Rreal Tacos - Chamblee

I LOVE Rreal. The holiday decor is always so much fun. My kiddos love the decor no matter the holiday, so it’s always a hit for a family outing. It’s super kid friendly, and the staff is always great. The themed drinks are always fun, and it’s a great place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary. Parking can be difficult depending on what time of day you go, but it’s always worth it. The food is so good- especially the birria barbacoa taco. The food and the drinks keep us coming back over and over.

12 out of 10 if i could give it that rating!!! The decorations AMAZING! Halloween is my favorite holiday so they did their thaaaang with the decorations!! The queso? DELICIOUS. The elote? IMMACULATE. The tacos? GET OUT OF HERE! The consume? TO DIE FOR! 😩😋 One of the best taco spots I’ve ever had & bonus for the halloween esthetic lol 💀🎃

Alyn was super cool and gave us amazing service! She made the greatest drink recommendations. Definitely would come back to this location just for her!!

I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The tacos were truly delicious and the margaritas were great too. However, the biggest surprise for me was the salad. This salad was delicious, fresh, healthy, and really filling – I added carne asada to it and was the perfect combination. Beyond the food and drinks, the outdoor patio is a real highlight – a great atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The music and service are great too, adding to the enjoyable experience. I'll definitely be back!

The service and food was phenomenal. Thank you to Silvia our server for her consistency and care; she also made a point to celebrate my friend who recently achieved her masters degree. Thank you to the establishment for a lovely time.

I love this establishment. From the staff to the food. Service is great! They are so sweet. I’ve been twice. I went for my birthday celebration and they made me feel so special!! In my opinion they went above and beyond. We grabbed drinks at the bars first and that was a lit experience. Soon as I told the bartender we were here for a celebration, they started cheering, that was fun. Told my waitress the same and they surprised me with a birthday song I requested, a tres leches slice of cake, and a rubber ducky to take home. Lol. The food is always good!! As the drinks, OMG, them drinks get you messed up. ONE will do it to ya! I had two. The Texas margarita. Highly recommend. They don’t take reservations so expect a wait, and I would def go earlier than the time you have planned.

Pretty sure this is the perfect spot for Cinco de Mayo. The bartenders, ambience, liveliness of the patrons couldn't tell me otherwise. Ordered the birria pizza & it didn't disappoint. It is stuffed with soft meat & cheese. We ordered it for two of us, couldn't eat it, allowed our daughters to eat it for leftovers & they annihilated it. Wife ordered the margarita & she raved about it. Loved the decor. Might have to bring 'the guys' back to this spot sans the wife because it was worth it.

We stopped in for drinks at the bar. I love their cocktails. They are delicious and beautiful. The scene was still friendly and fun. Everything was still done up for Valentine's. Lots of decorations and the theme drinks were still on special. The bartenders are excellent. It was entertaining to watch them out all the drinks together. They were super friendly and made great cocktails!

I really recommend it Is great place to visit as a couple or friends is mostly adults Ant the parking need improvement But beside that all great Love it.

Our Server Silvia and the Manager Kim were so great and welcoming! They made my girls birthday special & their tacos & margs don’t miss!

Sylvia was the best. We came in late tonight and she still served us with a smile! Very attentive and patient. You can tell she enjoys her job!

Real Tacos is an amazing spot with a vibrant vibe. The bar is fantastic, especially with the inviting outdoor seating that’s perfect for relaxing. Staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The food is delicious, the drinks hit the spot, and the wide selection of tequilas ensures there’s something for every taste. A great place to eat, drink, and unwind.

Real Tacos has become our go-to spot for holiday meetups, and I love how they decorate for every special occasion. The food is always incredible, the service is top-notch, and the drinks never disappoint. Every visit is such an enjoyable experience!

Loved how they decorated for Halloween! The Rreal margarita was tasty and strong. Tacos just the right size with lots of flavor. Very friendly staff!

The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. I think the lychee drink needs to make the regular menu, real talk. But...soooooooo Quentin was the BEST server EVER!! Very personable and was quick with getting my drinks to me and making sure I was comfortable.

This place is awesome! Alan was my server and was very attentive to my needs. The food was excellent. It's probably some of the best tacos I've had in Atlanta. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The spicy pineapple margarita is to die for! Chips were hot and well seasoned. And everything is reasonably priced. I'm definitely coming back!

The food and drinks were great!!! We ordered drinks from the holiday menu and they were so fun! The birria pizza was fun to share with the table and was the favorite for everyone. The only complaint was that the service was extremely slow for my drink. The waitress was apologetic, but it took about 20 minutes. I loved all the holiday decorations!

We came for the Christmas pop up and it was such a fun time! The taco platter was great (12 tacos) for 4 people. The drinks were fun- I loved the El Rudolph cocktail. El Grinch wasn't as good. It tasted like juice. The patio had outdoor heaters to keep it cozy, and the place was decked out in holiday decor. Our server Mathias was great and he was very attentive. We will definitely come back!

Quentin was awesome. We had to wait on our party to arrive and he was the only one that wanted to seat us. He provided great service and the best suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and tequila choices.The food was excellent and affordable. The service was even better. We will be back

My first time here and this place is such a vibe my only complaint is that I wish it was bigger and the outdoor patio was open when we came but other than that Alyeen was an amazing server and really knew the menu we had the Birria Pizza which was cooked to perfection, Shrimp Tacos seasoned very well and pork Belly Tacos we great as well.

Such a cute Christmas pop up bar, but also amazing food & drinks. I definitely recommend the seasonal drink, Rudolph and the Quesabirria. Amazing!

Alyn was such a great server. We didn’t get a duck in our pitcher at first and then she brought us 5 ducks!!! Such a fun, great experience and she made the difference!

Came last night for drinks with friends, had a super minor incident but props to our server and the manager on duty! They’re amazing, our drinks were amazing, we’ll definitely be back for dinner soon! Their Halloween decorations were so fun! Thanks for having us!

I went to Real Taco last night and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding, and our server Valentina was absolutely incredible. Valentina was so sweet, friendly, and attentive, and truly made our night better. The food arrived super fast and was delicious. Everything from the service to the food was excellent. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love how Rreal goes above and beyond for all the holidays! The valentines decor and themed menu items were on point!! Our server Alyn went above and beyond!! We were really excited about the valentine ducks but our pitcher didn’t come with one. Alyn noticed and brought not one, but 5! So we could each have one! She checked in on us often and was so cute and nice!

It only received one less star, not because of the staff and service, but because of how invisible I felt at the bar where socializing was desirable, and I came solo— there were enough people there that deliberately avoided me and made it impossible to chat organically & feel comfortable as a newcomer. People avoided eye contact and stuck glued hard to only who they knew or were with. Some even talked through me and were passing drinks around and behind me which made sitting at the bar feel a little uncomfortable for me, with obvious discomfort in energy from them too. Everything else was just amazing. I went out of my comfort zone and got the quesabirria & cosomé, with a nonspicy Texas margarita, albeit with tahin. The quesabirra was so dang delicious and it paired well with the drink.

Rreal Tacos – Great Drinks & Birria Pizza, but Some Hits and Misses Rreal Tacos has a fun atmosphere, a great patio, and phenomenal service, making it a solid spot for drinks and a casual meal. The birria pizza is definitely the standout—flavorful, cheesy, and perfect for sharing. Their drink menu is also impressive, making this a great place to unwind with friends. The tacos, however, are just moderate—not bad, but not particularly memorable. The flavors could be bolder, and the cilantro rice was disappointingly bland. That said, the heated and insulated patio is a huge plus, allowing for a comfortable dining experience year-round. The biggest downside? Parking is a nightmare. If you’re coming during peak hours, be prepared to hunt for a spot. Despite that, the fantastic service and lively ambience make it worth a visit—especially if you’re here for the birria pizza and drinks!

If you love lots of Valentine decorations, this is your place! It was a bit overwhelming. It's also kind of loud on the covered patio. My friend and I had a hard time having a conversation due to the loudness. More importantly, the food is very yummy as are the drinks.

I live in the building and usually enjoy coming here, but lately the experience hasn’t been the same. Over the last couple of weeks, the tension at the bar has been obvious and uncomfortable when Anna is working. On several occasions, I’ve witnessed her being rude and unprofessional toward both customers and coworkers. She raises her voice and speaks to customers in a condescending manner. Her interaction with a gentleman who ordered a drink and placed a to-go order was painful to watch. When his credit card declined, she handled the situation poorly. Although he pulled out cash to pay for his food and drink, Anna continued speaking to him in a very rude manner until the situation escalated and management had to get involved. When she isn’t working, the atmosphere is noticeably calmer and more enjoyable. Kitchen service has also become painfully slow, even when it’s not busy. The wait for food takes much longer than it use to. The food itself tastes good, so I’m giving four stars and hoping these issues can be addressed soon.

Nice ambiance, great tequila bar. Service was great, we came on a Saturday night. The restaurant was totally packed, but still was served very quickly. We got a selection of tacos, chips and dip several drinks. The bill with tip was $110. If you don’t drink, I think this restaurant is on the pricier end yet still affordable. Serving portions seem appropriate, although if you’re ordering queso, they don’t give you nearly enough chips. I took away a star for the food Because I felt like the tacos really didn’t have that much flavor at all. I got an El Pastor, pichanni and asado taco, the flavor of all three tacos was bland and lacking salt, I drenched the tacos in queso and hot sauce to make it more palatable. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because the service was very good and the restaurant had good energy.

The food is always amazing, I live in the connecting building so I purchase here a lot. The only reason I am reviewing today and giving 3 stars is because over the last few times, on to go orders they have given less quantity than in the past for the same or increased pricing. Photos will show, how I could feel cheated out of the money I paid. I’ve went back before and complained and they gave me a better portion but I didn’t want to go back this time after I had already gotten home.

Walked in for midday lunch. Venue is nice and accessible. However, Rreal serves $3 tacos for a $5 upcharge , we were expecting more from the menu. On another note, those Rreal indoor (birds of paradise) plants need rreal maintenance asap. 🪴

It was our first time here, and unfortunately was a terrible experience from the moment of walking to our table which that part is not the restaurant's fault at all. Just a racist white lady that made disgusted looks and kept staring all angry at an interracial couple. But where it goes bad at this restaurant is our server, Valentina [according to what is shows as on our receipt]. She started off great until my husband started asking questions about the menu item options. She got annoyed and her demeanor and attitude changed instantly to cold and irritated. We placed our order and was only like 10 or 15 minutes later that our food came to our table but it was cold. I didn't care too much about it because it tasted good. But my husband's carne asada burrito bowl was very cold. So I don't know who's at fault for cold food, the kitchen or the server? She barely came to our table and was more concentrated on other tables than ours was when we saw her. The only thing that made it better was me having to hunt down the manager since I had no idea where our server was. She was very nice and offered to remake it when we told her a busboy came to warm it up already (because of our missing server). She offered to make it herself personally and take it off our check. Came back fresh and husband was happy but by then I was done with my food. We don't always have the chance to go out often since I work 6 days a week so while it was a bad experience with the atmosphere, and service from Valentina, I'm grateful to the manager who took care of it immediately after speaking with her. When I asked for the check though it was still on so we told Valentina, the manager said she was comping his meal since it came out cold and not even finishing that sentence she walked away real fast irritated again. While I won't say I won't go here again... because the food was good just temperature issues or lack of a caring and dedicated server wanting to serve and make everyone assigned to her happy. I'll try again earlier in the day for lunch but will have to request a different server if there are any other issues starting at the beginning to help avoid what unraveled our first time eating here. But I'll more than likely try a different location first before I come back here again any time soon.

I got bumped out of my spot and did not get the full experience....I was 10 mins late which in the email clearly says you have 15 mins before your spot is taken.. I showed up 5 mins before that and they still gave my seat up...we had to sit outside with no true Halloween experience and barely even had room to eat! Will not be going back

Went here to grab dinner after a long day of holiday shopping. After we ordered my bf noticed a small ant on the table as I look to my right there are at least (probably more but hard to see under dim lighting) 5 ants crawling on the wall. My appetite disappeared completely. After that we just left. I am extremely disappointed being that I visit the midtown location often and never experienced pests there… Will I be returning? No…

I was sold a bunch of pork fat in corn tortillas. The tacos are better at the BP 1 block down. Check your take out thoroughly before you leave.
