Nice ambiance clean restaurant, service also good. We ordered family BBQ platter is good portion and very reasonable taste except chappli kabab has too much salt. Mutton karahi is ok taste little sweet. Overall very good experience.

Only knocked off one star as I am feeling generous today. I was feeling hungry for Brain Masala and this is the only restaurant close by that had it on the menu. It tasted good, but could have been better - little less tomatoes and chop up the brain a little more, perhaps? The "Maghaz Nehari" was good on its own right. I will be back for this one. As for the Bihari kabab, there are better options within a couple of miles for less $. Now, the reason I knocked off 1 star is because of the experience I had when placing the take out order over the phone. The young lady sounded like she was rather annoyed to get my call. I am truly sorry if had unintentionally interrupted her hourly Instagram session. Customer service should be better, specially since this place charges at least a 15% premium for every item on the menu when compared to similar establishments nearby. But alas, they did not have brain masala on menu :(

So right out the gate this is a solid four-star restaurant. You have a nice thick menu of plenty of options. Spicy is the way to go! Great service from friendly ladies and the food was okay, naan got stale quickly. Mango lassi was plentiful. Samosas we’re packing with flavor. I asked for my food spicy and unfortunately it seemed mild. There’s plenty more to explore so check the menu out!!

We ordered take out and were pretty happy with the food. The service was excellent. The food was ready when I arrived and packaged very well. We got the following items: Bihari kebab roll and chicken Tikka roll: They were beyond amazing. Lots of meat and sauce. Bursting with flavor. Def a must order If you go here. Jalapeno cheese burger: Pretty good. Not crazy spicy, but def some good heat. Buffalo wings: Another winner! Loaded with sauce and the perfect texture. Chicken zinger burger: This was a big disappointment. Very dry. Lacking flavor. Def would not order it again. Fries: We were told it would be masala fries... We instead got fries with nothing on it. Not even salt. Very bland. Overall, the rolls and wings are def worth it. The service was also great!

We ordered dinner to-go. Mutton biryani was deliciously spicy with large pieces of mutton. We prefer it to be a bit more moist. The Mix Grill Platter comes with four items. Three kinds of grilled chicken and beef. Each is unique. The garlic naan is fully of garlic taste the way we like it.

The quality of the food here has gone down slightly. We ordered: Nihari - 4/5 (the meat was not soft) Malai Boti chicken - 3/5 (meat was uncooked) Naan - 2/5 (naan was a little hard) Paratha - 0/5 (it is not a lacha paratha) Above was our order breakdown and our reviews on each item. Staff and cleanliness is excellent!

Disappointing experience We usually cater family events from here Ali bhi no doubt great Chef because he always make the food great. However, for past 3 dine-in experience was a letdown. This time I specifically called and asked if the Nahari was made fresh, and they assured me it was. But what we got was subpar. Loaded Fries 🍟: 4/10 lacked flavor dry Barely chicken and sause Chapi Kabobs: 10/10 great as always Beef Nahari 🥩:3/10 not fresh, reheated, too salty Naan 🫓 : 8/10 charged for butter naan but got plain for for my To go order, plus we waited for our naans Kashmir Tea ☕️ : 0/10 I asked if their pink is good if not that’s fine she said it’s really good sir and we order honestly the pack teas are better than what they served me. The service wasn't great either. Maybe I should stop going until they improve the dine-in experience. I hope owner will read this.

As compared to other restaurants- Have “18% Gratuity charge” extra if you have 4+ people . Weird right. + Tip extra . Food is Just ok nothing extraordinary. If you like Chat Masala taste you will like foods here. I giving only 2 star.

We had a very disappointing takeout experience from this restaurant today. We ordered a few items, and one of them the biryani was especially upsetting. It did not taste fresh at all and didn’t resemble proper biryani in flavor or quality. We were genuinely concerned about food safety and ended up throwing it away so the kids wouldn’t get sick. As paying customers, we expect fresh, safe, and good-quality food. If you are charging full price, the food should not feel old or poorly prepared. Safety must come first. From a moral and religious perspective as Muslims, honesty in business and halal earnings matter. Serving food that seems stale or unsafe is not right for customers or for the business. We hope the restaurant improves food quality and freshness so others don’t have the same experience.

One of the worst tasting chicken karahi: no flavor , spice or salt. Absolutely gutted how they could even prepare something like this. Pls avoid. 0/10 Chai was average. 3/10

This was an order for catering (from Signature Kebab and Grill in Plano) for a gathering at my house. Oh my! What a disaster. I ordered large trays and additional small trays of Chicken Karhai and Palak paneer. The chicken smelled the moment we opened up the tray and the Karhai masala had absolutely no taste. The palak paneer was the same. It tasted mostly like it had wheat flour in it for thickening. I took some of the Karhai back the next day not for money back but to advise them NOT to do that to another customer. I was embarrassed in front of 40 of my guests and apologized to them for the horrible experience. Hope our Muslim businesses learn the value of honesty and service to the customer. The one thing they did perfectly though was to keep the order ready on time.

I ordered Mutton family pack biriyani, Chicken 65 and paratha roll. Their Paratha roll was good. But the Biryani and Chicken 65 is just the worst. I have not tasted such a bad Biryani in DFW area. The Biryani had uncooked / raw mint leaves which I doubt if they even cared to wash before putting in the dish. The Chicken 65 was not worth the money, they gave spicy one, even though I mentioned about mild spice when I ordered. Overall food quality is poor and I would not recommend anyone getting Biryani from here, unless they change the method of cooking and care about people who are buying from them. (I can teach you how to make biriyani for free of cost). Finally, you are charging money and giving food, if it is not worth for the money, you literally getting people's curse and you will lose something more than that. I called you on 05/27/2023 at 11:55 PM and left the message about your poor service.
