The food is always good but today the service was horrible. I was on hold in the drive through for about 10 minutes no cars in front of me or waiting and only 2 people in the lobby. They finally take my order and tell me to pull around and wait for my my okra. The lady brings my food and guess what, no okra. They also forgot the hot sauce I asked for. I had to go inside to get my okra. No spoon to eat my mashed potatoes and no napkins either. To top it off, the guy fixing orders was talking on his airport. No wonder he missed items from my order.

I Love Church 's chicken and I traveled far for this. The 8 piece dinner was good. The Black guy, ( I'm Black too), on the speaker who took my order was not very pleasant. He appeared to be overwhelmed. I was shorted a biscuit, which were delicious. Maybe next time.

The grease needs to be changed in the restaurant. I worked at a churches in school and college and you can taste it in the food. Old and burnt grease, hasn’t been changed in awhile

I can't believe that in Georgia I can't get good flavorful chicken anywhere especially from the chain restaurants like Churchs, Popeyes, Bojangles. All pitiful, and I can't get a decent bowl of grits in this state. I moved here from up north and the food and restaurants are much better. I'm disappointed with Georgia.

After attempts at thoroughly explaining my order, they still didn't get it right. Double checked thoroughly before leaving the parking lot. Good thing I did. A word to the wise, try Popeyes, B- Jangle's or even Publix instead.

Disappointed in the food I received from this location today. The Jalapeno cheese Bombers were more than half empty inside. The fries and the okra were burned and the shrimp were very small and terribly overcooked. The best part of the meal was the biscuit. Way too pricey for what I received. Wonder if the chicken is any better at this location.

Terrible customer service. Hispanic lady taking orders through the drive way would speak over me as I was ordering and had an ugly attitude. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I believe her name was Sharita.

Terrible service. We waited far too long to be helped, and the staff was very disrespectful and unfriendly. This place clearly does not care about its customers. Definitely not coming back.

Went to the churches chicken at 9:30 at night. They tell me they have no chicken when the site in site smells like crap food quality and taste is horrible. I wanna recommend anybody to go to this restaurant.

If I could've given a 0 that would be more appropriate. It's a young man there with dreads pulled towards his face with no hair net for starters. He came to the intercom saying we only have white chicken. My fiancee proceeded to place his order and instead of him acknowledging the order he yells in the intercom "I'm sick of this shit". We pull to the window and my fiancee asked him if he could hear us and he says you're order is $4.85. I said we weren't finished ordering and what is wrong with you? He says "Bruh your order is 4.85". We said nevermind cancel the order. To make matters worse, I visited this location about 2 mos ago and heard the mgr telling him to put his hair net on. I felt sorry for him bc the mgr was yelling at him loudly in front of guest. Now I can clearly see that he lacks customer service and very immature. He deserved the embarrassment bc that's obviously his comprehension level.

This location needs some oversight. They closed 45 minutes early, despite several cars coming to try to order. We waited 30 minutes for our food. They could not understand what we were saying on the intercom and didnt seem to understand how to ring up anything anyways. Incredibly slow. Extraordinarily slow. Like a fast food restaurant run by snails.

both cashier and manager don’t know what they’re doing. both seem like they’re fully not there and didn’t have any idea of what orders needed what. i was denied a refund after being told that specific items i had we’re not available. the so called manager placed all blame towards the cashier and didn’t take accountability or step in to help. i was told there was no biscuits or mash potatoes. She then later tells me that the biscuits need to be cooked. she attempted to gaslight me and say that she was asking me if i would like to wait for the biscuits when that wasn’t was stated. the manager couldn’t stop bragging about how she was leaving soon as she let the cashier run around looking lost. another customer came in and stated that she was waiting 20 min for a biscuit and fried okra. the manager kept saying her food is being cooked as she ordered “fries” after that specific customer repeatedly said her order was biscuit and fried okra. the manager proceeds to pick up a bag that seemed like her order that she was waiting originally for 20min. luckily the customer was patient enough and took a fried chicken instead. overall the experience was horrible and the staff were unorganized.

Rudest staff. Gave me an attitude when I told them I wanted a spicy chicken sandwich instead of regular. As I was sitting at this table pictured an employee set all her things at my table and told others to watch it for her while she went to the bathroom so I just moved my things. Will never be coming back.

Iv always had GREAT experiences at Churche's!! My first time at this location and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! First of all EMIKA L. Is rude 😒 not only to me but to the Asian lady in front of me. Her attitude of come on hurry up just made me feel uncomfortable, definitely let me know with her attitude she doesn't like her job!! Don't put ladies like her upfront hide them in the back...If we go into the establishment to spend our money we expect to be treated in a decent manner and not make us feel we are an inconvenience!! Second of all the chicken strips I received look like ones nobody wants and were just left over scraps!!
