The order was in a timely matter. The pizza is delicious I got the 3 piece meat. Sorry no pictures ate it all before i thought of rating it.

The staff is great here, Tedora (I'm not sure if that's how you spell it) was super patient with us since my friend couldn't decide if she wanted breadsticks or hot wings with our large pizza... I know right lol Regardless instead of getting impatient with us she made suggestions and small talk while we decided, her customer service was great in all and we ended up getting both menu options (when I finally convinced my friend that a few extra carbs aren't all that bad) lol Thank you Tedora!

I love ordering online with way pick up. Not much wait. Gets busy on the weekends with like 10 to 20 minute wait if i go in.

Honestly… my pizza comes out fire every time I come here. Bougie will be bougie and cheese brained *pun* but they do an excellent job as long as your not coming there for some petty conversation or OTP requests.

Reliably good pizza. We love it for quick and low priced fast food. Don't go here if you are overly scared of homeless people. Once I went in and one homeless man appointed himself as the unofficial "doorman" for the establishment (in hopes for "tips"). I smiled and thought, "Only in Pomona..."

I just bought 3 large 🍕 and the pizza was very good. I liked the cheese on it. But waiting in the front is a little annoying but worth it.

Pretty good for quick pizza. If you have a special order I suggest calling ahead so you don't have to wait. Our pizza toppings were surprisingly uniform, and they didn't skimp out on the pepperoni. Fast, affordable, tasty pizza

The pizza is always good and priced perfectly. The area isn't so great, but I've never had anything bad happen to me while being there.

It is usually pretty easy to get in and out quickly. They have just remodeled what little space they have, which is nice. The staff is friendly are working very hard to keep the pizza pies flowing. Except for the people always there asking for assistance, which is not limited to just this establishment, this Little Caesars is my go to for pizza.

Cheap decent pizza. But honestly the only items that are ever hot n ready is the cheap $5 pizza and crazy bread. I recommend using the mobile app to pick up your order at the pizza portal. The thin crust and extra most pepperoni are my game.

Order online and pick up if you can. It lyk when it's ready. Walk in, punch in the code, and go. Oh, and ask for napkins.

I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. You will have less waiting time. What happened to Hot N Ready? I waited 35mins this past Saturday around 5pm. They were slammed and they gave me a set of wings in lieu of for getting to add the olives to my pizza. I appreciate them turning the experience around.

Here's the deal, if you're looking to feed a large group of people on the cheap then this is the place to go. The pizza is decent, and like they advertise, it's always hot and fresh, I've never had a bad experience at this location. The people behind the counter always nice and the food is always ready, and if it's not it's never more than five minute wait.

Pizza wasn't as warm as I would have liked it but still can't complain about a 5-6 dollar pizza especially when gas is the price that it is right now.

Its okay because seevice is not the best but they try i wish they could be a little faster with the 5 dollar oizzas or the orders over the phone.

Very odd location hard to locate, service is very bad try to order by phone and they never answered, when I got to the location I ask the cashier if their phone was working because I was trying to place an order for the past hour and was put on hold by the recording, and she didn't answer she just looked at me, then I ordered my food she said we only take card payments not cash like wow seriously is the first thing they should mention to customer if they don't want to talk they should make a sign to let customers know.

Everytime we call to place an order ahead no one answers and when they do and we go into pay they forget the order or can't find it or don't have it ready. Ordered 4 and received 1. Had to wait for the other 3 and out of the 3 had to wait for a different one because the quality of one of the pizzas was terrible. Half of it didn't even have cheese and she threw it back in the warmer to give to someone else.

I live like 2 mins away. Used to be a great place to come and get pizza. Now all you have are these rude employees. I've came 4 times in the last two weeks. All 4 times they never had $5 pizza. They always try to push that $6 to get that extra dollar. Now you have to wait 15 mins for a $5, seems like it.

Ok so short and sweet, it's busy from 5 to when they close, they run out of hot and readys that are 5 dollars downtown LA but yeah not here. Just a walk in place but excellent parking off of holt in back of the joint. Staff is kinda short with you, like can I help you but jk not really type. They don't take bills over 50. I mean it is what it is. The old adage, You get what you pay for. There ya go.

Spent 30 mins trying to call in my HOT and Ready cheese... yes call in!!! Due to them never having them ready.. I'm use to it by now. But im not use to the phones not working and them knowing about it. Yet do nothing about the problem. Young girl at the register was very helpful under the circumstances. However the blonde girl... lets just say she tried her best... I will be back... lol

They didn’t answer the phones so I had to drive there in person to place my order then wait an hour and come back because they wouldn’t deliver due to being understaffed. The pizza was ok but it was inconvenient not being able to order over the phone and pick up when ready.

Sometimes u get some decent pizza, sometimes it's lousy, sometimes it's great. It's little ceazers n if u get served up a delicious pizza for your money, be greatful. Some locations serve well n others r okay. You can't go wrong with five dollar pizzas

Pizza was OK. For some reason I have had same pizza at other Little Ceaser's and they have been much better than this one.

...and the award for the worst Little Ceasers in the area goes to....*drum roll... This store! From the homeless tweakers outside to the staff inside that cant cut a pizza properly, nice touch btw reflects a kind of hopelessness that is demonstrated through its performance. This location is sub par at best and it shows in the quality of the pizza which has somehow gotten worse than previous months. So unless you like air bubbles and incorrectly cut pizza, i would definitely aviod this pizza place and go to a better one, you'll thank me later.

Never hot and ready, as advertised. Also I hope you like foul language with your pizza. While waiting for my food to be cooked, every other word coming from the back was not appropriate in a customer service organization.

Personal life of the employees is well known to many in the community and this makes it a little uncomfortable to buy food here as you never know what kind of extra ingredients that are not on the menue being included on your food. Not happy that my food may be contaminated.

Please put the pick up machine in use! Please! The pizza is never ready when I came to pick up my online order. At least don't make the people who had already ordered to stand in the line to order to ask for the pizzas.

It was a special scary event. This place is situated in a spot where too many people hang around at night. The service was great but the surroundings left me wondering how safe really is to go there again. Sirry for the two starts but I don't planing on going back soon

Long wait and then was given wrong pizza 🍕 as I was going to car I checked and opened to get a taste of my sausage and it was wrong pizza went back inside and even though I had opened and was handling pizza outside. She took it back and said she will give to another person. And waiting for mine.

I went in today at 6:38pm and i feel because i didnt tip, i got no napkins and pepper flakes. I asked for some cheese and pepper, the guy said they dont carry it anymore. He never offered napkins. I hate that tip feature. Its not a Restaurant

They are very slow and in no hurry to help you or cook your food, they seemed to be to worried about gossiping with each other. A lot of homeless people. And very dirty in the parking lot. And it smelled like urine all around the h e store.

This place has horrible customer service. Employee I dealt with didn't know how to navigate a simple search for my online order. She originally mentioned it wasn't placed. I mentioned it was suppose to be ready, but we never got the notification. I gave her the name of order. She then proceeded to mention it was going to be an extra 5-mins. I told her I was already here 15-mins passed the "ready time". She literally turned around to the pizza warmers and took out my order that was sitting there. Pizza boxes were missing the sticker that keeps the boxes closed.

I don’t recommend the curly hair boy with a poker face to be as a cashier...it seems like I’m his enemy.

Employees don't wear gloves. They prepare food with bare hands during a pandemic🤢 One chick was using her phone bare hands while preparing food. Not once did she wash her hands. Then noticed that none of them were wearing gloves. On top of that, it's party house in the back. No professionalism at all.

Every time that I come here it’s always before 10 PM and this is now the third time that I’ve gone before they close and they’re already closed by three or 4 PM. Either they’re understaffed or their equipment is not up-to-date and they need to change that because it’s really frustrating to have to drive to a separate location when it clearly says open online. This store is horrible. I ordered online to avoid the lines and waits. I received an email at 6:38pm that my order was ready for pick up but they couldn't put it in the Pizza Portal and I needed to check with the Cashier. I arrived to the store at 6:40pm and I told the cashier what the email said. She checked the Pizza Portal, the food warmers, and in the back but couldn't find my order although she acknowledged the order was in the system. She told me to keep waiting and check the portal, the order would be ready soon. 30 minutes later and theres about 5-6 people outside the store also waiting for their Portal Order that are still not ready. I asked the cashier again whats going on, and she said to keep checking the portal and theres nothing they can do. 1 hour later at 7:40pm I go back into the store upset and tell the cashier that its been an hour since I received the message that my food was ready and I need to know where my food is right now. She looks through the portal again.... low and behold she pulls my order out, but wait... I've watched every single order they've put into the Portal for the past hour and none of them looked like my order. I asked the Cashier, how long has my order been waiting, she looks at the receipt/barcode print out that they put on the food and then covers it with napkins and tells me she doesn't know. I open the pizza box and discover a dried up, old, obviously been sitting for 1 hour pizza. Total incompetence, the cashier looked for my order twice and missed it, then they tried to give me old food. When I worked at Little Caesars we threw out Hot N Readys every 45 minutes. I will never go back to this Little Caesars.

Horrible wait times workers seem to always be playing in the back. Orders don't show up. Never has hot and ready pizzas. I prefer to go to the one on Rio rancho plaza or temple ave. They always have hot and ready pizzas.

By far the worst Little Caesar's I've been to... I ordered a Hawaiian Luau and cheesy bread expecting to wait. She quoted me 15 minutes. I was ok with that, I waited and saw 2 other people before me get their orders they placed way after me. The manager tried lying to me about it by saying they were phone orders, I told her I've been standing here the entire time, no they did not. And she then tells me they would have to "re-do" my cheesy bread meaning they forgot to make it and after already waiting 38 minutes they asked if I would wait another 10 to 15 minutes for the cheesy bread, it's called a refund a corporate call after this...

HORRIBLE!!! Litteraly! Went in right now to get 3 $5 pizza I gave her $20 my change was $3.69 she gave me back $3.65 I asked her for my 4 cents and she said "oh we don't have 4 cents " I asked her are you serious she just stayed quiet and I told her well then give me 5 cents she said she couldn't. I know it's just 4 cents and I can live but just the fact that she didn't give me my right change and she rolled her eyes like it was my fault they ran out of pennies and asking for my correct change. No that's your problem! I should've just went to the one I always go to across the street from target.

They never answer their phone, and their pizza is often undercooked. The service there sucks and there's always ratchet sounding employees doing too much talking and not enough working in the back

If it was possible to give a a minus star I would. I've been to this Little Caesar locations multiple times within this month and the service is bad and the employees are very rude and they never have pizzas available they're always saying it's a half hour to an hour wait and when you do get the pizza it tastes like cardboard I don't know what's going on in that establishment but it seems like it they're always chatting and having a good old time in the back and not worrying about what the customers need

The manager Daniel. Is not a professional. He is not providing clean food by not cleaning the fire ashes and trash right outside the restaurant. He said they won't clean it because the ashes will fly inside the building but by not cleaning it the customers are contaminating the building. Why can't they clean it before the store opens? Very disappointing to see him take his time to come out to complain on the street vendors that are clean. They even took the time to clean outside there property because the trash is bad for business. But Daniel from little ceasers doesn't seem to care. They sell blankets and yet is a problem even tho there paying to be in the patio outside the property.

Terrible pizza. I love little Caesars pizza but this place needs to train there pizza makers to properly make pies. Last night was my last time here. I received 3 burnt, dried up, poor topping portions pies. I should've checked before I left the store but why should I be complaining all the time getting properly made food? Crappy service and you pretty much always have to wait for them to produce what is supposed to be hot and ready. I could understand if it was worth the wait, but let's face it, it's a $5 pizza and it shows. The cheese is usually burnt or the bottom is a bit soggy and undercooked. Occasionally, they manage both. It's not that I expected the pizza to be great. It's a $5 pizza. It's just that once I'd like to go in there and actually have it hot and ready. On the very rare occasions that it has been ready, it was luke warm, but still preferable to waiting for the pizza only to get it home with the sadder versions they sometimes produce. I go back because it's close to my house, but I think it might finally be time to give up on this place.

I came in about 10 minutes before closing I was going to buy some pizzas for the homeless. So I was trying to see what they had available but once I asked them if they had any pieces available they started hiding all the pizzas right in front of my face. I know they were trying to keep all the pizzas for themselves but at least be honest

Only order 2 pepperoni pizzas and the lady told to wait 15 minutes. We came back and she told us to wait another 5 minutes, over 40 minutes pass and we go AGAIN to ask if our pizza is ready. And they make us wait 5 more minutes until we FINALLY got our pizza. And DONT BOTHER CALLING TO ORDER BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE.

This little ceasars location is Absolutely Horrible! Never any hot and ready's available and when you pre order in person or online you still wait about 30 minutes. And don't bother asking for extra Pepperoni or Sausage or extra Cheese because they will still put the same small amount on your pizza and still charge you the extra fees for extra toppings!

Outside Location is dank, dingy and looks like a drug deal can occur at any second. I was surprised at how busy this place was. Pizza was freshly made, but lacked tomato pizza sauce on all three "Extramostbestest" pizzas ordered: pepperoni, veggie and supreme. You really couldn't even see tomato sauce on them. This makes for a dry Pizza. To compensate for this dry Pizza, you can buy dipping sauces. I think this is why they skimp on tomato pizza sauce. Pepperoni was also skimpy on the pepperoni pizza. Next time I will order double sauce or even triple sauce. I will not order from this location though.
