This wingstop is my go to spot for some chicken wingsa!. The customer service is good. The food is good. The bathrooms are clean as well and all around the establishment on the inside. I recommend you getting your chicken wings from this place when you're craving wings!

They have the best mango habanero sanwiches

Thanks to the manager Enrique he took care of the customer! Me, my order was late, cold due to short staffing from sick calls. Understandable! But Enrique went above and beyond to make it right! I wish there were more managers like him. He is a good example for his staff and I appreciate his leadership and kindness. He deserves an award for being the best ! A few minutes after placing my delivery order via UberEats, I realized that I'd forgotten to add french fries. Since UberEats doesn't allow you to add items in, once you submit & pay, I did the next reasonable thing- called this location (from which the order was coming from) to make an attempt to add them in, and was successful thanks to the extremely kind staff (server/cashier, Emily, & the manager) who attended my call. I truly appreciate them--made it a Happy Easter, indeed. Prompt, professional, kind & accomodating service, aside from great tasting food! This Wingstop location is a 10/10.

They were busy..it was labor day- but the crew was rolling them out quick! Great staff and the wings and fries were plump and crispy!

I love this wingstop, been going to it since I was a little girl. Their service is amazing and food is always so good. Their cashier Barbara and Aaron are so sweet and welcoming. If I could rate this wingstop out of all the wingstops this will definitely be top 3. Also all the staff have beautiful spirits and looks 😍

this is the first time in almost 10 years that I’ve given a Wingstop a five star service. Their service was impeccable, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere was as good as it gets and the food was absolutely amazing. It’s too bad this Wingstop is further away from my house, but I would go out of my way to visit this Wingstop again. The menu items are a bit on the higher side. But I would definitely come back here.

End of rant. Fix this issue. Damn this rant got me sounding like a karen. Just simple instructions on how i like my wings prepared would be great. 😉🫡

One of the employees had to be asked about the order four times, which he simply ignored. In the end, it turned out that there was no order at all.

Food is good, no doubt about that. But the food is never ready when it's supposed to be. They got multiple people waiting for their orders because fries aren't ready. This is well past 10 minutes our order was supposed to be ready to be picked up. Edit: I didn't learn my lesson and I am still sitting in this god forsaken Wingstop 16 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready.

This place has the rudest customer service. They made us wait 1 hr for our food then we get our food and we're missing an item so I call and explain my bad experience because im about to cry! Then she tells me ok what you want me to do cuz I gotta go! So freaking rude!! She asks if I want a refund I say yes she says "ok bye" doesn't apologize for the inconvenience at all just hangs up on me. I explained to her how I didn't get to eat since they shrinked the boneless chicken wings half the size since I've been there and i had to feed my kids what we had. She then says we'll we don't have control of what size the wings are but they're aware they have shrinked in size so they throw in extra but no we did not recieve any extra wings with our order. These are not boneless chicken wings they're literally the size of popcorn chicken it's not worth the money. This whole experience from this store has made me so upset I just want to cry. It's messed up the way this place doesn't care about their customers. Edit: I still have yet to recieve a refund from this place!!

This is the 3rd time I've came here and asked for my wings "Wet" and yet they're dry as a bone. Also, why are their wings/fries always mushy? Do they not cook them long enough? Who wants non-crispy, soggy wings with barely any sauce? Gross

I ordered the new sandwhich here and it’s nasty and it was cold .. and the buns look like they borrowed it from McDonald’s .. I basically got a boneless wing in a McDonalds bun.

Didnt even stay to eat. Dirty tables with trash/food and staff was rude and un- inviting.

I just LEFT Wing Stop after being completely IGNORED while waiting for the cashier to get off the phone. She never said hello, hold on, I'll be right with you, nothing! I will say, she showed EXTREME patience with the person on the phone. My impression, and her body language, was that she was in no reasonable hurry to attend to the customers who were physically standing in line. And this is the definition of rude.

My experience is totally worst. This is my second time experience, my order costs $55. They takes almost 55min. to complete my order and the two of the worker one black guy and the other girl who wore glasses are too much rude and their aren't well. Please do something??

Terrible service... The app said order is ready when I came I was told rudely I have to wait there just started order. Went home food was made poorly not cooked well enough. I am not ordering wing stop again from this location.

Never going back to this location, purchased a 10 piece combo with an addition 5 piece paid for an extra ranch received only one side of ranch. I showed them my received the cashier she insisted I need to pay for it, one of them made a comment of me being cheap for not wanting to pay for the side of ranch when in reality I had already paid for it on line. horrible customer service very unprofessional.

Wings were stale as if microwaved/reheated and lightly seasoned. When I called to get these issues resolved I was told they couldn’t do anything. I don’t plan on ordering from this wingstop again.
