When I have a craving for Taco Bell, I expect my food shaking my legs and doing the good food dance in my seat. If I wasn't on the road traveling home in KC we would have turned around. All my Tacos were broken which made it hard to lift and eat. It took a minute for my Order to be made, so I knew it was going to be HOT and 🔥 wrong ( Lobby was not busy there was plenty of workers so why was it not HOT.) I will however give props to the young lady that came out and greeted everyone with a smile asked if we all needed help working the kiosk mentioned the rewards program 😀 (I am already member). Kudos to you here is your 5✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️.
I went here to eat since i was at the Marian Day celebration and honestly, this is by far the best Taco Bell i have been to. Food came out fresh and quick. Me and my friends had a great time. I will come back again
I love the food, but service is lousy. I want to be greeted by a human being, not a kiosk. I didn't get my drink until the food was ready. The food was slow getting out to me. Tell me why I should go back, if I can't receive a greeting from the staff?
Well ordered a specialty burrito supposedly had double the chicken. Not cheap but was barely enough food to feed a mouse. Contained about a teaspoon of chicken. For almost $6 I would go elsewhere. Sadly most of their other burritos are rice, cheese sauce and a tiny bit of meat in a sauce.
The tacobells in this area have good service and food. But the dining areas are not cleaned. Tables are covered with food and floors not swept. They need to improve on this.

I’ve never been to a filthier Taco Bell in my life. Every single table was covered in crap and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bathrooms were disguising too. Just everything was incredibly dirty. The staff messed up five orders in a row, were laughing in the back like it was a joke, and not doing their jobs at all. The entire staff needs to retrained or fired; it was truly pathetic. I feel sorry for the owner that has to deal with such a crappy staff tbh. Here’s hoping things turn around.
The fact that I received a taco that was not only stuck to the paper but also ripped off onto my food is a problem. How long do you actually hold these items under a heated lamp before dispatching them? Tacos become soggy. This is the primary reason I have ceased eating at Taco Bell altogether. It appears that people are not taking adequate care. Providing fresh taco shells, rather than those that have been left sitting, would be an improvement. It is imperative that you enhance your service.
How hard is it to put sause in the bag when I order it. I literally add extra just incase they don't give me the amount I ask for and everything I order out the put NONE. I ORDERED 4 BURRITOS AND 8 SAUSES CONSTANTLY AN THEY NEVER GIVE ME ANY
I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered through the app thinking it would be quicker... when I got my food, I asked if the sauce was in the bag that I put in on the app, she replied "oh yeah! I made sure". Nope not in there. I got home to eat and my grilled stuffed burrito was DEFINITELY GRILLED 😱. Maybe it's Cajun but I trashed most of it. Not a great experience.
A HUMAN WILL NO LONGER TAKE YOUR ORDER!!! You are forced to use a kiosk as people stand around and tell you they can’t help you. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?
My wife went through the drive through to pick up an order and the in the middle of my wife asking a question to the drive through lady she slams the window shut. The workers here are the absolute rudest people on the planet and don’t care who knows it. Will never be going back again.
Average Taco Bell food, terrible service. Employee refused to take my order and insisted I use the order screens at the counter while they just stood behind the counter.
Every single time I have come here for the last 4 months my food has needed remade, whether it be because of a missing addition or a crunchy chalupa or something else. The service is consistently slow and the staff are lackadaisical in correcting errors or what feel like deliberate sabotage to any ordered items
So if anyone gets the new tacobell chalupa, just know they come with 2 o three pieces of steak. Now with this economy its just highway robbery. I was already home when I discovered that each chalupa had 2 pieces of meat in one and 3 in the other. Going back to tacobell just to be told that's how they come and I could get a refund , which is got , would have been nice if I was offered a coupon or a comp meal but I wasn't, so just know its not a mistake, they come with 2 pieces maybe pieces of meat. Wish I could post pictures of my food just so everyone can see the meat pieces are less than a inch in length and paper thin. UPDATE pictures posted for reference.
Got about halfway through my taco and got a fat blob of sour cream. This is not a supreme taco and I absolutely hate sour cream. Maybe they need to learn how to get an order right. They only put it on one side so they probably messed up and didn’t care so went with it.
Order#955723 My CT Db1 Chicken bowl w/ 3 extras that did not get. But there was 3x rice under everything else. Upon opening the bowl, everything was wilted and dried. Not appearing fresh. Looking closer, it appeared it had already been scratched through. This was at least a $10 bowl. Should I bring it back so you can examine it? Or I will trash it.😡
Every single time I order food here something is either wrong or missing. The employees at this store literally couldn’t care less about you or the money you spend there. They also pile all of your food into as few bags as possible so it’s impossible to check your bags accurately in the drive through.
Ordered via mobile app. Added extra sauces on items for charge and requested some sauces removed. Picked up my order and the incorrect items were in the bag. The tag on the bag did not match the items in the bag even and the one thing that was in there of mine, had sauce that I requested be removed, rendering it uneditable for the toddler. Couldn’t go back to have it corrected because I used my whole lunch hour getting the order.
Does this Mexican pizza anything remotely looks like they advertise? Where is the cheese? And they didn’t even cut it.
This place is a joke. Put in a $60 order. Girls in the back cussing and throwing a fit bcuz the order was so big. Then we get home and half the order wasnt right. After sitting in the drive thru for 56 mins waiting on food. Will take my business elsewhere for sure.
