Definitely one of the cleanest and fastest Pizza Huts I have been to in a while. Incredible considering I only saw 2 people in the store Jose and LeAnn are amazing!

Wait Staff did an awesome job keeping drinks full, buffet and salad bar full, used tableware removed all very timely. Was set this would be last time Pizza Hut would get any business from me. Honestly, if it wasn't for celebrating an event with extended family and friends we would not have gone to any more Pizza Hut. This one changed all. Those thoughts. I would suggest you ask for Veda or Yvonne they the ladies who were perfect waitresses and changed it all. Amazing service with good food!!

Pizza Hut is my first choice when I'm craving pizza. Its a shame the app crashes on me so much its unusable 75% of the time. The last pizza I ordered had an unusually small amount of toppings on it that it quite frankly ruined the experience for me. I will continue to order from here though as it normally satisfies my pizza cravings. Not to mention everyone has a bad day and I've had so many good experiwnces.

Dominoes is my go to place for Pizza from now on!! Can't believe this pizza hut wouldn't even give us any crushed red pepper, Parmesan, or napkins! They said we have to buy it separately after buying a $30 pizza. What the hell kind of dump is this? Pure Greed!! Really? At least Dominoes will gladly give condiments Absolutely FREE!! I'm sure they will say for me to go to Dominoes next time. Which is EXACTLY WHAT I WILL DO! I will Never eat here again.

They totally neglect the drive through. I had a guy walk up to the warmer by the window and turn around and walk away. 4 months later at the remodeled pizza hut- we ordered online and showed up at the drive through to pay. After we payed the worker said they were cutting our pizza and to pull around the front. I went inside to get it and they said sorry it's still in the oven. About 20 minutes later they got my pizza, only to open up the boxes at home and realize I got the wrong pizza. Edit: they have improved quite a bit in the last couple of months. Much speedier service now. Changed my 2 start review to 4 02/02/2024- Not busy, 5 people ignoring me inside.

They messed up our order they did give us credit for it. It upsets me they still don't have a gluten free crust like every other pizza place does. This is the only pizza place that doesn't have gluten free crust.

When I went to pick up my pizza, I sat at the drive up window for at least 5 minutes while employees walked back and forth past it, not acknowledging that I was even there. When the worker eventually came to the window, she explained that they had been working on an issue and that she could now help me. This is not the first time that this has happened at this store. If you are having an issue, instead of ignoring the person sitting at the window, greet them, then explain that there is an issue and they will get right back with you. This does not take very long and makes the customer feel like they are not being ignored.

This location always has an issue with online orders or just issues in general. Always running out of food items,. Always seems to have computer issues, employees seem to never know how to find your order on the computer. When I finally got my food it didn't have all the ingredients I was supposed to have.

Our food should've been ready by 7:12 it's been about 10 mins past, not to mentioned we waited here for a long time.

Didn’t receive our pizzas despite it saying delivered 20 minutes prior. Manager on the phone was standoffish when I asked if it was still out for delivery. Said they would charge me again for the order if the delivery driver came to the same house. Driver showed up and argued with me and my neighbor, accusing me of putting in the wrong address even though it was obvious she went to the wrong house. Was very rude and made a scene on the street. Edit: Forgot to mention the driver was smoking in the car with our pizzas inside.

I’m not one to complain as I have worked in the food industry for six years, however my past two experiences were horrible. 1) I ordered a pizza and a pasta on the app, when I got to the store I was told I didn’t order the pasta (my email said otherwise) and that I would have to wait 30 minutes for it. 2) I also ordered on the app, a pizza and wings. After waiting at the window for ten minutes I was finally greeted and told they haven’t made my wings yet (now 20 minutes after my pickup time) and that I had to pull around. Not only that but both times the worker was extremely rude and she had a terrible attitude!!!

They were very rude and forgot one of our items when delivering our food. When I called and told them, they said it would be another half hour for them to deliver it. When asked to add some sauce, they said it would cost $0.60 each and I asked since they messed up our order if we could get them for free. They refused and hung up on me. It’s been years since ordering Pizza Hut. After this terrible experience yet again. I will not use again.

Ordered a large pizza and boneless wings. When arrived the wings were not with my order. Pizza was warm had to put in oven to warm up. Sent a message to Pizza Hut and was given a coupon for free pizza. So tried it and order was denied due to not meeting the minimum order fee.

This will probably be my last order to pizza hut as in 2 weeks have messed my order up. First time the delivery lady forgot our drinks now this time they forgot we placed an order. 🤦🏼‍♀️ This is ridiculous now we have to wait another 10 mins for food we have already waited 15 mins for. A medium pizza shouldn't take that long for carryout. Looks like a new pizza place will be in order for now on.

Very disappointed! Been awhile since we ordered from this restaurant due to horrible service in the past. We'll the horrible service is still present. Scheduled a pick up 45 minutes in advance. Showed up 2 minutes early and said it would be another 10 minutes. Lady was rather rude about the fact that I was there. Waited the 10 minutes Showed back up got corrected on how to pronounce my name, bad customer service. Got home pizza dough was not cook fully. After 55 minutes you would think they could cook it correctly! Once again not returning to this Pizza Hut as the customer service sucks and the food is not cooked properly.

The employees said they thought we meant 11:30 pm instead of 11:30 in the morning. Had to wait for over an hour for them to fix it. The employees spent the time yelling at each other & fighting. When we finally got the pizzas, they were dried out, burnt, & disgusting. Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. They need better employees.

Ordered a large meat lovers pizza with pineapple on half and NO ONION! Picked up our pizza, took it home and what do I find on the pizza. ONION. So I called back told them about the mistake and they offered to make a new one. So I go back to Pizza Hut, pick up the new pizza and go home. Guess what I found on the pizza. Again ONION. And this is after I told them specifically that there cannot be onions on the pizza because of an allergy. Absolutely ridiculous.
