My older brother and a cousin are visiting and we wanted to go somewhere to eat brunch and we chose First Watch because we always enjoy the food and the wait staff is courteous and work hard and fast. We ordered a number of dishes and tried some new drinks too. All in all, everyone got to enjoy the food the restaurant atmosphere. We will be back for more.

Great brunch spot, I got the biscuits and turkey sausage gravy and I was thoroughly impressed. I expected the turkey sausage to reduce the flavor of the gravy, but this is among the best sausage gravies I have been served. The side potatoes and eggs were well cooked and tasty. Our server, Gustavo, was very attentive and personable, answering all the questions we had with personal testimony, that is 6 star service to me. The atmosphere was alright, kind of a farm house theatre set vibe, not bad, but not my thing. High marks overall, I love it.

What a great breakfast/lunch/brunch spot. Add coffee and snack spot if you want. This location is fabulous! The atmosphere is very nice. It’s casual and laid back so you don’t feel rushed to eat, pay and leave. Our server (waitress) was so very nice. She made suggestions and helped us decide what to order. She was knowledgeable about the menu and experienced at her job. We ordered the Blueberry Pancakes and the Million Dollar Bacon and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Just fantastic. Huge. These monsters were big, and I mean plate fillingly large. There’s no other way to say it, big and tasty. The Million Dollar Pancake would make a Vegan change their stripes. Just incredible. Every order should come with a side of this bacon. The parking lot is massive so drive your largest truck if you want. We can’t wait to return!

Easily one if not the best breakfasts I had in a long time! The customer service was excellent from the moment I walked in until I left. The food was delicious, very reasonable prices with amazing quality. I had the Açaí bowl with the million dollar bacon..I was in Heaven! The bacon is so crispy and flavorful topped with syrup! This would easily be a 5 Star experience! Our food was great, the atmosphere was lovely, and our server was very friendly and attentive. However, we did wait nearly 10 minutes to be greeted after being seated. Other than the initial experience, the rest of the dining period was well above average.

I went there for lunch. The place is neat and service was great! Even though we were a group of 10 and the place was pretty busy, we got our orders quickly! The waitress was attentive and pleasant. Just wish they had more vegetarian options.

I frequent this place often. Things have gotten better over the years. Consistency is dialed in. Staff is courteous and professional. Some of the dishes they put out make me wonder if they have Bobby Flay in the kitchen. Best breakfast in Plano.

My husband and I had brunch here and for the second time, I ordered the Eggs Benedict Florentine and specifically requested that the poached eggs be prepared medium. The egg yolks were runny and I returned the order. I'm done ordering Eggs Benedict at this restaurant. I replaced the order with a bowl of oatmeal with fresh fruit and it was delicious. The muffin was served cold with no butter so the experience was OK but definitely not great. There are so many options for Brunch in Collin county so we'll take our brunch business to another restaurant.

Food is tasty however it is cold. \nService is good\nChill atmosphere. \n\nIf my food came to the table hit it would be minimum 4 stars.

My wife and I have been coming once a month for the past few years because we can walk from our house. The last three trips we have noticed it has been getting worse and worse. The prices have gone up, so has everywhere, but the quality and quantity has gone down. There is probably 2/3rds the portions. The new honey chipotle chicken has came with 2 slices of chicken that were combined the size of a single chicken nugget from McDonald's. Getting service on the patio is borderline impossible. I had to walk into the restaurant to get syrup for the pancakes, had to walk in to get a water refill, had to walk in to get a coffee refill, had to walk in to get the bill. Our server took our order and never returned. The inside wasn't busy, there are much better places for the same price around this area.

Picked up a to go lunch order for my wife and I and got home only to find out that the chicken avocado chop salad didn’t have any chicken. I tried to call and no one answered the phone. I’m sad to report a very disappointing experience at the First Watch location on Custer in Plano. I previously visited the First Watch in Carrollton on Preston and had a great experience—friendly staff and delicious food—so I was genuinely excited to try this location. Unfortunately, this visit was the complete opposite. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was unfriendly and unapproachable. We politely asked for a booth, and she glanced down at her paperwork and bluntly said, “We can’t seat you there.” We smiled and moved on, but throughout our entire visit, no one was ever seated in the booth we had requested, which was frustrating and confusing. Even setting the service aside, the food was very disappointing. The dishes were hard and overcooked. The salmon served with my poached eggs tasted stale—it genuinely felt like I was eating old food. Between the poor attitude and the bad food, this was a really unpleasant experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

I’m not going to lie I love first watch have been going all week to the flower mound location. But today?worse experience ever. I tried to call and place an order they didn’t answer the phone, I figure they’re probably busy. Just for me to get there 3-5 minutes after my call and there are 6 servers just standing at the to go stand. I place my order( which I have been eating all week) and have to wait for it for my entire lunch (20 minutes) and I only got the trifecta- I go back to work just to open my meal and see 1)my food is cold 2) French toast is thrown with my sides and it’s the smallest piece ever 3) the eggs (or should I say egg) are small and I have 1 single sliver of sausage …. I tried to call but they’re closed (but when they were open they didn’t answer either so yk) and I paid 20$ for basically a kids meal. Never coming back to this location again. Yes the girl at the front was nice but this is ridiculous . Literally looked half. Eaten

To be honest walked in and the place smelled pretty funny. That was that , I just considered the food reviews and stayed. Then was served mostly burnt potatoes and an egg that I had described how I would like to be cooked was sent back to the kitchen three times. Everything else was ok . Portions were decent.
