Getting filled with new artists this building has a new energy. Definitely stop by. All the individuals I talked to were great.

Additionally, there is a trove of information to be had about arts and culture in Dutchess county and surrounding areas. Stop by..you may just meet a future movie star or up-and-coming artist at open mike occasion every 1st Friday of the month.

North River Roasters has a coffee shop on the ground level (which is open to the public). And there are industrial kitchens available to rent for culinary professionals. The cafe is spacious and quiet with free WiFi. It's a good place to go for a coffee break or a business meeting.

They repurposed the whole building and it has apartments and businesses in it also. There is a lot to park in. The area surrounding is not so great so once your done there your not likely to hang around.

Affiliated with local roaster. Coffee was very weak but cost wss not.. I hope it's not intentional and someone just needs to learn coffee to water ratio. Bad mistake when your trying to get established.

On January the 2nd of 2024 we had a delivery truck From G&G come to our house to deliver oil. Yes we gave them permission to go on the back of the property, but never to damage our grass and property the way they did. We even called the office several times, the lady who answered the phone was nice but we never got a call from thr owner who was to call us to adress the issue. We called over 5 times no answer from the owner. Very in responsible owner. No we have to hire a landscaping comoany to fix the damages and still no answer after 30 days wouldn't recommend this company at all. Ill be posting pictires of proof from the Damage as well.
