Came for dinner. This is a Italian based spot. The pasta and pizza was too die for. Steak and fish good but nothing compared to pasta dishes. Try the carpaccio and Cesar salad!

Comparo con su competencia directa qué es La Trajinera del Hotel "hermano " Xcaret México este restaurant tr va sorprender por sus platillos y sus porciones. Por lo que pude probar me encanto y todo lo que me dieron estaba recién hecho. Obviamente, el personal es muy amable y amigable.

It's so hard to choose, but this is probably our favorite restaurant at Arte. Up there with Kibi Kibi. The staff is amazing. If you come to have a good time, you will! Shout-out to the man CARLOS and Vanessa, but I'm sure everyone is great. The menu changed day-to-day, which was a pleasant surprise, and everything is excellent. Best margaritas I've had, period. Definitely try Cayuco early, because you'll probably want to come back! Gracias to all involved. 💚💚

Me and my wife had dinner at Cayucos on Thanksgiving while on our honeymoon. The food was amazing. Everything we ate was delicious. We had Noe and Reyes serving us and they made our night. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect evening. It was our favorite dining experience while at the xcaret hotels and I think we can safely say it was one of the best dinning experience we have ever had period. Thank you Noe and Reyes! We will 100% come back to dine with you guys.

Buffet style seafood. Ceviche was tasty. Shrimp empanadas were also good. There was a pasta stand, salad bar, and pizza. Beautiful atmosphere.

What an amazing resturant! Me and my wife went to dinner here almost 7 days straight, our whole trip, and from the first day we had Juan M. We came back almost every night and asked for him and had exceptional service and always a friendly nice person. He knows the menu and knows what to suggest, could not ask for a better server/ experience while it being our first time in mexico and at this resort! 100 out of 10 would recommend and for sure ask for JUAN!

Cayuco is our favorite restaurant in all of Arte!! EVERYTHING we tried was outstanding for breakfasts, lunches and dinner. We kept finding ourselves going back to this particular restaurant. You cannot beat the view. We found this to be one of the better bars as well. Roberto and Jorge were GREAT and VERY kind and attentive waiters. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and more.

This restaurant is one with the perfect views. Picture perfect views. It’s is an open air restaurant surrounded by pools. We went here mainly for breakfast and their buffet was on point. They had pretty much all you can ask for, and stuff for my vegan people out there too. Pro tip: use this as a central marking point when trying to find your way. Nice buffet. I can usually find some good options, although not all of them are. I especially enjoyed the seafood grill station, ceviche, and poke - one night the salmon poke was so good.

Right by the pool and convenient. Mostly just a seafood buffet, which was ok. My favorite thing there was the pepperoni pizza and I love seafood. Hard to describe.

La comida muy normal, la verdad esque la mayoria de los platillos los puedes encontrar en el mercado de san juan. La diferencia es que aqui el staff a veces es un poco grosero y nos toco pasta que no estaba bien cocida. Mucho ruido por que esta lleno de gringos

La comida es regular , es un lugar bueno ambiente tranquilo la comida es para lo que es llenarte y seguir tu día lleno de actividades. El servicio es excelente la gente muy amable y la vista es espectacular. Un lugar recomendado entre las opciones del hotel aún que su homologo de hotel Xcaret méxico ( la Trajinera) es mejor . Sin duda alguna.

We had a lunch buffet. Whilst it was tasty it didn't stand out as so much of the food at the resort. However, it is the only place open at 12 midday. I had the fresh pasta which was a nice idea, a little bland but it was a warm break from all the spicy food we had been eating. Fantastic service as we had at each restaurant.

Their buffet I will not recommend! Go to Mercado instead. Not many good choices, I saw flies around all of their fruit and that just completely killed it for me. I’ve been there during dinner as well and it seems a bit more pleasant and clean but their buffet I would definitely avoid.

Food is Ok.

Frühstück: Das Frühstück war normal, es war nichts außergewöhnliches. Mittagessen/ Abendessen: wir hatten ständig magenprobleme mit Durchfall und Erbrechen. Manche Lebensmittel waren nicht richtig gekühlt und es wurde auch nie kontrolliert was für eine Temperatur z.B. der rohe Fisch denn hat. Andere Gerichte die hätten warm sein sollen, waren aber kalt und trocken. Am fahrlässigsten fanden wir aber die Pasta Bar am Abendbuffet. Die ältere Dame hat ihre Arbeit so lustlos verrichtet wie kein anderer in dem Laden aber dass sie ein und den selben Löffel für alle Gäste benutzt und ihn vorher nur kurz durch einen Eimer Wasser zieht (der den Ganzen Abend da steht!!) ist unhygienisch. Dazu kommt noch dass das Leitungswasser hier sowieso nicht trinkbar ist, und somit wir und andere sich nicht über Magenproblemen wundern brauchen. Personal: die ersten zwei Tage war unser Kellner sehr bemüht. Aber seine Kollegen überhaupt nicht. Als Beispiel wir haben nach zwei Löffel für unser Dessert gebeten und er hat uns ganze 5 Minuten sitzen lassen weil er erst seine andere Arbeit verrichtet hat. Die Arbeit bestand daraus Gegenstände für die Kaffeemaschine zu reinigen, da ja bald Ladenschluss war. uns wurde auch immer der letzte Tisch im Restaurant zugewiesen, obwohl kaum einer da war.

Maybe we were there on a bad night but the food was not good. Our mussels were tiny and chewy, the shrimp was tough, hot on the outside and ice cold in the middle, like it was reheated. The ravioli was okay but we left hungry and went to the mercado buffet for dessert. It's a beautiful restaurant and the service was good.

Wanted to order 4 appetizers. Waiter would not take my 4th appetizer and asked that I order a meal. It's an all inclusive I should be able to order whatever whenever I want. Very disappointing.

Worst buffet I’ve ever been too. Everything sucks except the pizza, which is only just okay. Prawns were mushy and smelled off. Tuna ceviche was slimy and seemed old. Don’t waist your time here. We leave hungry every time

Please note that the young lady who was in charge of the barbecue at around 10 pm on January 30, 2025 was very lazy and refused customers' requests many times to reduce her workload. She added a huge stain to your wonderful hotel. Not only we feel uncomfortable with your service, but the two mothers and daughters at the next table also complained about the poor food in the hotel, but the waiter in the dining area of ​​your restaurant was very nice and he always provided the best service.
