The staff here is really awesome, they always greet you with a friendly smile and the service is perfect. Of course the coffee and goodies are good. The only downfall is they don't offer all the food services and the snacks they do offer taste a bit preservative packed. But overall a great little store

We went on Monday Feb 6 in the morning. They messed our drinks up. We called and the lady was super nice about it. When we went to pick them up they gave us the correct ones and more!!! Definitely reccomend!!

I spend a fair amount of time and money at Starbucks across the country. This one is my favorite. Fast, friendly service, order always perfect, always a place to sit, never a bad experience. As a company, I love their dedication to equality and their willingness to partner with our local police department as a safe space. And, their coffee isn't bad, either :)

The barista was very pleasant. Our food and drink order were correct, and our sandwiches were nice and hot. God love them for working so well with such a horrific parking lot, but they always get my order right and never forget my straw or napkins.

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations ever. The employees really try their best to get to know their customers by name and make their drinks just how the customer likes them every time! They are so kind and always welcoming. They are especially patient and willing to remake drinks if they aren't what you were wanting.

This is probably the best Starbucks I have ever driven through. To all the employees: You are amazing and always brighten my day so thank you!! And the drinks are always perfect too, but perfect drinks are easier to come by than friendly faces and voices that make any day wonderful. I will go out of my way to come here instead of any other coffee shop!! 1,000/10 recommend you come here for your coffee and smile needs :)

I come here every time I'm in town. The day shift staff are super fun and friendly, but the late afternoon/evening staff are not very friendly. They all make great drinks though!

First day I went it was an amazing experience and all the baristas was great second day was good until Ambria had problems as I was ensuring she made my drinks correct. She made it seem as I did something wrong because I didn’t want foam on my drink. Maybe she was having a bad day and hopefully I just caught her on a bad day!

For that I just stopped going on the weekend.

Parking is limited and difficult to get in and out of, mainly due to the drive through which wraps around the entire building and is very, very, tight.

I like this store, but why are you not opening in the morning any more? It says 1pm? Do you not have workers? I like coffee in the morning before my workout. The people in the morning are very friendly and give my puppy a treat. Please open early again!

Daily stop. Customer service great! Mistakes are rare and always promptly corrected. Getting very irritated about a 30+ minute wait when there is no one inside and then getting a 1/2 full cup. Never had this issue regularly until the last few months. About the 6th time in a row any time I order a hot drink lately.

I've been going here for years and getting the same thing. It's always been perfect. But, the last two times it has been awful. I don't know if the recipe has changed or the people who make it, but something is different and it is gross!

Store inside is somewhat cramped. Had to wait a few minutes at the register without anyone acknowledging me. Store was clean and air conditioned (comfortably cool). Baristas were friendly when handing us drinks however.

Great coffee. I always order throught the app and go to the mobile order pickup area, but it has takes an average of 15 minutes for my coffee to arrive in the area. This is during any time of day and even if they aren't busy. This most recent time I had to wait 45 minutes when no one was in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through. Along with this wait, a majority of the time they forget part of my order.

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru I've ever experienced. It's consistently slow and doesn't matter what time of day it is. Quality is otherwise great and the staff are very nice.

Order pumpkin latte. Got this see photo. Not pumpkin obviously. The person was happy, over the top happy. Need to quit doing caffeine.

Nasty! They gave my drink to someone else the person took a sip of it and goes oh this is not mine. The employee grabs it and hands it to me I said you know she drank out of it and she giggles and says don't worry I know her. I just walked out.

It was a real disappointment to me. I dont go there very often but I usually enjoy it. But this time I tossed it out the window and went to McDonald's. I was at the speaker trying to see the board that went half around the building and couldn't see it it and what I could see was so small I couldn't read it. I felt like I was being rushed to hurry up. I explained what I wanted and she sounded like she understood. Well I paid almost 5 dollars for an egg patty one slice of bacon and I think I cheese. It was on some kind of dry looking unappealing bread. Which the Jim dandy of it is I cant eat bread. I tossed it and went to McDonald's for a burrito. I would've placed my order online and just picked it up but the website was screwing up and ate one of my gift cards and then to me I'd have to go inside to use it. Well for 2 5.00 giftcards I didn't get my normal macchiato and breakfast I got a large soda and burrito from McDonald's for an additional cost. It would let me not give it one star or I wouldn't have gave it one. I cant see spending almost 15.00 for an almost satisfying meal. Never again.

I grab a tea occasionally and most of the time it's okay. However I never actually get what I order they always leave something out or don't make it right. Today I couldn't even drink my drink because it was made so poorly. I even contacted customer service and they said there's absolutely nothing they can do about it! This makes me never want to go again!

Terrible experience. Called ahead to make sure they were doing the buy one get one and she informed me they were. I proceeded to drive over an HOUR for 4 drinks. After ordering she told me I had to have the app and sat there while I downloaded it and created an account. After downloading she informs me I had to have been a member for a certain amount of time already so I ended up paying full price for all 4. Basically told me there was nothing she could do. And to top it all off, the drinks were disgusting. Glad I drove all the way here for nothing. Needless to say, I will not be back.

I come to Pittsburg monthly for business. My last 2 visits were disappointing. The store opened nearly an hour late. Lights were off and the older guy with earrings that was working was incapable to help or offer any genuine service. Customers just sitting in the dark waiting. Coffee is great, but seems like this location has some operational issues.

Been to this Starbucks a couple of times. The baristas are always trying to do their best! The manager on the other hand.... seems to stress out her team more than help them! I’ve noticed her calling baristas to the back and them coming out with tears.

I’ve been in Pittsburg for over 19 years and really never had an issue with Starbucks location that’s been open for less until today where I actually had my first refund after waiting 10 minutes for an iced coffee. I saw two people who were after me in ordering receive their drink before me. After waiting 10 minutes I asked for a refund and still wasn’t offered any apologies or any seeking of satisfaction as a customer. Good customer service would’ve compensated and then some by showing value to the customer. What made my dollar any different then the two after me. If Starbucks is truly about valuing people then that should include the paying customer. I now know what it feels like to not be severed. Thank you to the Pittsburg, ks Starbucks.

Waste of time and money. If your friends judge you on the emblem on your cup of coffee, you need new friends. All of these coffee shops are a joke. Make your own, save some time and a hell of a lot of money. Also, the parking lot is not terribly easy to negotiate. Great for those people who say they need that first cup of coffee to get going in the morning. Don't take your best car if you don't want dings and scratches...

I just went here with my husband and I order 2 Venti Iced Caramel Macchiatos. They taste absolutely horrible, it’s like the coffee is burnt. It’s not sweet there wasn’t enough milk in it. It’s like drinking straight black burnt coffee.
