This Starbucks always seems to be pretty busy. On Saturdays, when the farmer’s market is across the street, it’s insanely busy in the mornings. Yet, the staff are courteous and quick. Kudos.

Had a vanilla bean frappuccino which I enjoyed on large size for $5.35, and used the bathroom which was moderately clean. The service was really fast. Good to grab drinks while you wait for the bus or the train. Thank you Starbucks!

I think that this specific Starbucks is great as you can sit down, rest, use a device and charge your phones on their wireless phone charging stations that act as tables. The workers I've seen there are there almost every time I've been there and that's great as they all remembered my name.

Another one of my favorite Starbucks locations. This one is very, very large. And a lot of comfortable furniture like cushy chairs in a addition the traditional tables & chairs. Good staff, which has been the norm for me with Starbucks.

Cute little Starbucks location. Originally placed as an overflow store for the Chappaqua market, but quickly became a commuter spot for the train station across the street. Nice layout and service you'd expect from Starbucks.

Great starbucks location in Pleasantville. Centrally located in Memorial Plaza ! There is seating in the front of the shop as well as in the back. The staff is friendly and the service is quick ! This location really is a nice community spoy where you can always find people chatting over coffee, working on a laptop or reading the paper !

Came to this quaint town on pleasure, decided to grab a quick coffee. This location is fairly busy but on top of it!!! I ordered a Java Chip and a lemon iced cake from Matt, not only do he take my order correctly but he was such a gentleman. Kind, courteous, educated and most charming. I realized a gentleman named Nicholas or Nick was making my drink. I asked for my drink double blended as I prefer more of a milkshake consistency. I must say it was made perfectly. Just the right amount of java chips, and sauce on top. Thanks for an over the top experience! If ever I return to this location, I sure hope this team is working!

The entire staff at this location is amazing, I go out of my way to get my coffee here because they make a point of remembering regulars and it is appreciated! They manage long lines well and never seam to be short stocked on anything. The dining in area and bathroom are always in great condition as well. Employees are doing there jobs as quickly and efficiently as they can however there is one barrista and one person at the register who is also trying to help and there was a line out to the door and 8 or 10 people waiting for their orders. The problem is not with the employees but not enough employees there.

I have gone this Starbucks on multiple occasions and on every occasion I am beyond disappointed by the quality of customer service I am given. The wait for a drink is at least 10-15 minutes and the music is so loud.

Hot Mocha coffee came out cold. They claimed it was because of the whipped cream instead of taking responsibility for their mistake.

Mostly horrible service perhaps because it is constantly busy but more likely poorly managed. Poor communication between workers causes too many mistakes when ordering. Baristas usually in foul mood during to poor lines of communication leading to delayed orders not being made well. The customer is never right here and baristas give attitude when asked to correct mistakes. The only saving grace for this location is that in the end, despite all the poor service, they are still using franchised Starbucks espresso beans. The Black Cow around the corner has FANTASTICALLY much better service, ambience, smoother espresso drinks, and fresh pastries, unlike the plasticky overpriced refrigerated products Starbucks now offers.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in. Incredibly filthy! Horrible service! When the barista finally decided to stop chatting with her friends and make my drink she proceeded to hand it to me without ever looking at me as she continued chatting with her friends.

Poor attitudes ESPECIALLY Chavez! The barista at the cash register didn't know what he was doing and no one seemed interested in helping him. The ladies room was out of toilet paper.

Sssooooooo slow. One person working on drinks, while 3 other employees stood around joking... it was like being at Walmart, employees all over the store, but just 1 or 2 cashiers. After 20 minutes, and my order being done wrong twice, I finally left with a drink. Is this a training location? Maybe they should refer to the customer's receipt to make sure the drinks are done right the first time.

This is the closest location to me, with that said I rarely go to this location because they rarely have stock of my staple items. And even when they can make the drinks they do it sub par so I usually will go out of my way to go to any other location. Today I got a coupon for a $3 drink so since it’s been awhile since I’ve been there I thought I would give them a shot and get some drinks in the hopes that this can be a go to Starbucks. Not only did they not have my 1st choice drink but when I got the only drink I ordered it was mostly ice. Ok, I got the message, you don’t wanna.

Honestly, everything is fine with the staff at different times but just today Sunday at 11:58 I’ve waited a long time for them to pack an Uber order I’m already about 30 minutes but the girl didn’t pack and I already told her more than once!!! And I see more people no really satisfied
