Als je naar Chitzen Itza geweest bent moet je hier stoppen!! Het eten was heerlijk! Het tentje ziet er een beetje gek uit, maar de eigenaar heeft dit jaar een flinke brand gehad. Ondanks dat was het eten wat we op hebben fantastisch! Een hele kip, gebraden op de BBQ met rijst, tortilla's, maïs, ui, ananas en banaan. We hebben echt heel erg lekker zitten eten. En wij Hollanders proberen niet snel dit soort lokale plekken, maar ik zou willen dat dit bij ons om de hoek zat. De eigenaar en zijn kinderen zijn ontzettend lief en bovenal was alles inclusief 2 drankjes nog geen €15!!! We hebben even flinke fooi achter gelaten want het was het echt meer dan waard! We gunnen deze familie echt het beste dus ga vooral langs en ontdek het zelf!

從奇琴伊察往小鎮走可以發現的烤雞肉店。一次基本上是一個set（也可以點其他東西），有很酷的烤香蕉和烤鳳梨。

Excellent poulet grillé servie avec une soupe, des tortillas, du riz, ananas et salade de chou. 7,5$ pour deux (1/2 poulet) ! Excellent rapport qualité-prix. On regrettera seulement les mouches et la fumée du barbecue dans la salle.

Super authentisches und leckeres Essen, darunter ein top gebratenes Hähnchen, lieber Service und niedrige Preise. Hier bekommt man wirklich viel für sein Geld. Wir haben für zwei Suppen, Tortillas, zwei Soft Drinks und 2 Hähnchenplatten grade einmal 20€ bezahlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Très typique. Une assiette très copieuse avec poulet cuit au barbecue devant le restaurant, ananas et banane rôtie, salade de chou, riz.... très bon, je recommande!

Sehr leckeres Street Food mit Sitzgelegenheit. Wird frisch auf dem Grill zubereitet. Sehr gute Preise und ein toller Geschmack. Die Portionen sind sehr reichhaltig. Keine Probleme danach. Wir haben alles gut vertragen.

We stopped here for lunch after visiting Chichen Itza. The interior is very basic but don’t let that fool you. They offer one menu, namely a plate of chicken made on the bbq with salad, pineapple, banana and rice - and it’s very very good for an excellent price (100 pesos per person). Service is also wonderful. Would highly recommend lunching here if you pass by.

Incredible Chicken grilled over charcoal with tortillas, rice, soup and salsas. We ordered a whole chicken for 4 people which was plenty, and cheap. The family running the place was really nice and welcoming as well! Their restaurant burned down two years ago and rebuilt it to keep going. A definite must-visit place after a day at Chitchen Itza!

Eat there!! Excellent food, service, and ambiance. We stopped here after visiting Chichen Itza. We loved it so much, we stopped again on our way back from Mérida. We ordered a whole chicken for our family of four. It comes with tortillas, soup, rice, cabbage salad, pineapple, and onions. We paid $170 pesos for food, plus $25 for juices.

Hole-in-the-wall restaurant. The pollo asado (roast chicken) is barbecued upfront, so it's a must-try. The pork ribs are pretty good too. Very affordable; try ordering in Spanish. For drinks, the rice milk drink (chata) is a nice thirst quencher, but it's best to have a coke or beer with your meal

You have got to stop and eat here!!!! Had a terrible fire.... starting all over so don't expect atmosphere to be beautiful...but his personality and the food makes up for allll of that!!!! Chef even put American music on for us!! This day we had the half chicken and the next was pork!!!! Both cooked to perfection!!! Then we had grilled plantains, mango, pineapple then on the plate.... rice, cabbage and soup for starters!!!! Chicken plate was $5 a piece!! Pork..$7.50 a plate!!! We were so full!!!!!!!!!!!

Damn is this place good. Very simple cuisine (no menus!), you get a dish of rice etc. plus whatever they have on the BBQ. Try the horchata (iced rice milk) to drink and enjoy the fact that you can feed 4 for well under £20 TOTAL!! This is living. 🤤

When you visit Chichen Itza, you gotta try this amazing Street food place in Pisté, Mexico. It was the BEST BBQ chicken I have ever tasted in my hole life 😍!!! ( So Yummy that even better than Japanese Yakitori Skewers) We ordered one hole chicken meal ( comes with rice, salad, BBQ pineapple, corn, plantain, onion, tortillas and macaroni tomato soup) with 2 pops paid 220 peso. The atmosphere is great with a total local vibe and a great music!! Entire family member run this place including little ones!! Highly recommended..

We found this grilled chicken place when we left chichen itza and were attracted by the big bbq in front of the restaurant. The pollo asado was one of the best we ever had and the addition of banana, corn and pineapple from the grill were so delicious. Value for money is also 5/5.

220MEX for 2 beautiful bbq lunches and 2 beers. We were so happy to come here and eat the fantastic grilled marinated chicken with all the trimmings - plantain, onion, pineapple, pepper, corn, rice, mango. Everything was cooked to perfection and nicely seasoned. You also get a free, small bowl of tomato soup with pasta - nice! The staff are friendly and welcoming. Great, no frill, authentic experience. I'm a little jealous that I can't be the grill master here :)

De sabor, si cumple, de hecho muy bueno, pero el tamaño de los pollos deja mucho que desear, sobre todo por el precio. El agua de Jamaica es de sobre, punto menos.

On vient d'essayer en famille (fin d'apres-midi = 18h00), cet endroir dint je me fesait une joie de découvrir au vu des nombreus bons avis... Ils font ce qu'ils peuvent, mais honnêtement je pense qu'il dout y avour pleins d'autres endroits dix fous mieux... la nourriture (poulet) était très sèche et la soupe incipide... Pour le poulet on a compris, quand on les a vu sortir de la glacière, des morceaux déjà pré-cuits et remettre sur leur grill... Je ne dis pas de pas y aller, mais ne vous attendez pas à quelque chose d'exceptionnel!

Un desastre, recomiendo no ir. Las mesas muy sucias, los baños asquerosos (a uno le falta hasta un trozo de puerta y se ve todo el interior...). Durante la comida todo el humo de la parrilla te está yendo a ti por lo que es completamentedesagradable. Además de meseras están una niñas, supongo que sus hijas. Aún así ya solo por ese motivo no habría que ir. No tienen agua fría y para rematar por ser turistas extranjeros nos cobraron el triple que a un local ya que pude ver cuanto cobraron a otros clientes. Si lo llego a saber para rato me pillan allí. Ahorrate el malestar y busca otra opción.
