Esperienza eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Cucina Valoria è uno di quei ristoranti che conquistano fin dal primo momento: accoglienza cordiale, atmosfera curata e piatti che mostrano una grande attenzione sia alla qualità degli ingredienti sia alla presentazione. Ogni portata è stata una piacevole sorpresa, con sapori equilibrati e abbinamenti studiati con cura. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: professionale, attento e sempre con il sorriso. Posso dire senza esitazione che Cucina Valoria è diventato il mio ristorante preferito.
Sabato sera, Cucina Valoria è stata un’incredibile scoperta. Appena entri nel ristorante comprendi che non sei in un semplice ristorante, ma sei al RISTORANTE, nel quale sei accompagnato alla scoperta del sapore e della novità , insomma da Valoria puoi provare un’esperienza unica , incentrata su un’escalation di profumi. La cena inizia con un entrée di benvenuto, accompagnato da pane e focaccia e proseguiamo con il polpo su una delicata purea dello stesso, semplicemente ed incredibilmente squisita. Il massimo lo raggiungiamo con i ravioli di pesce e con la zuppa di pesce , preparati dallo chef in persona e aveva tutto un gusto sublime. Inoltre, il contesto risulta suggestivo e il personale si manifesta accogliente e disponibile .
Posto in centro. Provato il cosiddetto "Percorso" perché portato qui da amici. Tutto ECCEZIONALE e preparato con gusto, niente tempi di attesa, abbiamo mangiato all'aperto e si sta a benissimo. Incredibile il baccalà con crema di porri, delicatissimo e pieno di sapore ma senza essere salato. Grazie davvero
Cena con amici, anche loro amanti del buon cibo e in effetti questo è quello che abbiamo trovato da Cucina Valoria! Locale elegante e intimo circondato dai palazzi storici di Genova, ma nonostante questo il servizio è molto famigliare e amichevole...insomma ci siamo fatti anche delle risate. Il cibo davvero di qualità, personalmente ho amato "L'osso" midollo gratinato con tartare di gamberi, caviale! Sicuramente ci tornerò.
Avevo adocchiato il ristorante già da un po' e ho deciso di provarlo e devo dire che è stata una scelta pienamente azzeccata! Hanno la possibilità di sedersi sia all'esterno che all'interno. I posti all'esterno sono dislocati nella piazzetta Valoria da cui prende il nome il ristorante (uno spazio caratteristico dei carruggi Genovesi), mentre l'interno è un ambiente moderno e accogliente. Io ho scelto di mangiare all'interno. I piatti proposti erano tutti buonissimi, nella giusta quantità e ricercati. A prevalenza direi che erano i piatti a base pesce ma comunque qualche sfiziosa alternativa per chi non lo mangia c'era. Buona la lista dei vini. Sono rimasto contento dal primo al dolce e il personale è stato gentile e accogliente. I prezzi sono corretti per il tipo di qualità e il cibo proposto. Consigliato.
Tutto veramente molto buono. Le porzioni sembrano piccole dalle foto ma in realtà sono decenti. Servizio migliorabile: in sala c’è una sola ragazza e fa fatica a seguire tutti i tavoli con cura. Piccola pecca, il piatto sporco su cui mi hanno servito il secondo.
Cucina di altissimo livello. Accostamenti molto interessanti che dimostrano una voglia di sperimentare e creare ricette con alla base una qualità altissima degli ingredienti. Per una cena di prestigio in cui si vuole fare un’esperienza culinaria di particolare valore è forse una scelta quasi obbligata. Anche il servizio molto professionale ma anche accogliente ed empatico. Complimenti.
Conosco il cuoco da moltissimi anni in quanto ho provato i suoi precedenti ristoranti a Sestri e Varazze, e devo dire che è bravissimo e serio, una cucina raffinata e ricercata. Lo consiglio vivamente, è una garanzia. Ristorante nel centro storico di Genova a due passi dalla Cattedrale San Lorenzo, quindi se in auto bisogna parcheggiare lontano...

Un incontro col gusto della semplicità e della ricerca. Il piatto in tavola porta con sé la provenienza da un mondo di sperimentazioni. Assolutamente consigliato e da provare.
Ho avuto la fortuna ed il piacere di cenare in questo posto nella giornata di ieri, non so nemmeno da dove partire, ho mangiato: - Antipasto di polpo su crema di patate - ravioli ripieni di king crab, con caviale e brodo di germale reale - tataki di tonno con stracciatella, rapa rossa e stracciatella Tutto cotto bene, tutto gustoso, saporito e ben bilanciato. Onestamente è davvero difficile trovare dei difetti. Prezzo giustissimo per qualità e quantità, certo, non aspettatevi di spendere 20€ a testa. State andando a mangiare fuori per passare una piacevole serata, non per ingerire le calorie necessarie al fabbisogno giornaliero.
Posto molto carino nei caruggi di Ge...non molto distante dal porto e vicino alla cattedrale di S.Lorenzo..proprietario un giovane chef che ci mette passione nel suo lavoro,piatti molto buoni,cibo di qualita'...e materie prime ottime...ho cenato benissimo lo consiglio!

Da consigliare!!! Una tagliata di tonno in crosta di pistacchio su una crema di burrata...e una cheesecake allo yogurt con fragole e briciole di meringa...il tutto accompagnato dalla bravura e simpatia dello Chef!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare da Cucina Valoria e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza eccezionale sotto ogni aspetto. Il locale è accogliente, con un’atmosfera intima e curata nei dettagli, perfetta sia per una cena romantica che per una serata tra amici. Il vero punto di forza, oltre alla qualità dei piatti, è lo chef, che non solo è estremamente talentuoso, ma anche simpatico e appassionato. Si vede che ama il suo lavoro e trasmette questa passione in ogni piatto che porta in tavola. Le materie prime sono di altissimo livello, con ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti studiati con cura. Ho provato il tonno e il polpo, entrambi cucinati alla perfezione, ma anche i primi piatti sono una vera delizia. La carta dei vini è ben selezionata e si sposa perfettamente con il menù. Il servizio è impeccabile: personale attento, gentile e sempre disponibile a consigliare il miglior abbinamento. Un ristorante assolutamente da provare, dove qualità, professionalità e passione si incontrano per regalare un’esperienza indimenticabile.
Una cena eccellente, con piatti originali (midollo con gamberi e caviale, triglia fatta in modo eccellente) ma estremamente ben realizzati e senza diventare pretenziosi. Mi ha lasciato meno entusiasta soltanto uno dei dolci, ma e’ un dettaglio. Servizio ottimo e molto attento. Locale molto gradevole e di charme. Conto molto onesto. Questo locale è un vero gioiello, grazie soprattutto al suo proprietario, Davide. La sua passione e attenzione ai dettagli si riflettono in ogni angolo del posto, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e piacevole. Davide è sempre pronto a fare due chiacchiere e a consigliare i piatti migliori, facendo sentire ogni cliente come a casa. So glad we found this restaurant! You can tell Chef George puts in his heart in preparing every meal. The octopus is fresh and tender. So is iberico pork - tender and flavorful. The prawns on rice is umami and a delight for the eyes. Chef George shares generously on how he makes his black focaccia ( the best I’ve had on this trip). Will come back again if I return to Genoa. 👍👍👍

Definetaly a 5 star dining experience. Food quality is above expectations, service is friendly with good recommendations both on food and wines. On the negative side: avoid seats next to the rest room; the songs playlist is way too short, it repeats in about an hour:) Prices are generous for such quality. Highly recommended place. Do not worry, it is a bit hidden after a narrow alley, but it is a safe place.

An incredible experience! The food was amazing, I am still dreaming of the bone marrow and the octopus dish. The owner and his entire staff were gracious and friendly hosts. I cannot recommend highly enough. One of the best dinners of my life!!
We had a wonderful dinner; fish was fresh and tasty; overall quality is well above average. A great choice of wines at reasonable prices. The “osso” is a not to miss appetizer. The small square inside the historical center makes the experience unique.
This restaurant is so authentically local/nice that it’s hard to believe it’s 3 blocks off the cathedral square! Best dish was the bone marrow. People also rave about the octopus and the amuse bush version was great. Service is friendly and very chatty. Great meal, great night.
What they do great: Food quality: Top quality The pacheri with shrimp is outstanding. Perfectly balanced in terms of flavor: the richness of the cheese and cream sauce, the texture of the pasta, and the freshness of the shrimp. The contrast between the hot pasta and the cooler shrimp adds to the experience. My heart feels warm and delighted with the first bite. The belgian grilled steak is a standout. It's well-done on the surface and perfectly cooked inside. However, it's not hard or dry. The steak is served with a type of bitter greens (look and taste like radichio, but green) which creates a balance in flavor and prevents it from being too heavy. The bread: the most amazing whole grain black bread I've tried. Crunchy with a subtle sweetness. Red wine: good quality. A bit stronger than usual red wine. No unpleasant aftertaste. Atmosphere: We sat by the door. The decoration is simple but elegant. Service: The waitress is friendly and helpful. There was no English menu at the time, but she introduced the food based on our preferences. They also offered a free cup of octopus with tomato for each person to eat with bread. What they can improve: - Not sure if this is the same in every restaurant in Italia, but they brought bread to us without informing that they are not free. And not once, but twice. IMO, the server should ask their customer about any charged item before serving them. - The chef is super friendly and chat with...every other customers, but gave us quite a cold shoulder. We are an Asian couple and we can barely talk Italian. But I just lay out facts, not to imply anythings!!!
A gem in Genoa. The staff and crew are excellent. Davide is always there to greet and explain the menu and specials. I’ve eaten here four times in last few months and each time is a treat. The octopus on mashed potatoes is excellent. I’ve had it three times! Everything was cooked perfectly. One of my favorites when I’m in Genoa.
Best tuna belly ever! Plus the special calamari fettuccine quite impressive… The piazza is very inviting, cozy and the best way to get an italian peaceful experience ☺️

A fantastic restaurant. The chief is amazing and is making a show out of everything. Even with his limited English he explained very well the menu making a show out of it. Every dish is a class of its own, fresh, nicely created and very delicious. Fish is very fresh, excellent! Especially the dessert was amazing.
Beautiful, quiet location. Very friendly staff, a multilingual chef willing to translate the menu for us, and the best Lobster Ravioli I've ever had. Great meals, great presentation for modest prices. Definitely a hidden gem in Genova.
Lovely hidden gem. Very nice staff, and the outside seating area is on a unique little square with a beautifully frescoed palazzo for a view. The kitchen is classically Italian yet original; no usual suspects like lasagne bolognese, but slightly more interesting pasta dishes. Like all good Italian cooking, the pastas are charmingly simple. My fusillone con cozze (large fusilli with mussels) was accompanied by a delicious glass of Viognier - from France, but very close to Liguria, the waiter assured me. The tiramisu I had for dessert was one of the best in my life. They use cantuccini (cookies with almond) instead of lady fingers and assemble the tiramisu fresh upon ordering, so that the coffee-soaked cookies are still warm. This combines shockingly well with the cold mascarpone cream. Prices are on the high side for an osteria, and don’t forget about the cover charge as well. But you pay for a really nice evening and food you’ll remember.
