Opinions de Jade Palace Chinese Restaurant Plano
If you’re looking for comfort Chinese food this is the place! Worth every penny. We typically order the egg roll 10/10 Chicken and dumplings 10/10 Sesame chicken 10/10 (nice and crispy) Shrimp fried rice 10/10 (rice has good flavor and doesn’t taste bland) KungPao chicken! Oh and the cheese boats and sour soup! So yummy!
The food is Amazing I always get C10 spicy and i never get bored eating it the service is Amazing the cute girl on the front is always so smily and nice and the atmosphere is friendly and clean 10/10
I had the General Tsaos and the egg roll and it was delicious.
Amazing Chinese restaurant in east Plano. Will be back. Amazing staff, hot and sour soup so fresh your lip’ll burn, house egg roll is friendly bc it has only veggies and chicken (no pork) also same thing with amazing fluffy dumpings (chicken no pork) the Mongolian triple play (steak/chicken/shrimp) was filling and plentiful.
A+++ Really great American style Chinese food. The General Tsao’s chicken and Sesame chicken are crispy and fresh! The restaurant is clean and service is great too. Definitely coming back.
Been here a couple times. Both have been pleasurable experiences. Food has been fresh and the breading was perfect. Definitely recommended.
My family and I have gone here since I was a kid. I’m now 38. This place has been consistently good for many, many years. The portion size is a lot and it’s not all rice, they give you a generous portion of veggies and protein. Most American Chinese places don’t do that. Plus the ingredients are fresh and don’t taste soggy. I highly recommend.
My family has been going here for almost 10 years. Even though we moved about 20 mins away and have plenty of restaurants around, Jade's is worth the drive. The food has stayed the same. I love the way it tastes. You get a good quantity of food for a great price. I have attached a picture of Cashew chicken-dinner size dinner.
I had Lunch. I order L13 Kung Pao Chicken $7.25. The portions was enough. Lunch came with a cup of soup, crispy croutons, on the plate was the Kung Pao Chicken with a choice of fried or steam rice. Food is good, restaurant is clean and people are nice. I add a picture of my recipes and empty plate because by the time I decided to write the review I was done with my food.

Great service and great food. We got the Mongolian beef and sesame chicken each dish came with soup of choice and rice. The serving size was good and was only $24!
I went here today for the first time, and it was by far one of the best Chinese restaurants i have ever tried. The lo mein and fried rice were perfect. The flavor, service, and atmosphere were exceptional.
I ordered pick up but the atmosphere seems nice. I live nearly 30 minutes from Jade Palace but the shrimp egg fu young is worth the drive. I haven't had the opportunity to eat anything else. ❤️

Moo Goo Gai Pan was ok, but it had very little chicken and too many chestnuts in it.
Carolyn Review................................ I recommend ordering from this establishment. They deliver very quickly and they have never messed up my order. They are polite, but most importantly, their prices are affordable. Especially given the amount of food that is given with each entree. This includes appetizers and desserts. I've never eaten at this restaurant, so I can't comment on this. I have, however been there to pick up an order. Their parking lot has plenty of space for parking. So give it a try. Check it out!!!!
The food was good. hot, fresh, and flavorful. We ordered the General Tso’s chicken and the sesame chicken. I was a little surprised by the batter on the crispy chicken, it reminded me more of a sweet and sour tempura style rather than the usual coating. but it was still delicious! The only small drawback was the portion size of the fried rice that came with it, which was pretty small. Other than that, everything was very tasty!

I ordered kung pao with steamed rice, the kung pao wasn’t the best I have tried, peanuts were not roasted. The steamed rice was a bit hard/dry. Place is clean, wasn’t busy for lunch time. Plenty of parking space.

This is a old family business that was initially run by 2 sisters. This changes and it seemed it's only run by one sister and her daughter. Ever since then the Food quantity has gone down. They are using smaller and smaller portions sizes and No longer competitive enough. They do have Daily specials for under $8 Dollars which is nice. But the quality and Quality had deteriorated
I used to go here when I was in high school. Probably been a good 10 years since eating here. Well it was not what I expected. Ordered Orange chicken well it was watery and tasted like fish, was quite disgusting. My girlfriends teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki sauce. Just plain chicken. The cheese boats were the only food worth eating. The to go portions were generous. But looks like the quality of food has declined. Guess I'll go to Panda Express :(

CHECK YOUR PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR BANKING ACCOUNTS . THEY ARE ADDING TIPS ON TO GO ORDERS. Not a great experience. Ordered the M2 chicken chowmein online and it said total was 9.68 with tax and when i got there they charged me $11.09 they said they charge additional for hot oil and sriracha sauce. I did not ask for hot oil I just asked for sriacha. What Chinese restaurant charges for sriacha. I had two to go orders, two transactions on the first order I left a $1 tip and the second I left a $0 I knew something was not right because the cashier was just staring at me when I signed the receipt. Luckily I did screenshot my transactions on my phone and put a $0 tip on receipt. Why you add a $1 tip to the transaction that was $11.90????? I left a $0 tip and paid $11.09 then when it was posted it’s now $12.09 because you added a $1 tip . I will be contacting the better business bureau and report this to them I will also contact the irs
I told them cash and they did not bring change for a 50 dollar bill on a 25 dollar order. Then management proceeded to argue over the phone that I did not have change and took the food back after delivering it
