When I have a craving for Taco Bell, I expect my food shaking my legs and doing the good food dance in my seat. If I wasn't on the road traveling home in KC we would have turned around. All my Tacos were broken which made it hard to lift and eat. It took a minute for my Order to be made, so I knew it was going to be HOT and 🔥 wrong ( Lobby was not busy there was plenty of workers so why was it not HOT.) I will however give props to the young lady that came out and greeted everyone with a smile asked if we all needed help working the kiosk mentioned the rewards program 😀 (I am already member). Kudos to you here is your 5✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️.

I went here to eat since i was at the Marian Day celebration and honestly, this is by far the best Taco Bell i have been to. Food came out fresh and quick. Me and my friends had a great time. I will come back again

I love the food, but service is lousy. I want to be greeted by a human being, not a kiosk. I didn't get my drink until the food was ready. The food was slow getting out to me. Tell me why I should go back, if I can't receive a greeting from the staff?

Well ordered a specialty burrito supposedly had double the chicken. Not cheap but was barely enough food to feed a mouse. Contained about a teaspoon of chicken. For almost $6 I would go elsewhere. Sadly most of their other burritos are rice, cheese sauce and a tiny bit of meat in a sauce.

The tacobells in this area have good service and food. But the dining areas are not cleaned. Tables are covered with food and floors not swept. They need to improve on this.

I’ve never been to a filthier Taco Bell in my life. Every single table was covered in crap and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The bathrooms were disguising too. Just everything was incredibly dirty. The staff messed up five orders in a row, were laughing in the back like it was a joke, and not doing their jobs at all. The entire staff needs to retrained or fired; it was truly pathetic. I feel sorry for the owner that has to deal with such a crappy staff tbh. Here’s hoping things turn around.

The fact that I received a taco that was not only stuck to the paper but also ripped off onto my food is a problem. How long do you actually hold these items under a heated lamp before dispatching them? Tacos become soggy. This is the primary reason I have ceased eating at Taco Bell altogether. It appears that people are not taking adequate care. Providing fresh taco shells, rather than those that have been left sitting, would be an improvement. It is imperative that you enhance your service.

How hard is it to put sause in the bag when I order it. I literally add extra just incase they don't give me the amount I ask for and everything I order out the put NONE. I ORDERED 4 BURRITOS AND 8 SAUSES CONSTANTLY AN THEY NEVER GIVE ME ANY

I spent 35 minutes in the drive thru. Ordered through the app thinking it would be quicker... when I got my food, I asked if the sauce was in the bag that I put in on the app, she replied "oh yeah! I made sure". Nope not in there. I got home to eat and my grilled stuffed burrito was DEFINITELY GRILLED 😱. Maybe it's Cajun but I trashed most of it. Not a great experience.
