Nice clean..Waiters are nice and friendly..Food was really good.

Although the restaurant was packed when we arrived, we did not have to wait more than 15 minutes to be seated. The entire staff was courteous and welcoming. Our server Natalia was beyond attentive and very friendly. The food was prepared fairly quickly and tasted great! The ambiance and design of the restaurant was great - definitely one of the nicest IHOPs I’ve been to!

Natalia is BEYOND great! She’s super lovely and kind, her carisma just makes my meal so much better to be honest every time ! I Have Been To The Pomona IHOP Before And I Hope To Go Again One Day. I Have Been Here On Friday And Saturday Nights And On My Birthday. The Food Here Is Great And Delicious. 55+ 2x2x2 with coffee. First time visiting. It was okay. My pancakes were overdone, sausage and eggs scrambled light were perfectly done. I was surprised by the coffee but I guess I shouldn't have been, seeing as how they left the pot of coffee on the table. Overall it was okay.

Listen up IHOP, Natalia was our server, this is the second time we have the pleasure of having her, she is THE BEST 👌 👍. Always attentive, so helpful and patient. She's a great employee. Oh, and the food was delicious too. 😋

My family and I came in after going to my cousins party because the taco man ran out of food. We weren't in the best mood but let me tell you that changed once our server Mellory attended us. She was so sweet and kind to my son and made our night. We received our food super fresh! We're not from the area but we would definitely come back. Thank you Mellory for being a great server.

The waitresses and the staff are phenomenal and the food is exceptional as well and if you order something to go don't worry about checking to make sure everything that you are going to need is there it always is syrup napkins spoons forks straws sugar and yes even cream always !

Unfortunately I don't remember my waitresses name, but she was the best waitress I have had possibly ever. Incredibly friendly and cheerful, even in a early Friday morning. Exceptional service, she deserves a raise for sure!

Tried it for my first time and it was awesome. The portion of the food is big and I couldn't even finish my omelette (I eat a lot). The best thing is they can refill your hot chocolate which tastes so good. Will come here again!

This is the first time being in Pomona CA, but I must say this is the cleanest IHOP I've ever been in and I've been all around world as a military retiree pretty much every state in the US. This IHOP was cleaned properly smelled like bleach and clean and disinfected, the right way! On top of the professionalism and cleanliness Mallory, my waitress was so energetic and full of joy! I drove from Murrieta/Temecula area and humbly thankful for you all facility and kindness thank you all God bless

I could not comment on the food of the atmosphere, but the customer service was great. Turns out the door was unlocked. I went in and was told that it was closed, but they still let me use the restroom so therefore customer service is great. Definitely will be back when it’s open.

Good place to eat brunch

Husband and I went here as hubby was craving pancakes. Got there right at 7am on Easter Sunday to beat the crowd, with about 20others with the same idea. They had 1 server😕. It took awhile to be seated. Hubby wanted to leave but I convinced him to stay since we'd have to wait if we went any place else. Food finally came. Our tummies got filled and all is good 👍. Only suggestion to management is to schedule MORE people next Easter Sunday!

The food was good. We were seated and served fairly quickly. However the price for breakfast is extraordinarily high. Not a place to bring the whole family. Prepare to pay $19 for a spinach and mushroom omelet. The T-bone steak breakfast is also $19 so find your value. I'll return but no more than a party of 2.

We were the only people there as customers,, they didn't have the supplies to make gluten free pancakes, not the particular dressing they offer for my salad and then I had to ask for berries because there were none in my berry salad. Not the best experience. We've been there many times.

The service and atmosphere was cool, but I asked for beef tips cooked medium and it was cooked well.

Service was good food was hot and didn't take too long the atmosphere was ok wasn't too many ppl when I went at 5pm weekday. Kept the place clean food ware looked clean no problems at all. Weekends is the busy days mornings you'll have a wait time for food but still good service.

Everyone is very nice and friendly and food is great however service is always slow. Was seated and waited 15mins before anyone took our order. Was there for a total of approx 2hrs and did not get any refills on soda.

Always love to bring my daughter here. The kids menu is sufficient enough for their little appetites. The adult menu perfect excellent if you have a sweet tooth prices are good if I'm not mistaken kids eat free with a paid adult. But don't take my word for it make sure you check. It's not a huge place but it's not always busy. Every time I've gone the staff is always been friendly and helpful.

We went during the week and there was no wait we walked in and was seated immediately. If you come here on Sunday, good luck because their line is out the door to get in. The food was great the place was clean and service was good. Check out their weekly deals they're pretty good. Their chicken and pancakes are amazing. We will definitely be back.

The food was way over priced expensive.They offer a 55 menu deal for the Grand Slam.$5.55 for anyone over 55.They didn't even mention or offer that option to my elderly mother who is well over sixty five. 4 ppl 4 breakfasts no extras it was over $100 bucks...never again..I felt like I was being persecuted.

I really like the $7 breakfast deals here. The place is clean. There could be improvement on the coffee. Slightly bigger coffee cups would be nice too.

We were politely greeted at the door. The entire restaurant looked clean. Menu had lots of choices and even Turkey & stuffing dinner. Ended up ordering the Split Decision (2eggs, pancakes, sausage)plus a Lemon Ricotta mixed berry crepe. Split decision gets a thumbs up and the crepes were fine but the lemon could have been zestier. Honeydew was not quite ripe ( crunchy)

We had breakfast this morning at IHOP. I remember as a kid going to international House of pancakes, the baby blue steep roof ,that’s how the structure was. We ordered country fried steak with eggs and pancakes and a senior citizen breakfast pancake egg, sausage and bacon and hashbrowns. The food was good. The hashbrowns are really good .We got there and there was hardly anyone there but when we left they had a full house . The structure is big ,lots of tables to sit down and enjoy your meal. This is the first time I’ve been to this IHOP. The service was really good. The waitress that served us was a good customer service rep friendly and courteous, we enjoyed our time there. There’s plenty of parking with the handicap stalls right at the front entrance.

Another American restaurant with the typical fare; pancakes, eggs and meats.... I don't eat meat, so I ask for extra eggs. Service was fast and friendly. Restrooms were well kept. Coffee was warm and tasty and the staff seemed eager to please. They seem to have improved the overall franchise menus and, well, I wasn't disappointed. I don't usually make it a point to visit this type of restaurants, but when I do, I do it for the coffee. Though this time the Tres Leches pancakes really did me good :~)

You know I've never really tried IHOP before and its surprisingly pretty good there aren't a lot of places that offer free refills on juice and this is one of them. Our server was great and attentive, the service was pleasant and the food is good but as I've only had one visit so far I couldn't really recommend too many menu items but it is definitely a place I will return to for a proper review, until then I can recommend you try it out once to see if its to your liking.

I would advise Not Getting the egg white omelette. Most people order it for wellness or cholesterol issues. This was so greasy that it tasted like eating a stick of butter. All I could taste was the fat. I threw it away (ordered take-out). Take-out was timely, though and the staff were kind

Food was good. Place was neat. Just a server named Vivian was very rude and never checked up on my table. If i asked for anything she seemed really bothered. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but she needs to redirect her anger elsewhere. Ive been here several times and never been treated like this.

So for this review I want to be fair. There were some typical expectations you have when eating at generic mainstream places like here or Denny's. First, our wait time doubled what we were promised to about 40 minutes, and then the server had brought out a hot chocolate inside of a mug that had a giant lipstick stain on the side of it. At that point we probably should've left because that is just plain disgusting and someone should check the quality of their dishwasher. But it was late in the morning and we hadn't eaten yet so we just stuck around because we were all beyond hungry. But I will also give huge credit to our server. I wish I would've gotten her name because even though we were a big party and that place had already set us off to a negative start, she was amazing. She was extremely polite, genuinely happy, and didn't hesitate to fill a request. She honestly is too good for that place and should be working somewhere much nicer but bless her for doing such a great job with a positive attitude. She is the recent for the second star of this review, otherwise it would be just one.

Not totally worth the price. Best time would be is when they have specials. Unfortunately I was there too early for happy hour? The pancakes were small IMO. They discontinued their iced coffee. And the waitress i got could have done a better job. I only finished one serving of OJ. Was never asked for a refill. I do recommend the t-mobile offers they do once in a while.

It took our waitress 10 minutes to offer us something to drink and worst of all when she managed to arrive at our table she just said "are you ready to order" what a rude person. The food was cold and she did not pre bussed the table. Paying my bill Janice was rude, she got angry because I asked for my check. I asked her a simple questions and she did not respond, I had to ask twice what a rude person. This is what happens when you hire Hispanic women as the are rude and I'll educated.

Ordering online does not make any difference if you're trying to avoid the waiting.You still have to go in and sit and wait another 20 minutes for your food. The kitchen always seems to be backed up.

came here for a stop on a trip to hollywood. food was made poorly, pancakes tasted like if they were left out, worst bacon i’ve ever been served. i’m giving 2 stars because they handled the morning rush pretty efficiently. our waiter had a sour tone the whole meal and we had to ask for basic utensils and napkins because they weren’t provided.

Service was awesome!!! Food sucked. It was cold and small portions. My wife and I bought one meal, 2 coffee's, and an extra side of toast ~it was $40, not including a tip. And the pancakes fell apart... Not going back. It seems like a common theme with all eateries subsequent COVID 19

After being seated the waitress wanted to take our order but we needed a minute. It took her a long time to come back, and didn't even apologize. Just a simple sorry would have been fine.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My family and I have been waiting for nearly an hour for our food. When it finally came it was old like it had been sitting out for a long time. When we spoke to the manager and the server, they didn't seem to care. We're definitely never going to be coming back here. I suggest anyone that reads this do the same

It wasn't busy. 4 tables were being used. The server was great. The food tasted like it sat in rancid oil in the fridge for over a week. The bacon was horrible. My dog wouldn't eat it. 😕

My brother went to pick up my order gave them the name and confirmation number and time and they diend they received my order. I later went back and the manner was no help she didn’t bother helping was rude, and didnt even give me no confirmation on refunding my money I had paid online. So therefore they kept my money and order. She didn’t even apologize she acted like that was normal situation. By far the worse restaurant I ever been to worst service and the worker are no helpful. I won’t will be wasting my money here ever again. And I’ll make sure to let everyone I know this situation.

I ignored the roaches Crawling on the patio, I ignored the dirty table, I even ignored the half order of toast I received and charged full price for. I’m an ex server, and server guilt is real. So I can ignore all that. But what I won’t overlook is how bad the service is here. Janice. You are literally the worst. You should do ANYTHING else but serve and host. That attitude is going to keep you broke.

Don't come to this restaurant, otherwise you will regret it! You won't receive any service for at least fifteen minutes! You didn't even order two cups of coffee! The service is quite poor! The staff will only say sorry, please wait! And today is not a crowded weekend, it's just an ordinary Tuesday with few people! I have been to many IHOPs, and most of them have excellent service. This is the worst IHOP I have ever been to

This place was dirty, my server had too many tables to check on my table , another girl deliver my food she was wearing a black long sleeve shirts, that she use to hold my plate, it was DISGUSTING! half of her shirt was on my food. Stay away from this place! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst pick up experience! Made me wait 40 minutes on a pickup that was supposed to be ready.when i got there. Just 3 pancakes and every time I asked no one knew where my order was or what I was talking about. It would have been faster to drive there and try to get a seat to eat in and then order. Might have been faster. Horrible! Ps. Staff was kind and tried to make up for it but still bad service.

I don’t enjoy making negative reviews on establishments that I’m familiar with, but my recent experience merits a negative review. The one item in IHOP that makes my experience worth while is their Coffee. This time their coffee tasted as if it was either watered down, used multiple times, or they changed their coffee. The second thing to note was how long it took for them to serve us our meal. It took about 45 minutes for us to get our meal. Either this place recently changed Management or they’re poorly staffed, but the experience is definitely subpar this time around.

Came in on a Saturday for Father's Day so we wouldn't be waiting in line for service and food but to our surprise, a large party happened to come after us, and our order got pushed so they could get taken care of first.

Management needs to up their game here. I waited longer than I ever have at any IHOP I've ever been to in the past few years just to place my order. This location was terrible, I don't blame the host, they were great, but when the cleanup crew is more attentive than you're own waitress, that's not a good sign. $18 for an egg white omelette? Prices went up and the service was so slow. I was not happy and I will not be back. Go to a better run location, folks.

i waited 47 for my food even thought there was barely any customers.. the time the waiter came back we all needed refills and had to remind him about a side order i had asked for. Also cree keep going in and out of their room you can tell they are eating with the same gloves they are serving.

I just came back from breakfast. We were 4, two adults and 2 kids. For a bill of $95 plus dollars ( over $100 with the tip), the food quality is absolutely the lowest; you would think that we order lobster or something because of our total price, but no, it was just a regular breakfast. My wife and I ordered omelettes that were dry, unseasoned (so tasteless), all you could taste was how cheap the ingredients were. My 9 y/o ordered chicken and waffles (which we were given the adult size, but we didn’t complain). For $18, the chicken was mostly the breaded coating and they were over cooked, the waffle was also overcooked. The prices are high and the quality is garbage. If I could give negative o zero stars I would. I advice to spend your hard earned money somewhere else; if you have to pay this much, at least should be a place where the food is enjoyable.

Waited over an hour for food that never arrived my table. I get that there was graduations going on. But the excuse the assistant manager gave me for everyone else that arrived before us got their food ate and left was that there are bigger parties and we aren’t the only people here. I would have blown it over but the fact that I had my child waiting sooo long for breakfast and he gave me that excuse was horrible. I will not be going back sucks that me and my family once loved ihop but this experience was the worst. 1hour plus to wait for food that never came. I guess if you want your food in less than an hour your party has to be more than 4 people. Don’t waste your time. I can only imagine how much worst it is on the weekends when it’s really busy..

it smelled like a rotten egg fart in the restaurant. my table had hairs all over the booth and food on the table. babies screaming and making a ruckus. i should have went to dennys. the food was good though, and our server (olga) was very nice. they seemed understaffed and she was doing everything.

My husband and I always loved coming here...service was stellar..food usually cooked to order and tasty .but this past Saturday (feb.17th .24) we went in..the server took our order...brought me my hot tea (no silverware) another server gave some to us...our order was never given to the kitchen! The server finally came out from the back and realized we weren't served yet..apparently she forgot about us...she resubmitted our order.. eggs were burned ..server never came back to our table...had to get syrup myself..she got 1 dollar tip from my husband (we usually tip at least 10) I would've left nothing...a tip is a gratuity ...grateful for good service..which we didn't get. What happened to the superior service? So disappointing.. Had to ask the manager for our bill..Btw..it wasn't busy at all.

Terrible place. Go somewhere else. We checked in at 12:20 we were seated almost right away. Waiter did not greet us until 10 minutes later. We waited 50 minutes for our food. By the time our food came our drinks were cold. Now we had to wait again for our drinks. Food was cold, burned and no flavor. The manager didn't even bother to check on the guest. She seemed like she's just there to be there not because she cares. And the same goes for the rest of the employees they were chilling with no rush or initiative to try and make things better.

I went to this restaurant and honestly I was very disappointed. I paid $100 dollars for my food and I don't think it's fair what happened. My online order was scheduled to be ready at 11:33 am, I arrived just 5 minutes later, and they still made me wait until 12:25 pm to deliver it to me. When I finally received my food, it was cold. I even asked one of the people at the counter and they told me that I couldn't be cold because they had barely pressed the button that I was ready, which clearly didn't match what I was going through.

We were ignored for 20 minutes after being seated. I came in for breakfast last Sunday morning with my wife. It’s a busy time, so we had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. I had no issue with this, but once we were seated, no one ever came by to greet us, serve us water, or take our order. All of the servers seemed to avoid making eye contact with me every time I tried to get their attention, while all of the tables around me were getting service so we felt maybe we were discriminated against—my wife was the only Asian we could see. I have come to this location several times before with my family and never had issues with service. But this time was different. We put up with the lack of service for 20 minutes before we left.
