The drinks are great and so is the food! I hope people support because it would be horrible to lose another small business in this area. Unfortunately, the shopping center doesn’t have a lot going for it anymore and I would hate to see the entire thing go away. However, if you like Boba and snacks, this is the place to go! The customer service is top-notch and I love their milk tea.

Oh my so good! The owners are so kind and really wanted to make sure everything was right. When there was a drink miscommunication, they immediately did what they could to help fix it! So so so sweet!

Individualized franchised shop. Drink ingredients and options are familiar but well made without powdering or get-you-out-the-door chain taste. You have control of how much ice and sugar, which are nice options considering how sugary most of the drinks are. This Quickly location is a nice change of pace and a treat from your usual beverage and snack shop.

I typically order delivery from here and I really like the slushy/smoothie type boba teas. They are really juicy and delicious. I also like the popcorn chicken but unless I ask, it can be overwhelmingly salty. I've ordered three times and forgot to ask and was so bummed when I couldn't really eat it. I hope they actually read this and make it an option in their Grubhub ordering menu.

Quickly is a good place for a group hangout if you want to hang with friends I recommend to go to Fernandez park then walk to quickly and get boba and mozzarella sticks the food was delicious and the boba was just as good. The service was also great just needed more decorations.👍

Drinks were consistent with other quicklys’ in the east bay which is good enough for a quicklys. Service was fine the night I went during their soft opening phase, a little slow but give them time to work things out before a real opening. I thought the employees handled a difficult customer well that night.

This place is brand new and I believe they just had their grand opening. Small but with a few tables in the front and a couch and TV on the side. The very large drink menu with lots of options combined with new employees equals longer than normal ordering time. I ordered the special of the day drink, Jasmine/Green Milk tea with Boba ($1.99) and the popcorn chicken($5.69) and the chicken rice bowl($6.99) to see if they were like the "popcorn" Thai spicy fried chicken pieces I have had in the past. The drink was very good and for the price was a steal. I thought both portions of the chicken were quite large and either could be shared. They were mildly spicy with a salt, pepper and black pepper seasoning. Very good if a bit on the mild side. I would like to see Chinese 5 spice powder as an option along with making it more spicy on demand. That would kick them up to the same level or better than any other popcorn chicken out there. You either love or hate 5 spice powder but it adds so much flavor it should at least be an option. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and for $15.20 I thought the food was good and a great value. Looking forward to trying them in a week or so once they have settled in. A nice addition to Pinole!

Service was relatively quick (although it was slow at the time so idk about busier times) but there was a thick layer of sugar just chilling in the bottom of my drink. I had to shake it pretty thoroughly but it still wouldn't quite combine

Quality has unfortunately gone down a lot. Still decent food and drinks in a pinch but it's not my first choice. Got a drink today and almost all the tapioca pearls in my drink were mostly raw in the middle. Not fun to have to spit out your boba balls when that was the main point of going there. Best thing they have on offer is the mochi waffle.

They charge me $1.25 for the Agar Boba, when it clearly said $1.00 on the menu. The lady didn’t apologize or anything, just kept a straight face. Milk tea quality was bad, the lemon slushy had no taste at all, I understand that I ask for no sugar, but it’s not even sour. It’s was more than $7.00 for a regular size milk tea. I would not recommend anyone to go here. I’m sorry.

The tables are rocking and unstable like damaged. The couch had tears and rips and looked unclean. The board games they offer are worn down and unusable. The food isn't good and doesn't look good. Plus it's overpriced. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend waste of time and money.
