Delicious pizza and cheesy bard bread! Light crust, perfect combination of flavors, well cooked. Great, kind, welcoming service and atmosphere. Fun tabletop games to play while waiting. Can’t wait to come back and to share with friends!

This place is amazing! Their sourdough crust is honestly so good, it's light, crunchy, and chewy. I got the Taming of the Chew and it was packed with flavor. The pepperoni and cheese were super rich and tasty. You can just tell they use really good ingredients. And what makes it even cooler is that the owners, Mark and Kira, were teachers who left their jobs to follow their dream. Highly recommend checking this place out, you won't be disappointed!

First of all, the sourdough dough is AMAZING probably some of the best i've had in the us and the cheese they use is QUALITY point reyes truffle and you can definitely taste it. I do wish there was more topping for the amount you're paying but overall amazing experience, SUPER SWEET OWNERS who care so much about what they do and it shows! Please come support this local hidden gem :)

What a wonderful place! . The owners are beautiful people with a story worth listening to. Very humble beginnings, but sourdough pizza with it's weight in gold! If you haven't tried this place, stop everything and go now!! Best "bard" ever! Side note: The birth of this pizzeria should be a sitcom! 😊

Amazing hand made pizza on the spot. Takes a bit for the pizza but worth the wait. Highly produce and perfectly performed. The spot to visit if you are trying to support the mom and pop shops but most importantly you are treating yourself with an amazing product. The hustle doesn't stop but the service is top notch from ordering to the service after. Definitely check out their special; different and brings a different selection of taste to your cravings. Bring yourself a friend or a family for a fantastic meal.

I went to Much Ado About Pizza while visiting from Europe, and I'm just sorry I don't live close enough to go there all the time. The owner made my pizza with such care and attention to detail, spinning out the dough right in front of us and distributing the ingredients perfectly. We got Titania's Bounty, and the mixture of cooked veggies on the pizza and the fresh ones sprinkled on at the end was great, very well balanced, and just the right amount of cheese. The sourdough crust is also fabulous (usually crust is my least favorite part of the pizza, but this was very tasty and flavorful). This is pizza worthy of a sonnet!

I had the wonderful opportunity to try this recently opened pizza spot. The owners were on hand and are extremely friendly, personable and the pizza is outstanding. I ordered a pepperoni, goat cheese, onion, mushroom, and basil. The flavors all blended very well together and the crust is amazing in both texture and flavor. Give this place a try! You will truly enjoy it.

We tried out this pizza place for our first time tonight and it was a hit for my son and his friends. Even though it is in the same location as what used to be a take and bake style pizza place, I was happy to see the pizzas here are baked for you. It’s a small establishment, so there not really tables for dining it but it’s a great place for takeout.

The owners are lovely to chat with. They're clearly and rightfully proud of what they created here. We had the pepperoni pizza, and it was distinctively different than most pizzas in the area, and i mean that in a good way. Chewy dough without the usual sweetness. There's not a lot of seating, tho, so you're looking at takeaway more than a dining experience. We'll definitely come back.

I cannot say enough about how great the crust is on this pizza, the foundation of any great pizza. Many inventive pizza creations to explore, and definitely try Titania's Bounty if a salad pizza sounds good to you. As the Bard would say, "To thy own pizza be true"!

Every bite is absolutely delicious – perfectly balanced flavors, fresh ingredients, and crust that’s baked to perfection. What makes it even more special is that the dough is fermented sourdough, which makes it not only taste incredible but also feel amazing on your tummy. You don’t get that heavy, bloated feeling you usually do with pizza – it’s just the best thing you can eat! On top of that, their customer service is outstanding. The staff is warm, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making sure every customer has a great experience. It’s rare to find a place that not only makes incredible food but also makes you feel like family the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for pizza that truly stands out – this is the place. Honestly, I’d say it’s the best pizza in the world. Pleasanton is lucky to have this gem!

Just had the best, OMG , most gourmet , addictive pizza of my life! Capulet * with added pepperoni 💥Thank you , reviews for the recommendation of this one. If you’re a fan of sour dough, the sour dough crust is true perfection.. the toppings plentiful and garden fresh. I am a tomato farmer and the gem varieties on this pizza were freshly picked. Absolute perfection. Never mind ~ if you’re a frozen, Red Barron or Little Cesar's, Costco fan . You truly , would not appreciate this level of gourmet, gastronomical , quality pizza. The husband ,wife team 🙌

I had Much Ado About Pizza Recently at an event for the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce and let me just say that this pizza is a Shakespearian work of art. perfectly crafted and delicious. You can taste the freshness and the heart and soul that went into crafting this treat. I had never heard of this family owned company and after trying their unique sourdough breaded pizza, i must say, i'm a fan! Look into Kira's story and see all the accolades and amazing things her and her family are doing! This is a must try pizza!

You can really tell they care about quality--every ingredient tasted super fresh. We were especially impressed by the variety of vegetarian options on the menu. We tried the O'Thello's O'bsession, which was amazing. We look forward to trying the other options as well. On top of all that, the owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great pizza and to support local owners!

Came in today with my 2 daughters and was very surprised. Pizza was fantastic. Their fermented sourdough was amazing! Talked to the owner and found out that it is a family run business. She was friendly and informative. They also have an area for kids where they can color and play mini arcades. Highly suggest for an all around great experience!

Pizza is amazing! I've ordered the Capulet about 3-4 different times, and it is wonderful + consistent. The dough is really unique- very chewy and flavorful. I should really try a new combo. I do think it's the best pizza option in the area, and it stands out because the dough and toppings/cheese blend are unique! It is a little expensive, but totally worth it for the quality imo. If you're looking for something more traditional (thin-crust, NYC style), I would skip, but otherwise I recommend!

Saw this place as one of Yelps’ 100 best eats in California. I’ve been to TP Tea in the same plaza so many times, but never tried this place. I didn’t realize there was no space to really eat at the restaurant, but I was ordering take-out anyway. The couple seems very nice. Been only making pizzas for 2 years since the pandemic and were teachers before. We got a Henry the “8” pizza. I thought it was above average. Wifey liked it as she normally doesn’t like pepperoni because it’s too salty, but this place did it just right. We also ordered a Cheezy bread and it was a pleasant surprise - crunchy and chewy. The texture and the taste were great. Interesting that these were sourdough. I don’t think the sourdough really affected my taste though. Oh yeah, I would come back!

Great little pizza spot, was 1st introduced at a winery they were at in Livermore. The sourdough pizza is great I enjoy how soft it is. The pies come in 1 size but feed 2-3 depending on how hungry you are. Definitely will be back to try other signature pies. Thanks
