I really appreciate that it can be less than 50 cents to swap to gluten free bread. Being gluten free isn't really a choice for me but I'm pretty burnt out on spending an extra $2 at most places for some really scrappy gluten free bread. The bread here is cheap and really good! It was my first time in and I'm glad I came.

This is the first time I’ve been to this place since about 2014. The Pecanberry Salad with multicolored peppers, and cucumbers tasted amazing! The salad was larger portion than expected, and the fat free raspberry vinaigrette tasted perfect! It wasn’t to sweet or sour. I also got the, Grilled Chicken sandwich from the , Craveable Classic Sandwich section of the menu, and it tasted perfect on the croissant it comes with. The lemonade with added peach puree and strawberry puree tasted amazing! I definitely will be going back more often after eating inside for the first time!

We have done curbside at this location a few times now, but this time was our first time going inside. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice & clean it was! Lots of seating & room to move around. The female cashier who took our order was friendly & welcoming. The manager made sure we were well taken care of. We appreciate the great customer service & the sandwiches were excellent! All fresh ingredients & good bread selection. We will definitely be returning soon. It took me years of passing by this place to finally give it a try & now we are hooked! I recommend everyone try this place out. You’ll wish you went sooner.

My first time visiting. Got the smokey pepperjack and turkey and super max spud with the "choose 2". They were good, but I didn't know the sandwich would be a 3 inch - didn't measure just looked like it. Sandwiches come 6 or 12 inch, a midway 8 or 9 would be nice. I did appreciate the actual plate and silverware. Zach was a delight, he tried to help me choose but everything looked good! I REALLY loved the playlist!! I was going to return to working from home but stayed longer for the music. A couple even complimented me on my singing before they left😁I'll be back to try a premium sandwich.

It's only a matter of time before McAlisters forces Panera to shut down. This place is by far the best sandwich place on the market. Everything is absolutely delicious and well portioned for the cost. I have yet to have a single bad experience with any McAlisters location. My usual is a bowl of the chicken tortilla which is always hot and full of flavor and a 6 inch French dip. I got the 12 inch this time just for the picture (you're welcome!). Overall love this place and come at least once a week for lunch, no place better.

Great food and friendly service. They where out of chicken, but my ordered didn't have chicken. I over heard how the manager handled the situation and he did great! As a former General Manager of a McAlisters for 6 years I appreciate how the manager handled the situation. I couldn't have handled it any better and guests where understanding. Kudos team!

I eat here almost every week. I like the people and the food and the atmosphere. However, they have removed the ability to order dine-in from the table. I wish they'd bring this back. Option is completely removed from Android app.

Nice and quiet place to grab and eat a sandwich. The avocado on the spicy southwest chicken sandwich came in chunky pieces , something McAllister’s does not typically do. But everything else was good. Really friendly staff.

The Reuben was nice but needs more dressing. I've been hunting for a good potato soup around town but they are all bland and thickened with corn starch or something worse. Good potato soup doesn't need that. The potato soup at McA's was also disappointing, artificially thickened, and could have come from Kroger and tasted about the same.

Usually great experience. Lately they’ve been a bit overwhelmed and shorthanded. Service is still good but the timing is taking a bit of a hit. Today’s sandwich seemed to take a hit too. A bit burnt. All in all good though. Update: I was craving their blt again today and made another order. The pickup line was even crazier this time. It was so backed up. But one thing I will say, Chris who I assume is the manager, was working his but off! Running back and forth and still being friendly and professional. The customers need to learn how to speak up, he’d call names and they wouldn’t say anything, then he start to bring it back to the back and would have to go get it and bring it back just because they didn’t speak up the first time. But anyways I still like the quality of food I just have to realize there might be a wait for a bit until they figure out the staffing situation. But Chris if ur reading this keep up the good work. -Peter V

love the food, however I ordered curbside pickup and waited over 10 minutes before I went inside to get my order. No one was in line and my food was just sitting there. Pretty annoying experience

I hate bugs, specially in my food. I ordered delivery from this location almost every week. Until last week (Oct 2025) a HUGE bug was in my salad. Not acceptable! I did received a refund. But sadly i won’t be ordering from here again.
