After a misfire at a different location Joyce and her team went the extra mile for me and my company VIP Audio Visual Company. Between the swift and very helpful customer service and the cleanliness of the location, we will now be using the Pleasanton location for our Noah's NY Bagels. Hats off to "top shelf customer service" Joyce, that was amazing.

Open on Labor day! Quick service. Monday specials came into play. Bagels and breakfast sandwiches were great. Had to feed 20 people so bought 2 boxes. Service was quick and coffee as well.

Bagel was nice and fresh but the Lady just put a massive glob of cream cheese without really spreading it on the bagel. So when a took a bite a huge dollop of onion chive just fell in the table. Menu is very is big and if you need to bring treats to the next office meeting they provide boxes full of assorted pastries ready along with nice assortment for baker dozens. Most of coffee was gone when I went for my cup including the medium and dark roasts...but the holiday blend was actually a pleasant surprise. Clean place, good bagels and polite employees.

Great place to grab a bagel or some coffee cake or even a hot beverage. But don't plan on service with a smile, the cashier refused to make contact or acknowledge my presence other then taking the cash out of my hand. This place has bagels that are almost always fresh from the oven, half the time when I get my bagel its still warm inside and I love that!

Typical Noah's - bagels, sandwiches, & coffee, of course! Frequently when I stop by in the afternoon, they're out if coffee or it's cold. They need to get on that, as fresh coffee ought to be available throughout the day. Bagels are good, baked freshly there from pre-made, frozen dough. I didn't know they weren't made from scratch until recently! Pastries are yummy, reasonably priced compared to other coffee shops. Tables not always wiped clean, even during off-peak hours. Employees don't smile much,but are efficient. Still prefer Noah's to Starbucks as free refills & better tasting coffee win me over!

Sometimes the bagels are seriously good and other times they seem a little bit fluffy and that is not what a bagel should be. You should be able to shoot a real bagel out of a cannon and put a hole in a concrete wall. Now that's a good bagel.

If you go on a Sunday you have to get there early if you don't, there may not be a variety of bagels to choose from. My husband and I order a one egg sandwich mines on an asiago bagel and the other on a plain, when we open the bag we got an egg sandwich on a sesame bagel and a bagel, when we went back to let them know that they give us the wrong order, they told us that someone probably pick up our order and that they no longer had any plain or asiago bagel. What?!

Long wait. Only one sandwich maker at the time. Good bagel with lox but asked for no tomatoes and got them, supposed to come with capers, did not. Red onion, 2 little rounds. Disappointed!!!!

I am giving three starts only because one of their worker is very rude. She has no manners and every time she messes up my order and when I told her about the wrong order she behaves in a very rude manner. The bagels are great but the experience of dealing with her makes it difficult to let go. I hope the owners read it and do something about that Lady.

I want to say it was a great experience but I can't.I placed a order on Friday for Father's Day for 9am pick up. I was there at 9am waited 20 mins to find out that they misplaced my order. 2 items not made at all and the 1 dozen special begals, well there were only 6.Very disappointed. I did some substitutions but the Dad's were disappointed.

Couple of vegetarian options. I tried the garden veggie with 1 egg. It was fine and not hot enough. The wait time was long.

Although the food is always fresh, the service and staff make it a rather unpleasant experience. We’ve been billed incorrectly for our order more than a few times now. Each time having paid more than we were supposed to has left us with unpleasant experiences overall. Will not be returning to this place.

Ordered through door dash so this is a combo review. Every time I make an order from there with door dash they get order totally wrong. Wrong items in bag yet again. It’s like they just randomly throw stuff in the bag. Double check when orders are made. For me, I won’t order anymore from this place because they can’t get it right.

The bagels were terrible they tasted stale and hard, the woman who helped us order gave me a lot of attitude for a simple question. FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER VISIT. Never want to come here again and face this disgusting atmosphere of judgmental and rude people. I do not recommend this place for bagels or anything. Go to a good bagel place and don't waste your time dealing with overpriced bagels.

Worst experience on Saturday morning. Rude behavior by counter staff. First of all bagels were not cut in middle when we asked them to cut they were light you touched it! He spoke very rudely and walked away when I kept asking for an alternative another employee pointed to plastic knives. Store is always but that should not be excuse for rude behavior

Horrible Customer Service. Extremely rude. We've been going to this place for many years now, never had a bad experience except for this morning. agreed, it was a weekend morning and they were busy but our experience was horrible. Lady at the front desk who took our order didn't even make eye contact, didn't ask for a name, we had been waiting for more than 20 minutes, and finally decided to walk up to the desk and ask for our order, we were given a bag that wasn't our order, went back to the store, when we asked about our order, other lady that was making bagels was rude as well, she scoffed and was upset at us !! No apologies, didn't even bother to ask what had happened. If not for another coworker of hers who acknowledged the mistake, went and picked up our bag, we'd have had to stand there and argue to get what we ordered. I am not going back there again.

i would never go there again, I asked for 2 toasted bagels with just cream cheese and egg, and what i got were 2 dry rubbery bagels like they have been over microwaved, with a thin fried egg slapped between them. they forgot to put cream cheese. it was the reaction i received from the quiet, antisocial workers there that really put me off going there again. i asked for them to fix my order, and all they did was offer me a side of cream cheese. i mean the laziness that they cant even slap some cream cheese in there and get a simple order right is almost superseding the main reason of why id never reccomend this to anyone, and that would be the lack of quality, effort, and friendliness of the workers they've decided to hire there. very disappointed, i used to love going to noahs bagels

Probably won't go to this location any more. Google had listed this location open until 4pm on Saturday. The door was open and I walked in at 3:04 pm and the staff was filling an order of a customer and told me they couldn't help me because they were closed. There was no sign with hours and the door was open. This isn't the first time this location on Santa Rita Pleasanton closed early. It happens relatively regularly. The other issue with this location is they seem to be always short of selection of baggles or pats toe salad and are inconsistent when providing a pickle with orders... they have some good staff there from time to time but it is inconsistent. I have been going to this location for over 8 years and it is probably on the low end of Noah's experience as I travel a lot and order from other locations with high quality. This last instance sours my experience and will probably now go to another local competitor. There are also countless times I have left during business hours because of empty or lack of selection. Only good thing about this location is there coffee is great and when they do have selection make good sandwiches. I have probably not ordered from here half a dozen times due to lack of selection and probably would go here more often but not any more. I'm done with this location.

My online order has been stolen twice from this location. Also, I don't know her name but a middle aged white lady who works there Blatantly ignored me out of apparent hatred for unknown reasons, and another clerk next to her had to step in to answer my question.

Never returning to this location. Never. Dirty store, rude service, overcooked bagels. I've been to so many Noah's and I've never had an experience like this.

I will never go back to this unfriendly , unorganized place anymore, I waited for my one plain bagel for almost half hour and they did it wrong and when I ask for it they said it’s there ready but it was the wrong bagel , she did it again as if it was my fault, and with no apology . This place is getting worse every time. No more for me or anyone I know

Friendly staff, Convenient. Quick service. Unfortunate, looking at the condition of the bathrooms, the dust everywhere, the dirty windows, it makes you wonder about the areas the customer can't actually see. I hope the management takes this review into consideration and pays attention to "little" details like the ones I am pointing out today.

They only work for the tip. If there is no generous tip of 18 percent. You have to be better prepared to stay for long. Not a friendly environment either. Trash cans are full, toilet is not clean. It is not maintained.

We ordered on the app ahead as we were traveling to visit family. They were busy when I went in and patiently waited. Noticed all the people in line were getting out so after 20 minutes, decided to get in line. I mentioned to the cashier that I ordered ahead and now it was 25 minutes. The lady making the bagels said very rudely to wait and You can cancel your order if you want. She then was making my order and talked about me the whole time to her coworker. She put my order up and yelled Bye! Horrible customer service! I wish I would have take a photo of her. Everyone else was nice.

The store is filthy and it shows that it barely gets cleaned (hello corporate food safety regulations!). The employees do not comprehend what you are saying to them. My husband and I were trying to place an order and the lady who was taking the order was deliberately ignoring us and when she did take the order she was inputting it incorrectly. The manager had to step in and tell her to go away. The Danville and Walnut Creek locations are wonderful (wonderful staff, cleanliness and customer service). I don’t try to come here often as I know it will be a horrible experience.

Management needs to train their employees how to handle making large orders and still taking and making continuous orders as customers show up and order online. So annoying.
