This is my go to location since I live around the corner. Unfortunately it won't be anymore....I was in the drive just after 6am to get some food before a golf outing. I was told by the employee over the speaker that they were closed...she said it twice in response to me asking what time do you open. I checked the hours on the website for this location and it said 6am. Then she stopped answering me, which was interesting. Seemed she had something better to do than earn money for the store. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Stood for 7 minutes without someone even acknowledging we were there. Another customer came up to complain about not preparing their taco properly. The customer didnt say anything but was acknowledged immediately. I guess we had the wrong skin color. Also wanted breakfast and was told they stopped. It was 10.45 am. She said something about the food spoiling when I asked why I couldn't get breakfast. She was polite and nice after that.

Food was alright, the decor was great with high back booths....but the service stank as much as the bathroom. That bathroom is a bio-hazzard! Over flowing toilet to fecal matters on the toilet and surrounding walls. I won't coming back to this place anytime soon.... if ever!

The restroom is disgusting. There was feces smeared on the hole of the toilet seat. Someone had tried to clean it up with a of a tiny piece of wet, toilet paper. But it was all still there. When I contacted the manager. She said she'd have someone clean it. I waited numerous minutes, then asked her for some toilet paper, and I do it myself. She said she had just sent someone to another store to get toilet paper, so she had me waiting there all that time, not telling me, I was Waiting for someone on an excursion.

So on 7/17 was my first time eating at a del taco. I was so excited but it was a hiccup When they call out my order I was outside but when I came back in another customer thought it was their food and had stuck their hand inside of it. Instead of the mgr remaking the order he tried to gave me the order that the lady stuck her hand in. He proceeded and say she didn’t touch the burrito. I don’t care she stuck her hand in my bag that is gross. He did remake but you could tell he had an attitude, but all I gotta say is if they give customers food like that I would never eat at you guys establishment ever again. Like why would you want me to eat something that somebody else stuck their hand in? That means you guys are gross? So thanks for my first worst experience

Terribles Service order drive thru and the girl taking orders in the window was rude n clearly doesn’t know how to listen. I was not even done with my order and I kept saying hello and she thought I was a new customer. I pull up to the window n tells me my price and I told her I never finished ordering.. she was so busy rushing she kept messing up my order.. have them confirm your order because clearly she didn’t listen what I ordered and apart from not listening she like to say a smart comment after she hands my drink and salasa n closes the window. It’s her fault for not listening to customers she wouldn’t have a complaining customer. So no point of the attitude. Burrito wasn’t wrapped right it spilled n had to fit it myself this picture was after I fixed it.. I didn’t ask the food for free I paid for it service should be better.
