I visited Sonic recently and had a mixed experience. I was in stall #10, and unfortunately, the speaker wasn’t working well—I had to yell my order, and the employee still had trouble hearing me. It was frustrating, but it wasn't the employee’s fault, just an equipment issue. I also noticed that the menu board shows a “mini shake” for $4.79, but when I ordered one, I was told they only have small shakes. Again, the staff was polite, but I think the menu might be outdated or incorrect, which could confuse customers. Overall, I’d recommend the store take a look at stall #10’s speaker and update the menu to match what’s actually available.

I wanted to at least make sure the carhop Megan was acknowledged for doing her best. We had to ask her to come back several times and they were mildly busy. The drive thru was busy though, we watched as car after car after car went through the drive thru while we just sat there waiting for our order. We spent over $80 after ordering twice and tipping. There's only 5 of us. Its really expensive to eat out now and Sonic is equally expensive. They were out of fries, tator tots and ranch. My kids shake cup was busted open at the bottom. They brought out 4 orders of mozzarella sticks with no marinera. Popcorn chicken with no dipping sauce, stuffed jalapeños with no ranch. The breakfast burrito with no ketchup or salsa. The SuperSonic breakfast burrito didn't have everything inside. It was basically a sausage and jalapeño burrito. All in all, we waited 23 minutes for our order. That was ridiculous.

I was really disappointed that this Sonic location doesn’t have tap-to-pay and wouldn’t accept Chime card. It’s 2026 even Dollar Tree has tap now. Not offering basic, modern payment options is inconvenient and outdated. Please get with the program. Customers shouldn’t have to worry about whether their card will work. Hope management considers updating their payment systems to better serve customers.

Waited at drive up spot 20+ minutes, decided to try drive thru as I was eager to get back on the road..... Must have waited 30-40 min. Not sure what may have been the reason but it sucked waiting. Again, I understand stuff happens but when you decide on paying for a service and the service doesn't seem to value the patronage or the patrons time. I probably won't be returning. That was just mine and about 10 other drive thru customers experience. They might be awesome on all other days but I will never know

Idk what happened, we been coming here for years but the service is trash now. I ordered 2 small shakes, 1 medium and one mini. Tell me why they gave me 3 small and 1 mini. I went to the door and was flat out ignored by the workers. Unfortunately, I had to knock hard to get their attention. They gave me a new one and took the old one and yet again it’s a small cup?!? Is there really not much of a difference between the small and the medium that it is merely a 0.25 inch difference? Not coming back here again! Not to mention it was a pick up order and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out!

On November 13th, a crisp Thursday night, my roommates and I decided to visit this establishment, Sonic. We were outright ignored, dismissed, and disrespected. The silence was threatening; I did not expect to be engaging in psychological warfare at 10:25pm at night. Let alone at a Sonic, an establishment I previously respected and held in high regard. I am NEVER visiting this establishment again. Today, you have lost 3 customers!!!! As I write this review, my grilled cheese is cold in my hand.

I'm done with this sonic. Thus is the fourth or fifth time I've been here (yes, I know it's too many times) and every time they've gotten my order wrong. Ranging from the wrong sized soda to not getting my food the way I ordered it (today alone I ordered a bacon double smash burger with no mustard and it indeed had mustard. And last time where I ordered a plain bacon double cheese burger and it had everything on it in EXTRA. Like drenched in mayo and no bacon.) To the food coming out nearly ice cold like it's been sitting on the counter for 20 plus minutes and top thar with having to wait nearly 30 minutes for the food to even come out. This is BY FAR the WORST sonic I've EVER been to. Guarantee I will not be coming back to this location or any other in the area. Seriously, how hard is it to make a burger WITHOUT one of the main ingredients. Just don't put it on! Simple as that! I truly do hope this place gets overhauled or just shut down. There's nearly no saving this location. Can't wait for the copy/paste response that I see on every other negative review for this location. Seriously, at least take your business somewhat seriously and just read the review before putting down the same cookie cutter response to this about calling in or visiting some scam link. Don't even bother coming here. You won't get your order right and you won't be happy. This place is a blight on all other sonic locations.

I ordered a chicken Chipotle sandwich they gave no Chipotle spread &wilted lettuce i have the damn recipe (HORRIBLE) this is what they gave me...FAST FORWARD A YEAR TODAY!! 9/17/24..NASTY!!! HARD BREAD EVERYTHING COLD, CHEESE NOT MELTED, THE LRG WAS PORTIONED LIKE A SMALL HORRIBLE SO SAD TO SPEND$22 ... LAST YR.= unhappy everything was made very bad. I got a cheeseburger my bun was soggy and tasted Bland I got a Frito cheese wrap it was all tortilla and hello looks nothing like the picture, my husband got a cheeseburger they put no condiments on it super dry the only thing we actually enjoyed was the tots! I'm just amazed the picture compared to what they actually serve you complete false advertisement

Very rude employees when taking the order. They make me repeat the same things over and over again. And they laughed when I spoke. I could hear perfectly. It took them a long time to get my food. Besides, the bathrooms were disgusting.

Food was dry, they forgot to give me half of my order making me have to drive 20 minutes back to the place. They didn't even bother to give me some type of incentive. Even when asking for sauce they gave me very little. The drinks had 90% ice with the rest soda. Won't be coming back here

Poor service my food was burnt, burger was messed up drink all carbonation and ordered and paid for extra sauces which I didn't get any, tried to call management but he was entirely too busy on his phone sitting outside on the tables. It took 40 minutes for onion rings and a burger and drink, but it was too extra crispy the onion inside the onion rings looked like the outer skin of an onion. Ugh horrible never visiting again I suggest a different location.
