Best dinning experience so far in Italy! The food was amazing, especially the fresh pasta with wild boar meat and the almond biscuit. They have very nice service. Susana was very helpful and gave me some suggestions in ordering food. Personally I really like the atmosphere in the restaurant.

Wonderful food and great location! I had the homemade wild boar ragu and the tomato, garlic pasta. Both incredible. We tried another popular restaurant in the square twice and found it to be not as good, even though there was a line out the door.

Hands down the best food my wife and I had in Italy during our 11 day trip across 5 different places. The pasta and risotto were fresh and exceptionally tasty. The portions are also very generous and the drinks very strong. The staff were incredibly kind to us as tourists and very transparent with their billing. The desserts are also to die for! They'll recommend their cheesecake and so do I!

If you want a true local restaurant, that’s not touristy. This is your place. The chef is amazing!! The waiters are very friendly here.

Such a beautiful atmosphere with nice music and awesome servers! Would definitely recommend! You should totally check it out.

Great pizza and great atmosphere, based in a lovely square. Served by Julia who did a great job. Would definitely visit again!

Delightful spot near the Basilica. My wife and I had a delightful salad and drinks to recharge after some museum visitations

Buyer beware, this restaurant charges coperto €3.5 per person. Multiple restaurants have charges this in different denominations, borderline scam. I ordered their burger, it was really good, patty was of very good size. They have a nice area outside to sit and enjoy your meal.

Even though the food was great, the pizza was good and their cighaelle is very good too, they charged us 7 euros just for the service and some bread, I would say that this is a too high price compared to other restaurants in the center of the city. But I totally recommend their pizzas! They also have a really good olive oil!

This was the most expensive and least enjoyable meal I had during a week in Florence. The food was ok, but no more than that. My secondo of salmon was plonked down on my table while I was still eat…

So crowded and fun during sunset hour so I sat down to enjoy the piazza. The servers want nothing to do with you which is unfortunate! I ordered a Negroni and a caprese. The Negroni was not a Negroni (please train your bartenders better!), the caprese while it looked incredible, the mozzarella was frozen in the middle and the tomatoes tasted like cardboard - not fresh at all. Maybe dinner is better but if you are passing through just stick to a spritz and maybe you won’t be disappointed.

The food was very mid. I had a vegetarian burger, that came with mustard but no sauce further. It came with a side of ruccola and cherry tomatoes that did not taste fresh and looked wethered. Before that the service was already not great. Our order took quite a while to get taken and the bread you are supposed to get, we got at the end of the meal. My brother had the calzoni mozarella and ham, which was barely filled. It is pricey since it is in the centre of florance, but the view and the food dont show it.

Coperto: 3,5€ / person (!). Bottle of water: 3,5€. Pizza: fine, average size but really soggy. Nice Hugo. The staff was quite nice. Overall not worth the price.

Excellent fiorentina and very good Regina salad. Their Wine was very good and atmosphere on that little square was very pleasant. Then we return next day for pasta and it was a total delusion. Als…

Very expensive. 2 euro service charge plus they charge 3.5 euro for a bottle of water. Not good value for money. Only gluten free (gf) options are salads and the risotto. Risotto was way too cheesy. Nice location and outdoor seating.

Worst food we found in Italy. Absolutely trash rissotto with no cheese but some cheap sauce. Supper high cuperto of 3.5 euro per person. Please avoid at all costs. Exists to rip the tourists.

I can’t stress enough how bad this place is. We originally walked over to the area for Gustapanino, which was closed, and unfortunately ended up at Borgo Antico. We spent €120 on a cheese board, meat board, and a Caprese salad — and every single dish was disappointing. The meat board consisted of basic salami and another item that tasted so poor it might as well have been cat food. The cheese board was equally underwhelming, and the Caprese salad did nothing to redeem the meal. To make matters worse, the waiter charged us for still water that came in a bottle with a broken seal, looking like it had been filled up in the back.
