This was a fun little hole in the wall! Nice indoor space and a cute patio area with a decent selection of craft brews. I just wish they had a few snacks on the menu.

Really friendly staff, good beer and it's in a chill spot - they are open and it's great! Such a great addition to downtown Pleasanton and they do trivia and comedy nights!

Gilman Brewery has a funky/rustic atmosphere, but is genuine. Expect some really good beer and great advice on beer. They also have cans to go. They do not serve food but you're welcome to bring your own.

I just did a quick pickup here, since that's all you can do right now :( But they had plenty of options to choose from and their new "Juicy IPA" was super good, like best beer they've made so far imo. I did get to look inside the place, and when we can go inside, it's gonna be a great spot to chill I think.

Tried my first beer from Gilman Brewing Company and it far exceeded my expectations. I tried the Champ Rochaux and found this saison to be flavor full and smooth and very easy to drink. It was a Creative way to drive flavor into a wheat beer. I’m super excited to have a new brewery in Pleasanton.

I have worked at a few breweries and tasted beers with a handful of master brews. Recently, I shared a Gilman’s Belgian Golden Ale Sours with those fellas and they were blown away. The Guava Jardin sour is in top #3 sours I’ve had. Up there with Almanac Sours and the Victory Sour Monkey. I am stoked Gilman’s is now open in Pleasanton and I can’t wait for any and all sours they brew to come.

Excellent IPA, I loved it. The place is small but has a great vibe. The service is very good. I recommend the Quarter Panel beer wich is an IPA I’d rate the Hazy IPA a 7/10 and the IPA an 8.5/10. I do recommend the place, although it closes too early.

I finally made it to this location after some planning due to their limited hours. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces have a good vibe to them! I wasn’t too impressed with the hazy IPA I ordered, but I’ll be back to try some others next time.

Nice little cozy place for evening hangout. We have not tried food so wont rate it but the beers are pretty nice. Removing one star only because they did not have all beers on tap only limited choices.

Great beer, but it seems like the hours shortened after the remodel? Any chance of having hours on Saturday afternoon?
