This place has juicy chicken and potato salad that you can't get enough of. They got great specials throughout the week and a family pack will feed a lot of people

I will definitely come back here over the other popular chain of similar food. The rice is different it's not red rice, it's arroz con polo, chicken rice but it's very flavorful, like all of their food.

My friend and I went for lunch. The young lady who helped us out needs a lot o training on how to meet and greed people. And a smile will be perfect.

The food is good and affordable. The only thing I didn't like when I was there is that the cook was coming out of the restroom with his apron on. That is a no no.

The food is great 👍. But the space its in feels odd and so was the lighting, the heat inside tye resturant is unbearable (always liked cold places) so I tend to take my food and go.

I live their food and the prices are affordable. Personally I have a problem with bones in my food and that's kind of a turn off for the rest of my meal. Also they cook my food very fast and I love the customer service!!

I had the 3 soft taco meal and it was reasonably priced at around $5. Very tasty and big portions. They didn't skimp on the chicken. It was load fat and I had a hard time getting my mouth open wide enough to take it down. I would recommend this place if you are in the area.

All their food is tasty. The only issue is they run out of cooked chicken and want people to wait 30 mins.

The food was just okay. The chicken burrito was large, but the chicken seemed dry. The salsa was just okay, not much flavor. Prices were reasonable.

Chicken was dry and partially seasoned. Rice was warm but all clumped together. Only good thing was the potato salad. Not worth the $30+ I paid and will never come back.

Very very disappointed. I had Chicken salad. Expected grilled chicken breast. Instead it was like boiled! I heard good things about Juan Pollo, I was nauseous eating something I didn't like. So I couldn't finish it. Felt like a waste of my lunch time and money

Got here at 1:30 pm, there was only one other person there and she was getting it to go, otherwise the place was empty, yet every single table in there was dirty. I had to ask them to wet my napkin so i could clean my own table. When the food came out (2 breasts and 2 sides) the only utensil was a small plastic spork. I looked at the manager and asked what I was supposed to do with that. She looked at me and said, "do you want another one?", as if 2 useless sporks are better than 1. She said that was all they had; no knives, no regular forks. But at least I got a dumb look to go along with the spork. So there's that I guess. Food was ok. The rice was really soggy and clumpy.

The chicken isn't as good as before very dry I perches 2 whole chicken so dry we didn't finish it but the tortillas and salsa were good. I probably wont go there again and will not recommend this restaurant.

Place was pretty nasty walked in yo place a order and I couldn't even order properly has a nasty stinch place had no ventilation definitely not coming back I recommend Juan Pollo but definitely no ordering from this spot

They’re customer service is the worst. Cashier has an attitude. The manager is never available and the cook is always slamming the food like it’s trash.

The food was fine, just like every other Juan Pollo, but the restaurant was beyond nasty. There was no one there at the time besides us and there are quite a few tables, but we had to search for the one table that wasn't covered in old food. We were there for about 45 minutes and no one even bothered to attempt to clean the tables. The water they gave us had not one, but two giant floaties in it. The bathroom was the grimiest I've ever seen at a restaurant. The trash can was splattered with I-don't-know-what and it looked and smelled like it had been on there for a very long time. Needless to say, we were grossed out and will never go to this restaurant again.

Went to Juan pollo yesterday for take out dinner asked for an extra salsa gladly willing to pay for the salsa. They gave me one with a x on the top which had so much salt it ruined my dinner. Someone needs to talk to these employees cause it was wrong it was done on purpose. I will not return to juan pollo on garey and third st

I would give this place a ZERO star if I could. They like to forget to give you salad dressing for salad and when you ask for salad dressing want to charge you for it and argue that you got to pay for dressing. Feeling super ripped off. Ordered the salad which is pretty pricey and its literally like a whole dam lettuce that they chop off. And little bit of ingredients. Got like no chicken on it. I payed more than 8 bucke for lettuce. Smh

Everytime my fiancée and I try to buy chicken here the employees are full of attitude and excuses. Today their excuse was they were running, (not ran out, we're running), out of chicken. It was an hour before closing. I called the Foothill location and asked if they were running out of chicken and they laughed at this location and said they were not out of chicken. We're definitely not coming here anymore.

Ok very upset because I brought my family to this jaun pollo and I come here every Sunday I spend about 50$ I bought 3 chickens 2 sodas a large potato salad and they only gave me three salsas I asked for a couple more because 3 was not enough and they told me that I had to pay ythem even after spending $50 and the chicken was dry tortillas we're cold had to go get napkins from restroom bathroom is dirty we pay for extra tortillas and it was half empty from what we normally get salsa not even hot it's sad how you treat customers that come every Sunday and spent money so with this I guess we are going to have to take my business elsewhere I never been mistreated like this.

It was white rice it didn't even have the same color literally was white rice. Both were under cooked and the female with the bad blonde hair job had attitude. I don't recommend this place. I normally look at reviews first. Don't deserve any stars.

The cook looks at us in a weird way like he didn't wanna cut the chicken anymore, not sure if he was joking or not. I ended up walking away. How are they running out of chicken when it is 8pm and they close at 10pm? Horrible customer service, it was my first time here and last one.
