two walking across the table because his friends didn't move to let him sit down and another being extremely rude in general. The food was great. I would have given a fifth star if it wasn't for the kids were well behaved or the management would have said or done something.

Burger was meh, took double patty but were so thin that double made it look like 1 proper patty but the spicy chicken nuggets and fries were great. No more burgers from here but yes to the nuggets.

Today was the first time I've ever had Wendy's breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. I got a sausage, egg and cheese combo and it was quite good. The potatoes it came with were excellent. The food was less greasy than McDonald's breakfast. I will try them again.

It's an older fast food restaurant. Went to try out the pumpkin spice frosty. Was good. Definitely try it if you haven't. Don't normally come to Wendy's otherwise.

Wendy's was good. Drive though cashier held onto My Credit Card a little to long. I had to cancel the card and get another 1. I worked fast food. You swipe the card and give it right back to the Customer. You do not hold it, ever.

Service was slower overall than other Wendy's locations I've frequented. Cleanliness inside is highly variable. Food is at expected quality and freshness levels for the chain. Staff is friendly.

Staff were very friendly. The food was warm, not hot, when received so by the time we got the food and sat at a table it was cold but still good. Area was pretty dirty with water on floor near soda machine and dirty tables. There was quite a bit of teens in the location which probably contributed to the chaos. Location was updated to a degree which was great for seating area and soda machine.

They need to have better customer service. They are sometimes rude, specially if you ask for sauce. They rush you at the drive thru and its annoying. They don't have your order ready if you order online. They need to be sure the fries are always hot and fresh. All fried food taste gross if its not fresh. Also what time does the lobby close?.

i went through the drive for cheese fries & the krabby patty meal . it was not good at all the fries were really overcooked cheese didn't taste like how it used too , and a guy through the drive thru was mean mugging as i sat and waited for my food for almost 10 mins

The food was average and I was happy with the biggie bag deal the cashier upsold me on. It was my first time trying the chocolate frosty and it did not disappoint, not sure if they have a soft serve machine, but the ice cream was heavy soft and did not melt. The men's bathroom was not the cleanest and it was out of paper towels.

Ordered at the drive thru. The person taking our order either could not hear us or has a bad attitude. We asked her to repeat the order and she snapped come to the window. Ordered two #2 combos at 1:56 PM, didn't get them until almost 2:30. Why? They DIDN'T call our name, and if they did it was barely a whisper. Food sat for 20 minutes, got *A* burger remade, fries were from original prep and ICE COLD. Drive-thru wasn't busy, dine-in wasn't busy, it was just incompetence. I have worked the fast food industry for many many many years. The service and conduct in this situation was inexcusable.

The lovely lady who took my order was amazing! She should work at Chick-fil-A with her customer service skills. However the lady who served me my food was HORRIBLE! She just shoved me the bag and closed the window. I won't be going back to that location.

Total confusion tonight in the drive-thru area. I had a coupon, and they had no idea what it meant. I was asked to drive straight to the window so they could see it. The manager had to interpret, because the staff was not even aware. (It was a regular coupon that came with the newspaper.) I asked if they were new employees and was told "No." Lots of joking about and little focus. The drive-thru line was long and growing. Not good.

I never know what to expect sometimes the food is magical all fresh hot and made with love, so much love you want to write back home to momma and tell her how her cooking pales in comparison. But then there's those times the same meal tastes like it was found under the seat of an impounded automobile two weeks later. Can we please learn the word consistently as in stop being lukewarm. Choose to be a great hot spot or a hot snot spot ..

It annoys me when I drive through, get home and things are missing. Food is missing. Condiments are missing. If I wanted to come inside or come back for those items, I would not have come through the drive through. The lobby isn't open so at this point, it wasn't even a choice for me. Ordered the salad - toppings were missing. What's frustrating is the chicken pecan salad is so bomb that when I went to another restaurant chain I bragged about the Wendy's salad. As usual, the salad was good but it's better when you have everything that goes on it/with it. No plastic ware provided. No napkins. Please be more mindful with drive through customers needs. Thank you.

They definitely need more training. A lady took forever inside just to take my order, she didnt even know about the biggie bag she kept thinking I was trying to order the 4 for 4. And the drink machine was out... but I figured that. I wont be back to this location.

I felt very rushed while ordering. When you have a picky wife who's being a little indecisive the last thing you need is the order taker asking, "Is that all, anything else, what else?" All while your wife is going uhhhhh... It just made my experience very unpleasant. Also the meat on my burger was dry, I asked for no onions and there were onions even though the order screen was correct, a couple of ketchup packets were open when handed to me, and lastly the fries are just not nearly as good as they were when Wendy's originally changed them up a few years ago. It's like the fries aren't fresh or they are over cooked or possibly the oil was old and lastly there is not much salt on fries, but that's forgivable.

I’m not usually one to complain or make a big deal about a couple of messed up things. This time though, it is needed. I got a Parmesan Caesar salad and when I got home was beyond disappointed. Forgetting the Parmesan crisps was fine and easily happens. However, the chicken was barely cut and every piece had tendons through it. Then I tried to cut around it and the entire piece was held together by tendons and I couldn’t even bite through it. I took the pieces out and tried to just eat the salad but 90% of it was brown and red or wilted. It looked and tasted like I got a salad that was about to be taken off the shelf and thrown away. When my boyfriend opened his cheeseburger, he had 3 pieces of wilted lettuce, one ring of onion and a mushy tomato slice on it. Neither of us like to make a big deal but this was one of the worst orders we’ve had. Hopefully it was just a bad day. An entire salad had to be thrown away. Honestly, probably won’t go back to this location.

I ordered the Apple Pecan Salad. I asked them to hold the blue cheese. They were nice enough to hold the grilled chicken too 😒. I return to the restaurant to have them redo my order and the cashier looks at me confused. She goes and explains to the manager what happened, and he walks to the back, I'm assuming to grab the salad base, and starts working on my order. Never says anything, never apologizes to me for me having to go out of my way to get something fixed. Pass on this location.

I used to work at a call center behind Wendy’s and my break was at 3. There is a school right next to it so it was swamped with middle school kids. Usually they lock the door to keep them out though which kept me out. But aside from that the customer service isn’t very good at all. Most cashiers and the manager are kind of rude, like it feels tense. There is also a language barrier where many of the staff don’t know what I’m saying as they don’t know English so I’ve had my order messed up many times. Once they told me they were out of ketchup yet they were giving it out at the drive thru and I went back after they said they were out and I saw it and she rolled her eyes at me! Employees on their phones and I’ve even had to wait for someone to finish their text. Also Wendy’s is no longer affordable. They’ve gotten super pricey. The food is always fresh though! But I don’t like seeing someone use their hand with no glove to make my order as I see every time. Sum: Rude employees (not all), they’ve lied to me, they’ll often close the lobby earlier than when middle school gets out and forget to unlock it or they’ll leave it open and it’s a mess with literally dozens of kids, you have to ask for sauce, I’ve had many language issues when ordering, expensive. But they are quick and the food seems fresh and they have clean restrooms lol. I give it a 2

It’s either hit or miss with Wendy’s. My Fish sandwich was good but I specifically ordered a baconator meal without Mayo and ketchup. Not only did I not get that sandwich but the sandwich they gave me had everything on it. I tried to call and no one answers. Chili was actually way too hot I had to wait 20+ minutes just so I could eat it. Just had my wisdom teeth removed and ended up only able to eat half of it. beans were too tough and the onions were hardly chopped at all. Otherwise, good slop that was hardly spicy. PLEASE add a spicy variant, it's so mild. Chicken sandwiches are pretty good, fries are usually cold and unseasoned. Assuming it was here because I can't find it anywhere else. The Texas Burger was DISGUSTING. At first, it was a pleasant little bit of mustard and mayo. By the end, it was completely covered in MUSTARD. The mustard wasn't bad, but it was soaked in mustard and mayo. Absolutely disgusting and it was a huge burger.

I came off a 30 hour fast and felt a good burger would be stellar. Went down the way to this Wendy’s and did not have a great experience. The staff had music in the back playing loudly that over took the music playing over the loud speakers, the loud speakers were too static like and needs to be fixed, the staff was on there phones for around 45-60 seconds before noticing I’d walked in, the burger I got didn’t look fresh at all, it looked like they took 5 made baconators and pealed off the toppings then placed on the bun, hard and rough, not soft and fluffy. The fries were not fresh either, I sat down and picked up a fry to feel lukewarm temperature. For a company that prides themselves on “Fresh”, it did not live up to its name.

The doors were locked an hour before closing. The place was littered and a mess. Floor had food all over it, sticky. The cashier acted like she didnt see us. We took at the register for a good min. Didnt get our order right. We ended up leaving.

I should know better than to give this company another chance. GrubHub ruined our evening once again. Melted Frosty soup and even in 80 degrees, our food is cold and stale. That's really the problem. After receiving horrible customer service at the order station , I proceeded to pay for my order I asked for a receipt of my purchase. I was refused by the manager Gabriel. He claims he just ran out of receipt paper. In reality he didn’t want me to get the information to call in a very bad experience I received. I ask him to write me a receipt out along with the store number and corporate number. The manger couldn’t remember his own store number and didn’t know the corporate number for complaints. How convenient, he was just as rude as the female rep/cashier.

Anita is an absolutely terrible manager. She has no customer service skills, is never friendly, and runs her crew like a mad house. The line is always backed up when shes working, and back of house is a disgusting mess. I asked for one item, instead of another and told her I would pay for the substitution and she flat out refused and raised her voice when I asked again. Even if youre in a hurry, I would NOT reccomend this location ever, unless you enjoy food poisoning.

Every time I go to this Wendy's my order is wrong. Then when I get to the window to get my food, they thrust the bag in my face and rudely dismiss me. Today, for example, I ordered 2 fries, 2 Frostys, and two drinks. They gave me 1 fry and tried to dismiss me. I asked for the rest of it, they gave me half the rest, I had to ask again and they gave me all but 1 frosty and announced I hadn't paid for 2 Frostys. No receipt so I can't even check. We were provided only one straw. I give up. I won't return.

On Dec 26,2020 ordered full Pecan Apple Salad with crispy chicken- ordered thru drive thru...got order- it was a half salad with grilled chicken and no pecans! Salad consisted of big apple chunks they were not bite size... horrible service...i tried calling the restaurant...no answer as i was on my way to my part time job!!! .No receipt given...thank God i ordered crispy chicken nuggets at least that was right!

Went through the drive thru and bought 6 frostys from this place. Decent food, nice area. Drove off without receiving my card back and I was an hour in before I realized I didn't have it. Called the store several times to have my card placed in a safe place for me but no pick up. Went home to check my statement and I was robbed. Nice food but horrible people.

The worker at the window questioned that my boyfriend had ordered a large fry when we said it at the speaker, plus it was on the receipt. Besides the point, that as a vegan one of the only things I could eat was french fries, regardless her customer service was lacking and I felt as if she was being discriminating towards my African American partner, refusing to even make eye contact with him for her mistake once she realized we weren't lying about our order. I had a coupon for mobile order, but when I got there they said they don't take mobile orders. They wouldn't honor my coupon because they didn't have mobile orders. They also have family sized nuggets on their menu in the store above the counter, but refused to let me order them. I walked out, and will not be coming back

The last five times I have ordered from this location on Door Dash, they have gotten the same item wrong and messed up my order. FIVE times in a row. It is now proven beyond doubt that I literally cannot trust this location to fulfill my order. Please do something about this. Someone obviously needs corrective action. Set standards and enforce them. It seems not to matter what day or time I order. It’s wrong every time. This location’s performance is seriously seriously terrible. Every single time.

I order from here at least once a week, usually for breakfast. I use the app because of all the deals and coupons. Unfortunately, even though you pay through the app to make the order, almost every time I go to pick up they ask for my card to pay. I personally have just gotten used to explaining every time they ask that I have already paid, they see that’s true, and hand me my food. Saturday the 15th around 11:15 I ordered with the app and sent my fiancé to pick it up instead of myself. Surprise surprise, they asked for her card and charged her while simultaneously charging my card. Even handed her a receipt with the same order # as the online order with my info on it. Of course I called the location directly as soon as I realized what happened. Heard the person on the phone walking around the store and confirmed that the drive through window person did not know to not charge online orders, then said he needed to talk to the manager. He wouldn’t let me talk to the manager though, cause apparently the manager didn’t speak English. After about 10 minutes on the phone, the best answer I got was that they didn’t know how to refund the extra charge, cause it shouldn’t have happened in the first place. They needed to contact the GM to figure out HOW to refund me and would call me back, and I gave them my contact info to do so. After not hearing back, I called again Saturday, then again Sunday, but both times no one picked up the phone. Tried calling the customer care line today, and after 20 minutes of being on hold listening to the history of Wendy’s and using my whole lunch break, I still have yet to get any sort of update on the situation from anyone. So, where is my refund Wendy’s?

The poor kid behind the counter couldn't figure out how to add an extra burger to an order. but was very sweet- the Fries were however the worst I have had in a very long time and a waste of money. When you try to contact them the number at the top of your receipt takes you to a voicemail not a live person, which in itself is very frustrating

Employees are rude!!! Placed an order from drive thru. I placed my order paid and surprisingly received a receipt (usually never get one). Anyway I ordered 1 large Dr. Pepper and 1 large lemonade. The girl gives me a small coke and a large coke. When I try to explain to her another girl starts with attitude about what I want. She's like I already gave him my drinks. She must not have believed me because she asked for my receipt. She sees that I'm right and when she brings me the correct drinks she tosses them to me. I guess she doesn't like her job or maybe she was having a really bad day. This is my last time I will order from this location. I will drive to Round Rock location.

They got my order wrong. I Ordered baked potatoes, got super dry not fresh potatoes. They claim that their potatoes are checked every hour. I don't believe it. So many flies in the lobby. All tables dirty, drink station filthy, floors sticky with soda, trash cans full, and they weren't that busy. It was a Sunday. Was looking forward to a nice dine-in visit with my elderly Mother to this location. Was left with a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively as well. We will not be back to this location.

App was faulty and made me order lunch for breakfast so totally not their fault. However, lady accepted the order and took my money and then told me she could not make the food and refused to exchange for breakfast food of even lesser value. She then told me to pay for food again or get out of the line after I asked for the manager. Sent complaint and no response from store for stealing my money. Never again.

I went through the drive-thru around 12:45 a.m. and they said they were closed. Two of the employees were just sitting outside chillin. This location closes at 3 a.m. that's what Google says and that's what it's been in the past. So I'm pretty sure they were lying just to not have to work? Idk. Whoever talked to me on the drive-thru thingy was not friendly at all either. Honestly just hoping a manager sees this and keeps it from happening to other people in the future. Silver lining though..... I'm writing this as I wait in the drive through at Whataburger down the road. Why didn't I come here to begin with? Lesson learned.

Just stopped at the store on Wells Branch Blvd. The door was locked, but there was a person inside at a table eating. Why is the door locked? There wasn't a sign or anything saying why. I called the store. Computer answered & said the store was accepting calls at this time & leave a message, mailbox is full.

I was just at this location, and when I ordered two 4 for $4 meals i originally wanted one sweet tea and one sprite. When I changed my mind, before the order was even complete, too two sprites the woman on the onther end said "ugh oh my god, is that it for you then?" I said yes and she told me to pull forward without telling me my total. I was originally planning on getting more food but I didn't want to put this employee out by having to take my order. I do go here often and will revise if my experience improves.

Why do you have workers standing outside in 100F+ heat and 80%+ humidity when you have a drive through system? Never do this. Also you're not busy. Some of your competitors who sell chicken are and they may legitimately need to do this (I'd argue only in fair weather, otherwise people can wait) but you don't.

This is the most disgusting Wendy's I have ever been to! There were about 30 flies in the dining room and every single dining room table was dirty even though the employees were doing nothing. There was ketchup and barbecue sauce smeared all over the floors in the dining room. Employees were on the line eating food while serving food to customers. Also the water in the women's restroom was literally boiling hot! I could not even wash my hands without getting third degree burns!

My friends and I went to this location and ordered 3 4 for 4 value meals. The lady was very rude on the drive through window and rushed us through our order. They did not include any sauce in our bags either, despite us telling them the sauces. The food was clearly left under a heat lamp before being served to us.

Pretty standard for Wendy's these days ever since they daughter took over. Old food, poor customer service, incorrect order and not really worth the value any more with all things considered. Might esmt to comsider magement that manages or even some what pays attention to call the employees playing in their phones while getting credit card from people.

Not a good experience, the medium fries that I ordered was only filled for a small size option, it was almost empty. Staff was hard to talk to. Ordered a SpongeBob colab meal too and there is nothing special in it.

I have never had an issue until tonight. I went by to pick up my reward via the app. It all seemed fine until I came back. I parked to make sure I got my boyfriends order by using the offers on the app. While I parked I found it unprofessional to huddle up in a group and make judgemental faces. I felt judged and was trying to brush it off. I drove to the drive thru and asked about using the offer via Wendy’s app. I was disgusted in the way I was talked down on. I got silent and drove off because I did not want to argue. I don’t know who was working drive thru tonight but I didn’t appreciate the nasty attitude. A simple change of tone would of avoided this review. If I could give zero stars I would. Never coming back to this location.

Placed mobile order, lady at window rushed me through and I even asked if the 2 bags was all and she said "yup". I drove outta Line checked bags no large fry.... go back around to speaker to tell them and then they give me a fry that's not fresh and not full. Ordered 20 sauce nuggets and no ranch to dip them in. I really don't understand why the screen can not be read correctly or why there is no manager doing a double check on orders especially mobile orders.

I placed an order online at 6:00pm. We went up there roughly 6:05pm, we didn't expect the order to be completely ready by the time we got there as we live 2 min down the street, but expected they'd be working on it. After all, it is fast food. Upon arrival, we were told that they had not yet started the order due to a system error. We didn't receive our order until 6:43, came home and realized that there we're several missing items and no receipt, we tried calling multiple times and of course no answer and no way to leave a message as the mailbox is full. So, my husband went back up there to get the missing items, in which he waited for assistance for far too long as he watched the manager on duty playing on his personal phone. My husband retrieved the missing items, and of course, the order was incorrect. At that point there was just no sense in wasting more time. All the while, the food that we DID receive was cold, soggy and tasted old. To the employees and manager, I hope it was worth it as I took it upon myself to file a formal complaint with your corporate. I hope this location can find better employees. I will never spend my time or money with you all again.

If the driver had not checked, I would not have known that they did not have all the items. She made sure that they didn’t charge me for the missing item but when I got the order, there was something else that was missing and they did charge me for that.I will definitely upped to use a different Wendy’s in the future.

If I could give them less than 1 I would definitely do so, here’s why. My mentor and I had just gotten back in town and went to Wendy’s to grab something before we went home. We went through the drive through told the cashier we had two orders. My mentor ordered hers first then order my food. The cashier had the wrong order on the screen when my mentor asked the cashier how was the price correct when the order wasn’t. The cashier rudely said I did put the order correctly, drive around to pay. We drove around, and the cashier commenced to saying I did get the order right. I told her you didn’t and you can cancel my order. I don’t want it. I will not give my money to anyone that gives me horrible service. Minerva (cashier) was telling another lady I placed this order now she don’t want it. My mentor asked to speak with the manager, while my mentor was telling the manager what occurred, Minerva jumping in getting loud telling us we were wrong. The manager was trying to close the window so we couldn’t here want Minerva was saying. This is unacceptable behavior. I’m glad my mentor got her food so I could know the cashier’s name. I’m not an advocate for anyone losing their job. But disrespect is never acceptable. Ever.. I’m looking for the main office number.

This by far has to be the WORST Wendy's I have ever avoided. They can not get a order right to save their lives. They will charge you for anything extra you order than forget to add it. Calling the manager does not change anything they don't seem to care. I would avoid this Wendy's unless you want to pay more for vapor extras.

Very disappointed in this location, went there last month to get a nacho burger for my boyfriend to try it. The guy at the window seemed out of it, didn't give me a receipt and when I got to my location it was someone else's meal, after several attempts to contact the restaurant directly with no answer, straight to voicemail and no return calls I called corporate next business day and was told a district manager would contact me, a week went by and no contact. I called corporate again and they called district manager while I was on hold, they came back on the line stating "I don't know why they aren't answering or haven't called you" sounding irritated said they would escalate the complaint and I'd hear back within a week, now at 3 weeks later no contact at all. It's obvious this location or the district manager don't care. Save your money and eat somewhwte else.

Food was cold and not satisfying at all and I felt as if I was getting rushed at the drive through for my order and it was no customers in line waiting at all. Filthy! Bathrooms were filthy, pee on the floors, shoes stuck the floor, toilets gross, no paper towels. Soda fountain also nasty. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days/weeks. Doors and glass entering the restaurant were filthy also looked like they hadn't been wiped down in ages. Had we not been up since 3 a.m. traveling and needing a quick place to eat we woukd have walked out. Food was decent except for my English muffin that was hard, possibly stale. The manager or shift supervisor that took our order was really nice though. Unfortunately, the filthiness of the place would never have me coming back!

Food and service are both better than the typical Wendy's experience but every time I go inside, there is 2-3 different songs playing on the speakers at the same time. I forget about it, but then go and don't really hear it until I get my food and start eating. Then I remember how bad it is and the race is off for me to finish my food before going insane. It reminds me of Clockwork Orange for some reason.

They messed up my order completely forgot my fries, nuggets, and drink and when I just went back and asked for it and I brought my receipt. They told me I was wrong and they personally made the drinks that I was missing I was trying to explain to them that I don’t have them and they kept just saying the same thing. Once I got my nuggets and fries back they just threw them all over the bag. 0/10 don’t come here if you’re hungry because you will just leave hangry.

I've been trying to get a chicken sandwich with mushrooms for a while now, and each time they either couldn't do it or were out of mushrooms. Until tonight, when they said they could do it. Was super excited because I can't eat beef due to gout. Got home, went to eat my sandwich, and it's just a plain chicken sandwich. Not cool guys. Could have just said no for a 4th time!

For anyone please do not order food from here. Management is toxic me and my wife have both placed orders through their website and through uber eats to pick up or have food delivered to us. They do not accept uber deliveries despite being able to accept orders. Management does not care and will leave you on hold. It Is empty inside and even on the weekends when other places are busy they are not. DO NOT COME NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION.

the lady taking orders on November 2nd night shift at 12:40ish should be fired. How when she asked me if I wanted a single double or triple and I specifically asked for my order to be an #7 double with bacon, pickles ,tomatoes, lettuce , ketchup, and mustard NO MAYO, and she repeats the order back to me twice. While paying for the food the lady gives me attitude off the back all I did was give her my order just because shes not having a good night doesn’t mean she has to take it out on paying customers, I am very mad and will be taking this situation to corporate because I was being nice asking the lady while at the window and I quote “ excuse me mam, excuse me mam” she says “ oh hold up wait” closes the window in me and my friends face. She comes back to the window with our food about 15 minutes later and I say again “ excuse me mam, excuse me mam” she smiles and closes the window in my face, I had already had a long day because I just got off work so I told my friend to just drive away not knowing the main part of my order was messed up bro. I probably wouldn’t of even made an report because I was in her situation once so I understand it’s late and she didn’t wanna be working so late and all I was wanting was a little bit more bbq sauce, the lady just shouldn’t be treating paying customers that way, if shes treating me this way jus imagine how she’s treating others that don’t report.

Went for breakfast the morning of Saturday, October 25th, 2025 around 8:30 am and had a pretty bad experience. We ordered the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant Combo and they forgot the maple butter on the sandwich. We also ordered a Sausage, Egg & Swiss Croissant Combo and they forgot the creamy swiss cheese sauce. They forgot our French Toast sticks order as well, but we caught that and they brought it out to us. They also gave us a cold brew coffee instead of the Caramel Cold Foam, but we caught that and they gave us the right one. Really disappointing.

Location continues to decline. Will not be returning after this mornings visit. Didn't give us our entire order. Luckily we checked before leaving and asked for what was missing. Get home to breakfast sandwiches with no cheese or sauce.

Would definitely recommend GOING DOWN THE ROAD. This one more than once I have gotten over cooked food. Both the fries as well as the chicken. The staff are really rude had music playing so loud it was hard to hear them. Then had my food thrown to me.

I usually go to the drive-through this time I took my kids inside. This is our local Wendy’s. The service is horrible. They don’t say anything to you and give you an attitude. So as we get our food we sit down and eat. Well right away they had flies flying around as you are eating. The food was okay. However the buns are very dry. And the meat is not that hot. The frosty was yummy. Well as we are getting the frosty we stepped away to order them and when we got back about a min later TONS OF FLIES AND NATS!!!! DISGUSTING 🤢 Update: so today I took my kids to enjoy some Wendy’s HOWEVER as we walk in the manager says nothing to you. I said hi and he just gave me a look and NOT ONCE SAID ANYTHING!! Seriously!! I am extremely disappointed how down hill this location has gone!! So as I walked in I noticed it looks very abandoned. The kitchen area I had asked if they are open and I got no answer also it just looked like it was closing for the night. This was 7pm. So we just left!! I will be finding a new Wendy’s I tried to give it a second chance

This is what $9 gets you now. Two tiny up pucks of dried up meat that don't even fit the bun. Two pickle slices, one piece of onion, a small slice of cheese. No lettuce, no tomato, no drink, no fries. Wendy's used to be my favorite fast food. Not anymore. This is just sad. A complete waste of money.

This what happens when people don't care or pay attention to what you order. Having to improvise on the top bun because they covered the bun with mustard and ketchup after my niece asked for no mustard and ketchup. But, I guess you get what you pay for. As well as the experience.
