They played amazing music here. Chill atmosphere, perfect for doing homework. My only gripe is I wish the chairs were more comfortable. Get on it Starbucks CEO! Lol
I called at 8:48 pm to see if the store was still open. A barista answered and told me they serve customers until they close at 9:00pm. I got there by 8:56pm and they still made my drink with no compliants! I want to thank the staff so much for providing me exceptional customer service. Which is rare these days.
I had to search and figure out which location I visited a couple of weeks ago to write this review so I hope that also attests to how genuinely moved I was by this staff. But long story short, I was supposed to be back home with my two young daughters in NC 2 days ago. On my way back home traveling back from seeing my best friend, one of my brand new tires I had gotten installed on my truck blew out on me just outside of Atlanta. I was pretty exhausted, especially since I was traveling solo with my girls. This was an 8 hour road trip but a special one. As my 4 year old had just tested into kindergarten a year early and her open house was that same week. We had a lot to celebrate but more importantly, needed to get back home. After a long, drawn out challenge of trying to locate a shop with a tire and staying yet another night, I was able to get the tire replaced but by the evening… which meant I would be on the road late into the night. So I knew I needed to stop for a strong coffee especially after a stressful sleepless night. The entire staff was so friendly to me and my girls. I hate that it took me awhile to write this because I cannot remember the spelling of their name in particular but I believe it was Shadwa? This person really really went out of their way to be a friendly warm energy to us. I cannot emphasis enough how the engagement between us really made my day. I literally got in my truck and called my husband to tell him about it before gassing up the truck and heading home. The entire staff just reminded me that there was still good in the universe, even after a sucky day. I hope this location does everything to retain these employees. This is what keeps your business running. Genuine souls like these.
I've only been to this Starbucks twice, but both times, I left so impressed. The service here is just incredible. The first time, Logan (I think that was his name) was warm and welcoming—he just radiated positivity, like he truly enjoyed his job. And my drink? Absolutely perfect. The second time, the guy at the window completely made my day. Not only was he super friendly, but he also gave me a free sample of their new matcha drink, which was delicious. It was such a small gesture, but it honestly brightened my entire day (I was having a rough day). If you're looking for a Starbucks with great vibes and even better staff, this is the one. Highly recommend.
Likely the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever visited. From outside, it looked aalmost abandoned or out of service, really dirty windows all around, trash on the ground. Inside, dirty floors, dirty pick-up counters, dirty condiments counter. Bathroom, trash on the ground and filthy floor. The Baristas (4 if them) looked like they didn't talk to each other. Coffee was good, but the overall experience when compared to other Starbucks locations was lacking.
Typical Starbucks. The staff ks amazing and well trained. They had trouble with the drive through hearing us... i don't think thats a staff issue as much as a service the mic issue. The staff was VERY patient and kind about it. I give the food a lower score because there is something at this location like the water or a mix up of flavors due to improper food stuff or something makes the caramel taste like amaretto.
Was on my way to work, so I ordered ahead of time on the Starbucks app. I got there 3 minutes after my drink is supposed to be done, but I don't see it on the counter. That's fine, I'll wait. 10 minutes later, my drink is still not done. The employees are walking around talking to each other and passing out girl scout cookies that someone brought in to the store instead of tending to customers. I see my cup with my name on the label just sitting there, empty, next to other people's empty cups. What's the point of accepting online orders if the customers are still forced to wait an absurd amount of time when they get to the store? I left without my drink because I had to get to work. I recommend getting coffee elsewhere if you value your time.
Starbucks should not have bartisa who has attitudes with customer. Please respect to client who bring the business to you guys. Mr.Brian, if you are not happy with your job, please find something else to do. Throwing and slamming stuff is not the way Starbucks should serve customers.
I placed a drink order via Mobile Order but waited more than 30 minutes without receiving it unless I asked. After 20 minutes, I asked the staff and was told that the store was very busy and I needed to wait longer. Another 10 minutes later, I checked again and found that the drink had been placed in a different area, not at the Mobile Order pickup counter, and there was no notification at all. This type of service experience is unacceptable.
Drove all the way there this Tuesday and the doors were locked! No sign on the door, NOTHING. Google still stated they were open. Called this morning to see if they were open and asked about Tuesday, the rude ssa Black dude stated that he doesn't have to say why they were closed on Tuesday. Yep, won't be spending another dime here.
Was stopping by early before work to get my coworker a surprise drink for her birthday. Waited 15 minutes in line and noticed other people leaving except a few others. I pulled up to the screen to wait another 5 minutes before I started saying hello?? Decided to pull up to the window and the lights were off, nobody in sight. No closed signs or anything!!!!
So incredibly disappointed by my drive-thru experience here this morning. There was absolutely no line, yet the man taking my order rushed me and made the entire experience uncomfortable. While I was ordering and again at the window, the staff seemed completely distracted, laughing and talking among themselves. It was obvious they were amused by something, but it came across as unprofessional and inattentive to customers. There was no greeting, eye contact, or acknowledgment at the window. He simply extended the payment device without saying a word. He was also taking another order through his headset, which caused confusion because I thought he was talking to me. When I looked at him for clarification, he still offered no acknowledgment. He then handed me my hot drink with no sleeve and closed the window immediately. The drink itself was not what I expected. It tasted like plain hot milk, and I could not even hold it because it was too hot. I should not have to ask for a sleeve when ordering a hot beverage. I will not be returning to this location and would rather drive a few extra miles to the Indian Trail store instead. Please train your staff to be more courteous and professional. Drive-thru service can be stressful, but many of us are also on tight schedules and would appreciate a little kindness and attentiveness. It goes a long way. Also, when a customer asks for an alternative because your store is out of syrup or an ingredient, please suggest something else rather than saying, “No, we do not have another drink you may like.” As a former barista myself, I know we were always encouraged to recommend alternatives to create a better experience for paying customers.
Terrible drinks. Sadly this is the closest store to me. I keep trying it hoping I’ll get a good barista but unfortunately most of the time the coffee is horrible. This morning I placed a mobile order for 4 coffees and non of them were good. I posted a review long ago, they replied with we make you a new coffee if not done right, but this is useless, they keep making bad drinks 😫 …once in a blue moon you may get a good one. Waste of time and money.
After driving overnight from west palm beach fl We decided my wife+kids, to stop at this location for abit and use restroom. Asap.!! First thing we run to the door but was locked. Than I ask front desk and this person (dark colored, bearded with vision glasses response. Can’t get his name. Are you ordering today? My response. Could y repeat that message please?…this time was more lauded. (Even my kids and wife notes)are y ordering toy?. If yes I will let use the “rstrm” i say yes that’s why we here! In my opinion. This type of behavior should take in consideration for future events or gets trained on higher levels to meet the services standards staff Thanks See y next time
I took a break from Starbucks for two weeks and today I missed it so much 😫 just to be very disappointed once again!!! My order is never made with love...it's always sticky or not right... when ordering a bagel I always ask for it to not be burnt. And for cream cheese and butter. Today it's hard as a rock and I have no cream cheese... my drink taste like the machine is never cleaned.... I'm done with Starbucks... this one never gets it right.. need better staff people that actually care. COST TO MUCH TO BE TRASH....
