I’ve seen multiple reviews about rude service and I can’t agree more. We came and got breakfast this morning and the staff was rude! They handed me my friends coffee so I gave it to him and I grabbed mine, the employee snatched it out of my hand and said it wasn’t mine.. the number matched the bag and it was the coffee I ordered so I knew it was mine. I treat everyone with respect as yall should too even if you hate your job

On the 26th and main location the manager was very rude when she got our order messed up with a doordash and had us waiting nearly 40 mins. The girl that took our order was very nice and polite tho.

I always have to wait for someone to answer the speaker and then it's an even longer at the window. Last time I waited 15 minutes just for someone to say hello. The other location in town is definitely faster and friendly. They seem overwhelmed here

Most of the time you get old food. Even after waiting 10 minutes being told that they're making it fresh. This place is not clean & it's very dirty. Most of the time you can see the employees taking out trash making food handling cash making food nobody's washing their hands. And the management of this location is non-existent and lack training.

I gave it a 2 star ⭐ because I'm from out of town & when I first pulled up in the drive-thru it had two speaker in the same driveway. Im thinking to myself "one must be broken" so McDonald's just build another one along beside it. Oh no, it's wasn't broken, it worked. The is u can't hear what the employee are saying to you, because you hear everything the other employee is saying to the customer 🤦‍♀️ so I get out of line to go inside. Omg, that was even worst. I go place my order up at the front registers & the lady didn't know that much english ( not mad at her knowing little english ) but the employee got my whole order wrong 😡. I'm not racist at all, but if McDonald's going to put foreigners up on the front registers or drive- thru then they should know a little more english. But I'm very satisfied with the manager who came to help & corrected the situation. 💯

It took like 30 to 40 minutes to get my order which was only 2 meals and 3 drinks. Which I can understand cause it was pretty busy, but I got a frappe and a slushie and by the time we got them they were half melted, which we had to ask for them cause they gave us our food with no drinks, I forgot to ask for my other drink so I never got it. Overall the food wasn't great, I could definitely tell they were in a hurry which again I understand it was busy but our food was literally thrown in the bag. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Worst service/wait time I have ever experienced and after bringing up they had us waiting 30 minutes they had us wait another 25 for a $40 order. If you can go anywhere else on earth I’d choose that place over here.

Went to meet a friend there. He had gotten there five minutes earlier and ordered and it took 20 minutes to get his food to him. I waited. Five minutes made eye contact with four different employees but no one came up to take my order. A young girl came up and asked me what I wanted and I told her I need the manager‘s phone number. She said well you’ll have to look that up on Google. Then another employee came out and just said what do you want in a bad tone. I told her I wanted the manager’s number. I asked her three different times and her reply was always like well. What do you want. I finally got the number but never got to order my food either. I’ve seen other reviews and this is not I repeat not an anomaly. The service at this place actually deserves a zero.

Out of napkins in lobby, dirty tables. The cashier said she was too busy to help. No one greets you or talks to you. They call your number put the bag on the counter and walk away. Pretty much the same in our home town also.

Drive thru girl was extremely rude, lied & was unclean. I was pulled up and made to wait for no reason which is also against McDonald's policies. The person that brought out my food was HATEFUL & unclean. Employees here are a perfect example of how this world is getting worse, harmful, ugly, mean. I will never stop here again.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite to eat on my way home from a camping trip. I needed something really bad. I get there and ask about the minute maid slush and they tell me they dont have lemonade even though this slush is the biggest thing on their menu. After the miss understanding I tried to order a mcdouble. They are out of the meat. Order a Big Mac no sesame seed buns. Okay. I ask for just the sandwich then they ask what I want to drink for a combo. Didnt want a combo I wanted the slush I asked for originally. Had to go through that again. Finally get to pay for it. Seems pricey at $7 but alright. Get the meal and it has fries which I couldn't eat I wasnt hungry for them and my slush was pathetically filled. Honestly this is a management problem if food isnt being ordered to keep inventory kept to allow for orders and employees cant be trained to know the menu and prep the food to full expectation your doing a horrible job. And this is just a truck stop is a horrible excuse. Do better.
