The best breakfast place around. Seriously. I came here just out of curiosity and now it is hard to go anywhere else. They do it right like it's no big deal.

Excellent selection of food. I highly suggest trying their bagels/breakfast sandwiches. If youre looking for a suggestion for breakfast: Lumberjack on a toasted french toast bagel with spk and hot sauce. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful service and delicious food!! My extended family and I, all 11 of us, had gotten Bagels and Bites as a to-go breakfast one morning to enjoy delicious NY bagels and coffee at our Airbnb. We all enjoyed it so much and the service was wonderful even with being busy!! The next day we all decided we wanted to go back and sit in (even with being busy and for us being such a large party) they were incredible with the speed and deliciousness!! They are so sweet and accommodating! There was a lot of yummy coffee flavor options and they had milk alternative options! I am plant based and typically vegan and I got the Eggs and Veggie breakfast with no eggs and a bagel instead and could not recommend it more!!! All in all all of the food, drinks, and service was wonderful!!!

Amazing little restaurant bagel shop in highland. Their food is immaculate wow it really pleased my palate. I had a bagel with egg and salmon and it was amazing they also added cheese. The environment is extremely friendly, the cost very affordable and the location is right off 9W in highland. Beautiful place amazing customer service. Five stars for bagels and bites.

ive been coming here since 2017 at least. great pricing, great staff (shout out Athena and Jenna!!), delicious food, hot speciality coffee- couldn't ask for more of a local breakfast spot. definitely one of my favorite places to go after jogging the rail trail. highly recommend their potato lentil hash, well done home fries, or their french toast bagels.

This place was very clean even though they do a brisk business. The staff was very friendly especially Kaitlynn. I highly recommend there food here. The western omelette was off-the-cuff. It was moist fluffy and flavorful. The bacon was crisp yet tender to the tooth and the home fries were tasty. I will definitely be back.

Our first time visit was delightful! We loved the cozy atmosphere and their food was delicious, coffee great and I had the very last bagel on the shelf! People kept pouring in for those delicious bagels and still sacrificed for something else. We will be back to try more dishes!! Love this place. This is me and my family’s go to place. My sister always gets the breakfast sliders with chipotle chicken and I always get the French toast with fruit (I believe $6-7!). There’s no better deal around, for the quality and amount you get for the decent price. Note - there is a cash discount. I believe something like 4%. The wait is always pretty quick, considering the long line almost out the door every time we are there. (there was a friend or someone who was a relative (who was also a customer) who pushed past me while in line without saying excuse me, who walked right back into the kitchen to say hi to workers. if she knows the people that well - she should have manners when pushing past customers in line). But that was one time out of SO many (and not the establishment’s fault. But overall love this place. No matter what you get it’s worth the money!

Love this spot! I've driven by a million times on my way to the Catskills but never stopped for some reason. Glad I did today! The staff was lovely and the b.e.c.c.a. breakfast sandwich was delicious. Our server made a great recommendation to get it on a ciabatta. This will definitely be my new go to breakfast stop when I'm heading out to hike.

I absolutely love bagels & bites. I stop here on my way into the office in the mornings, and it always starts my day off on the right foot. The young women who work up front are always super kind and provide quick service. Oh, and the lattes are delicious!

So unbelievably amazingly good. My turkey egg and cheese everything bagels I always get are beyond words delicious. Perfect. Could eat them every day. And their coffees are miraculous. We drive 30 minutes for this place when we want to treat ourselves.

I went for the first time with my brother. Food is 🔥 one of the best spots I’ve been too in the area. Food is cooked really good , the prices are not expensive but the quality is amazing. The staff is very friendly as well and are very welcoming. I definitely recommend to anybody trying to get a good breakfast for the low.

If you think other local bagels are “good”, then you havnt tried bagels and bites.. but be warned, once you have one of their bagels, no other bagel will come close and you will be disappointed that it’s not a bagels and bites bagel.. the owner is also heavily involved in his own business which adds authenticity IMO

After visiting Bagels & Bites the first time, I became a regular bagel customer. You get a baker's dozen for $12. Yesterday my wife and I decided to try out the lunch menu. She had a pastrami Reuben with sweet potato fries. She loved the sandwich, and the fries were crispy, which is a challenge for sweet potatoes. I had the blackened chicken Caesar wrap with potato salad. The wrap was not too spicy and the potato salad was creamy with nice sized chunks of skin on red potatoes. The chicken was perfectly cooked, and the dressing was excellent. This place is a real gem.

A surprising, unique menu with both standards and gourmet specials. Very delicious and decent prices. Hipsters and townies alike will love this place. Eat in or take out for breakfast and lunch. Catering available as well. P.S., I know this kind of sounds like a plug, but it isn't. I'm a legit customer sharing my honest opinion because I love this place and want to see it do well (so that I can keep eating there 😄).

Just had bagels & bites for the first time, and I am so happy!! I have had such a hard time finding good places to order lunch near my job and I ordered a salad today and it was delicious. Also really nice staff! I will definitely be ordering from here again. :)

Amazing “German” burger, ( cooked perfectly) broccoli slaw, Spinach salad, everything bagels and scallion cream cheese! Everything was fresh and delicious. These people can cook and create! I am temporarily disabled and I feel like they went out of their way to deliver it to my home. Friendly, nice delivery man, he even caught my dog who escaped out the front door! lol

First visit and they nailed it. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll with the egg over easy, and it was perfect. The roll was soft, the egg was cooked exactly right, and the bacon was crispy. Everything tasted fresh and made just right. If this is how they do breakfast, I’ll absolutely be returning.

We stopped in to get breakfast on our way to do some hiking. There were many bagels to choose from as well as cream cheeses. My wife said that she got some of the best vegetable cream cheese she's had on a jalapeno bagel and my super (everything) bagel with lox and scallion cream cheese was great, there was a reasonable amount of lox on the bagel as well. Took a bit of time to get our food, but they were very busy and I understand why. It was a reasonable wait. The prices were also reasonable, I felt like we certainly got what we paid for. We'd definitely stop by again if we pA Bagels & Bites on our travels!

Cute place and great bagels for an unbeatable price. Love the rye bagel, and the egg bagel is so fun and vibrant! Very Mom & Pop style atmosphere and easy access/parking. Haven’t dined in but the seating area is cozy and spacious enough for comfortably sitting in. At the same time that I think the bagels could be baked for one minute longer, they re-toast perfectly for many days after buying. What a deal! Also—such nice employees.

The Becca and the Lumberjack are both awesome. All of the bagels here are fantastic but I definitely recommend the SUPER (their version of the everything bagel). Their espresso and coffee is great here as well, hot or iced!

The food at this place is amazing! My wife had a pork gyro and I had a bahn mi and they were both excellent. I've been here a few times and have always had a great experience. Today we were served quickly and the two girls behind the counter were very friendly and we all had great conversation. Highly recommended to try this place out if you are in the area.

Their bagels and cream cheese selection is delicious. Any sandwich that I have got from them has also been tasty. Very nice little place. Only knock I can give is that they do run out of certain bagels sometimes, but that is to be expected when you serve a good product that will go bad if not sold.

Found them by just driving around looking for breakfast and they were great. They had lots of options, proportion was good, and food was good. They do have limited parking.

Stopped by for a sandwich and coffee...cute place with some nice menu options. The woman behind the counter was mostly friendly but since I'd never been here, I took a while deciding. She was preoccupied cleaning so didn't seem receptive to questions. I finally ordered once I had her attention. The bagel wasn't toasted, and I almost tripped over a bag of garbage by the door. It felt like they were closing even though the sign said 3, and it was only about 1. I'll give it another try, since the bagel was tasty.

The only complaint i have is the orange juice in the refrigerator. They either need to check the expiration date or change vendors. The orange juice color was off. The mango looked more appealing than the orange juice.

We love breakfast and lunch at Bagels and Bites. Great burgers and interesting lunch options. Love the lentil hash with our eggs. Great bagels and coffee. Parking can be challenging during busy times but worth the challenge.

I have a love/ hate relationship with Bagels and Bites. I love the food, but hate that everytime I order, they mess something up. When I call to correct it, the young lady who takes the orders gets annoyed. 3 out of 5 is a bit generous, but the food tastes great, just bad at getting the orders right.

Ordered a special today - California Cheese Steak. The description was Philly cheesesteak with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. While the sandwiches was good I was a bit disappointed because it was just slices of thin steak (the kind you can buy in the grocery store) with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. There was no cheese at all. No onions mushrooms or anything else. Very disappointed.

**edit: since new ownership I am VERY disappointed with customer service and the food is not as good as it used to be. With Natasha no longer here this place is not the same as it was. Original: I've been coming here for years! I used to come here for breakfast every morning until I moved out of town-- now it's my go to spot when I'm in highland!

Its been a while since i have been here, I was quickly reminded of why. While in the area I decided to stop in for an everything/super bagel however they were out. I was told that you have to get there early if I wanted one of those. It was 10:45am. Noted for next time. I ordered a BLT and a 3 cheese grilled cheese. The wait took some time even though the place was empty. Upon paying, the price didn't add up, so I questioned the bill. The owner quoted one price, the woman ringing me up charged another however neither was the price listed on the website and an upcharge for using a card. I would have paid cash had i known that in advance. A sign advising customers of this would by helpful in the future. The food was okay, no real taste. Overall just not a good experience. I'm honestly surprised by the high reviews.

Back of the house is great. Food is delicious. Maybe it was just one of those off days but ordering is compared to going to the DMV.

Food was horrible. Service was bad. People who order after you gets their food before you. And don't even bothering to call in, they still don't make your food in a timely manner. Regretted going there.

Very dissatisfied with the process of placing an order for pickup. While taking into consideration that they seem short-staffed ( there's a help wanted sign, and the front-end ladies seemed stressed/rushed) I was still disappointed on the way they answered the phone: did not say a word or "please hold" and ran out my patience, I hung up at the 15min mark. When we eventually got through to place our order for pickup, the customer service still left much to be desired.

Older woman with blond hair is very rude, any time I go into the restaurant I’m always hopping one of the younger staff members are there. Not sure who the women is to the business but she acts like the owner. Food is good as long as they make the food correct, which it’s wrong most the time. Building is way to small to be having indoor dining, if 3 people are waiting on their food the whole place is packed. I suggest re coaching the staff to understand that they are not better than everyone, and how to read the food slips completely to make sure everyone gets the correct food.

Waited for 26 minutes for 1 breakfast wrap. Kitchen staff were too busy talking to each other rather than making food in the order they were receiving them. Watched as 4 people came in, ordered after me and left with their food before receiving my wrap which was burned. Never coming back.

They always have great sandwiches but when I went in this morning the girl who made mine was wearing her mask on her chin and the guy doing the cooking in the back didn’t have a mask on at all. Whoever runs this place really needs to do a better job of making sure his employees are following proper procedures.

Gave up on this place after they cancelled my delivery order 2 times . And didnt even try and contact me about it. Let me wait for my delivery and then pretend they never got it when i called. This is obviously my opinion and doesnt reflect the food rating.

Lazy. They never answer the phone. They lie and say it’s 45 min wait when you call but I showed up 5 minutes after I called and ordered my food and they made it right away. You can never get through to them on the phone, and I paid $4 for a side of bacon that contained 2 SINGLE STRIPS OF BACON. Not to mention, parking sucks and so unsafe

I've been going here periodically for about 2 years now and I'm definitely not impressed. Starting with today, I came in at 8:05 (on Sundays they open at 8) where I was told very rudely that they were NOT open yet and it would be about 15 minutes before they were ready to serve customers. I was able to go to a different deli, put in my order, amicably chat with the workers, and get home in those 15 minutes. Being understaffed is a stressful situation, but you should not be taking it out on your unsuspecting customers. Continuing on, the service is usually rude and couldn't care less about friendliness (unless you're a friend of one of the counter girls, then it's red carpet all the way) My to-go order has sat on the counter for an extra 5 minutes without any communication between staff. There is no online menu and any low-quality pictures of it are inconsistent with what's available (the prices vary as well). They're lucky the food is good, but it's definitely not worth the 10 minute drive out of my way. The only good quality is the young gentleman who occasionally works the counter and makes coffee drinks. He is always very pleasant, takes good care of his appearance, and genuinely seems to care about the customers.

I don't usually write reviews but I'm so upset I feel I needed to share my experience. This used to be my favorite place to get breakfast from, local, fairly priced, great food, unfortunately todays experience was far from desirable. I called in my food ahead of time (one sandwich and two bagels), I arrived an hour later to pick the food up. My fiance went in before I did and was told that the food was not ready and it would be a few more minutes. TWENTY minutes later I went in thinking surely something must be wrong. The girls behind the counter ignored my presence and chatted with what appeared to be their friends. They gave them a bag of bagels that they were going to throw out come the end of the day. After squeezing my way to the counter passed their "get together" the food had been sitting on the back counter. I was rang up only to find that one of the bagels was not in the bag. When I asked about it, she had to retrieve the bagel from the bag she had just given away. Needless to say this was unprofessional and I will not be returning.

UNPROFESSIONAL & UNSANITARY! Natasha come back…..this establishment is not the same without you. This used to be my favorite place but now it’s run by young and highly unprofessional staff. Not to mention the food is not the same quality. The blonde behind the register was EXTREMELY rude. I was given a total amount for my food and then charged a higher amount. I simply asked if they charge more to use a debit card and she so rudely told me there was a sign on the register. Yes there is however, it’s a very small hand written note that was being covered by the receipt paper. Not visible at this point mind you. So I asked that they let customers know it’s more or move the sign. The rude snarky comments continued to pour out of her mouth. It wasn’t until I asked her for her name (not saying) that she changed her tune and asked if I wanted a refund for the difference. I’d also like to point out that the two women cooking in the back are NOT masked up and only wearing a protective glove on ONE hand. I watched them on the cell phone with the ungloved hand then proceeded to use the same hand to pick up the cheese and put it on someone bagel. Working with food they should know this is not sanitary. I am truly disgusted with this place and I will NEVER eat there again.

Unfortunately drove out of the way for their 'gluten free options' just to find out their options are just food without bread. They need remove the false advertisement from their website.

I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad. And it was wet and I dont like wet salad, plus the fries I ordered were horrible. I asked for cheesy fries, and got a slice of cheese melted on one half of the small fries. First and last time coming to this place ‼️
