Place was CRAZY busy and there were two employees that were very overwhelmed and seemed to have given up but this one employee (mans the grill and cuts the meat) took control of the sinking ship and even though he was overwhelmed too he got the job done without ever losing his cool. He was entertaining, energetic, very professional, and calmed the irritated customers. That man is an asset to this company! I’ll go back just for the customer service alone. Oh and the sandwich was amazing too!

I love this location! The employees are so kind and welcoming, especially one guy that always makes my sandwich just how I like it, Kareem I believe his name is? My food is always exceptional and delicious!

I first had Jersey Mike's in Houston, and was very impressed. So, I was excited when I found out we were getting one in Corpus. And it has not disappointed. The subs here blow anything from Subway out of the water. The meat and veggies are fresh, the bread is delicious, and you definitely get plenty of sandwich for the price. I highly recommend an Original Italian made Mike's Way. The staff is also friendly and helpful. Definitely give Jersey Mike's a try!

i was having a very bad day and i went here to grab some food and calm my hangry. the manager was so kind and hoped he could make it better and was genuinely kind. he ended up comping and letting me have my whole meal. thank you jersey mikes for going above and beyond!!

I just love the sanwgiches from Jersey Mike's! I especially love the Rosemary parmesan bread! The manager, Kareem, at Staples location is very kind and accommodating. This is my goto store for family and work meals! Try it!!

In case you don't know, this isn't like Subway with its assembly line process. All hot ingredients are made to order and cooked right in front of you, rather than just run through a toaster oven. It's a bit pricier, but well worth it.

Kareem is crushing it solo! He was working on an order with 12+ Sandwiches and still got my #42 out faster than any other store I’ve been in. This man deserves a raise or bonus. He was friendly and on top of his game.

Best Sub I have has since I lived on the East Coast back in the 80's. Staff were all nice and made you feel Welcome. Not a member and when I told the guy my kid goes in there all the time he told me to put my kids cell phone in so he could get a discount later. Be back Soon

Stopped by for lunch. Greeted well upon entering and manager took our order immediately. #56 Big Kahuna and #17 Philly cheese steak on point. Quick dine in was fresh and delicious.

The bread, meats, and veg are always so fresh! 07.09.23 I have to say the shift manager today was amazing. Worked best to handle walk-ins and online orders and supported his team in ever way possible, as well as, working the slicer. Absolutely courteous and professional! Seemed like he had had a long day and all the staff were ready to leave (they still had 1.5 hours to close) but the gentleman was all smiles and was motivating his staff to keep going.

All around 5 stars This was my first time coming here and i ordered the chipotle cheese steak number 43, and the people here blew it out of the park with the food It was amazing, fast, they were friendly and had a good joyous attitude, prop the guy on the grill he cooked the meat to perfection. This Sandwich shop is a little bit on the expensive side, but the old expression comes to mind, "you get what you pay for". I have never been disappointed in a sandwich here. The ingredients are fresh, the meat is cut right in front of you. The flavor is great. The Turkey and Provolone Mike's Way is healthy and tasty, I like the cheese steak here as well. A good stop if you're in the mood for a good sandwich.

The customer service is good and the subs are tasty. My friend tried to order the chicken parm and the team informed him that they cut and cook all their meat except the meat that comes on that particular sandwich. "It's not our best." So he ordered something else. A lot of places wouldn't even bother.

I love j mikes and find this location convenient but every time I place an order with Rosemary parm bread, I get regular bread instead. It’s beyond frustrating because it’s one of the best parts of the sandwich

Customer service was adequate. When I went to pay for my meal, they said, "I'm sorry, our card machine has been down for a week." Well if that's the case, then they should warn customers of that for people who don't always carry cash. At the very least, they should have put up a sign that says their card machine is down.

Ordered a Philly sub to go and the presentation of the sandwich was very disappointing... the meat was very salty The quality of this sub shop has went way down. I have heard good things about this place so I tried it out.

Worst experience in a jersey mikes ever. Addressed me by telling me they got a bunch of internet orders and then said “but you can still order I guess.” Excuse me? Then no one took my order and I stood there for more than 10 minutes being completely ignored before just walking out. 2/3 people working here looked like they were just kids including the girl in charge. Never been blatantly ignored like that in a Jersey mikes before. They also were taking order backwards, not at the meat slicing section but at the cash register? Sorry but if you’re that overwhelmed working fast food get another job. Ridiculous. Will not return to this location.

No one had a clue what to do. I ordered a Club Supreme like I always do at the Spid Location. They did not put bacon or Mayo on sandwich. Clueless. How are they working there?? We will never go back to this location. Thanks for terrible service.

Hostile atmosphere, seems like a pain just to take an order. This location never has rosemary parm bread as if the 3 people working never want to make it or the owner is so cheap they don’t want to order this specific item. Never greeted when I walk in. Have dumb founded looks when walking in as if this isn’t the workers jobs to work and make a simple 5 max ingredient sandwich. Need better staff or better training. You would think the south side would have better customer service being in a popular place. Palmera needs to upgrade.

I used to get tuna sandwich when they were located at Moore plaza ever since they moved I have tried it twice and I regretted it both times hardly no Tuna and it kinda watery so disappointing

I love the food here. Most of the time I enjoy the employees. I understand during this COVID thing everyone is a little tense but that in NO WAY excuses the lady behind the counter yelling at, not only me, but everyone who walks through the door "You gotta have a mask!" If this is indeed the case it would be polite to at least POST IT ON THE DOOR. I don't tolerate my friends and family yelling at me nor will I tolerate it from a complete stranger whom I am PAYING to make my food.

I just went to order some subs the guy slicing the meat and running the grill with a blue shirt on was very rude and impatient this is my second time going in and dealing with this man. He reprimanded me for not letting him know I wanted condiments on sand which and he did not even ask me if I did would like any. I had never ordered a hot sand which before so I believed that condiments come with it. Worst experience out of all the jersey mikes I have been to. What’s worst is the guy appears to be a shift lead or manager of some sort. No customer service whatsoever....

I asked For gluten free bread and the man worked asked me 3x back to back if it was for my gluten allergy. Yes, it was but what does that matter to him? After the visible frustration I have A gluten allergy he brought out 3 frozen gf loafs of bread and told me I’d have to wait. .. not only was this experience disgusting but disappointing. Do better Jersey mikes….

I bought a club sub and opened it to take some lettuce off and found a piece of wood pallet on my tomato, I called to let them know and the manager Larry was so extremely rude. Didn't care at all, tells me he only believes in thing he can control and stuff happens. How disgusting. I will never come back to this location. What a joke.
