If you take one thing away from this review let it be, study the menu before you go or you will be there forever trying to decide. Menu is endlessly filled with delicious sounding food. Our waitress Gloria was superb. Food came out fast and was cooked to perfection. Don't be thrown off by the size of this place, they fit quite alot of people in there. I always love the ambiance of a breakfast/lunch counter. Funny part is I got the "can't decide" for obvious reason. Will be going back so we can try more.
The food was good since I could not decide what breakfast to choose I went with the Undecided breakfast with a side of homemade gravy. The Atmosphere was great good country music. Nicole, Lisa, and Conor were very friendly and attentive. I would definitely go back.
Love it here! They have a great menu, great food, and exceptional service. Everyone has been so kind and they all have great recommendations with the menu items. Everything I've tried, I've loved. Will be back time and time again!
I have frequented The Village Restaurant & Pancake Factory’s 2 locations for years & have always had a good experience. Yet this last visit was nothing short of exemplary! The Oreo Waffle Tower I ordered was nothing short of a culinary delight. Next time you’re in the area do not hesitate & check them out!
Great food, great service, and good prices!
great little diner, with very reasonable prices.
Great breakfast! Pancakes (of course) huge and fluffy, omelette was perfect and really tasty home fries and sausage. Service friendly and attentive.
This was my server Thomas , great service Excellent Chocolate Chocolate waffle with Chocolate Milk Shake ,Hot tea w/Honey and Lemon, and Ice Water . Waffle was great had strawberries and chocolate syrup in a design on the plate. I am stuffed but the waffle was great, I highly recommend this place, oh yyes they have lunch food to other then Breakfast,
Went on Christmas Day and the staff couldn't be friendlier! The pancakes were DELICIOUS! Fluffy and flavorful, the bacon delightfully crisp, and the sausage links were so good. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! Update 1/1/2024. Still the best breakfast spot within 100 miles. Great food, friendly servers. Makes me want to live full time in one of the booths 😂
Our waiter Sam was great. Fun and kid friendly.
Visiting this cute area of NY and stumbled upon this homey eatery and we couldn’t have been more pleased we came back the next day. The food, the ladies serving as well as the diner atmosphere deserve more than five stars!!! Highly recommend and we will be back during next visit.
We came here for Father's Day brunch. They mentioned a 30 min wait but it was definitely less than that. The waitress we had was lovely. She was attentive, friendly and personable. The food though....10/10. It was well prepared, and absolutely delicious! My mom got the sausage pancakes, my dad got chicken and waffles, I got smoked salmon Benedict, and my fiancée got the traditional eggs Benedict. Everything was great! Would highly recommend and we will be back!
Affordable, great food, friendly place. Thank you so much to Sam for the great service!! Will keep going back!!
Great service, extremely responsive. Pancakes were delicious, eggs were cooked to perfection.
The food was fresh and hot! Delicious suggestions. Clean environment with attentive staff.
Came with my dad after driving by a million times. Pretty cool place! Very retro americana on the inside. Prices are good and they have all the diner classic you'd come to expect for breakfast.
Village Pancake Factory is amazing! They offer lots of gluten free, dairy free and egg free options that actually taste fantastic which is incredible! They’re a rare gem for those of us suffering with multiple food allergies, and we love coming here when we want a safe place to eat out. Miranda and Sam took excellent care of us!
The dining experience at that particular restaurant was exceptional. Upon ordering, I opted for the classic combination of sausage, egg, and cheese packed into a delicious hard roll, which truly exceeded my expectations with its delicious flavors and satisfying 5 Interestingly enough, the restaurant appeared to be quiet quiet, with only a few patrons in attendance, making the overall atmosphere more relaxed and the wait time pleasantly short. As for the beverages, I found them equally delightful. The drinks were not overly sweet, striking a perfect balance that suited my taste preferences. What impressed me most was that they were not watered down either, ensuring that I enjoyed full flavors and a refreshing experience until the very last sip. This attention to detail and quality in both the food and beverages truly elevated my dining experience, leaving me thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my visit to the restaurant. I also believe that bathrooms were clean beyond my expectations. Quite an exquisite restaurant with low attendance.
Was staying close by and had an urge for pancakes so I obviously went to the place that was called the pancake factory. Got a tall stack of chocolate chip pancakes and i should've gotten a smaller stack because these pancakes were hugh. 2 would've been enough but of course i got the tall stack which came with 5 which i could've shared with someone so if you're ordering pancakes just for yourself, the tall stack will be a lot to handle on your own. Also got a breakfast quesadilla which had eggs, ham and cheese, and a side of corn beef hash. All in all, didn't disappoint. Everything tasted great, especially the pancakes. Had a chicken gyro to go for the wife as well. Would come back if im in the area. Have to try those oreo cheesecake pancakes next time.
I'm visiting from out-of-town and my grandparents love this place, so they brought me here. Pancake Nate (Natecakes!) was amazing! Great service, super friendly and genuine, and fun to have as our server. And the food was great, too! The pancakes are so thick and fluffy! Great first visit to the Pancake Factory
This is my second time going here and everytime this place just hits it right out the park. The drinks and the food are DELICIOUS! SHOUT OUT to Sam our server! Sam was friendly, funny and compassionate and just overall amazing. Consider my family usuals!
First time eating here. I was welcomed and guided down the large breakfast menu by Issys & Sammy. Very clean, very quick and delicious. Highly recommend it as a stop. Support your local businesses. Ate everything before I could take a photo. Had challah French toast (turtle) eggs, rye toast and coffee. Very friendly atmosphere. Extremely welcoming!
Very nice spot attracting friendly locals who congregate familiarly, chatting with one another. Attentive waitress and delicious food at fair prices. Ample parking out front. Closes early (9pm), so plan accordingly. The rear dining room can host sizable parties. Free dedicated wi-fi and clean bathrooms. On March 14th 2019, former candidate for NY Governor Larry Sharpe appeared here at the Dutchess County Libertarian Party's inauguration.

Loved this spot so much! I ordered the biscuits and gravy and my friend ordered a stack of pancakes with all the deliciousness you could imagine. It was a slightly warm day but we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the view and the fresh air. Everyone was so attentive and welcoming as we were the only ones outside. I can’t wait to go back for round 2!
Wonderful, warm team of people working here. We were served quickly. HUGE pancakes. Like we ordered the regular stacks and couldn't even finish half. Will be back!
All 4 of us REALLY enjoyed our meals. We shared an app: Potato Mac and cheese skins. Chicken and waffles, chicken finger wrap with curly fries, pancake Banana boat, and Undecided. Waffle was crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Chicken was seasoned perfectly, fired to a golden crispy perfection. No soggy fried foods and it’s obvious the food is fresh. Service was also top notch!
**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service!** Our server SamAnne was absolutely outstanding - attentive, friendly, and clearly passionate about her job. She made excellent menu recommendations, kept our coffee cups consistently full, and showed genuine care by checking on us at just the right moments. Her warm personality and menu knowledge made our entire experience special, and the food was great too. What really impressed us was how her enthusiasm and professionalism elevated everything. It's clear she takes real pride in her work and truly cares about making every visit memorable! Highly recommend!
Amazing service!! My server issys was very patient and helpful with helping me choose a meal to enjoy! The turkey dinner 10/10! Will be back soon!
First time here. Delicious!! Huge portions. Probably won’t eat the rest of the day
I'm a twice a day customer here. All of the staff is very kind, and they help me decide what to order every day. Everything I have tried has been nothing short of amazing. Give them a try. Niki, Sam, Issys, Jeanne, and the manager Amy - they are a bunch of wonderful people. Will be back again and again
Sam was our server today and he was so friendly and went above and beyond. He has a great personality and took care of us and handled everything well considering we had 2 babies with us. The food was great too. We will be back. Please work on the liqour license so we can get to go drinks!!!
The food is great! The service is wonderful! And the milkshakes are absolutely amazing! I will absolutely be coming back!
these reviews are RIDICULOUS!! This is a fine diner. it’s as good as any other diner. The food is the same food you get in every diner. it’s good! The restaurant is busy and filled with local people and everyone is happy with their food. i have to question the mental health of many of these negative reviewers. Just posting fake bad reviews out of deep rooted personal anger issues and looking for a target. This restaurant has the exact same food and suppliers as every diner. i see nothing different between the food here and any other diner. Kitchen looks clean, waitstaff is nice and friendly. i’ve been here 4 times now when i visit my ex in town. it’s been reliable good food. Pleasant Valley needs a diner line this. Stop with the false negative reviews
I love this place! There's a lot of variety and the pancakes are delicious.
Got delivery and food was hot and delicious! Can't answer the questions about the dining experience at the restaurant since we did not eat there. We will go one if these days!
We went to grab something to eat, 1st time there. What a pleasure. We had the Steak fajitas and it was delicious and filling. Sam was our waiter and he is awesome. I downloaded their app for home delivery next time.
My husband and I had our first visit to this restaurant last night, and it certainly will not be our last. Amy, our server, was so incredibly friendly, kind and attentive. The food was very good with huge portions. Even my husband couldn't finish his and took home leftovers! The hot cocoa was decadent and perfect for a chilly evening. So happy we stumbled across this place! A real gem.
Our waiter Sam was excellent. Attentive and super well informed about my food allergy…gluten. The menu offering for GF was vast. Pancakes, waffles, fries, wraps all GF! Love this place
We thought about the pancakes, which we had before and are great, but because it was mid-afternoon, we ordered pastrami sandwiches on rye with different toppings. The food did not disappoint - lean pastrami, bread was put together to stay dry and not get soggy - so good! Our server yesterday Sam was amazing! Thoughtful, pleasant, smiling, friendly guy. He took care of us from the minute we sat down until he cashed us out. The atmosphere is 50's diner-like, brightly lit, chrome fixtures and clean tables. All in all, great place to eat, we went back today for waffles!
We were captivated by this restaurant! Our server, Sam, was a delight and perfectly attentive. My husband had his usual two eggs, hashbrown and two pancakes plus he added a biscuit just to sample it. I ordered a decadent short stack of pancakes with bananas, pecan and caramel and a side of bacon: My husband was thrilled with the eggs they weren't browned and the hash browns could have been a little crispier, but they were salted lightly so he could choose his level of saltiness so tharbmade him really happy. His pancakes were also perfect which we were expecting. My pancakes were mind-blowing and twice the size I had pictured in my mind. They were fluffy, and very tasty and just the right amount of bananas, pecans and caramel. The bacon was also absolutely perfect! Crispy yet still yielded to the bite. I also enjoyed a bkackband white milkshake. My husband’s biscuit was also fabulous! They grilled it with butter and it was moist not dry and had the best crumble factor. It crumbled the right amount. Everything tastes fresh and we couldn't be happier with our selection of restaurant for our first meal of the day. Sam was perfectly on point coming back to check on us and we really appreciated his friendly yet professional disposition. He went above and beyond what we expected.
The service at this place is excellent. We come here somewhat regularly Tuesdays nights and always have Amy. She is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever had. She’s always pleasant, prompt and attentive without being too much. Order is always perfect, drinks are always refilled promptly and check dropped at appropriate time. It’s so refreshing!! We honestly come back for the service!
Went to Pleasant Valley for business and stopped in for an early dinner. This place is amazing. Cute and quaint, very clean. The service was great, friendly and very accommodating. Everything on the menu sounded so good it was hard to decide. I had the meatball parm pannini. So flavorful, and the fries were nice and crispy. There were 3 of us, but I can't remember what they had, but they raved about their food too. Our server was so friendly and helpful, making sure everything was fine. To bad I don't live nearby, cause I'd be in there all the time.
I went here a while back with some family and we had a great time. The service was great and the portion sizes of the food was huge. My niece ordered these pancakes that were absolutely delicious, more like a desert than a breakfast. The portion size was big enough to feed three people.
My partner and I came here for my birthday breakfast. Staff was amazing and the food was great. I got the cheesecake Oreo pancakes and it filled me up. The fried Oreos were yummy and the whipped cream was great. The cheesecake was a wonderful touch. My partner got the undecided and it was also great! The sausage had a hint of spice but so good! The bacon was crispy and the home fries were okay. Not my thing. The egg was great as well. Toast was yummy. Would highly recommend!
Fist time visiting The Village Pancake Factory. Delicious food, great service, and relaxing atmosphere. I don’t know if it was the layout, but the menu did not feel overwhelmingly extensive. There were plenty of options to pick and I chose The Village Benedict Florentine and coffee. The coffee tasted fresh and they quickly provided me with an additional cup once the first had vanished. The eggs were cooked nice, the sauce was delicious, and the potatoes nice and hot with some nicely crisp. The space was very clean with pictures of old buildings around the wall and colorful booths. You’ll like it here.
My partner and I went for breakfast today for the first time but it won’t be our last! We got the eggs benny (classic and Irish) and chocolate chip pancakes and they were both delicious! Pancakes were super fluffy!! Loved the atmosphere. Very cute and clean dining area, with great service. Can’t ask for more!
Standard diner fare and reliable gluten free options including omelettes, egg and potato scramble and gf pancakes. Staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination. I also really liked their cold brew coffee.
I enjoyed the atmosphere. Music made me go back to the 80s. The food was good and our helper she was nice. The only reason I removed a star is because we asked to be seated in a different place, but the host just said they have sections, we respected that.
I got everything I was searching for here! A lowkey space with a variety of food options that all sounded like they’d satisfy—what more could you ask for from a diner? Oh, I know! Friendly waitstaff! They had that too:) Only thing is I wish they had more soup options (they have french onion every day+the daily soup) and I wish they served the reg. Soup in cups…
The pancake house served a wonderful dinner. My husband had clams. I had a Reuben. The atmosphere was wonderful. The bathrooms were spotless and the service was great. It was like being around a family.
I've been to this diner a couple of times and food is very good, th service was on their game, check up on several times. the atmosphere is diner-ish. the bathrooms were clean. If your in the area and you like diner food it's a good spot.
Delicious food! The Mexicali Benny was fantastic, although it was a bit of a slow go here during my first visit. People that got seated after us had their orders taken first, too. But that's fine, the waitress had a lot of tables to cover by the looks of it. The food wasn't as warm as it usually is when served, either. But certainly not cold. A lot of the breakfast menu is pancake/waffle-heavy. Some of the items look like they would put IHOP to shame. Definitely something to consider if you're looking to splurge. Which is kind of what I did with my second visit. Pancake breakfast tacos. Decent food quality, excellent quantity. It isn't often that I take home leftovers. Most recently, I went overboard and got churro waffles with Nutella, caramel drizzle, three fried Oreos, whipped cream, cinnamon sugar, and Oreo bits. It was so good it was actually bad. In a word, overpowering. But I'm exactly the kind of idiot that might order the fried Oreo cheesecake pancakes next time.
Really 3.5 but not looking to give 3 stars. Our second visit, we were seated in the high traffic area between the front room and the backroom. That area is terrible. The food was mediocre this time and service was so so. A big let down from first experience. Our first experience was pretty good. We were seated in the backroom. The food was not great but okay. The service was good.
The food was pretty good. I ordered shrimp scampi. The shrimp were slightly overcooked and the pasta it was served with was plain so that was a little disappointing. I also ordered an English muffin and sausage for breakfast that I have had before and the sausage are good.
We recently moved to the area and it was my birthday so we needed a good breakfast. Food was good, chicken was better than expected, flavors were good and the crunchiness oh my goodness 🙌. Our waiter Nikki was attentive, kind and happy to be there. We will definitely be back to try out more options. I’m a French toast girly and they were yummy. Also if you like coffee, try their “Caramelo” with Ice. Reasonably priced menu.
First time here..10/12/24.My husband ordered breakfast..omelette and coffee. The coffee comes..and it was awful! I ordered the Gorgonzola burger well done...the food came out quickly. The servers were at each other arguing..I cut the burger in half..not well done..barely medium. I sent it back and didnt order anything else. My husband ate his breakfast. The server did replace the coffee with a fresh one. All in all wont be coming back. We love Pleasant Valley...but Pancake Factory. Not so much
We eat out every weekend, and still I was shocked by the cost of this little diner. $92 for 4 people. (3 omelettes, a cheeseburger, 2 coffees, a milkshake and a soda.) On top of the $15 & $16 omelettes we were charged an extra $1 egg surcharge for each that wasn't written anywhere any of the 3 of us who ordered them could see. Eggs even at the current $8/dozen are still one of the cheapest food cost items in a restaurant and this sneaky surcharge leaves a very bad taste in our mouth.
Good place and great atmosphere. This was a great experience. The food was cold and tasted like the pan it cooked in. I won't be coming back to this place in the future. The service was good. The Pancake Factories I've been too have been much better food. I ordered the blueberry waffle it literally had blueberries put on top of waffle instead of in it and on top. I don't recommend this place to anyone
Pancakes were ok, wish waitress would have made mention of real maple syrup being available. The syrup at table was thick, sticky, and artificial. The eggs were made as ordered (+) the potatoes were just potatoes no onions or peppers. The best part of the meal were the sausage links and homemade butter.
I had been driving a bus to Massachusetts from South Jersey and needed to stop somewhere for breakfast. I had checked the reviews of a few places before leaving including here but had wanted to stop sooner than the time I figured on being here. As I passed several of the other spots that I was at least willing to check out I saw that the only that had adequate parking for the bus were those that had bad reviews and so I kept going. Upon arriving here I did not realize it but drove past it and had to turn around to find that although their lot was not one where I felt good about parking the bus there was a lot across the street that since this was a Saturday morning it did not seem as though there was a problem with me parking there. If there was I do apologize for taking liberties not given to me but assure you you it will not happen again. As I said I was coming from South Jersey so the chance of my coming through here again is quite slim. Upon walking in I was seated immediately but as usual since I was alone I was given one of those tiny tables that you have to pull a few inches away from the wall to be remotely comfortable. I'm sure I could have asked for somewhere else but why bother. I was asked by the hostess if I wanted coffee to which I said yes and as I was overlooking the menu my coffee was brought out even before the regular waitress came to take my order. Since I of course had never been there before I wanted to look over the menu and then when she did come I asked a couple questions about some of the offerings and was able to decide quickly what I wanted. As I waited for my meal I was able to listen to some locals talk about race cars and bicycles which made the place seem more like the kind of place I would enjoy if I lived or even frequented the area. The breakfast I had ordered was a dish that had 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon and 2 pancakes as well as home fries which is something I always will use to show me how good a diner is. The food was okay and seemed to be fresh but nothing to write home about and the service was also just okay with no problems. The only downside to others might be that the place is looking like it is getting a little run down but that could have just been my perception of it after driving almost 4 hours. As I said if I lived in the area I would probably return but should I ever come through the area again I might want to try another spot. They are however worth a first chance and then you can decide for yourself.
Food was great. Atmosphere was wonderful! We finished eating and our waitress took about 20 minutes to come back to give us the check; She walked by our table about half a dozen times and made eye contact with me as I waved her over but proceeded to walk into the kitchen. Other than that food was wonderful
Great little place for atmosphere and staff. Unfortunately, the food was a problem. My husband’s standard breakfast was edible, but my farmer’s market skillet off the specials menu was not edible. Stick to the pancakes here and you are fine, but anything else is really not good. Disappointing for such a cute and friendly place.
Update 2024: we ate there this morning. Came in with 3 adults and 2 kids. Ordered food, which needed to be adjusted to match the order. At check out, they “ inform” me that for parties over 5 there’s an automatic gratuity. Nothing on the menu, the hostess nor the server informed us of this. This is just a slimy business practice. We stopped there this morning, and were thrilled that they have outside seating. The pancakes were great, the menu is pretty extensive. All of us enjoyed their meal, and the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Nothing more I could ask for!
Quite disappointing, and wildly overpriced meal here this evening: A burger, a panini, a wet, soggy quesadilla with hardly any cheese, a pancake dish, and two sodas (that were $4 each) tallied $85 after a tip. If the food was amazing, I'd be less mad, but it wasn't worth the price. The waiter also seemed annoyed and disinterested.
Good pancakes I took my uncle here for breakfast and it was good. However one small problem the waitress misgendered my uncle and called him Ma’am when he is clearly a man who has male features and male parts. I mean for real I call him Uncle Robert not Aunt Robert!
Honestly im so over the whole experience. Go here as you wish. The previous comments were not lying about the personality and behaviors of certain staff. I wouldn’t say out right racist but definitely gives “you can’t sit with us if you aren’t a regular” energy. Pros - plenty of parking - good variety of pancakes (ordered the turtle pancakes) - pretty good tasting food (garden omelet was also good) - Average pricing - The young girl Server was very knowledgeable and even gave our visitors recommendations Cons - co-server was lackluster almost dismissive - they started to put up chairs while we were still eating (arrived at 4:44p when their sign said they close at 6pm) - Ordered “chicken N” and the buffalo tenders were put right on my pancakes making them soggy (personal preference) - Every request was made to seem outlandish (asked for extra butter and warm syrup) both requests yielded disgruntled faces and a no - 18% gratuity was added to our bill (yes receipt states party of 5 is 18% added but 2 of the guest were kids under 5 so it seemed a bit ridiculous but not earth-shattering) Takeaway Would I return? No. Should you try it? Sure. Asked to speak to a manager because it made me uncomfortable that the servers were putting up chairs while we were eating at 5:25-5:33p. When I asked the server “Sam” he said “technically me and her (our server) is senior managers here so like both of us is in charge. I told him I felt it was very rude for the busboy to be putting up the chairs while we were still actively eating and packing up our food. To which he gave a very rehearsed “I do apologize but we have to leave the building at 6, it’s a hard 6, so like we have to leave on time.” When I asked why didn’t they put the chairs in the most back room up first, to allow us to finish our food and pack up our leftovers he just stared at me. So, again the food was pretty good but the service itself would make me never want to return.
Gluten free pancakes had a chemical taste to it and was very dry, just not good at all. My husband also got the quesadilla and he said it wasn’t that good either. Next time we’ll go to a diner, better food and not as expensive
Yuck. 2nd time here in the last five years and the food is still disgusting . I can’t believe people even eat here! The pancakes are undercooked and have no flavor , the onion soup is mostly grease, the sausage Patty has a peculiar weird taste. And the coffee taste horrible. First time I went to a restaurant/diner couldn’t even have their coffee taste good. The service was quick . waitress was attentive.
This restaurant has gone way down hill. Stale toast, can’t poach eggs correctly and hair in food. Used to be good, not coming back. Gets worse each time.
My wife and I went to the pleasant valley location and she ordered the same as I did we had a simple breakfast pancakes scrambled eggs and bacon w home fries. & white toast The home fries tasted refrigerated they were still cold they didn’t taste fresh the bacon looked like it got tour down the middle like half the bacon both breakfast came out to about $60.07 I did not expect to have a birthday breakfast like that I was disappointed . I had high expectations… knowing celebrity Ice T went there with his family I’m sure you guys made sure that they got a nice hot breakfast which is what I was hoping for. I didn’t want to make a scene I kept the peace. But everyone knows a bad experience on there birthday especially when they pay for it… I guess I gave myself the wrong gift… 1/27/24 breakfast was a disappointment…
If I can rate this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Came in for my son’s 4th birthday. The min we walked in , the greeter was very pleasant. We were placed in the back. I was immediately turned off the min we were greeted with our waitress. We noticed that our Tables were really disgusting. We kindly asked to have the table cleaned and the waitress left and came back with a wet rag and had the nerves to hand it to us so we clean it ourselves…I couldn’t believe it. We asked about drinks, she had an attitude. It seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered or even serve us. I was so turned off I immediately said no and did not wish to spend a dime in there. I had my family gather their things and left. The only nice thing that we experienced that they did was hold my son’s bday cake in the fridge for the 5 mins we were there. This place is not the same like how it was in the galleria mall. Beyond disappointed. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I can see why it was no one in that place on a Friday night. Don’t bother wasting your money here.
Watch your receipts! Their website and prices you’re actually being charged DO NOT MATCH! Samantha, the “manager”, refused to adjust the price. Their prices on DoorDash also don’t match their website or their menu pricing. The food is usually good but is very inconsistent. Service is pretty terrible, even from the manager herself. To go orders are often missing items as well. This place could be great but needs some guidance and staff changes. They should really focus on perfecting this establishment before opening their second location.
I will never order food from this place again.. Got the Cobb salad and turkey blt wrap (no wrap in a dish) there wasn't even a half a chicken breast in my dish looks..like they split 1 chicken breast between both meals. There was no Swiss cheese on it as well like stated on the menu. Barely a handful of fries...And they also charge an almost $2.00 fee for using a card and didn't even tell me there was a fee for using a card.. But definitely made it a point to ask if I could sign the receipt at the bottom and a tip would be greatly appreciated..so I left a tip..and wish I never did..This place is a total rip off!
RUDE STAFF!!! The “manager” samantha, had a nasty attitude when I brought up a complaint of my order being wrong and absolutely refused to listen to me, kept speaking over me and tell me “oh well, human error” I’m sorry, but you’re a business and should conduct your self in a professional matter. Telling a paying customer that things happen, and speaking over them is not only un professional, but it’s rude. Please see the screen shots of what ordered vs what I got. Not only was the description of the pancakes wrong but the other thing I ordered was as wrong too. So the whole ordered was wrong. When I brought this up, the attitude and general response was “oh well” ridiculous that I’m told that the scales don’t come with any of what’s listed, despite it saying right underneath the title. Mistakes do happen, but everytime? And with out correction? That’s just lazy and poor business practice.
Seating people next to the outside door when it's freezing out is garbage Using packaged smoked salmon that tastes like weeks old fish is horrible Cooking bacon in something idk what to make it taste like who even knows is the worst Going here is awful
