I don't eat at In-N-Out much these days...but when I do, this is one of my favorites. Staff is one of the friendliest here and food is good compared to most others. I only tend to go late at night though, I haven't experienced the day staff.

Sunday around 7pm. Took about 20 minutes wait time. The burgers here were not as great as other locations. Dining outside. Code Protected bathroom(ask the cashier for code). It was ok, just not the best. Tight parking. Quick drive through, as I am told

Although this location is kind of small the drive through is pretty quick & the food is fresh. You can still order at the window if you prefer with some seating outside :) love this place.

There is no dine in at this older burger stand. Need a code to use the bathroom. Upbeat staff that was really helpful and kind. Naturally a long wait is to be expected. They messed up our order, but fixed it, so good that we were not I would have a hurry.

Always a pleasure to come to in and out the staff are always friendly always willing to help always willing to take your order with a smile. There's no other burger place like in and out their hamburgers are always amazing I love them whether is the single or the double I can't get enough of it. They always maintained their facility clean I always like the atmosphere very easygoing can always come back over and over.

You go thru fast line.Sometimes they give you the wrong order, but rarely. I called to complain and they wouldn't pass me the manager.

No burger will ever compare to the heaven that is In-n-Out. Their burgers are full of flavor and quality. Personally, I recommend a double double with fries and pink lemonade. If you are feeling on the spicy side, then ask for some banana peppers. Their spread sauce is amazing, so ask for some packs!!!

In N Out is tried and true. You can’t really go wrong here with anything on the menu. But if you wanna try something new, give this a shot: Ask for a Flying Dutchman (two beef patties with melted cheese) with grilled onions. Tell ‘em to make sure the cheese is extra melty for good measure. Then order animal style fries — light well (asking for light well gives the fries a lil crunch) with a side of pickles. When you receive your order put the Flying Dutchman and pickles on top of the animal style fries. Break up the patties with fork and voila! You have yourself what I like to call a FRYING Dutchman PS. Something I didn’t think about at the time but I will next time I’m there is to ask for the patties to be mustard fried. That means they throw the meat on the grill with mustard on it. This give the ground beef a little more zip👌

In-N-Out is like no other. The food is great. The nostalgia is great. The customer service is great!

Consistent and excellent burgers at the In N Out. The double lines help get the car orders out quickly. This In N Out has only outside seating. Food was delicious and the service was great and staff were courteous. The car line can be long but definitely worth it.

You can't go wrong with In-N-Out, but on occasion, and during peak hours, you'll end up waiting in the drive through for at least 30 minutes. The staff is turning over orders quickly, but food quality may suffer. For example, burger patties may lack seasoning, you may end up with small piece of lettuce, or may have too much sauce. The key word here is "may", so no dealbreakers, but something to be aware of when you roll in during the lunch rush.

The double double combo was a decent burger, better than most, but not better than all. You can tell that these burgers are loved by many by the large lines that are too be found at all of their locations. I know because I went to one place only to encounter a backup of cars into the street... so I drove to another location only to find the same thing... I gave up and waited my turn. The burger was tasty as well as the fries and the real ice cream milkshake was a delicious treat. I would definitely eat there again next time I'm in town. I'd highly recommend you give them a try...

In-N-Out is always great. This one in particular has no dining room. It's drive thru only with a patio with some outdoor seating. The evening that I was there, the food was great and the service was very friendly but the lines moved pretty slowly.

Sort of slow service... we thought that if we ordered at the window as opposed to the drive-thru that we'd be helped faster. We got our food about the same time as we would have if we'd remained in the drive-thru. I get this food chain is typically busy but this was ridiculous. Other than that the food was great! They refill your drink while you wait for free which is cool. Lastly, we experienced very friendly service! Which is the only key decider of the stars I rated it.

Okay so I generally love In-N-Out Burger, but for some reason the last two times I've been to this particular location they have disappointed me with their service and quality of food. I ordered a 4x4 with onions and some Animal style fries with a Stawberry Shake, the fries were dry and just had no flavor and there were no onions in my burger also my shake was way too sugary. I also ordered a number 2 regular fries and a shake, plus a Flying Dutchman with Grilled onions on top and bottom big disappointment on that one, so yeah that really messed up my lunch meal.

This is no different than any other In-N-Out Burger. It was relatively clean inside and the staff was nice. There's not much to say about a restaurant like this. The food was the same as they are in every other one. Consistent.

This place is always packed because food is good. Ussual wait it 20 min but you can see the workers running and working hard so its not their fault food is just so good lots of people. Always service with a smile here. The only reason i gave a 4 star is because location is in pomona and well if you know you know other wise great service and food.

I'm still a fan but I'm always looking for a better place. My favorite to date is Farmer Boys, the Farmer's Burger. Fact: The meat patties at In-N-Out have gotten smaller over the years. The meat is ridiculously thin and NO flavor since it's non-existent. I basically have to order a 3x2 to get the burger taste that I desire and grew up with back in the 80's. My wife made the observation first about a year ago. I didn't believe her until I tried a single meat cheeseburger like she always gets. The bread, lettuce, tomato and spread dwarfed the meat and its flavor. In-N-Out used to be my favorite burger! Quality due to smaller and smaller meat will now send me to Farmer Boys or The Habit Burger, any day of the week. I'll include a photo of In-N-Out vs Farmer Boys (Farmer Burger). Which Burger looks better? Farmer's Burger is way better and meatier. If you're going to do In-N-Out, be sure to do at least a triple. Overall, In-N-Out puts out a good burger!!!

A smaller in and out in the area which strives to excel but stumbles in some areas - especially crowd management but no fault of the staff. They try their best and do amazing given the short comings if location and the way the in and out is placed. The food is amazing snd fresh as usual.

Stopped by this In-N-Out Restaurant and have ordered at the window (not drive through). I felt like the order has taken a bit long. There were only two people in front of me. Should speed up and prioritize costumers who don’t use drive through, especially when it’s cold at night. Btw they also have a bathroom but with a code.

Good burgers. We don't have this in NY. Lettuce wrapped burger (protein style) was good. It really lets the meat shine because there's no bun to compete for attention. Shakes were good too, as were the fries with sauce, bacon & cheese.

We went to the In-N-Out burger on South Gary off the 60 freeway for lunch. As always they were super busy. We found a table and picked up our order in about 10 minutes. Everything was freshly made and delicious. We have always had a great lunch here.

Well it was kinda last minute for me it was like a hour left before they close on a Saturday. The drive thru line on the left was moving faster than the one on the right. I ordered two double doubles and a pink lemonade. When I got my food I noticed it was a lettuce wrapped double double. But I took it back no issue they changed it for me. The food was good and the people were very nice. I will give this location another try.

The service was good, but the cashier came to my car too fast while I was still skimming thru someone's yelp review on customizing a hamburger.

The food was ok the milkshake being the best part of the meal however when asking for a plain burger it seems instead of making one fresh to order they just scraped off the condiments that were already on it to begin with

The food is always good, but this is mostly a drive through location. When it's busy, both drive through lanes can stretch out into the neighboring gas station, parking lot, or street. Most of the time there is NO parking, so even if you wanted to eat there, you may not be able to park. Yes, you can eat there, but all of the tables are outside. And yes, they busy even at night (past 10pm).

Too much salt 🧂 on the burgers and fries. Free refill on Coke at least. Kinda expensive and the One by country Rd in Pomona is in the Sun most of the day. Good but not great either. Not as good as the commercial. I honestly don't see why so popular Way to salty burgers. Ok what did you do take the salt from the entire ocean and dump it on your burgers. I went to the Pomona In N Out last night to pick up some dinner with my wife. The drive thru was very busy, as expected for that time of day. Unfortunately, it took about 25 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru until I was leaving with my order. They seemed overwhelmed to say the least. On the bright side, the food was great as usual and it came exactly how I ordered it. I would recommend going to this particular In N Out after 7 pm. Maybe they’ll be a bit less busy!

I’ve always loved In-N-Out and never had any problems in the past. Today was the first time I left a little disappointed. When I arrived, I placed my order directly with a nice young lady outside. As I started driving toward the window, about four different employees telling me to go back and order through the intercom. I explained that I had already ordered, and after verifying with the young lady, they apologized. Then, when I received my food, I noticed the cheese on my burger wasn’t fully melted (photo attached). I mentioned it to the gentleman at the window, but he looked at me confused, almost as if that’s how the cheese is supposed to look. In all my years of going to In-N-Out, I’ve never seen it like that. I didn’t want to explain myself so I just left. This won’t stop me from coming back, but I hope the team can improve on consistency and communication so customers don’t feel confused or brushed off.

We ordered four animal style burgers, but they gave us three normal burgers with lettuce wraps (without buns and not animal style) and only one correct order. Even when we notified them of their mistake, they just gave us buns! The taste was completely normal. I do not understand the hype around their burgers; I prefer many other fast food chains’ burgers over theirs.

Ordered at 12:26pm walk up window. Just 1 burger. No fries. Didn't get order until 1:00pm. They were pushing drive thru orders like crazy car after car getting their food. Seems like there needs to be a better balance prioritizing counter orders as well. I get the drive through needs to move but cmon! Great food just not efficient. Took up my whole lunch break waiting for my food.

With a 4.6 rating I guess I had higher expectations, considering it's in n out. Of course they were busy. However, there were a few shortcomings they could remedy to help alleviate that.. Just seem to miss the mark. The most disappointing thing, though, was how terribly sad our animal fries were.

Food is good. I was there last night at 10pm, I parked and walked up. Because the line was stupid, crazy, long, like always and I was only getting a chocolate shake this time, the young man gave it to me and it looked like it was vanilla. I said, that's chocolate, and he said, yes.I tasted it and it wasn't. He said, yeah, it's pretty light. You want me to make you another one? I said sure he gave me another one. This in n out used to be good, but after these 2 months it has been getting real slow. Came here at 3:08pm and left with my food at 4:01pm. They also didn’t get my order right. Took 30 mins to get my one missing burger.

This is a very nice location for this In-N-Out as it is conveniently located near the freeway access. I stopped to grab Lunch. When I picked up the soda to drink from it, the lid fell off and it completely spelled all over my my seat and the center console In my car. Thank God, it was full of ice, almost buried and eat drink, but it is Very inconvenient that the drink had to spill on my clothes and I was on my way back to work. Be careful if you buy drinks, Lids are cheaply made And do not close properly.

In the drive up line now for 30 minutes (6:pm. Sun) Wish I could have backed out and gone somewhere else. We all know that in order to enjoy a Double-Double at In-N-Out, you have to have patience. That said this location is the worst out of all the locations I've been to in terms of wait times. My recommendation is to avoid this location if you can. Driving over to the location in Diamond Bar on Golden Springs will save you time.

Terrible manager named Daniel, and cashier named Dusta. Got a large order wrong and kept argue they were correct. Missing 3 burgers that had to be reorder, missed out on all the condiments the first order. Laughed at customer with unprofessional manners. Avoid this place if you’re buying more than 5 burgers since they can’t process. Terminate / replace the manager at this place.
