My visit on FEBRUARY,5, 2026 at 11:20 AM was AMAZING 😊 The service was the best, the coffee was unmatched, the location and the inside of this Dunkin Donuts coffee shop was immaculate, very clean. Lots of things to see in Hyde Park NY.
Absolutely lovely customer service and very quick
I’m writing here because of the exceptional job their morning shift counter person Raphael does. He deserves 5 stars for his pleasant demeanor and in an orderly fashion 👍🏽👍🏽
Solid Dunkin' Donuts! Parking is tight if it gets busy, but the drive-thru moves quickly enough. They definitely have a great and friendly staff. Everything is usually very fresh and tasty. I've purchased most things on the menu.
I love the new update to the place!! It looks so nice!! The staff are friendly! My coffee comes out tasting the same each time I go, which is a huge plus!!!
Good service, clean seating area. Good product. My Chai tea was served appropriately hot and was tasty.
I have had some issues here, but since they have had new management the two times that I have complained, the manager (Pamela) has gone out of her way to make up for the issue. While the initial issues are annoying, I am very satisfied with this location and how willing they are to make it up to you when you have a problem. Now if only they would bring back the breakfast empenadas!!
Quick, easy, spacious, and of course delicious. The smell inside the store was a little off putting, but that could be excused as I wasn’t staying for an extended period of time. It wasn’t busy and my mobile order took 2 minutes to complete. I ordered a medium Peach & Passion Fruit Refresher and the staff upsized me to a large for free! Was a great gesture. Drink tasted great too. Would recommend.
I’ve refrained from leaving reviews because every now and then I’ll get a decent cup of coffee. Today once again my coffee is so burnt I can’t drink it and I’m well on my way down 9G so I’m not turning around. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to keep the coffee fresh. The only thing I can think of is that the staff are really lazy. If it wasn’t for who the owners are, I’d never go to the Duncan again.
One of the better looking Dunkins. However, this does excuse the poor customer service I’ve experienced here. On three separate occasions they have messed my order up. One time they forgot the bacon I asked for. The next time they forgot to add the butter on the side. When I asked for it the woman says “you need to pay for it” uhhhh well I did and it’s on the ticket. This last time was the final straw. I now check my orders before leaving the store. I noticed that the butter was missing. I asked for it. I had two bags for my order. I give her the bag with the proof that I paid for the butter on side (completely ridiculous that you need to pay for it btw) the first thing she tells me is that “this is your donut” well no kidding! I was showing you the receipt proving that I paid for it! Next I needed to take all of my food out of the bag and show her my bagel. I mean come on! Over a butter packet. This place needs some customer service training. Still gets two stars because the corpo food is still good.
has to be the worst Dunkin in the area. Always take their sweet time and show no sense of urgency. I can’t get things done. I literally ordered two glazed donuts and they gave me two chocolate frosted donuts. How do you mess up on an order with two donuts in It. And they definitely have glaze because I had to drive back from my house 10 minutes away just to get them switched out because somebody didn’t make sure they were the right ones. Great job guys
The service is absolutely awful here. Don’t get coffee before/school unless you plan on waiting 10-20 minutes every morning
I've never had any complaints about this location until today. Saturday afternoon, around 3pm, 8/9/2025. Employees who don't know their job and have bad attitudes, especially the one with the fake diamond earring in her nose.....big, smart mouth and a bad attitude. Rather than listen to a customer who has ordered the same thing ALL the time at many locations including this one and knows how it's supposed to be, the one with the huge tattoo on her arm wants to argue with me and say that's how it's supposed to be. NO, it is NOT. Both are horrible employees and do not represent the company in any kind of a positive way.
poor customer service, rude as hell. always getting my orders wrong. wouldn’t add cold foam to my coffee after purchasing it on my online order. she said she’d have to refund me and make a whole new drink? i could go on & on but not worth it. they just always make my mornings suck
Double check pre packed product expiration date. Got an expired chocolate milk that my kid started drinking. They offered me to come get a new milk but the manager almost seemed like she didn’t care or was too busy to really care. Seems like no process change to double check products or anything will come out of it. I
I went to Dunkin’ this morning 2 hours after they opened and they didn’t have any bagels except for plain . I got a toasted bagel with butter the bagel was hard . I also got chocolate donuts that were watery and all over the bag . I had to say hello into the drive through multiple times until someone came to take my order. I said hello to associate with no response and thank you with no response . I’ve been here a bunch of times and have never had such a bad experience .
Tubby girl in the window has a serious attitude. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on the customers. My wife and I were being extremely polite and she was just condescending and mean the whole time. I will never go back to this dunkin' donuts location
I placed two online orders and when I went to pick them up which I thought should be super quick the line was as usual backed all the way out to Route 9 and after waiting for literally almost 20 minutes no exaggeration I arrived at the window only to be handed the wrong order. The cashier then had the gall to ask me if I was sure of what I ordered. I was really quite shocked because I know what I ordered and tried to show her on my mobile app what I wanted but she seemed very flustered and she closed the window and came back with another woman who seemed equally as flustered and I explained I just wanted my order and how I'd already been there 25 minutes and the line was not getting any shorter so they might want to step it up. I then said I was going to just let my bank handle giving me my refund because the woman who had come over I assume she was manager but she sure didn't act the part had in her hand a bunch of crumpled up papers she picked up from the trash and she didn't seem to know her right from her left. I was feeling very bad for the other poles who were stuck on this line as long as me and I just wanted to be done. Even on days that I'm just passing by and not going in the line is out to Route 9. I can't understand why they can't get it together. That was my last straw with them because the last three times I went my order was wrong every time so now it's just a done deal I guess I'll go over to Starbucks
I come here almost everyday and I've been watching the service in the drive thru slowly decline over the past few months. Line of cars through the parking lot only to find after placing my order that I waited 5 minutes to place with a " I'll be right with you" to find there's only 1 car ahead of me already at the window paying. Mind you maybe 3 cars parked for people inside. How busy is it ? Regardless as I get to the window I hear the young woman apologize to the woman that they're understaffed. Fair. Until the window closed and I heard he turn to her Coworker and laugh saying she should use that excuse more often. If they're understaffed shame on management but seriously 10-15 min to get through the entire ordering and getting the food process is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. If it were busy I would totally understand but to have been next to order with no line ahead or behind me c'mon now.
